YouTube is allowing terrible videos that I want to complain about. They both go to Michael Jackson's videos disrespecting him calling him all kinds of pedophile, perverted, Whacko Jacko. And then they both jump on me calling me names. Please YouTube, tell them to take their disrespect elsewhere and quit being disrespectful.
I have a complaint about YouTube advertising. About, 12.20 on Saturday 5 December 2015, I was watching a You Tube music video described in the attached image. When it ended a very loud advertisement came on without warning. The sound was much louder than the music video. My hearing in my right ear has been affected and my right ear aches and has a ringing sound as a result of the exposure to the very loud advertisement. As it has just occurred, I do not know if this is permanent hearing damage. The issue of advertisement being louder than the programming is a well known one in the media. I believe your are being negligent in having the advertising very much louder than the programming. Will YouTube please respond to my complaint and outline:
1. Do you have a policy to make advertisements randomly appear or can a viewer prepare themselves for a advertisement which is accompanied by a surge in volume?
2. Do you control the volume level of advertisements?
3. Do you monitor the volume level of advertisements?
4. Do you warn listeners that a surge in volume may occur?
5. Have you ever been the subject of a claim for hearing damage as a result of loud volumes?
Google is a very successful company. Their success initially grew due to the wonderful service and cooperation it had with its users. They used to care about giving users the best experience possible. Not to mention they're also a marketing genius. However, now that Google is on top, It has completely monopolized it's industry. Google doesn't listen to its users anymore simply because it doesn't have to. No matter how much anger and frustration users deal with, they have no choice but to stay. There's nowhere else for them to go. Services like YouTube are important to many people and are only available through Google. An example of how Google doesn't care about the input of its customers can be observed through the failure and downward spiral of the You Tube app.
So many complaints are filed by frustrated users. The complaints tend to be about the same few issues. They tried to fix something that wasn't broken as a marketing scam. What does Google do about the complaints and issues? Nothing. Not one thing. They don't have to. When a company has no competition, they have no reason to offer the best service they can. They only care about the money they're saving by providing awful service. I highly doubt Google spares even a passing glance to complaints. Step it up Google. We used to trust you. Now that you've lost touch with what it means to be a great business, were growing weary. Why don't you use all the money you save by loopholing your way out of paying taxes on supporting your users? That's right. You only care about the cash.
Why are videos from other countries blocked? This wasn't an issue before, however now some of my favorite videos are lost with no way of getting them back due to YouTube. They blocked the video just because it's from another country. Please fix this problem.
I was working in Pondicherry University, India and this the second university I headed. I am also the recipient of fourth Highest civilian award "Padma Shri" from President of India, besides many National Awards as Scientists. Some detractors hired a person to complain against me with allegations of corruption in a Tamil local Chanel and uploaded on Youtube. I complained, in 2009 but YouTube demanded a court order. I filed a case and obtained a court order to delete the video and reference on google. I am attaching the Decree and court order. I request YouTube to immediately remove the video as it is damaging my National Reputation as an acclaimed educationist. What is the mailing address I can send my court documents to YouTube corporate offices?
Someone hacked my pc and along with that my YouTube and Gmail account. They are now posting videos under my name and I cannot get anyone at Google to help me resolve this problem. Anyone out there to help please?
I have been getting unwanted calls and i wondered how people i didn't give my number to got my number. It came to my attention that there is a video of me on YouTube with my full information and number publicized. I value my privacy and would be grateful if the embarrassing video and my information are deleted. However, nobody at YouTube has been able to help me pull this down.
Doesn't anyone preview videos before allowing them to be published? I was watching perfectly innocent videos of cats and dogs, when up pops a video entitled F*** You! I am cat! I couldn't find anyway to get it off if I wanted to watch these videos. Not only is it offensive to anyone with any decency, but what if one of my little grandchildren had seen it? If they want to use such language let it be kept inside the video with a warning about the content! It is not right to subject everyone to this if we're not looking for it! I'm really upset about this!
YouTube, oh dear sweet YouTube. I try to like you. I really do. I try to put up with your horrible design choices as best I can, but this last one has really pissed me off. I hope you know what I'm talking about. That little bell up in the corner? Where you could see what people replied to you? Why do you only show the original comment now? Why do you make us go to the video to look at the post, why can't we just look at the replies in the little box itself? This is such a mind-boggling stupid update, in my opinion, and I'm sure lots of other people think it's a stupid update as well.
It's pointless, it's just all around annoying, and a waste of time to have to click around just to see replies. And what about if you have a slower internet? You have to take a good chunk of time to look at all the replies which need to load up. And if you have a lot of replies on a lot of different comments, oh god help you. Please, if this is the one design choice you revert, I'd be happy, and so would a lot of other people.
I posted a lot of songs today. For awhile YouTube let me, then you started threatening me with blocking. Are we allowed to post only X amount of songs? Then when i started thanking people for liking what i posted i start getting this block of pictures and have to pick which ones had tigers or waterfalls. I'm 71 years young and there are others out there that like the memories this music brings to me and them. So tell me. "What's The Deal going on here?
