Mar/28/2012. Dear Zynga. I had 96 million in chips. Which got stolen. I used your lost and stolen chips option on face book which is totally useless and I send an email to you more than 6 times. I also contacted the customer services directly on 800-762-2530 7 times and all they can say is that they will get in touch with me within 24 hours which since the incident Mar/22 /2011 never happened. now funny story is this 3 days ago I received a notice from Zynga while I was playing telling me that I have violated the chip transfer agreement and so they gave me 2 options; one is to accept and they will leave me with 10% of my balance up to one million and the second option is me have Zynga investigate the issue.
So I chose the second one and told the story and as soon as I send that they not only a banded my account but took my chips away which was 8.8 million at that time and left me with 635 chips. I have never ever see such customer services in my life seems to me that you have users hack into other users and take their chips while you do absolutely nothing and what they will do is to go online and by chips again and they will lose it soon or someone will still them again. Which I believe this is the way you live your life and get money from people.
All that said, I am really happy that I am leaving Zynga as my friends did and using other companies to play poker which they actually care about their customers not try to still from them like you.
P.S. I do really feel sorry for you and the owner of the company .
