LifePsychic.com looks like a normal reading site and very legit, however I purchased a $30 reading, and after my card was charge and the funds NOT credited to my account, I tried to contact customer service….. only to find the customer service number goes into a message that says, “Custoer Service is not available, please try your call later.” So I tried the live help chat… “Live Chat is Offline”. So I emailed info@lifepsychic.com the ONLY way apparantly to contact them. They responded back 24 hours later asking for the transaction # details, which I gave them along with the card statement attached.
Then…. nothing. No response, no “thank you” nothing. I still cannot reach anyone there, and have not heard back. The funds were never credited to my lifepsychic account, and I will have to now report the funds taken off my card as fradulent charges and hope I can get the money back. Be very careful! I suspect this entire site might be just charging people and never giving the reading credits at all, a fraud or fake front.
