I signed in and wrote doc's appt.She had already told me where to report and I even told the lead's I assumed and they let me go on floor and wipe glue off doors until 5 a.m. that morning they have video tapes, Rebecca goes to tell me I didn't leave not only that I have all text messages informing her on the happenings so I'm asking myself who does this and I took all precautions to remind her of this being the date and what also happened with them having me sit for 4 hours before they came and also have phone number of time too the time was 3:30 am. So Whoa so she called me let me know my assignment had ended for what, I had told her about the date, signed in and left note of doc's appt.left time of 5 so today at 4:44 pm 2/19/2020 . Like she was totally Lost, I do have all the text messages from her to back my story. Unprofessional Staffer need some training...
I live in Santa Maria California and was recently hired by Adecco. I was to report the next day for a job. I got food posioning the night before mt scheduled shift at which I called in to let them know I would not be able to work. This is where the job ended I never recieved a response frome the recruiter as to wether I still have the job or not. This is very frusterating and very unprofessional I feel on your part. I think there needs to be better communication. I will not recomend anyone to your organization to you and I am considering making a report to the Labor Board if there isnt a resolution to my problem. This might not be a big deal to you but to me this is as this job was going to be a way for me to get out of debt. So if you could at least look into this situation I would appreciate it otherwise I will be contacting the labor board to file a complaint. Thanks for ruing my life!!!
recently went to your Michaels store in Arboretum NC Went up to the cashier to buy gift cards. Nasting she said I needed debit card or cash. She lied and told me it was a state law, It is not, I asked for the manager and was told she was too busy to talk about it, I left with a cart full of my usual items That store I won't ever go in, do something about this.
Went in for an interview and sat there 3 hours completely ignored. I called corporate office to complain and then the people who work there said I had cursed I walked out of the building which is complete and total lie and so I called corporate and maybe complaint they said they would investigate it and I never will get back to me no matter how many times I called them and tell them this is ridiculous what's the most disgusting unprofessional place I've ever seen
I contacted company regarding a job. I was given a choice of jobs and schedules. My choice job gave me an appointment date for an interview. I chose the time, 10am. I was contacted to confirm my interview time, a reminder was sent to me yesterday. Actually all this contact was annoying. I wanted the job, of course I will be there. I arrived for my interview at 9:39am. I learned that the position I applied for was filled a couple of days ago. Didn't understand why the confirmation and reminder if position was already filled? I've wasted my time and money for nothing. Person did apologize, that is not enough. I am hurt and angry, what can I do?
Hello I am employed by Adecco for 1.5 months providing me as an employee for amazon. Beginning this month amazon sent us back from work because the dont needed more employees. I have been trying to ask Adecco guy who was our representative in case of any problem but he says I dont know anything go to nuremberg office very rudely. When I called helpline they say we also dont know anything. I emailed the nuremberg office of Adecco still no responce from them and probably they must be on holidays. I guess it was a working day today and I tried calling 5 to 6 times but they never pick up the call . I am really disappointed from your services.And please hire people who have some knowledge and who do their job happily.

I went into work on Saturday morning only to be walked out the doors by Angle Banks. This happen at luxcottia Retail. She said I couldn't work there because I've worked there before. She told me to leave the job and clock out. I still asked her why and she stated that Adecco didn't know I had worked here before. So I had to leave. I personally don't like how I was did and if Adecco did know I had worked here before. But does it matters if I have worked here. It's plenty of ppl I know has worked here before and they came back as temps. Can someone better assist me with this situation on how Angle Banks can walk me off my temp job just because she doesn't like me for whatever reason. This is not right this is discreamnation and I will have something done about it far as it goes. I only wanted to provide for me and my family this Christmas and she walked me out the door for no reason at. Can someone please help me with this ASAP PLEASE.
let me start off by saying if my complaint isn't taken serious, ive promised myself to do everything i can to make sure something is done about my situation i already have other ADECCO companies who understand why im so frustraited about my whole situation, but the people i have been dealing with are rude non helpful and believe that nothing can happen to them because youll get complaints all the time, but just to start off, oct 24 i was scheduled for an interview at SRG global evansville, IN. I bring my 2 IDs and dressed for my interview, doon as i arrive i get turned around at the door because paper work wasn't done, so my complaint there is, why set a interview up and have me come out and im not even done with paperwork? Thats complaint #1. Complaint #2 i finish my paperwork and i reschedule interview, next time i show dressed for interview, they tell me you should of been there at 9:00 am so i show her through Adecco auto system and text messages its says 11:00 am, so first 2 experiences i had with adecco made me look like im wrong, but i kinda let those 2 small things go because they decided to hire me and advised me everything's good i would just need to wait on my background check, so im just fine with that she tells me 3 to 5 days and i could possibly start next week so now ive accepted this job just waiting on my background, complaint #3 the following week i check back, they tell me your background didnt go through because of your birthday you put in so you'll need to correct it, so thats the first 2 weeks of my situation so far in my job process, i corrected the birthday so they could try again, complaint#3 so now im checking on my background check the next week, and they say you messed up another date, do now im like how does this keep happening? So now i asked her well could you help me and see what the problem is? Her response after i did it again was im taken care of it with my TEAM and were taking care of it so now im thinkin i might of hit a button wrong or something but she said she'll take care of it, so i just leave it in there hands you no just to help me out a little, complaint#4 i check back maybe a week and a half later no your background isnt going through, then i say well in the email you told me you were getting it taken care of and it didnt happen, but now i needed to do I9 form again, now were in NOVEMBER around thanksgiving and im still waiting to here about my background, and i find out it still hasnt even gone through, at this point I've turned away jobs because i was presuming im already hired just trying to get my background check back complaint#5 now im frustraited i call in a little upset now calling other people for help purchased my own background check just to see if i could use that since its not working through there system, they say no we will take care of it just do your I9 agian and we'll get to in as soon as it comes back, complaint #6 its DECEMBER 9TH 2 weeks from christmas and i still dont have a BACKGROUND CHECK now i no i want get response from anyone but i just hope youll no your company caused me a month and a half of work took money out if my household and not to mention its christmas time and now chris at SRG evansville finally gets on the phone friday just to tell me i caint work at SRG after never helping me or speaking to me for the while process i would love to file more complaints because they did this to me at a terrible time and didnt take one bit of responsibility so if someone could help me take further action would be greatly appreaciated

The appointment was scheduled for 11:00am. on 11/08/2019. I went in filled out the sheet they asked me to complete and took a seat. Your office staff at this location did not seem very friendly. Is this customary for your company?
From where I was seated, I could hear one of your representatives completed conversation when asking a potential employee her email address and contact phone number. I waited for one hour before I marked on my paper, not interested in working for this company and handed it to the man at the desk. An hour of waiting and I was still sitting. Why did I even have to set up an appointment? It did not appear to be an interview but more like a heard of cattle, without direction. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave.
I attended the Watford branch for Amazon warehouse, I was unsecesful and called the office to ask why and what was the appointment process and to ask why they still had all my data and what would be done with it . I spoke with Mary who had no answers for me, could not explain the application process and what would be done with my information, she was rude , couldn't explain the process, and treated me like an idiot , I am a trained retail manager and have run business with a 30k a week turnover with 10 staff, she was unprofessional rude and unknowledgable, they have my bank, passport details and personal info and I don't know why all this information was taken if I wasn't going to be offered a position and what happens to it now ?
My husband was working for Addecco at Jasper foods in Joplin mo. He quickly advanced to lead postion. About a month later a lady named Stephenie Allen (that was his boss she works for addecco) sent him home early one Thursday at midnight not telling him why. Then told him to call her in the morning. He calls the next morning and she tells him it's time for his review with Jasper and Addecco. He goes into Addecco and she says because she has had reports of your wife coming up to the plant multiple times and it has been reported you've been standing around I'm going to have to take lead from you and take your hourly wage back down to $11 an hour. He was making $14 an hour. Let me make this very clear The only timend ever went to his job was if he ever forgot to take his seizure medicine or forgot his lunch. When I did go up there he was on his break. I only went up to his job twice. Then she does a urine test. Having the nerve to say his test came back light for THC. There is no way that's possible. 2 hours later he went to Manpower and that urine test came back perfect. When I called Stephanie to ask her what was going on (because I knew her from school ) she fired him because of it. I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT HER. I WILL GO TO THE CEO IF I HAVE TO AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SHE IS LET GO FROM ADDECCO

I called Adecco this morning at Evansville, IN office today 7/17/2019. I was still in the system from prior work, I was sent via email to fill out all forms necessary for a job opportunity. I completed all forms and was told to call them back when finished. I did so , but it took many calls to do so.
I finally got through and the recruiter started asking me questions about work history etc. She kept asking me over and over the same questions and I then asked her why she is repeating the same questions over and over and not moving on. It didn't seem like a interview any longer but an interrogation at the police station. She then started being rude to me as she could tell I was getting agitated.
She told me that you have to work somewhere for at least a year before they can help getting you work. I had never heard of this before. Why would you have to do that when your company is a temporary job service? I mean if I had worked somewhere for a year why would I be looking for work from a temp service to begin with. By this time I was getting a little perturbed because she was being really rude and unprofessional.
So all in all she said to me I can see your getting agitated so we can't work you at all.
After going through all this to try and get work, she said I can't work you.
You should train your employees to be more professional and treat people with respect. If not plan on losing a lot of money because of their rudeness and behavior towards customers.
I hope this matter is taken care of immediately. I will give a bad review and spread bad news word of mouth.

