a century link rep. in the course of me switching my internet service over to them stated that he would be sending me a PrePaid Visa Gift Card in consideration of my business and to cushion some of my expenses of switching my internet service from charter to century link. ive been with century link for over two months and when i call im told one time its being processed and that ill have the $50 dollar Gift Card in just a week or so. three weeks ago i called century link to ask about the Gift Card a century link rep. said the Card should be arriving anytime and gave me a tracking number to follow the Card on the internet. now, today i call and speak to a century link rep. and im told the Gift Card is now being processed and it will be Eight Weeks before my so called Pre-Paid $50 dollar Visa Gift Card will be mailed to me. THIS MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE BEEN FRAUDUANTLY SCAMMED IS WHAT I CALL A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT CASE IN BEHALF OF ALL THE MANY CONSUMERS WHO HAVE BEEN DUPED BY CENTURY LINK. WHAT THEY,CENTURY LINK, ARE DOING IS DEAD WRONG AND CENTURY LINK IS NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS .
