In december2010, I lost connectivity to facebook. Some Glitch. I spent hours trying to regain connectivity many times without any success. In addition I wish to turn off the automatic billing. No Success if you are not able to get connected, or cannot find any help by way of having connection to facebook. The last straw is to connect with my bank to stop this charge. On three occasions, I have been re directed by the bank to get in touch with Facebook to have them stop the automatic withdrawals. Guess what! I have no way to contact anyone of importance because there is no phone number that connects to the best of my knowledge. Maybe my bank can get their act together and not be like the GREAT Facebook.