My brother was treated horribly, i am going to fight this for him this is so unacceptable and im not going to stop until i hear from someone a good explanation i will get above and beyond i do not care, my brother was supposed to start his first day of work, he got up got ready with my other brother they were going to ride together, my one brother had a seizure and could not make it to work, he called and got sent to a voicemail and left a message explaining why he can not come in on his first day , my other brother who works there came in late because he was helping my brother who had the seizure , well my brother who had the seizure got fired because he did a no call no show BUT HE ATTEMPTED TO CALL AND LET THEM KNOW BUT THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THAT, THIS IS COMPLETELY OBSURD AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE FAILED TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CHECK THEIR VOICEMAIL AND FIRED HIM BEFORE LISTENING TO WHAT HE HAD TO SAY AND HIS REASON THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THIS IS GOING TO BE TAKEN FURTHER !
I spoke with Joyce on the phone over at the Cincinnati, Ohio Norwood Adecco branch. She was very rude and unprofessional, I expressed to her how I put in numerous of applications and tried contacting the office to check the status. Hardly no one ever answer’s, if and then I do speak with someone they say they will call me back and never do. I done left numerous of voicemails and reached out through email and never hear anything back. I spoke with Joyce this morning and she was rude telling me to go to a different agency and she won’t find me work. I’ve never spoke with someone so rude in my life who wasn’t even willing to help me.
I have worked for Adecco in Elgin sc,(Pontiac Foods)since February of 2019.I have received some pretty decent schedules.But 2 weeks ago I was taken off the schedule for a whole week,I don't know why.Since then I've been calling just about every day for a schedule.I have sent text messages and made several calls leaving messages to the manager Barbara,who never responds to either.I really need my hours or some hours for that matter.These bills don't stop coming.
I worked for Adecco Shutterfly in Fort Mill SC. I was fired by the Adecco Supervisor there by the name of Jessica. She fired me for attendance after the Shutterfly Supervisor by the name of Eric said to keep me. She was very rude to me and she expressed to me that she was my supervisor and she made the decisions. My team lead for Shutterfly sent me home because she saw that I was sick. Jessica caught an attitude with her and expressed to her she was the boss. I went in and got a job through Adecco for dickman farms. It didn't fit me so I emailed addeco telling them that I didn't like it there and I would like something different. They yelled at me for not going back and bullshitted around with finding another job for me. Then they found one for McKenzie child's that I liked. However it was a misunderstanding. Ididnt know that there was not an orientation hense the text said I was starting today but I thought I was signing something or watching videos but not starting the second I walked in there. Yes I did stay for an hour but I had appointments I had to go to that day and I wasn't able to start working that day. They said I can come back and start Tomorrow. Then when I got home I received a phone call from the recruiter and she was just yelling at me about only staying for an hour why did I even bother showing up telling me that they don't want me to even bother coming back. I feel that there was a better way of resolving the issue rather than being rude over the phone and yelling at me. I was going to go right back there tomorrow but I've been waiting to go to this appointment for over a year and it's not something I can just ignore. She was talking to me as if I was some sort of criminal. There is no need to yell or talk to someone that way.
Eric Barre that works in the office location 028078 has had a poor attitude with clients and is now taking personal opinions towards workers and not properly investigating issues with publix warehouse employees having the upper hand due to being in a permanent position i have worked foe publix through adecco for 6 years never once was acknoledged for my great attendence i made one day late first week my badge didnt work no warning after my 2nd day on the job its beyond me at this point eric has been nasty to more then me i cant pay my bills he has made it hard for me to get another job i cant go back through his company and he lied to me one time before saying i couldnt come back but when i call cooperate they said i could now he is being very nasty and has said i was mouthy to his client and that's y but she had an attitude with me idk y she just did but all this is a major misunderstanding if someone will see how he speaks to workers on the phone line he has been over whelmed with his job for a while and he is taking the frustration out on good workers like myself i worked until i was 8 months pregnant almost had my baby upstairs in the deli and i still never got offered a position because of eric. I resigned or my assignments ran out never fired until the last job rae side deli many can say i am en great worker who catches on very fast my family works at the company its a tradition.

This is my question:I wanted to know why they thought it was ok to keep money that belong to me or money that i have earned while at work because of an error that ocurred on the computer.
Reason for not issuing the refund : this issue was too old
I left a voice message in the month of October while at home with illness and was not called back where i continued to call during and off business hours for a couple of months where i was finally able to reach some one in the month of April.
Question: if this issue was too old and i was trying to reach them since October what was the appropriate time frame to have reached them after this error that ocurred had been noticed.

I was told to I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a background eligibility. Its been 48 hrs and I haven't heard anything, no email or call. I've called my local branch several times and can't get an answer no matter what time in the day I call during business hours. I feel the staff is very irresponsible and unprofessional. I'm very dissatisfied. I just want to a job, but I can't know the status of my application/eligibility because I can't get anyone to answer the phone throughout the whole day. Could you all please look into that, because I know I'm not the only person that feel neglected by their customer service. I truly thank you and will be willing to hear back from your office

my pay deposit was late two weeks befor chrismass, than they send me in wrong place 25 minutes driving to the company name diamond international ,than they send me to other location 25 minute to drive back ,when i complaint about they terminate me and i didn't get paid for all day hard working.

Recruiters are awful. No one ever answers the phone at either location in Georgetown, KY or Lexington, Ky. Good luck getting someone to return your calls. Terrible!

They like to make people wait and not doing their job what they supposed to be doing.
So I started there around mid November.
Was excited and all, we work 12 hours prr shift 3 days short week abd 4 days long week.
So yea like common sense i always do clock in and out every time i go on my shift.
but when i got my first paycheck they only pay me 12.5 hours out of 35 hours.
for the whole week that caught my attention and call them to fix my missing hours and this lazy people always yes okay will fix that for you.
So then on our second pay they only pay me 9hours total out of 48hrs with some ot
im like are kidding me.
They ripping people of so now they owe me alot of missing hours and they just wasted my time of working there and messed up my expenses. So i quit and still bugging them about my missing hours like they always said its been fixed but hey wheres my paychecl? So messed up!!
I have not received my check in a week and have worked over 34 hours with approximately $350+. I suppose to receive a check for this week as well 21 hours approximately $210.00 +. I Firmly believe I have been discriminated against and my job applications thrown out by the Adecco Southend on sea agency , reasons being they possibly feel I have let them down in the past on a previous job trial through them, I asked them for feed back on that trial and I was utterly beyond belief at what the company used as an excuse not to hire me, Admittedly the job was not for me and I tried to complete all tasks given to me with many obstacles hindering my progress which none of were my fault at all.
I am now in the process of a career change / midlife crisis and spotted a good job I felt a strong connection to on many job sites, so applied as normal and noted it was through Adecco ( my heart sank because I knew these office girls would Not put me forward).
Evidence to support my claim.
During final conversation asking about feedback, they asked what else I would like to do, I mentioned a driving job.
Their response ,
"Oh we dont have / do those due to insurance purposes" LIES , B.S.
Hmmmm a few days later I spot a few driving jobs through Adecco and the one I really wanted to no avail and no contact.
I worked for "American showa" in blanchester OH through one of the local "Adecco" locations located at "51 W Main St, Wilmington, OH 45177" Phone: (937) 383-1001. Before I started working for American showa, I attended a 6 hour orientation on 7/23/18 at the same facility which I was supposed to get paid but Adecco didn't pay me. I started working on wednesday 8/01/18 and turned in my time card on Monday in order to get paid by Friday for that week so, I worked 3 days, 8 hours shift that week, total: 24 hours at pay rate $12.25 hr. I was expecting a $294 paycheck which that's the total gross if you do the math , but instead I got paid $198. I called the office in Wilmington OH and they told me that the Manager in Blue ash OH office "SHANE HAMPTON" Phone: (937)3875051.He Ordered to deduct some hours of my paycheck because according to him, I was getting overpaid from the previous company that I worked through Adecco as well. I tried to get ahold of him ,HR, and other Adecco customer service that I can think of , but Nobody answers, the one that did told me to contact HR, which I did but nobody pick up again, I left a message but nobody returned my calls so at this point I feel really frustrated, I thought Adecco was a good company, but obviously not. All I want is my money for the hours i've already worked:
6 hours orientation on 7/23/18 =$72
24 hours worked from 8/1/18 through 8/3/18 =$294
8 hours worked on 8/6/18 = $98
total: $464 minus $198 that I got from last paycheck makes a total gros of $266.
I hope all this information get to the right hands and do the right thing. After all, We all need our paycheck to pay our bills.
How is possible for a recruiter named Tanashia she REFUSED to give last name and corporate number when asked to file a complaint that works out of the sheperdsville office recruiting for eBay can pass our mouth swab drug test due to not having enough saliva from just smoking marijuana to accurately perform the standard drug test to permit employment violated all company policy rules and regulations by disposing swab samples in garbage can aprox.date 10/05/17@6:42am. Can still work and represent your company?? I am one that was passed currently working @ebay in sheperdsville ky while under the influence of narcotics each and every day???
I received a phone call from an Adecco recruiter who stated he was working remotely from home in GA, on 9/11/2017 around 11:30 am due to the hurricane. The call came through as "restricted". He was calling me regarding a position in Stratford CT that I applied to the day before. It is a contract position with UPS, HR Administrative I role for approximately 5 months. The conversation went well until he stated the UPS required my social security number and full date of birth in order to submit my "application". Since Adecco is a recognizable company with a good reputation I had no problem giving him my information. However, after we hung up he was suppose to send me a follow up email with his contact information and information on my application to this role. I have not heard from him. When I tried to call him back, the number did not exist.

