I had one of your customer service guys come out to inspect it.. It's just at one inch maybe a little more ,but not at the 1and half inch mark Sealy requires in order to consider it defected.. We purchased a new mattress because my husband and I were having back problems.. Those problems have become worse.. We were hopping a new mattress would help us, if anything it has made it worse.. We just want to be able to return it.. That's why it has a 10 year warranty in place ..

Very poor Customer service. i had a defective mattress and submitted a complaint on Jan.1, 2019. It took Sealy more than 2 months just to confirm that the mattress is defective then after 2.5 months they still did not provide any information regarding the delivery date for the replacement mattress. i.e it will take about 6 months to replace a defective unit. I tried to communicate with them by phone to escalate the issue but always you have an answering machine. When you complain from the late response they always say sorry we have a resources issue. I believe it is not the Customer problem that the company wants to save money by reducing their headcount, you can do that but you need to keep acceptable level of service.
I purchased a set of Queen mattress/box spring & full mattress/box spring. I had a friend present for delivery,because the delivery truck did not want to change the delivery date. The mattress was delivered on 8/4/18. I arrived two days later. On 8/6, I called called Mattress warehouse . I told them the full size mattress pillow top was flat and sagging. The mattress did not look new, did not smell like a new mattress. I contacted Mattress Warehouse. I was told I should have noticed the problem on delivery. I explained I was not present. The warranty states the mattress can be exchanged within 120 days. I was told the warranty only covers if the mattress is too hard or too soft. Mattress warehouse supervisor requested I take pictures of the mattress and e mail it to mattress warehouse. I took pictures of the full size mattress and emailed as requested .requested. I explained my husband removed the tags from the Queen size mattress when he made the bed and it got thrown out.I received email stating they received the pictures but they wanted pictures of the tags on the mattress. I sent in pictures of the full size mattress.. I received another e mail stating the picture was not clear and did not show the damage. The picture was very clear,it showed the rip at the seam, the sagging mattress and the soil and lose box spring. I paid for new mattresses,not used mattresses. My cell # 703 328-6491.Please call or e mail me to resolve this problem.

We bought a Sealy mattress for $220.00 plus tax just for the mattress. We contacted Sealy they said as long as the box was factory sealed we could return it to Target with the receipt that was dated Oct 19,2015. Well within the 90 day policy. We were told there is a state law we cannot return the mattress & we could only get another mattress why would I want another mattress , I ask them to show me on the wall or on the receipt where it says a sealed boxed mattress can not be returned. they were looking threw books, calling people yet no one could show me where it's state law we could not get our money back.
After about 45 minutes we finally got a refund. I have mobility problems it was hard for me to stand there and argue with a RUDE sales associate. I or my family will never ever shop at Target even if u had a 1 cent sale. You need to train your associates better. I spent over 500.00 that night my husband wanted to return every thing maybe we should. Today's date November 24th only a little over a month after purchase.
I purchased the sealy cushion king mat from Sleepys clearance center in Kingston, NY and was advised that if there was a defect in mattress, stretching etc., that the mattress would be replaced up to 3 times in 10 years. We have had the mattress for less than a week and there is a big dip in the mattress which is very uncomfortable. Now Sleepy's says since it was clearance theywill not replace bed. We spent over $1,200.00 for this mattress and now it is uncomfortable to sleep in.
My wife and I just bought a mattress two months ago. Neither of us were aware of the steep prices but since we are spending the majority of our time in the bed, we opted to select a good quality mattress. We settled on a Sealy and have not been disappointed. It took a few nights to break in the bed, but now that it molds to our liking it is the best sleep either of us have had. We are now true converts to the sealy mattress.