I was listening to a youtube music video when all of a sudden the sound stopped coming through my speakers. At first I thought there was a problem with my speakers, then after navigating to several other sites and getting sound through my speakers and was able to hear the contents on these other sites, I discovered there was nothing wrong with my speakers after all. I only had a problem hearing videos on the youtube channel. Whenever I would navigate to the youtube channel to listen to a video I could not hear it, there was no sound. Is there anything anyone can do to correct this issue?
I am fed up of everytime I want to use youtube, the country comes up as Spain. I change the country to UK only to find next time it has been changed to Spain, yet again. People have a choice what country they want to use. Why don't you try and respect people's choices and leave the country tab alone.
Until today, my YouTube experience has been great. Mostly, I use it for music and interviews of Kevin Bacon or the Bacon Brothers. Also Kris Kristofferson. I also watch movies. But today when I went to Kevin Bacon, I found this long video with this vegan lady slamming eggs and Kevin for advertising them. I have nothing against vegans, one of my best friends is one, but this needs to be moved to a vegan site. It does not belong with Kevin's movies, interviews and music. Please take care of this.
I have found recently that many movies I would like to watch are no longer free. It seems that I need to sign up to a particular website giving my Bank details. This seems to me a dangerous practice and I would appreciate your comments. I have requested the cost of subscriptions from the various media but they have failed to send an answer.
I downloaded a video of Charlie Parker performing the (his) song "Perhaps" which on the video was in the key of "C". The download, clicking on the Amazon MP3 to transfer the video to my Amazon music "cloud". Upon replay on Amazon, the key was no longer C but changed to a "B". Thinking that I had downloaded the wrong video ( there were quite a few to choose from) I opened the video again. Checked the key and downloaded again only to discover it was changed, again, to the key of "B". While the cost of $.89 each is not a big deal, the key change is. Is this normal? Is there a solution? Does this happen on every pc. of music downloaded from Youtube?
I have noticed a lot of sensationalist titles uploaded to YouTube lately that are false or misleading. It looks like it is done to get more YouTube hits? It has resulted in me looking elsewhere and discovering other YouTube type channels. Because I have always liked YouTube. I'm concerned that other people are going elsewhere for the same reason. Does YouTube have any way to address this disappointing practice? May I suggest being able to take back my YouTube hit if I thought the video didn't match up?
Well, I was watching a YouTube video. I turned on the captions and it was saying things the person on the video was not saying. The girl said," We want to show you!" and the captions said, "Wedding at the Hobbit is." Why was it doing that? Can you please let me know why these are wrong?
You have a seemingly good video setup, BUT it is damning that I can't play Murdoch Mysteries full screen, the other videos I manage to find on your crazy setup goes full screen. Is there something wrong with the videos themselves or can you possibly fix this? It would be nice if you could improve your closed captioning. It is almost laughable seeing what is written for those of us that need captioning. Try it sometime and see what you think...
Too whom it may concern. I don't know who is responsible for youtube website but I do need to bring up your attention that each time when I visit youtube website. I happen to always see pornographic nude woman showing off of themselves while someone is video taping and to my knowledge I feel that this pornographic video that is been shown on youtube needs to be remove because we have a young boy who like to explore youtube but we don't allow him to go further on youtube. This bothers me a whole lot and it very frustrating to see that is it all possible to remove this garbage on youtube? I've been submitting a lot of complaint about it but it never seem that it was taken care off. Please have someone take care of this matter as soon as possible thank you!
I received a message from someone about a statement I made about Houston Rockets star James Hardin's beard about a month ago or more. If you look you will see the comment made, which I responded to. I only responded the way I did because of his comments. I don't appreciate it. It is very rare when I access YouTube, then I have to get this?
Why does youtube let people upload show with back grounds of the show but only has a 2 to 3 inch screen. very hard to watch so i have to go to another site to watch the show that i was trying to watch on youtube. do these people who upload these shows know what they are doing or they are just trying to be cute. death in paradise, storage wars canada, storage wars and several other show have these 2 by 3 0r less screen to watch, but the back ground is 5 times larger then the watch screen. it's a shame what has happen to you tube with all these morons who try to be cute. i hope that you can do something about it, i like youtube, but if i have to i do have other sites that we can watch.
I posted a video about three weeks ago, Called Rob Ford – (Tom Ford, Jay Z parody)- Dia-Nos [pipeline], it was getting alot of media attention, and being posted on various blogs, it lost its momentum when it got removed about a week ago, I was not informed why it was removed, Which I believe is in your terms of agreements, The song is a strike at the pipelines going through Canada an US, there are no direct stabs at any companies or people. I Know the video was not taken down due to the Instrumental being of a Jay Z song, or it saying Rob Ford, because there are 5 other same parody songs, but they do state and clarify that they didn’t own all images in the video, which I didn’t I want an explanation for why exactly it was taken down. so I can take the right precautions, and re post the video, many large companies and medias are wanting explanations due to its political content I also use my music videos to get me work and money and highly rely on them, I have lost opportunities already.