I was wrongfully terminated. I was talking and asking a fellow employee a few questions while at work. We had just finished putting up the last few items on the dock in the racks. When the Boss named Ben at warehouse 45 in Burlington NC walked up asking what we were doing. I expressed that I just finished putting away some items and was asking a co working a few questions. I started to laugh nervously and I guess he was on a power trip and he called the temp office an arranged it so me and the co worker would get a write up. When I made it to the temp office they informed me that I was getting a write up and that this was my last one. The Adecco lady informed me that she would say this last write up was due to attendance but that was a lie. I had one write up I signed due to attendance and my second write up I never received. But my final write up was for laughing I guess.
Unbelievable staffing. Beware stay away from them. This company lies and just treat people any kind of way and corporate doesn't care. Better business bureau will investigate their discrimination to people of their choice. I'm definitely going to let the world know. And I am suing this company for discrimination.
At 1:30am on the 19/12/2016 i received a txt message from Adecco re my Amazon contract at Man1. The message was sent by an employee. the txt advised me that my assignment at Amazon Man1 has been terminated.
My complaint begins at this point as i called and could prove that i had made the necessary steps to advise Adecco of my absence and had followed the necessary steps to advise the Man1 Adecco team. I was advised that all calls have been recorded so my discussion with Callum will be accessible to review this complaint.
the first part of my complaint is in regards to the employee, as per the recording will show he advised me that i was no longer under the assignment at Amazon and that there will be no way to reverse this decision, albeit explaining so in an aggressive and rude tone. the conversation went on to me explaining i have proof and again was advised that it would not help.
I then asked to speak to the shift manager, he would not agree to give me his surname, he begun to explain that will have to speak to their contract manager Gemma, i believe that was who i had previously spoken with on the 14th, the 15th and the 16th and advised of my absence, again, all call recordings and logs can be accessed. All logs can be requested from my phone provider if necessary.
The final part of this complaint will be addressing the behavior and procedures of the Man1 Adecco team and the levels of stress that i have been subjected to, i have lost all faith and trust in the Man1 Adecco team to continue to do right by me and other employees and i now face yet another period of unemployment unless as advised and i quote 'you manage to speak to Gemma and she decides she wants to revers this decision based on your proof'

I started a weekend shift there Saturday November 12 worked 10 hours and only got paid for 15 mins. I immediately called payroll, my branch, spoke to what was supposed to be employee relations for associates and still no one has fixed my pay. I'm going to contact a lawyer next.
I have been contracted through Adecco for about a year now, the experience has been horrible - from the beginning to right now. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they gave me the wrong time for my interview. Thankfully I was not the first interviewer they had sent over and my now-company was very understanding, saying that they had given all of the job seekers the wrong time, despite my company trying to correct it multiple times. They also quoted me the wrong amount for my hourly pay, so I was disappointed when I received my first pay heck and discovered it was quiet a bit smaller than I'd been anticipating. as much as I love my job now, if I'd have known the actual wage then, I doubt I would have accepted the offer.
Multiple times over the past year I have had my paychecks missed. I have had to call and email every time for multiple days just to get a response. And when I do, no one ever knows what's going on. The worst example was when I had a missed paycheck for three weeks and was unable to get in touch with anyone despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending tons of emails to all the contacts I had. They eventually called me back and 'apologized' that it had taken them so long to get back to me, saying that all of my voicemails were going to a phone they didn't use...i had been calling the number listed on their website and every employees email signature, so I find that very odd.
Perhaps part of their problem is that they cannot seem to keep anyone employed. In the year that I have been with them I have had at least 5 or 6 different account managers come and go. At this point I have no idea who my point of contact is.
The most recent example of their incompetence was just this week: my job offered me a promotion. Adecco contacted me and let me know and I told them I had several questions before I accepted. Instead of answering my questions, they emailed my contingent labor group and told them I accepted, without ever even contacting me back! It took me two days tp get through to then again that I needed my questions answered before I could accept anything. I received one email saying they would look into it two days ago, and since then not a word, despite me attempting to contact them via phone and email multiple times.
I know these people work on commission... I've worked on commission before too so I know the appeal of quickly closing a deal and moving on. However these are people's livelihoods that they are messing with.I still haven't been able to give my company a straight answer, and it's looking like the promotion I was offered might be off the table soon, all because Adecco was unable to pick up a phone. Needless to say it's disappointing in this company and will be informing everyone I know to steer clear. Being a manager at a call center I had worked with many different temp agencies before, and none of them were even close to this level of failure.
I was not paid my weekly wage this week which I should have been paid today Thursday the 20th October, I had contacted Adecco to find out what happen, I was advised they did not receive my PO number in time to process my wage I was shown by my supervisor that my time sheet was sent at 9 & PO was sent 9:30 on Monday morning 17 of October I then was contacted back to be told I will not get paid till Friday night my account is now $250 in overdraft due to dishonor payments overnight (Wednesday) into Thursday morning for rent power sky.
I don't feel this is fair as this was a hiccup from the Adecco team I should have some kind of assistance and paying the dishonor fees that was missed. If my wage does come through as I was been told I'll still be short as my wages will cover the overdraft in my account and I'll be real short to make my payments for my bills.
I worked on the 28th 30th 1st and was suppose to get paid on the 5th of October. Adecco corporate said something was wrong with my card so the mailed the check out on the 5th today is the 11th and here it is time to get paid again and I still have not received anything in the mail. If I need to I will go above whoever is suppose to take care of these problems.
I used to work with Adecco in 2015 at Bright International Corp in Coolidge, AZ. And though i was younger and naive, I loved my experience there. I did have issues with the Machine Operator at Bright, so they moved me into a different department. Later, they terminated me for being late quite a bit of times which i admit and own up too. Now in 2016, I tried to apply with them again because i'm having a extremely hard time trying to find a job closer in town, and the HR interviewed me and even gave me a Start time & date, so i quit my job i was working at the time.
The next day i get a call from Adecco saying they took back their offer because they think it's best i don't come back. I'm currently having a very hard time trying to find a job in town because my current job is seasonal and closes down November 5th, 2016. I'm only trying to prove to them that I greatly matured & will do anything to prove to them I'll be a much employee than i was before & they deny me as if i'm a criminal.
I called the Adecco in West Phoenix and a lady named Sara answered. She asked me if I could hold, I said yes, and I was in hold for ten minutes and 15 seconds, before I finally hung up. I tried calling back but I got an answering machine. I tried calling later and a lady named Tricia answered. When I told her I was on the phone for that long she didn't offer an apology or anything, just silence. I felt very frustrated.
I was hired by Karen Johnson in Tempe, Arizona office to work at TRW in Mesa, Arizona. I was put in a very nice department for work called ROI but they only averages 32 hours a week. I need 40 hours a week. I fought to be put in DI10 which has the hours that I needed. At first the people there were very nice, but it changed. They never treated me fair by giving me proper training.
I asked to read all of the SOP's, but they didn't let me.They told me that they didn't know what they were. I was threatened by a co-worker. I reported it. Then on 10/19/2016 Karen called and without earning or anything I was Terminated and was told that I wasn't smart enough to run the new machines. No one has found me a new job and my status is in limbo to where I cannot receive good stamps or Unemployment. Where's the professionalism? Now when I apply for work through a temp agency, I hesitate because of the terrible experience that I have received.
I was hired on a job through Adecco within 2 days, however when payday came around; they did not want to pay me for the job done. Needless to say I'll never recommend Adecco to anyone. If I work I expect a paycheck to be deposited. Unprofessional, unorganized! I keep getting the saying that my deposit will be in tomorrow everyday I've called for 3 days. Well nothing. If Adecco does not pay I'm hiring an attorney and reporting them to the labor board! I don't stand for being screwed out of my money that I worked very hard for. Adecco gets paid on time I'm sure. So there employees should also.
It's been a month and a half since I have joined the Adecco staffing, I love the job or the program that I'm working for but the recruiter that I have been in contact with has been very unreliable with anything of mine. I should have known when I first had my interview with her she was constantly on Facebook and they made me wait in the lobby area til they finish they're conversation but it wasn't about work. But it wasn't my place to judge whatever they were talking about, I just needed a job period.
And then my first pay check I knew something was going to happen just cause the first impression I had on her which is unprofessional. They messed up my pay and then instead of getting back to me, she waited until I emailed her back a day later. So every email conversation that we had she either responded a day later or not at all. I think that is truly unprofessional and heartless. People work because they want to make sure their bills are paid on time and food for their families etc. but this woman didn't have a care in the world.
My advice is to take care of your employers, always check in with them to make sure they are okay and if they have any questions or concern. That is all they have to do instead of wasting time being on Facebook and gossiping.
Local Hickory, NC management hired me for specific job and hourly rate, then dropped both to a lower paying position without letting me know any of their decision making. Very unprofessional by Adecco and I do not recommend them for anyone. If you check their BBB rating, you will see it's a B- currently.
I wanted to submit a complaint about Adecco located at 101 E Corporate Dr Ste 200, Lewisville, TX 75067. This particular office location is bad.
I have recently taken a social work assignment. After 5 weeks I am still not on the Adecco system and have not been paid. E-mails have been sent to the Adecco consultant and the response to my agency has been really unhelpful. He has not replied to any of my e-mails. I am now not going into work as I am unable to work without being paid. This has been a horrible time for me and an experience which I have never had previously in my 15 years of working as a agency member of staff.
I went to an Adecco office in Grand Rapids, Mi in February, 2016. There was a job that I was qualified for and could easily have done. However, the person who interviewed me did not correctly evaluate me and denied me the job. She then gave me feedback which was very negative feed back. It was also incorrect and mis guided. Additionally, They must now have me confused with some one else and falsely claim that I was "nasty" to them when I expressed my concerns to the receptionist, in a calm and respectful manner. At the end of the day. I was not "nasty" at all. Now they are saying they will never help me again. This whole thing is due to a complete and total misunderstanding. They misunderstand and have incorrectly evaluated me.
Additionally, in over one month's time, have obviously got me confused with some one else and are making very disturbing and incorrect accusations about me. Additionally, they think I would not be a good fit for office work? How in the world can they get it so wrong? I have over 7 years of experience in related office work for several different employers, even working as a manager for one of them. It is just a huge misunderstanding. They have this thing completely wrong. Most importantly, this is the first time they had ever met me. Who do they think they are to treat me in such a demeaning way? They need to get their act together. I request a formal apology. I have never worked any where or managed anywhere where it would be in ANYWAY okay for an employee to tell a guest over the phone or in an office that they were "nasty" when indeed they were not.
I saw a job online advertised by adecco in Southend on Sea, I phoned the Southend office and spoke to a woman called Gemma, who told me that the job didn't exist, when I queried the fact that I'd seen it online she told me I was being aggressive, which I can assure you I wasn't, then she hung up the phone. The customer service and down right rudeness of this individual is disgraceful to say the least. Someone like this gives your company a bad reputation and should not be working in the the public sector with that kind of argumentative attitude.
I moved back from Australia a month ago and prior to moving I emailed my CV to Adecco in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and had no response. Ok, not a surprise as best to be in the UK. On return, I called to make an appointment to register. This was a working day being a Monday and mid morning. The phone rang for quite sometime before a voicemail service picked it up. I left a message asking to be called back as I am seeking employment and would like to register. No response. I checked a few days later to see that Adecco in Chesterfield did still exist and it did. A week later I called again and no answer. Again I left a message. No response. Two weeks after my initial voicemail message I walked a fair way into town to go in to Adecco offices in the town center.
On arrival I pressed the buzzer and a young lady met me at the door. I explained that I had come to register and had not received a response to the previous calls. She was terribly busy and couldn't fit me in that day but may have a slot tomorrow (being a Friday) but most likely would be Monday. Could I email her my resume meantime. I explained that this has already been done but gladly sat and re-sent the resume there and then. I explained that I was frustrated with recruitment agencies and that being of good standing I'd come to Adecco as urgently need temp work at the very least. The young lady (Holly) asked what I felt the barriers were to not having been offered any work by any agency and I suggested that I had no idea other than my age and qualifications. I stated that I was prepared to stick labels on jars in temp work just to get an income if need be.
I still to this day have not heard back from Adecco nor have I been booked in for an appointment. Why am I annoyed and filing a complaint against Adecco? Well, apart from the obvious which is being dismissed as a job seeker for whatever reason there is another factor that adds to my annoyance and that is that I am hot on customer service and I have definitely not received any here. If I were an area manager and I had called a recruitment agency and twice it had gone on two different days of the working week, I'd be hauling someone over hot coals! If I learned of this plus the fact that job seekers were getting turned away without even being asked to fill out an application form , I'd be seething! Are you no longer a Recruitment Agency Adecco?
People on the street, 'walk in's' are your bread and butter, they are the people that go to the jobs you seek out. It's all very well gaining leads and making telesales to gain vacancies for the company but you need people to fill those vacancies don't you. How can you possibly function as an employment agency when no one answers the phone! What if that had been an employer looking for staff?
Think you need to employ me, as an area manager or office manager for Chesterfield as frankly, they need a good kick up the arse. Us mature aged job seekers have life skills and people skills that are clearly lacking in the younger generation and as much as Adecco preach not to be discriminatory, it certainly comes across that way when you are blatantly ignored or not signed up on walk in. You may be interested to know that I am not the only person this has happened to. A friend who is also a high level professional was blatantly ignored by your Chesterfield branch and coincidentally, is also mature aged.
First, they neglect to tell me I had to put my own time in when I first started so I'm working for almost 4 weeks straight with no checks. After that gets resolved 2 weeks later. Someone at Adecco corporate office goes into my account and changes my pay into a paycard without my consent. So they change my account back to direct deposit that Wednesday and says that my check will come in the mail that Friday, it didn't come, then they said Saturday for sure, it didn't come, then they said Monday or Tuesday still no check, when I call payroll they act as if they have an attitude just cause I need my money and the temp agency never answers the Adecco customer service phone number or returns messages. I have bills overdue right now because of mistakes they have made.
As of January 22, 2016 11:25am The Adecco office located at 703 N. Olive Ave. Phone # (520) 421-1707 has been very business unprofessional in having open communication with it's employees, on this date & time my self was treated very disrespectful by the Branch Manager. I asked if I was going to be reassigned to another employer and her response was I would call you back after our supervisor's meeting which was to take place on January 19th, 2016, to advise you of your status, with not hearing from the Branch Manager.
I called the office on January 22. 2016 and was told in a phone conversation that the Branch Manager told her supervisors that Adecco Inc. no longer honors the contract of employment between it's office. I am filling this complaint against Adecco Inc. on the grounds of rude & unprofessional behavior displayed & shown by it's Branch Manager & Staff.
I was hurt by an Adecco coworkers reckless driving and the laptop the employer said I had to use or get fired. (There are no H&S rules for working in a car). The employer, did not submit an accident report to the insurance company for weeks. When it was submitted, it was incomplete ( I think it was missing my hand written notes, objecting to the way they described the accident as it minimized it, it was a hard forceful impact that tore my tendons and made my uterus a free body inside me, not a slight bump hitting a dirt mound). They told the insurance company I wore a back brace - a lie used to deny my claim.
I was employed via Adecco for a year. Throughout this time they failed to pay myself and a number of staff repeatedly and always placed the blame on another member of staff. When my job ended, due to myself being on SSP, Adecco 'forgot' to tell me that my contract had been terminated. A woman named Sally, from the Wakefield branch answered. May i say she is the rudest, most ignorant woman i have ever come across. Think 'bratty teen that cant be bothered to talk'.
Upon me asking why i hadn't been told i was no longer in work i was told *monotone voice* "i don't really know what to tell you but you wont be getting sick pay anymore". I asked for my P45 slip and she sounded positively put out at the thought of doing any work. She agreed but when i requested some wage slips she said "i wont be able to do that" I said i would make do with a letter stating my sickness period which she said she would send out. 3 weeks later and no p45 slip or letter stating SSP.
I called back to be told she had never sent either out and now she had returned to her lair *cough* sorry, original branch. So one month on and i am still waiting for a simple letter and P45 slip, i have emailed twice since and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint.
Filed an unemployment complaint with Adecco , they had three weeks to respond and responded on the last day to draw out the unemployment process. I have to figure out how to pay my bills. Additionally, they are HIGHLY low budget and unprofessional. I overheard them discussing another person's pay which was higher than mine. If you do not have to work for them DON'T.
I had an interview scheduled at 11am with Brittany Olugbami at the 5111 N. Beach, Ste 148, Fort Worth, TX 76137 office and had gotten there 15 minutes early. Filled out a paper application then waited 45 minutes and was told I had to take a test. I didn't come prepared to take a test cause I didn't bring my reading glasses. Took the test and was told I had failed it and to come back in 4 months. I am a disabled combat veteran with 10 and a half years of service to this great country. I wish Brittany had mentioned to me about taking a test. I would have been better prepared! Is this how Adecco treats veterans?
I thought vets had priority service? If you had only seen the people in office along side me with tattoos all over and tear drop tats it would make you wonder what types Adecco is looking for. It makes me want to write the Secretary of the Veterans Administration to let him know how our veterans are being treated by Adecco.

