I purchased one of your 1-1/2 Tbsp. Cookie scoops - Obviously a non-baking person must have designed this scoop. The handle is extremely uncomfortable - why did you not bring the padding to the edge of the handles? When I squeeze the handles together to eject the dough the "ejector" doesn't go from one side to the other - it doesn't make it all the way to the edge on one side making it impossible to get the dough out with one, two or even three squeezes. I was hoping, since it was made my Farberware, that the quality would have been top-notch. I am quite disappointed.

This is the second Faberware toaster I have bought in the past 6 months. Model number #550083. It works great , then all of a sudden ,it will only toast 1 side of the bread. I have always felt that FaberWare was a great product to buy, as a matter of fact, I have a lot of FaberWare products in my home. However I will not buy another toaster from you. You really have a problem with this toaster. I was always proud of displaying my Faberware products in my home. Very dissatisfied with your product!!! You lost a loyal customer.

I have sent several messages to farberware complaining about a 8" frying pan. the food sticks to the bottom of this non-stick frying pan. I ask the company for a replacement at no cost to me. farberware is not replying to my messages. your help in this matter will be appreciated.