There is an innapropriate video on you tube which features a horse rider in a riding accident, where the horse rolls on top of her, the end bit shows you a bloodied skeleton face, which screams out at you, labelled Girl in a bad horse accident-MUST SEE I feel these sort of you tube videos should not be allowed on to the computer, as they are scary and horrific. It should be labelled Girl in a bad riding accident MUST NOT SEE and the video disabled or taken off immediately.
This is a scary you tube video where a grey persian cat is scared by a light and something falling nearly on the cat, it is suppossed to be an Indiana Jones type thing. The cat looks scared to death, why do we have these bangs and screams which not only scare me, but a cat. I think this video should be removed and another tamed down video put in its place, without all the scary business take the original one off immediately, as it scares the life out of me and anyone else watching it. I feel for the cat, it looks so frightened.
Someone has created a youtube channel using my full name (which is not a common name), my company and my address. The channel they have set up is an anti islam channel, which has many complaints and abuse targeted at me.(Example in the profile it states my business name and my occupation and says “looking forward to business affairs, as long as you are not a murderous muslim”). My name appears in google searches in the same content as well known neo-nazis / facists / racists. This always appears in the top 3 results. I have asked Youtube to remove the channel and given full details, I have completed there complaints for harassment and identity theft. But they have found no proof of either!!
Youtube state that “For content to be considered for removal, an individual must be uniquely identifiable by image, voice, full name, National Insurance number, bank account number or contact information (e.g. home address, email address).” Youtube have responded that as I am not in the video it cannot help and that I should respond directly to the owner of the channel, which is absolutley ridiculous! (As this is the person who is using my personal name and business address.) This is affecting me personally and my business, additionally in the current climate with the events in Norway, this has brought sharper focus.
A video of a vicious beating at a Baltimore County McDonald’s restaurant went viral Friday, garnering hundreds of thousands of views on various websites and prompting the fast food giant to issue a statement condemning the incident. The video was apparently first posted to YouTube, then taken down by administrators who said it violated the site’s policies. But it sprung back up on various sites and was ultimately linked from the popular Drudge Report, which gave it top billing for much of the day. By mid-afternoon, the video had received 450,000 views on one site alone.
The attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave., in Rosedale, county police said. Police said a 14-year-old girl had been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman. Police said the incident “remains under investigation and the state’s attorney’s office is reviewing the case.” Police said the victim was a 22-year-old woman and said an update on her condition was not immediately available. As the video spread, McDonald’s first acknowledged that it had occurred in a Baltimore restaurant and said they were working with local police.
“We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling,” the company said in a statement posted on its website. “Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.” A Baltimore County police official said the agency was working to gather information on the incident. McDonald’s did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.
The video begins with two women – who are black – near a bathroom door kicking and hitting a white woman who is lying on the ground. The racial dynamics of the attack drove much of the commentary on the sites that posted the video. But many expressed shock at the sheer brutality. An employee repeatedly tries to separate them, but the attackers continue to stomp and kick the victim’s head. People yell, “Stop! Stop!” to no avail. An older woman at one point also attempts to pull the attackers away, and is shoved.
About halfway through the three minute clip, the attackers rip a wig off the victim and drag her by her hair to the front door. The camera gets jerky, but one of the woman can be seen landing a punishing blow to the victim’s head as she sits on the floor, and the victim then appears to go into a seizure. Throughout the attack, a man is filming and does not intervene. But when the victim appears to go into a seizure, he yells, “She having a seizure, yo. … Police on their way. Y’all better get out of here.”

I have tried to find the contact information for you tube, but after calling their one phone number, the greeting says, that Google doesnt have any live customer personnel on site. After visiting youtube frequently, I ‘m angry about the amount of racist names and comments, that are being allowed to post. The things said are disgusting, and as a reputable company, who I assume reviews all comments being posting, should be able to filter out evil racist comments.I have read comments about jews, women, children, and many other topics. I hope that my letter inspires outrage, and other intelligent people join me in contacting youtube and demanding change. There is an old saying….the only thing it takes for evil to triumph, is for good people to do nothing.

My comments on youtube were blocked without a good reason. He claims they are too many. My comments were always in good taste. They were lengthy, but was in keeping for the goodwill and sympathy of 9/11 victims. The owner (@91neverforget) blocked further youtube usage. But I have noticed numerous comments that contain offensive and vulger language from others including him on the same site.
I have a youtube account and recently i have had 2 youtube friends videos attacked by a youtube user who plainly just wishes to abuse other youtube users with their channel, by false flagging peoples videos. This abuser of their youtube channel has written all over their channel that they intend to ‘ Troll ‘ certain channels to get them suspended, this channel has joined forces with other youtube channels in this ‘ Troll ‘ game. It seems that this channel abuser has found a loop-hole in youtube’s services to it’s account users.
I really am annoyed this this youtuber user is abusing youtube and other youtube account users in this manner. It’s unbelieveable that they can get away with what they are doing. The main abuser of their youtube account goes by the user name of’ TheWizardofTrolls ‘.
I think something should be done about this blatent abuse and youtube should have some sort of complaints procedure, which makes it easy to contact them about matters such as this, which they don’t have at present. Can anyone help in getting this behaviour reported properly and to stop this behaviour happening? Can anyone help please?