Adecco loves to cheat people out of their money. This week and last week they've shortened my hours and also my pay. I don't recommend Adecco to anyone.
I believe I was wrongfully fired from an Adecco assignment due to attendance. I had just started the assignment when personal emergencies had occurred in my life but each time I took the necessary steps to inform adecco and the manager at my job know what was going on. My last day at work I noticed a sign on the wall about attendance and it stated no call no show automatic termination, that was not my case, I texted my manager to let him know what was going on and he replied and I called and texted Adecco AND left voicemails to customer service let them know what was going on, my calls were unanswered and never returned. Couple days later I get a voicemail saying I'm fired and I have no idea why so I called to find out twice and my calls have yet to be returned. I saved the text messages showing where I informed them of my situation.
Adecco located me at Shendish Mannor hotel to work however I was treated very badly there and was verbally abused. When I went to go back and tell Adecco they did nothing about it, they were more upset at the fact that I was not going in the next day to do the shift because of the way I had been treated. Also they did not pay me on the following week then the week after that I got underpaid as they put through the wrong hours and they did the same thing the next week after that. They said I had been taxed according to the pay slip. I had asked them to send me the pay slip on numerous occasions but still have no received it. I called up the tax office and Adecco had not updated them of my employment where I was not able to receive my full tax code. This has to be the worst company I have worked for. The branch I was located at was hemel hampstead.
I worked as part time brand ambassador at heinemman klia 2 last month. 1 day is RM130 and I had worked for 22 days. So I should get RM2860. However, I only received RM 2,589.10 from Adecco PERSONNEL SDN BHD-P.JAYA. Some more, we can claim back the daily pass money as we need to buy the daily pass to go in the departure hall to work everyday. The daily pass is RM2.10 per day. Rm2.10*21 is RM44.1. RM2860 plus RM44.1 is RM2904.1. Hence, I should get RM2904.1. from Adecco instead of RM2,589.10. I ady send all the time sheet and daily pass to Siti Adiera, the agent who introduced me the brand ambassador job. But yesterday I checked my bank account and realized that I only received RM2860 from Adecco. I wanna to ask where is the RM350??I ady email the agent, Ms Siti Adiera few times to ask but she never reply me!! please reply me as soon as possible!
I was contacted by a Megan Jones in your Northampton Office concerning a job she said I may be interested in. I was asked to go down and register - which I did on the 29th October 2015. Megan Jones then explained the job role and asked if I could just alter my CV a little - I said ok and she said she would be in contact. I altered my CV that day and sent it to her, with no reply. Anyway I left it a couple of days and then emailed her to see if there was any news on the job that she mentioned and waited for a reply. It is now the 7/11/2015 and she has not replied to my email and I feel very disappointed in your company - as she contacted me and did not even have the decency to reply - even to say the job was know longer available would have been nice. I feel that your staff, or some of your staff need to remember that people like myself keep them in a job, and also should take a course in manners, as it is clear that Megan Jones clearly would benefit, she has clearly become to big for her boots. This email is something I feel I should do so other people are not treated the same.
Ok so one of the Adecco agents has don't nothing but screw me around honestly I have called and left tons of messages I've emailed and I've went in there. This women either sucks at her job or is just being rude to me. I was there almost to weeks ago to trying and get a job so I left my old bosses reference number I called him today to ask if he got a call from her and he said no. Two weeks really honestly I'm not one to say people should be let go, but I really do think she does.
My only complaint is that every time I apply for a position with Adecco. A different contact person calls me rather then the one the ad has listed and offers me a job that is not the one I applied for and not one I have any experience or qualifications in as well as way less pay! Why can't they give me the opportunity to prove my skills in the one that I applied for and am certainly qualified for and proved by testing. Probably because they want their friend to get it? I just don't understand this! it happens over and over. When I first started using Adecco, I had such a great experience and great temporary jobs with them and filled in frequently and one led a to a great permanent job but unfortunately, that company later closed its doors and I got laid off.
I then moved. My first experience with them close to the area I moved to was a night mare! The recruiter told me the job was in accounts receivable. She set me up for an interview and told me to dress casual. So I went for the interview and the Company sent me to the warehouse and said there must be some mistake that this job is for warehouse "receiving" which I could not do based on experience. When I didn't take that job, that recruiter called me and balled me out! I later found out from another Adecco recruiter that there was an accounts receivable position that she sent one of her friends to get!
I found another great job on my own and was laid off again a few years later, so thought I would try Adecco again, The recruiter was awesome Traci McBurney was her name, and she found me a great temp to perm job in Human Resources and payroll, just my area, I was finally offered a full time position there but by that time I had to reject it due to some serious health issues I had been diagnosed with, that would not have worked out with that companies needs, I hated that but I couldn't do anything about it.
I have since then started my own business but occasionally like to get temp jobs for extra money for new equipment. I used Adecco Nov 2014. I was not given the opportunity for the job I applied for but they called me for something else, I really didn't feel comfortable about it because it was in a call center where I did not have any experience but I accepted because I needed the money. There was one day we had snow that made it hard for people to get to work but I made sure I got there on time and worked every day and full hours because I wanted it to work out. Hardly anyone was there the day it snowed not even the supervisor, but I WAS! After a few weeks there Adecco called me and said I was no longer needed, I asked why and they said the assignment was over. I don't know what happened.
My business has been growing but I can't keep up with the bills for it, so I am forced to look for full time work again and do the business on the week end. I recently applied with Adecco for a payroll position which asked for specific requirements and qualifications. I have 10 + years in this area and feel I am more than qualified for. It made me angry that a different recruiter Rachel (it was a New York # I live in KY) than the one listed on the ad called me and said they got my application for EBAY warehouse! when that is not what I applied for! I applied for the Payroll specialist job in Walton, KY at $16 per hour why would I want warehouse for $9 Why do they do this knowing what you applied for? Why don't they give someone a chance? I am pretty sure the payroll job is still open.
Then this morning I got a text asking if I wanted a warehouse job! NO! I understand they need to fill their jobs but I have experience as a Human Resource Generalist and Payroll Administrator, why can't they find me something closer to that if I apply for it and its open. Anyway Adecco needs to be better about monitoring their recruiters. From this point on I will probably be using a different temp agency. I don't want to because Adecco is convenient for me but I need to do what ever I can to find the right position for me.
I worked for the company since the 16th I was suppost to get a check on Friday it didn't come nobody answered the phone I call them Monday and was told they wasn't in office so call Tuesday and still no check she told me my address and she said guess I have to print you another one what about my bill that are due because they wouldn't pay me I quit my job because I wasn't getting paid.
An employee, Tiffany Poloschan, of Adecco at your Joplin, Mo office, has been posting vulgar and innappropriate language, pictures, and other propaganda on her Facebook page that clearly shows her status as a recruiter. She has engaged in this behavior naming people once or currenty in her life. I find that other employees of that office engage as well.. This is very harmful to people with families and children who see her conduct in a personal or professional manner. I would check her credentials in how she obtained this position with your company. Unprofessional to say the least.
Can you explain how a manager located at your Modis office in Cary, NC has had several complaints to HR and he is still managing that office. We are talking over a half dozen complaints ranging from fowl language, bullying, and allowing HR issues to be swept under the rug!
The staff there closes the shop when it suits them. They are unhelpful and do not put you forward for any suitable positions but play favorites. This is a truly awful company, very rude and have no customer service standards. The Adecco brand in particular I am talking about is the Hartford Branch.
I think we are not getting paid fairly , i work 3rd shift and they pay us regular pay ($8.05) and we never do the full 8 hours on the clock, and when we do we still get the same pay. I i have been told working 3rd shift we should get paid more than min. Wage due to it being night. Some people get sent home for not doing there numbers by lunch time and those hours will only total 3 hours. I think somebody should do something about this , investigate this situation i am not the only one who feels this way . We get treated as if were slaves, no music no socializing , nothing. I feel as if we work it shouldn't be a problem , i thought we got hired to work , not to make numbers and be sent home. Somebody please get back to me , if nobody response back i will just quit because they way they treat us is ridiculous. Thanks

