Don’t Buy a Toyota SUV in Canada

Don’t Buy a Toyota! In November of 2010 I bought a Brand new Toyota Rav4, looking at the market at that time I thought it was the best buy. I picked up the car from Toyota in Ontario Canada and drove it to my house to Toronto. While driving it on the highway I noticed that it was pulling to the left and that there was a light wubble to it. Since Mississauga Toyta Dealer is the cloeset dealer to my house now I decided to take it there to get this problem fixed. I was told that the tires were new and that this problem would fix itself. All they did was rotate the tires from front to back.

Travelocity Flight Problems with Vacation Package

Because of Travelocity’s unwillingness to work out an amicable resolve to my flight problem I had to pay a 766.80 difference just so I do not have to sit in the Miami airport for 12 hours. The most disturbing issue here is is that while I was speaking with the person at Travelocity I was also on the site and he was quoting me prices 200.00 more then what I saw on the same site. He was belligerent and very rude. I just hope that this resort is all that it is made out to be. I so far have had a terrible experience with everyone involved and you can be sure that I will post this message to as many complaint sited as I can find.

2011 Toyota RAV-4 Factory Run Flat Tires

I recently acquired a new 2011 RAV-4 Limited from a North Alabama Toyota dealership who was, and has been, very helpful, and they gave me a quite reasonable deal on the purchase. I deliberately selected the equipment options based on the primary driver being my wife. She has undergone several back and hip surgeries and is not unable to change to a spare tire in the event of a flat tire. Accordingly, the vehicle did not come with any spare tire, but was equipped with Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400, 235-55-R18 Run Flat Tires. Theoretically this set-up would allow the vehicle to be driven at up to about 50 mph for around 100 miles in order to get my wife safely to a repair location, etc.

Dell Computer Late Delivery of XPS 8300

Repeated misrepresentations by Dell concerning delivery date for on-line purchase of XPS 8300. Canceled order on 1/23/12 following 1 hour of “customer support” thru India & El Salvador agents. During on-line checkout, delivery was stated as 1/16/12. Within 7 days, represented delivery date was changed – first to 1/20/12 then to 1/27/12. As of today (1/23/12), on-line order status still shows delivery by 1/27/12. But now told by “customer service” that delivery date is in fact no sooner than early March 2012. Dell also charged AmEx card in full prior to shipment, without authorization.

Kohl’s Bank Late fees and Returned Check Fees

In November 2011 I tried to open an online bank payment option on the Kohl’s website. I never received a confirmation so I called Kohl’s and paid on the phone. In December I received a statement saying I owed a late fee of $25 and a returned check fee of $25.
After 2 calls to customer service thinking everything was taken off of what I owed, I received a letter saying I still had to pay the bank fee of $25. The letter stated I should call my bank and see why it wasn’t processed. After a call to my bank they told me no transaction was acknowledged and the fee was for Kohl’s bank.

Racist Comments Posted on YouTube

I think that everyone who feels the same way about the shameful, in-human racist comments on YouTube and other sights that allow this type of stupidy, should join together and file a class-action law suit against these companies, since they don’t want to do anything about this terrible display of Racism on their own. These people can control what goes on their sight. This is why things happen like someone harming themselves because of a comment someone made on their face book so something. These YouTube people are just mean, and maybe they think that it’s okay; but, we all know that it is Not!!! And so do the people that allow it to happen on these sights.

Poor Customer Service at Burger King Restaurant

I just got back from the Burger King on Nine mILE rOAD IN rICHMOND va, AND HAD ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES ever!! I sat in the drive through foir 4 minutes with not one response from Inside. I wondered if they were open. Then I went inside and the person with the head set on her head was chatting with a guy and not paying attention to the customers. Even then, when I ordered a Whopper without mayonnaise, guess what? It, of course, had mayo!! If the lady behind the counter would pay as much attention to the customers as she did the young man, I’m sure there wouldn’t be any problems.

Toshiba Computer Hard Drive Repair at Best Buy

I bought my computer Oct. 2010. In December my WMAX went out. Had to take it to best buy where I bought it from, they sent it to the “Authorized Service” to have it fixed, got back sometime in January. Then my Hard drive crashed in Early April. I took it back to Best Buy where they again sent it off. When I got it back there was nothing on it at all. They told me I needed to contact Toshiba, which was my first contact and a horrible experience! They told me I should have sent it to them not the store I bought it from and I had to buy a new program to have my system reset. After much arguing I sent it to their Depot and they had it reprogrammed.

CVS vs. Wal-greens and a Very Rude Manager

I was at CVS to copy two pictures. A young man finally helped me and wasn’t polite. I had trouble finding what I wanted and asked the sales lady to help me…she had the same young man help me but he helped with one sheet and I stared to process the second sheet but again had trouble and stood in line to get help. After he accused me of pushing all the buttons…..when he helped scan the second sheet it cut the hat off all the pictures. I said that’s not right which he replied that’s how it scanned. He never asked to corect or have a solution. I went back up front ask for the manager and the lady said he was the manager.

More Winners International Telephone Scam Calls

Received a call at 7 am Jan 24, 2012 from Winners International looking for my recently passed husband William Webb. They told me that they wanted to deliver a cheque for $2.5 million that William had won from their raffle that afternoon. They needed me to prove that I was his beneficiary and to do that I had to go to Western Union (Walmart) and send $499 to cover taxes and prove who I was. They had pay 4 out of the 5 taxes and I had to pay this tax before receiving money. I was to fill out this form which would be a stamp of approval receipt. I was to fill out to receiver to Donald Bowlyn, Hanover, Jamaica – Winners International and myself being the sender.

They wanted another fee of $29.95 for using another bank other than their own to recieve my refund.
