I called Att for computer service only and ended up with bundle. I received the bill and found out it was two times the amount promised. I lost some services I already had. the tv, and computer freeze and have to be boosted or restarted with start up repair. The telephone has about a 12 sec. pause after the number is dialed. The entire service shut down All the boxes blank and cause all the lights in the house to blank and the telephone shuts off and flashes. The telepnone voice flash the number on tv is the only thing work cannot check numbers or any thing. The tv keep recording one program cannot stop can only erase. Have not received any rewards for the entire bundle as promised.
The tech service is a joke they were out 3 times and wanted to be payed when they needed to come out again to fix what they messed up when the were out.

I was blatantly lied to by a Customer service representative wen i was thinking of moving to Comcast, ATT rep, who offered me a one year contract for 81 per month cable bill pay on my account. Because i have automatic bill pay on my account I didn’t notice that they went up by 30 dollars on some occasions and never really explained why the price fluctuated between $81 and $112 per month every month it was different and i never order movie channels or do anytime special with my channels. The thing this is so misleading is that i had a contract and expected my bill to be CONSTANT. The price on the phone changed 3 different ways from what was on my bill. this is a rip off and i am so disgusted in trusting a representative on the phone that she would be telling me the truth and i thought we had an agreement. ATT uverse without a doubt change my bill for 5 straight months. these different amount in order $81 , $88.16, $84, $112, $94, $111