I applied at Adecco in the spring. Worked three days at a company to wrap up a marketing research study. They simply no longer needed me because that study was over. Since then, I've asked for 2nd shift in the summer (kids home) and they never called me until the kids were going back to school and I needed 1st shift (which I clearly specified) Now that I have repeatedly requested first shift, they only call me for 2nd shift jobs. I know what they're doing; they're calling me for the jobs nobody else wants.
I was told a job was 9 miles away from where I lived, it took me 30-35 mins to get in the vicinity and google maps gave me different directions. I went back into the Adecco office and told them they misinformed me about the mileage and asked if they had any closer jobs. I was speaking with 1 person and ended up being double teamed by 2 of the Adecco employees. I was laughed at for getting lost and talked down to for asking for a closer job. I am out of school for winter break and wanted something productive to do with my time.
I am an exceptional worker and easy to get along with but I actually felt bullied in that office and am thinking about reporting them to the BBB.
I told the recruiter about me having felonies on my background (more than one), but I forgot to mention the other one which was in 1994. I forgot about it. I feel this was discrimination. I serve my time, I am a better person to society. I just ask for and employer to give me a chance. So please tell me, what are your rules on this matter? I was hire in and went to orientation then fired. what is this world coming too!
I have been working through Adecco for a month now, and i have yet to be paid ON TIME. I've constantly had to wait at least 4 extra days to get my check that i work hard for. I show up to work on time everyday so the least they could do is PAY ME ON TIME! I have bills that are not going to pay themselves!!! Adecco should either be corrected or SHUT DOWN, you just cant play with people's money. If it were not for my bills i would have quit a week ago! Very dissatisfied with everything dealing with Adecco!!!

