I'm 12 years old and I'm turning 13 in 7 hours! Can I have my account back? The minimum age is 13 and its 5:45 pm in Paris (where I am) and in exactly 6 hours and 15 minutes I'm turning 13. Can I have my account back for my birthday? Which is at exactly 12:00 AM. It's my birthday tomorrow please can I have my account back?
I don't like how pictures taken on Snapchat no longer save to my phone. I know it is possible to download memories to your phone but this action always "fails" when I try to do it. I would love if when saved, the pictures and videos saved to both memories and my photo gallery on my phone.
I had a steak of 75 and for no reason snapchat took it away. it was with an important person and it pisses me off that I didn't even get an hourglass or anything. we both snapped daily more than once within the 24 hours the snap steak could go away. I'm so angry that this has happened because this person meant a lot to me. someone or something please fix it. I wish I could call snap chat but they don't even have a number. this is bull shit. I don't want to start all over again.
I snap chatted everyone that I had a streak with yesterday and they responded, however a few hours later I looked at my snap chat and majority of my streaks were gone. I was in the 170s with one person and now it's gone.
I am very sad and annoyed at the fact that there is a few animal filters with that squeaky voice but no owl. I think that the owl filter would have a very good use to me and a lot of people. They are very cute animals and deserve some recognition instead of adding a second dog filter. An owl would be very appreciated please and thank you!
This has been happening for months, I will open my snapchat and half my snapchats have been opened without me viewing them. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
Back a couple months ago when snapchat's update deleted the old filters but made it possible to buy them, I bought 3: the rainbow coming out of your mouth one, the mouse one where when you open your mouth it looks like it's eating, and the green face sick one. About a week ago, I went to use the mouse filter, and it was gone, and hasn't returned since. I understand the filters come and go, but I bought this filter! Not that it's a huge deal, but I'm just disappointed that I don't have my filter back.
I had a snap streak with a friend of mine, and we were snapping at 10 pm last night. Then I went to bed and woke up and had a snap from him this morning, but I realized our streak was gone. It never showed the timer and earlier that day it went up a number, so it's not like it showed any signs of losing it. As I read other reviews, I notice this happens A LOT. Why isn't the 24 hour thing true to your word? I really love snapchat, and I've been using it for about 4 years now. Please fix these problems so other people don't have to go through them as well.
Me and my friends had a snapchat streak and we were up to 176 days! And we were snap chatting eachother all day then today we lost our streak! It didn't have the timer next to it and we were snap chatting all day! Makes me mad.
Ever since the new Snapchat update i haven't been able to view my videos on my story. Every time i press my story it plays everything except for my video. It just skips over it. I also used to be able to zoom using my front camera and now it does not work. Another thing is, sometimes when I'm recording a video it shows that its recording, but once i lift my finger it comes out as a picture or it says "the video failed to record". These problems are starting to aggravate me and is making me want to use Snapchat less. If i could i would rate 0 stars.
The filter for Eid al Fitr didn't last longer than 24 hours from when it started in the eastern hemisphere. I live in the usa and by the time we learned of the filter it was no longer open for contributions. Eid lasts almost a week for some of us, much like Holy Week for the Catholics. Please allow all muslims from around the world to contribute to the filter by keeping it open for submissions at least 72 hours.
I had a snapchat streak of 47 days with my boyfriend as of last night, and we woke up this morning and it is no longer there.
Myself and my friend have very recently reached over 100 days on Snapchat for our streak, as I'm fully sure on the exact number of days I'm presuming it's around 120. We have snapped everyday however despite having snapped yesterday our streak was gone today. I am complaining on behalf of myself AND my friend as we have been waiting and trying quite a long time to reach 100 days and now it's taken away due to your faulty system. On the same day my friend lost a 259 day snapstreak with a friend of hers. This behaviour is not acceptable and I'm very upset and angered that our hard work and many days of snapping are going to waste like this! Snapchat, please sort yourself out as we are getting sick of this treatment.
Snapchats new forum at the top of the stories includes news, articles and hot gossip. Today I was disappointed to see that snapchat advertised a picture of the gone girl actress baring her ribs and describing it as a better and more sexy look. Not only is that image outdated today but it upsets me that snapchat would advertise skin and bones for young individuals to aspire to. The next time I see an article like that I will delete my account.
I have sony sony c3. Snapchat is not work properly on this phone. When i trace my face and try different cameras it sometimes stop and sometime hang for long time. No app hangs on my phone except snapchat. Although my phone is 5.1.1 updated.
I went to go log in my snapchat and it locked me out of my snapchat. I did have a 3rd party app and it was snap upload but I deleted it. I also waited a day and it still wouldn't let me log in. My account has been locked and I have no clue why as I don't use any of the jailbreak apps. I have a Samsung Galaxy J5. Whenever I use the back camera, the camera goes black. When I open the phone's camera app, it tells me "warning: camera failed" and I have to reset my phone again. This problem keeps reoccurring, can you update the app so it does not conflict with my phone?

