My sales person was n a bit of a rush to make some more commission money as the store had 10 or so customers. I lodged a complaint with radio shack on line, i will say dist rep got back within 2 days. He was arrogant making statement “well my phone works”.
This poured gasolind on the fire! He hung up on me. Monday i call corp ask not to have dist rep call me, guess who calls.
