I am victim of a wire fraud. I was duped by some folks into sending a wire to an incorrect number that was controlled by the people committing fraud. The wire went to Chase Bank. We discovered fraud within 48 hours and Chase bank was officially notified by the Remitting bank of Fraud and recalled the wire. But Chase bank did not act upon the information and perhaps has let the funds go to fraudsters. This they did even after proper notice.
