I used CreditReport.com several times but will never use it again. This company set up a monthly billing from my bank account in the amount of $9.99.
When I tried to call customer care, they did not answer. The website is also confusing as can be, and does not easily provide contact information. I did finally write to customer care at Attn: Customer Care
PO Box 2390, Allen, TX 75013. I requested the billings stop immediately.
The other issue is that I did the initial reporting on a weekend because I work nights and sleep during the days. So how does Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST hours help me as a consumer? Hopefully Experian will help clean this up.
This company is reporting incorrect information. The website "contact us" page also claims the the call center is open Monday-Friday from 6am to 6pm. What they do not tell you is that just because you get in touch with their offices does not mean they will help you solve their problem!