This is for the adecco office on Lennox Village Dr in nashville, tn. I had an interview with Kathy at Adecco temp service today at 10:15. My navigation didn't recognize the address so it had me abit confused. Well my phone was going dead so i came back hame and called the Kathy back ASAP. Advising my problem to her (she showed no sympothy at all for my confusion). I apologized for calling at last min (but atleast i called explainning my problem) while explainning Kathy cut me off several times not allowing me to finish my sentences and advised rudely i called in at last minute to reschedule (still not showing me the customer any sympothy). I had been calling and emailing Kathy for 3 days prior but she had been to busy to talk and the lady i spoke with failed to give me city state and zipcode (things you need for navigation) I just feel as a customer the agencie should have shown sympothy and not be so rude. I apologized on my behalf but she had hurt my feelings and rubbed me the wrong way.
I have recently dealt with a Ms. Emma Ferguson (email address Emma.Ferguson@adecco.co.uk) from your Ayr branch regarding a position advertised through Adecco. I have to say I have contracted now for many years and am registered with at least 10 agencies and Adecco is by far the most unprofessional that I have encountered.
Ms. Ferguson was consistently unprofessional on the telephone and did not listen to what I said regarding notice periods, having to ask repeatedly by email. She also had an unnecessary attitude asking if I wanted to ‘leave the application’ when I stated that I would need some notice before being able to attend an interview. Thereafter, she asked on Wednesday afternoon if I could attend an interview on Friday morning at 9am (I work in Aberdeen, the interview was in Prestwick). Since then after advising Ms. Ferguson that I would not be able to attend an interview at such short notice I have emailed a few times asking for an update and if the client could accommodate me on Saturday or next Friday, but have not even received so much as an acknowledgement or confirmation that she is in fact working to arrange an alternative date for an interview.
I was working in Johnson N Johnson from Oct-2008 to March-2012 and I was working with Adecco from April-11 to March-12. I have completed my 1 year in Adecco. My colleague Satej was also working with me from April-11 to Feb-12 in Adecco. After left the Johnson N Johnson we got our salary on time but we were follow up to Adecco for our FNF please see our trailing mail. Satej got his cheque of Rs. 3500/- (Only Bonus)for FNF he was asking for his balance amount to Kadir but Kadir told him we have not only processed your leave encashment will process in next month. After that I have received a cheque of Rs. 9146/- (Bonus+ Leave) only.
Kadir told me we have processed all your FNF amount. Satej was still follow up his balance amount to Dinesh. In current month Dinesh has processed a cheque of Rs. 19700/- for FNF. After that he called Satej and told him don’t tell anything and don’t share any information to Vaibhav for your FNF but I have all records. My Question is Satej left the company before me and Our pending leaves are same and my salary is also more than Satej then How could I get only Leave payment of Rs. 5300/- and he got a cheque of Rs. 19700. Susan Holbock an adecco rep in Miamisburg, Ohio called me with a job match. Well one that she thought was a match! the company was Workflow one in am a healthcare worker that deals with Ehr/EMr or Implementations/ However when I asked how does this job relate to my skills she advised me to research the company because its a great opportunity. So I did but was perplexed by the skill match so i called her back with questions then she incouraged me interview for the postion and ask my questions then. Well, I did and i noticed that both managers danced around my questions. So i asked more in depth field related questions and the head manager again danced around the question.
They insured me the position was healthcare related and that even with the meaningful use changes and adaptions this position would be relevant and an industry leader. Well i got the job worked for two days and heard nothing but sweatshop horror stories from the employees. Not to mention the job wasnt really directly related to healthcare! It was a print industry job that made prints for healthcare companies. Susan and the managers lied to me terribly! I didnt go school and receive a masters degree and a RHIA to work in the doomed print industry!!!! I called Susan to adressed my concerns with her lies but she was absent from work that day.
So i left the message with Irene and also gave my 24 hour notice. The next day i called in and susan was very cross with me and informed me i wont be able to work with adecco for one year because i didnt speak with her and irene didnt tell her why i called. Thank god i didnt quit my original job i only took vacation!!! LOL I laughed at susan because she thought she had me in a pickle. I told her to keep my two days pay i didnt need it and went back to work that same day at my old job she told me to quite!!! Dont fool with Adecco especially the ones in miamisburg, they will attempt to have you in the welfare line if they can!
If you do go through them make sure you have a paper trail to back any claim you may have. I.E call then email all parties verifying conversation. If not thet will lie to keep they asses out of trouble. always CYA.
I applied online at Adecco Employment Temp Agency and the next day the recruiter called me. She told me to take 7 loooong dumb tests, only needed to check my background history and driving record? Needed my diploma and needed me to sign a book of paper works weird, the job had nothing to do with driving, went into the office only 3 times and paid for parking 3 times $6.00 each time. It took 2 weeks then I finally got the job down the street where I live. There was only 3 people who worked there no one wanted to help me do my job but to sleep and snore so I called the Adecco Employment recruiter and she no longer work there so I had to deal with a new recruiter. She was sooo mean and unprofessional.
I told her I didn’t like the job and spoke with the Adecco Agency manager, the manager said ”You can quit” I then quit the next day ( even allowing enough time for them to contact the place that I worked at ) The recruiter caled me and said we no longer can work with you anymore with an attitude and hung up. Four weeks went by and I haven’t gotten my paycheck. I was thinking like are you serious? You havent even paid me. I had to call Adecco Temp corporate and they finally sent me a check after 4 long weeks! I will never go to Adecco Employment Temp Agency again.

I had to get up at 4am every morning to unload 40 pound bags of pelleted horse feed which smells like…you can’t even imagine! I was all by myself in the back storehouse. It was hot, smelly, and almost depressing. I love animals, but after having to count and sort 110 boxes of bovine enemas…yeah…feelin sorry for me yet? No thanks Adecco, I’ll just watch the discovery channel and see some mountain goats fight to the death!
I had to leave my assignment with Adecco, I had to move due to my son being diagnosed terminally ill. I needed proof that I submitted my resignation and they would not give it to me, nor would they update the work number, which is the biggest scam of them all, I requested info from the work number 7 times and it took 6 months for it to be sent so that we could get insurance. They are down right rude about everything! Now its tax time and they will not send out W2’s until Feb. There are people that need the money from those returns! Never going to work for them again!

I was hired by Karen Johnson in Tempe, Arizona office to work at TRW in Mesa, Arizona. I was put in a very nice department for work called ROI but they only averages 32 hours a week. I need 40 hours a week. I fought to be put in DI10 which has the hours that I needed. At first the people there were very nice, but it changed. They never treated me fair by giving me proper training.
I asked to read all of the SOP's, but they didn't let me.They told me that they didn't know what they were. I was threatened by a co-worker. I reported it. Then on 10/19/2016 Karen called and without earning or anything I was Terminated and was told that I wasn't smart enough to run the new machines. No one has found me a new job and my status is in limbo to where I cannot receive good stamps or Unemployment. Where's the professionalism? Now when I apply for work through a temp agency, I hesitate because of the terrible experience that I have received.

I believe I was wrongfully fired from an Adecco assignment due to attendance. I had just started the assignment when personal emergencies had occurred in my life but each time I took the necessary steps to inform adecco and the manager at my job know what was going on. My last day at work I noticed a sign on the wall about attendance and it stated no call no show automatic termination, that was not my case, I texted my manager to let him know what was going on and he replied and I called and texted Adecco AND left voicemails to customer service let them know what was going on, my calls were unanswered and never returned. Couple days later I get a voicemail saying I'm fired and I have no idea why so I called to find out twice and my calls have yet to be returned. I saved the text messages showing where I informed them of my situation.

I was hired on a job through Adecco within 2 days, however when payday came around; they did not want to pay me for the job done. Needless to say I'll never recommend Adecco to anyone. If I work I expect a paycheck to be deposited. Unprofessional, unorganized! I keep getting the saying that my deposit will be in tomorrow everyday I've called for 3 days. Well nothing. If Adecco does not pay I'm hiring an attorney and reporting them to the labor board! I don't stand for being screwed out of my money that I worked very hard for. Adecco gets paid on time I'm sure. I'm complaining about the unprofessional behavior of one of they're onsite Rep. named Rebecca Logan .I'm not understanding the ending of my assignment and I told her about my doctor's appointment today 2/19/2020 to even remind her I documented on the sign in sheet that we as floaters have to sign to upon arrival every day. I signed in and wrote doc's appt.She had already told me where to report and I even told the lead's I assumed and they let me go on floor and wipe glue off doors until 5 a.m. that morning they have video tapes, Rebecca goes to tell me I didn't leave not only that I have all text messages informing her on the happenings so I'm asking myself who does this and I took all precautions to remind her of this being the date and what also happened with them having me sit for 4 hours before they came and also have phone number of time too the time was 3:30 am. So Whoa so she called me let me know my assignment had ended for what, I had told her about the date, signed in and left note of doc's appt.left time of 5 so today at 4:44 pm 2/19/2020 . Like she was totally Lost, I do have all the text messages from her to back my story. Unprofessional Staffer need some training...
I live in Santa Maria California and was recently hired by Adecco. I was to report the next day for a job. I got food posioning the night before mt scheduled shift at which I called in to let them know I would not be able to work. This is where the job ended I never recieved a response frome the recruiter as to wether I still have the job or not. This is very frusterating and very unprofessional I feel on your part. I think there needs to be better communication. I will not recomend anyone to your organization to you and I am considering making a report to the Labor Board if there isnt a resolution to my problem. This might not be a big deal to you but to me this is as this job was going to be a way for me to get out of debt. So if you could at least look into this situation I would appreciate it otherwise I will be contacting the labor board to file a complaint. Thanks for ruing my life!!!
recently went to your Michaels store in Arboretum NC Went up to the cashier to buy gift cards. Nasting she said I needed debit card or cash. She lied and told me it was a state law, It is not, I asked for the manager and was told she was too busy to talk about it, I left with a cart full of my usual items That store I won't ever go in, do something about this.
Went in for an interview and sat there 3 hours completely ignored. I called corporate office to complain and then the people who work there said I had cursed I walked out of the building which is complete and total lie and so I called corporate and maybe complaint they said they would investigate it and I never will get back to me no matter how many times I called them and tell them this is ridiculous what's the most disgusting unprofessional place I've ever seen
I contacted company regarding a job. I was given a choice of jobs and schedules. My choice job gave me an appointment date for an interview. I chose the time, 10am. I was contacted to confirm my interview time, a reminder was sent to me yesterday. Actually all this contact was annoying. I wanted the job, of course I will be there. I arrived for my interview at 9:39am. I learned that the position I applied for was filled a couple of days ago. Didn't understand why the confirmation and reminder if position was already filled? I've wasted my time and money for nothing. Person did apologize, that is not enough. I am hurt and angry, what can I do?
Hello I am employed by Adecco for 1.5 months providing me as an employee for amazon. Beginning this month amazon sent us back from work because the dont needed more employees. I have been trying to ask Adecco guy who was our representative in case of any problem but he says I dont know anything go to nuremberg office very rudely. When I called helpline they say we also dont know anything. I emailed the nuremberg office of Adecco still no responce from them and probably they must be on holidays. I guess it was a working day today and I tried calling 5 to 6 times but they never pick up the call . I am really disappointed from your services.And please hire people who have some knowledge and who do their job happily.