The new update is not user friendly and nice at all. The live videos cover most of the page and you get really annoyed when u want to watch people's stories. Requesting to just please remove the wide live videos that cover almost all the screen.

Me and my friend had a 171 day streak. We snapchatted all day yesterday, and when we woke up the streak was gone. i would like to complain about a snapstreak with one of my friends, we have been texting in spaps for the past 86 days non stop and we suddnely just lost it. We are snapping one minute then the next we have our 86 day atreak gone, so I would like that to be replaced and if not i will be very dissapointed!
I do not like this new update on snapchat the 9.27.5.0, it just seems too difficult for me. Please change it back to the way it used to be please. But, first want to thank you for your app. I love using it. However, I'm VERY disappointed with the new update! i don't want to see everyone's snap story. ONLY the snap stories I click on. The fact that one story goes to anther automatically is a huge mistake on your part. Please fix it. I don't have the lenses option I want or I will complain about your app.
The video chat doesn't seem to be working for me. After I send a video, it appears to be damaged. Kind of like what you see in TVs when there's no cable. The static thing. But when others send me videos they're fine. I've tried restarting my phone and I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but to my disappointment, it still doesn't work. I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible before more people get frustrated. I love this app!
I woke up and wanted to use the bunny snapchat filter and it was gone. I'm really not satisfied about this because that was my favorite one but there still manages to be these ugly filters that no body likes. So what I'm saying is change it before more users complain.

It is unfair that the video filters are just available only in iphones this should not be such android phones should also get those features as well as while saving my story its just blank I want the features as soon as possible. They should look on to it fast and improve it for android devices.

Snapchat is perfect. 5 star app for sure. This isn't really a complaint I have a laptop and i think it would be very useful to have snapchat on laptops or even desktops. So, about a year ago, I added Nash Grier (nashgrier), a famous person, on Snapchat. He stopped using it for some reason and five days ago he started using said app again. Since I am not interested anymore in receiving the snapchats he posts, I deleted him. However, his name and stories keep appearing in my device. I've been trying to remove him from my friends list for the past five days but the moment said user posts a new photo or video on his story it happens again.
I've also tried to block him but it won't let me do it. This is my only Snapchat complaint and I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

I have been having some serious complaints with my snapchat login. Several months ago I logged out of my snapchat account. When I tried to log back in I got an error message that stated "Oh no! your login temporarily failed, so please try again later.." I clicked on the link it sent me and tried everything it told me to. As well as that, I tried restarting my phone, resetting my phone to factory settings, changed the password, uninstall and reinstalled snapchat.

