The easiest way to complain online

Visited family express in bourbon in around 10:45 am 9/12/26. 00 lotto scratch off. " I said I didn't know that but I never cased one for over 5 bucks!! She counted out the money and threw in on the Counter. @@ And stormed off. This is normal behavior for her but this was over the top! I have read several complaints throughout Family Express locations with similar employee behavior with no action taken, so apparently corporate doesn't GIVE A SHIT EITHER !!!!

I never, ever even saw this site and I never ordered ANYthing from it. 25!! I went to WEBCORTX website - called the phone # listed & got the same useless recording each time. They claim they had proof of delivery. Are they talking about the 3 mini lettuce spinners someone sent us? They were sized for mini dolls. WE DID NOT ORDER THEM! We called the company on return address but got more dead end contact info. We wasted time asking our friends if they were pranking us to send something so ridiculous!

My children and I went to the location in Jersey City on September 10 for my birthday at 8:30pm the electric went out and the manager came to our table. He apologized and told us that he was in intact with the mall and didn’t know when it was going to be restored. I was so upset that he didn’t accodate us at a later date

You took my money in return for a service which you have failed to complete at every step. Your tracking is a joke. Lie after lie. You have no service. You “help” department consists of a bot which answers nothing, only delibera boxed replies nothing to do with the question or the complaint. Failed delivery, wrong address. Who do you think that you are kidding. 4 words. DHL from now on.

In February of 2025, I took my vehicle to my mechanic for routine 100K maintenance. The pickup was running fine. After two attempts at repairs/updates using AutoZone parts that failed or were incorrect for the application, OEM parts were requested and installed. They worked great until they didn’t (at the end of May 2025)—the timing gear broke and caused catastrophic engine failure. I relied on AutoZone management promises to cover my and the mechanic’s extra costs, including a new engine. I ultimately had to order and pay for a new engine and its installation at the end of July of 2025.

Wallflowers all leak. I’ve tried several different ones and have made sure that refill were installed correctly. Guess I will go back using glade or frebreeze as had no problem with them. They also have been known to get hot and could cause fire. Fire department does not recommend using them.