I went into work on Saturday morning only to be walked out the doors by Angle Banks. This happen at luxcottia Retail. She said I couldn't work there because I've worked there before. She told me to leave the job and clock out. I still asked her why and she stated that Adecco didn't know I had worked here before. So I had to leave. I personally don't like how I was did and if Adecco did know I had worked here before. But does it matters if I have worked here. It's plenty of ppl I know has worked here before and they came back as temps. Can someone better assist me with this situation on how Angle Banks can walk me off my temp job just because she doesn't like me for whatever reason. This is not right this is discreamnation and I will have something done about it far as it goes. let me start off by saying if my complaint isn't taken serious, ive promised myself to do everything i can to make sure something is done about my situation i already have other ADECCO companies who understand why im so frustraited about my whole situation, but the people i have been dealing with are rude non helpful and believe that nothing can happen to them because youll get complaints all the time, but just to start off, oct 24 i was scheduled for an interview at SRG global evansville, IN. I bring my 2 IDs and dressed for my interview, doon as i arrive i get turned around at the door because paper work wasn't done, so my complaint there is, why set a interview up and have me come out and im not even done with paperwork? Thats complaint #1. Complaint #2 i finish my paperwork and i reschedule interview, next time i show dressed for interview, they tell me you should of been there at 9:00 am so i show her through Adecco auto system and text messages its says 11:00 am, so first 2 experiences i had with adecco made me look like im wrong, but i kinda let those 2 small things go because they decided to hire me and advised me everything's good i would just need to wait on my background check, so im just fine with that she tells me 3 to 5 days and i could possibly start next week so now ive accepted this job just waiting on my background, complaint #3 the following week i check back, they tell me your background didnt go through because of your birthday you put in so you'll need to correct it, so thats the first 2 weeks of my situation so far in my job process, i corrected the birthday so they could try again, complaint#3 so now im checking on my background check the next week, and they say you messed up another date, do now im like how does this keep happening? So now i asked her well could you help me and see what the problem is? Her response after i did it again was im taken care of it with my TEAM and were taking care of it so now im thinkin i might of hit a button wrong or something but she said she'll take care of it, so i just leave it in there hands you no just to help me out a little, complaint#4 i check back maybe a week and a half later no your background isnt going through, then i say well in the email you told me you were getting it taken care of and it didnt happen, but now i needed to do I9 form again, now were in NOVEMBER around thanksgiving and im still waiting to here about my background, and i find out it still hasnt even gone through, at this point I've turned away jobs because i was presuming im already hired just trying to get my background check back complaint#5 now im frustraited i call in a little upset now calling other people for help purchased my own background check just to see if i could use that since its not working through there system, they say no we will take care of it just do your I9 agian and we'll get to in as soon as it comes back, complaint #6 its DECEMBER 9TH 2 weeks from christmas and i still dont have a BACKGROUND CHECK now i no i want get response from anyone but i just hope youll no your company caused me a month and a half of work took money out if my household and not to mention its christmas time and now chris at SRG evansville finally gets on the phone friday just to tell me i caint work at SRG after never helping me or speaking to me for the while process i would love to file more complaints because they did this to me at a terrible time and didnt take one bit of responsibility so if someone could help me take further action would be greatly appreaciated

From where I was seated, I could hear one of your representatives completed conversation when asking a potential employee her email address and contact phone number. I waited for one hour before I marked on my paper, not interested in working for this company and handed it to the man at the desk. An hour of waiting and I was still sitting. Why did I even have to set up an appointment? It did not appear to be an interview but more like a heard of cattle, without direction. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave.
I attended the Watford branch for Amazon warehouse, I was unsecesful and called the office to ask why and what was the appointment process and to ask why they still had all my data and what would be done with it . I spoke with Mary who had no answers for me, could not explain the application process and what would be done with my information, she was rude , couldn't explain the process, and treated me like an idiot , I am a trained retail manager and have run business with a 30k a week turnover with 10 staff, she was unprofessional rude and unknowledgable, they have my bank, passport details and personal info and I don't know why all this information was taken if I wasn't going to be offered a position and what happens to it now ?
My husband was working for Addecco at Jasper foods in Joplin mo. He quickly advanced to lead postion. About a month later a lady named Stephenie Allen (that was his boss she works for addecco) sent him home early one Thursday at midnight not telling him why. Then told him to call her in the morning. He calls the next morning and she tells him it's time for his review with Jasper and Addecco. He goes into Addecco and she says because she has had reports of your wife coming up to the plant multiple times and it has been reported you've been standing around I'm going to have to take lead from you and take your hourly wage back down to $11 an hour. He was making $14 an hour. Let me make this very clear The only timend ever went to his job was if he ever forgot to take his seizure medicine or forgot his lunch. When I did go up there he was on his break. I only went up to his job twice. Then she does a urine test. Having the nerve to say his test came back light for THC. There is no way that's possible. 2 hours later he went to Manpower and that urine test came back perfect. When I called Stephanie to ask her what was going on (because I knew her from school ) she fired him because of it. I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT HER. I WILL GO TO THE CEO IF I HAVE TO AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SHE IS LET GO FROM ADDECCO

I called Adecco this morning at Evansville, IN office today 7/17/2019. I was still in the system from prior work, I was sent via email to fill out all forms necessary for a job opportunity. I completed all forms and was told to call them back when finished. I did so , but it took many calls to do so.
I finally got through and the recruiter started asking me questions about work history etc. She kept asking me over and over the same questions and I then asked her why she is repeating the same questions over and over and not moving on. It didn't seem like a interview any longer but an interrogation at the police station. She then started being rude to me as she could tell I was getting agitated.
She told me that you have to work somewhere for at least a year before they can help getting you work. I had never heard of this before. Why would you have to do that when your company is a temporary job service? I mean if I had worked somewhere for a year why would I be looking for work from a temp service to begin with. By this time I was getting a little perturbed because she was being really rude and unprofessional.
So all in all she said to me I can see your getting agitated so we can't work you at all.
After going through all this to try and get work, she said I can't work you.
You should train your employees to be more professional and treat people with respect. If not plan on losing a lot of money because of their rudeness and behavior towards customers.
I hope this matter is taken care of immediately. I will give a bad review and spread bad news word of mouth.

My brother was treated horribly, i am going to fight this for him this is so unacceptable and im not going to stop until i hear from someone a good explanation i will get above and beyond i do not care, my brother was supposed to start his first day of work, he got up got ready with my other brother they were going to ride together, my one brother had a seizure and could not make it to work, he called and got sent to a voicemail and left a message explaining why he can not come in on his first day , my other brother who works there came in late because he was helping my brother who had the seizure , well my brother who had the seizure got fired because he did a no call no show BUT HE ATTEMPTED TO CALL AND LET THEM KNOW BUT THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THAT, THIS IS COMPLETELY OBSURD AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE FAILED TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CHECK THEIR VOICEMAIL AND FIRED HIM BEFORE LISTENING TO WHAT HE HAD TO SAY AND HIS REASON THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THIS IS GOING TO BE TAKEN FURTHER !
I spoke with Joyce on the phone over at the Cincinnati, Ohio Norwood Adecco branch. She was very rude and unprofessional, I expressed to her how I put in numerous of applications and tried contacting the office to check the status. Hardly no one ever answer’s, if and then I do speak with someone they say they will call me back and never do. I done left numerous of voicemails and reached out through email and never hear anything back. I spoke with Joyce this morning and she was rude telling me to go to a different agency and she won’t find me work. I’ve never spoke with someone so rude in my life who wasn’t even willing to help me.
I have worked for Adecco in Elgin sc,(Pontiac Foods)since February of 2019.I have received some pretty decent schedules.But 2 weeks ago I was taken off the schedule for a whole week,I don't know why.Since then I've been calling just about every day for a schedule.I have sent text messages and made several calls leaving messages to the manager Barbara,who never responds to either.I really need my hours or some hours for that matter.These bills don't stop coming.
I worked for Adecco Shutterfly in Fort Mill SC. I was fired by the Adecco Supervisor there by the name of Jessica. She fired me for attendance after the Shutterfly Supervisor by the name of Eric said to keep me. She was very rude to me and she expressed to me that she was my supervisor and she made the decisions. My team lead for Shutterfly sent me home because she saw that I was sick. Jessica caught an attitude with her and expressed to her she was the boss. I went in and got a job through Adecco for dickman farms. It didn't fit me so I emailed addeco telling them that I didn't like it there and I would like something different. They yelled at me for not going back and bullshitted around with finding another job for me. Then they found one for McKenzie child's that I liked. However it was a misunderstanding. Ididnt know that there was not an orientation hense the text said I was starting today but I thought I was signing something or watching videos but not starting the second I walked in there. Yes I did stay for an hour but I had appointments I had to go to that day and I wasn't able to start working that day. They said I can come back and start Tomorrow. Then when I got home I received a phone call from the recruiter and she was just yelling at me about only staying for an hour why did I even bother showing up telling me that they don't want me to even bother coming back. I feel that there was a better way of resolving the issue rather than being rude over the phone and yelling at me. I was going to go right back there tomorrow but I've been waiting to go to this appointment for over a year and it's not something I can just ignore. She was talking to me as if I was some sort of criminal. There is no need to yell or talk to someone that way.
Eric Barre that works in the office location 028078 has had a poor attitude with clients and is now taking personal opinions towards workers and not properly investigating issues with publix warehouse employees having the upper hand due to being in a permanent position i have worked foe publix through adecco for 6 years never once was acknoledged for my great attendence i made one day late first week my badge didnt work no warning after my 2nd day on the job its beyond me at this point eric has been nasty to more then me i cant pay my bills he has made it hard for me to get another job i cant go back through his company and he lied to me one time before saying i couldnt come back but when i call cooperate they said i could now he is being very nasty and has said i was mouthy to his client and that's y but she had an attitude with me idk y she just did but all this is a major misunderstanding if someone will see how he speaks to workers on the phone line he has been over whelmed with his job for a while and he is taking the frustration out on good workers like myself i worked until i was 8 months pregnant almost had my baby upstairs in the deli and i still never got offered a position because of eric. I resigned or my assignments ran out never fired until the last job rae side deli many can say i am en great worker who catches on very fast my family works at the company its a tradition.

This is my question:I wanted to know why they thought it was ok to keep money that belong to me or money that i have earned while at work because of an error that ocurred on the computer.
Reason for not issuing the refund : this issue was too old
I left a voice message in the month of October while at home with illness and was not called back where i continued to call during and off business hours for a couple of months where i was finally able to reach some one in the month of April.
Question: if this issue was too old and i was trying to reach them since October what was the appropriate time frame to have reached them after this error that ocurred had been noticed.