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I'm addicted to Snapchat . Really, I love this app, but there's one thing that pisses me off ... Why my city still doesn't have its own filter? I live in Laval, a city (big enough for a filter) just near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Montreal has several filters already and that's normal, it's the metropole. But now I just learned that another city near Montreal, as big as Laval or maybe less , just got their own filter! Where is the Laval filter? We are tired of waiting! A pissed Snapchat lover that want a filter for her city!
I would like to know as of why it is that android users do not get the new update. If this isn't fixed I for one will no longer use snap chat for its seems wrong that not everyone gets the update. I also believe I will not be the only if this is not fixed there for you would be losing a lot of snap chaters.
I am a religious user of Snapchat. Every day I use it to interact with many of my friends and family, until about a month ago. I cannot log in or anything because it tells me that I'm not connected to the server. Why? What server is it referring to? I thought it was the app problem. I uninstalled it, then re-installed it. The problem persists and I'm very annoyed with this. Can someone please help me fix this?

The idea of SnapChat is great for adults but scary for children. I have concerns about a teens ability to text anonymously with other teenages, especially since the website probably has records of all of these files somewhere. It's a brave new world people! I would recommend that any parts seriously research what SnapChat is and the kinds of texts and messages that are usually sent with this mobile app before you allow your children to use it.

Overall I like Snapchat, however I randomly lost my streak and have no idea why. I send out a streak snap twice a day, typically when I go to bed and when I wake up. I went to bed around 8 and sent my streaks and woke up at about 5 and sent them again, at this point I still had all of my streaks. Well a few hours later my friend sent me a few snaps as his daily streak to me, we still have it. And then I sent him random snaps all night only to notice around 6 AM that our streak was gone. IT WAS AROUND 270 DAYS LONG!!! I MEAN ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? And this type of thing has happened before to shorter streaks but the process of trying to get them back is completely useless, their customer service is trash, and it completely pisses me off. I’m sure if I try this time it’ll be no different.

As of 02/08/18 I had a snap streak of 35 days and me and the other friend sent pictures back and forth during the span of that date and yesterday but then my snap streak disappeared. THE NEW SNAPCHAT UPDATE SUCKS! YOU NEED TO GET RID OF IT AND MAKE IT THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE!
This update is trash. If there was a way to go back to what it used to be I would. Re-do the update please. I hate it. I don’t want to see stories where my conversations should be. I don’t know where my subscriptions went for the “discover”. Really the whole thing is terrible.
I have lost so many streaks and I really need them back people are starting to fall out with me coz I lost them all last year and some this year so please can I have them back
The new snapchat update is horrible. I want my update gone, I didn't even update it, it auto updated. I won't use my snapchat as much now if it does not change.
The new update that came out around about the 10 of Janie art 2018. When you open up the app you get the normal camera and then you swipe left to see your snaps and it comes up with a whole heap of new stories AND ALSO the snaps it is very annoying and everyone I know hates it aswell. Usually I love the updates but his ones just annoying and it frustrates you and all that crap

I lost a streak due to connectivity issues!!
i logged in on my brothers phone and I chatted a little then i went back to my phone and suddenly I couldn't find my chats then i go to quick chat i find my chats then I tried sending a message several times but didn't work so I check my wifi and the connection is good but it still doesn't want to send a text to my chats
Me and my partner snapped back multiple times but our timer was still there, he snapped twoce and texted and so did I but we ended up losing it even tho we both snapped and TECTED every day, can we have it back?

Connectivity issues. I had a snapstreak on Snapchat going strong and then all of a sudden it just ended without warning or anything. I know we snapchatted multiple times that day and it just ended. I want my snapstreak back, I am still having problem. Fix this!

I have filed many reports about this and none have been successful. I lost my approx. 355 day streak on the 21st of October even though we had snapchatted within the 24 hour time period. There were no timers. My streak is not being restored and this is frustrating as I do not understand why I am suffering for something that wasn’t even done by me or the person i lost my streak with.

I would like to complaint Snapchat about an unsatisfied problem that I always face while I am using Snapchat.My message always can't be send to the others , as the time I also can't receive my friend's message , although the picture or video are available , but message is always unavailable. I lost my Streak with my best friend that I talk to every single day. And he needs the streak to win a bet. I'm highly upset about this so I'd like it to be put back. We were at 54 days.

