Sears Kenmore Kitchen Appliance Specifications

Please rate

I build cabinets and install appliances. With all appliance companies I have found complete specifications for their appliances on line, especially ‘cut out dimensions!’ Not so with Sears Kenmore. After trying online, I called for help. Only to find a dead end and a bad attitude. I had to go the the store, where I was showed a book with, cut out dimensions. The sales person look at me as if I had two heads! We can’t receive the appliances, with the installation book until a later date and the building needs to start sooner. SEARS…show more specifications especially cut out sizes on line….please…I wouldn’t recommend Kenmore kitchen appliances.

  1. You can’t fault sears for anything when you don’t know where to look. If you go to sears.com for any appliance, regardless of the brand and click full specs it will prompt you to go to managemylife.com (a sears owned website) where you can get the full specs, install guides, templates, and the manuals for ANY brand. Does any other company do that? And as far as kenmore goes, they are consistently one of the highest reviewed brands by leading consumer magazines! Don’t defer people from a great brand just because your upset and ranting.

  2. I also work in the custom cabinet industry and have experienced the same issue with appliance specs. I have pulled them from the “managemylife” website, but still find it lacking. The link to the installation manuals I find do not include the model #, and the listing of model #’s does not seem to match with the sears or kenmore websites. I just pulled one for a gas range and will still have to call for verification because nowhere on here does it list the actual model #. I cannot blindly trust that I was linked to the right page as incorrect #’s build openings that are too large or too small resulting in lost money for this company. Please include a link to the installation and cut-out specs directly to the product on your website!!!!