I was told to I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a background eligibility. Its been 48 hrs and I haven't heard anything, no email or call. I've called my local branch several times and can't get an answer no matter what time in the day I call during business hours. I feel the staff is very irresponsible and unprofessional. I'm very dissatisfied. I just want to a job, but I can't know the status of my application/eligibility because I can't get anyone to answer the phone throughout the whole day. Could you all please look into that, because I know I'm not the only person that feel neglected by their customer service. I truly thank you and will be willing to hear back from your office

Recruiters are awful. No one ever answers the phone at either location in Georgetown, KY or Lexington, Ky. Good luck getting someone to return your calls. Terrible!

They like to make people wait and not doing their job what they supposed to be doing.
So I started there around mid November.
Was excited and all, we work 12 hours prr shift 3 days short week abd 4 days long week.
So yea like common sense i always do clock in and out every time i go on my shift.
but when i got my first paycheck they only pay me 12.5 hours out of 35 hours.
for the whole week that caught my attention and call them to fix my missing hours and this lazy people always yes okay will fix that for you.
So then on our second pay they only pay me 9hours total out of 48hrs with some ot
im like are kidding me.
They ripping people of so now they owe me alot of missing hours and they just wasted my time of working there and messed up my expenses. So i quit and still bugging them about my missing hours like they always said its been fixed but hey wheres my paychecl? So messed up!!
I have not received my check in a week and have worked over 34 hours with approximately $350+. I suppose to receive a check for this week as well 21 hours approximately $210.00 +. I Firmly believe I have been discriminated against and my job applications thrown out by the Adecco Southend on sea agency , reasons being they possibly feel I have let them down in the past on a previous job trial through them, I asked them for feed back on that trial and I was utterly beyond belief at what the company used as an excuse not to hire me, Admittedly the job was not for me and I tried to complete all tasks given to me with many obstacles hindering my progress which none of were my fault at all.
I am now in the process of a career change / midlife crisis and spotted a good job I felt a strong connection to on many job sites, so applied as normal and noted it was through Adecco ( my heart sank because I knew these office girls would Not put me forward).
Evidence to support my claim.
During final conversation asking about feedback, they asked what else I would like to do, I mentioned a driving job.
Their response ,
"Oh we dont have / do those due to insurance purposes" LIES , B.S.
Hmmmm a few days later I spot a few driving jobs through Adecco and the one I really wanted to no avail and no contact.
I worked for "American showa" in blanchester OH through one of the local "Adecco" locations located at "51 W Main St, Wilmington, OH 45177" Phone: (937) 383-1001. Before I started working for American showa, I attended a 6 hour orientation on 7/23/18 at the same facility which I was supposed to get paid but Adecco didn't pay me. I started working on wednesday 8/01/18 and turned in my time card on Monday in order to get paid by Friday for that week so, I worked 3 days, 8 hours shift that week, total: 24 hours at pay rate $12.25 hr. I was expecting a $294 paycheck which that's the total gross if you do the math , but instead I got paid $198. I called the office in Wilmington OH and they told me that the Manager in Blue ash OH office "SHANE HAMPTON" Phone: (937)3875051.He Ordered to deduct some hours of my paycheck because according to him, I was getting overpaid from the previous company that I worked through Adecco as well. I tried to get ahold of him ,HR, and other Adecco customer service that I can think of , but Nobody answers, the one that did told me to contact HR, which I did but nobody pick up again, I left a message but nobody returned my calls so at this point I feel really frustrated, I thought Adecco was a good company, but obviously not. All I want is my money for the hours i've already worked:
6 hours orientation on 7/23/18 =$72
24 hours worked from 8/1/18 through 8/3/18 =$294
8 hours worked on 8/6/18 = $98
total: $464 minus $198 that I got from last paycheck makes a total gros of $266.
I hope all this information get to the right hands and do the right thing. After all, We all need our paycheck to pay our bills.
How is possible for a recruiter named Tanashia she REFUSED to give last name and corporate number when asked to file a complaint that works out of the sheperdsville office recruiting for eBay can pass our mouth swab drug test due to not having enough saliva from just smoking marijuana to accurately perform the standard drug test to permit employment violated all company policy rules and regulations by disposing swab samples in garbage can aprox.date 10/05/17@6:42am. Can still work and represent your company?? I am one that was passed currently working @ebay in sheperdsville ky while under the influence of narcotics each and every day???
I received a phone call from an Adecco recruiter who stated he was working remotely from home in GA, on 9/11/2017 around 11:30 am due to the hurricane. The call came through as "restricted". He was calling me regarding a position in Stratford CT that I applied to the day before. It is a contract position with UPS, HR Administrative I role for approximately 5 months. The conversation went well until he stated the UPS required my social security number and full date of birth in order to submit my "application". Since Adecco is a recognizable company with a good reputation I had no problem giving him my information. However, after we hung up he was suppose to send me a follow up email with his contact information and information on my application to this role. I have not heard from him. When I tried to call him back, the number did not exist.
Since I did not receive any follow up email to our conversation I an very much concerned about giving out my sensitive information. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me regarding this matter. I would like to know who the Adecco point of contact is for the UPS HR Administrative openings in Stratford CT and if in fact UPS does require my ss number and date of birth for application processing...thank you, Mary Lou Dini

I was wrongfully terminated. I was talking and asking a fellow employee a few questions while at work. We had just finished putting up the last few items on the dock in the racks. When the Boss named Ben at warehouse 45 in Burlington NC walked up asking what we were doing. I expressed that I just finished putting away some items and was asking a co working a few questions. I started to laugh nervously and I guess he was on a power trip and he called the temp office an arranged it so me and the co worker would get a write up. When I made it to the temp office they informed me that I was getting a write up and that this was my last one. The Adecco lady informed me that she would say this last write up was due to attendance but that was a lie. I had one write up I signed due to attendance and my second write up I never received. But my final write up was for laughing I guess.
Unbelievable staffing. Beware stay away from them. This company lies and just treat people any kind of way and corporate doesn't care. Better business bureau will investigate their discrimination to people of their choice. I'm definitely going to let the world know. And I am suing this company for discrimination.
At 1:30am on the 19/12/2016 i received a txt message from Adecco re my Amazon contract at Man1. The message was sent by an employee. the txt advised me that my assignment at Amazon Man1 has been terminated.
My complaint begins at this point as i called and could prove that i had made the necessary steps to advise Adecco of my absence and had followed the necessary steps to advise the Man1 Adecco team. I was advised that all calls have been recorded so my discussion with Callum will be accessible to review this complaint.
the first part of my complaint is in regards to the employee, as per the recording will show he advised me that i was no longer under the assignment at Amazon and that there will be no way to reverse this decision, albeit explaining so in an aggressive and rude tone. the conversation went on to me explaining i have proof and again was advised that it would not help.
I then asked to speak to the shift manager, he would not agree to give me his surname, he begun to explain that will have to speak to their contract manager Gemma, i believe that was who i had previously spoken with on the 14th, the 15th and the 16th and advised of my absence, again, all call recordings and logs can be accessed. All logs can be requested from my phone provider if necessary.
The final part of this complaint will be addressing the behavior and procedures of the Man1 Adecco team and the levels of stress that i have been subjected to, i have lost all faith and trust in the Man1 Adecco team to continue to do right by me and other employees and i now face yet another period of unemployment unless as advised and i quote 'you manage to speak to Gemma and she decides she wants to revers this decision based on your proof'
I will expect a reply very soon or i will be forced to take this further.
I started a weekend shift there Saturday November 12 worked 10 hours and only got paid for 15 mins. I immediately called payroll, my branch, spoke to what was supposed to be employee relations for associates and still no one has fixed my pay. I'm going to contact a lawyer next.
I have been contracted through Adecco for about a year now, the experience has been horrible - from the beginning to right now. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they gave me the wrong time for my interview. Thankfully I was not the first interviewer they had sent over and my now-company was very understanding, saying that they had given all of the job seekers the wrong time, despite my company trying to correct it multiple times. They also quoted me the wrong amount for my hourly pay, so I was disappointed when I received my first pay heck and discovered it was quiet a bit smaller than I'd been anticipating. as much as I love my job now, if I'd have known the actual wage then, I doubt I would have accepted the offer.
Multiple times over the past year I have had my paychecks missed. I have had to call and email every time for multiple days just to get a response. And when I do, no one ever knows what's going on. The worst example was when I had a missed paycheck for three weeks and was unable to get in touch with anyone despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending tons of emails to all the contacts I had. They eventually called me back and 'apologized' that it had taken them so long to get back to me, saying that all of my voicemails were going to a phone they didn't use...i had been calling the number listed on their website and every employees email signature, so I find that very odd.
Perhaps part of their problem is that they cannot seem to keep anyone employed. In the year that I have been with them I have had at least 5 or 6 different account managers come and go. At this point I have no idea who my point of contact is.
The most recent example of their incompetence was just this week: my job offered me a promotion. Adecco contacted me and let me know and I told them I had several questions before I accepted. Instead of answering my questions, they emailed my contingent labor group and told them I accepted, without ever even contacting me back! It took me two days tp get through to then again that I needed my questions answered before I could accept anything. I received one email saying they would look into it two days ago, and since then not a word, despite me attempting to contact them via phone and email multiple times.
I know these people work on commission... I've worked on commission before too so I know the appeal of quickly closing a deal and moving on. However these are people's livelihoods that they are messing with.I still haven't been able to give my company a straight answer, and it's looking like the promotion I was offered might be off the table soon, all because Adecco was unable to pick up a phone. Needless to say it's disappointing in this company and will be informing everyone I know to steer clear. Being a manager at a call center I had worked with many different temp agencies before, and none of them were even close to this level of failure.