I asked for help in the support thing and it won't send me the thing to change my password to get back in my account even though I have the email address. I'm upset because any other social media would work so if you could fix my problem I'd be happy cause it should be working.
Ok I love snapchat but this week my favorite filter was gone. It's not as fun anymore without that filter. I'm not sure what it was called , it made your forehead small and your nose big. It also had a voice changer was so cute. I would really like to have it back. I am constantly on Snapchat and I am always sending out snapchats to all my friends and all of a sudden when I sent a snap, about 20 of my streaks just disappeared. The hour glass wasn't beside their name or anything. They just disappeared. And I am very pissed off about it because at least 8 of them were over 250. I want my streaks back now.
I love to use snapchat to share what I'm doing and capture fun moments with my friends and family. I also like to see what my snap friends are up to as well on their stories, but I rather detest seeing the "featured" section right below the recent stories. Why? Because they happen to be inappropriately dressed women. If I scroll to the left, those ads are not like that, but every time all of the stories have been watched, there is always something inappropriate and offensive on this feature. I do not understand how Snapchat can classified as "safe" when there are offensive ads and images for all to see.
Me and my best friend had a 170 day streak and we was snap chatting each other over photos to get our streak up, however it suddenly went after we got it up to 170. I am very disappointed with this as we took a lot of effort to do this and we now have to wait to restart our streak.
I'm writing to make a serious complaint. My girlfriend has texted me that a man that she's never met before has just texted her on Snapchat without her permission wanting indecent pictures and now she's mortified and paranoid that someone is stalking her all because of your good for nothing app, this needs to be sorted, I can't believe you'd allow this filth to happen on Snapchat people should not be allowed to text people they don't know without permission, this downright unfair and needs to be sorted out.
I just lost a 50 day streak that meant a lot to me when I was snapchatting the person yesterday. This is truly unacceptable to me at least because me and this fine young lady had been working on our streak and we really thought this was the one! But when I woke up this morning snapchat had a different idea. Snapchat decided to crush any hope of our streak ever reaching 100. I am genuinely destroyed by this.
This month Snapchat has just made me mad to a point where, if i could, I would throw it at a wall. But since I can't, I will complain instead. The beginning of this month I had lost 5 extremely high streaks of mine all at the exact same time.
Now, I thought that maybe we didn't respond in time with each other but then i looked through the msgs about when we sent them, and we sure as hell have replied to each other within the 24 hour limit, we actually all responded to each other within 12 hours.
Me to them, and them to me. Now, I've looked again this morning only to realize I have lost yet another 4 extremely high streaks and it so happened that it was the same exact problem as before. For some reason snap is deleting my streaks and I am at a point to where it makes me angry because I shouldn't have lost those streaks because they were all in the time limit. The highest one that i have lost was almost to 300 days.
I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Snapchat has always been my favorite app from lip singing my favorite songs and viewing snapchats. But for you to suddenly say I have too muhc storage to view someone else's snapchat story is ridiculous.
Every time I go to view a story, I get cut off saying "Storage Almost Full" on the snapchat app. What does my phone having so much storage have todo with viewing someone else's snapchat story? That's never been the case until my phone updated to the latest version. If that's the case, I'm going to stop using snapchat, like there's even a use for it now. Also, since I've updated, I exit out of the app and try to go back on it needs me to login with my password. That's never happened before.
It's on my phone and should remember that I'm the only one ever logged into it. I'm not happy with this app at all.
I am really disappointed that they have removed the butterfly filter as I was my favorite and this weekend won't be able to get a good selfie from now on. I am removing snapchat as I find it that they have ruined it. I used to love Snapchat now it's getting deleted. I'm leaving it till they get it back.
My complaint is about the geo filters, mine automatically disappeard today and it's done it with a lot of others as well but I think it is only with iPhones? I think this because other people that have Samsung etc have still got the filters and also my tablet does but I only use my phone because iPhones have the best camera and now the filters are gone and that's not fair at all I want them put back on I have used them for months and it's really good having them on snapchat, I would really like it if I heard something back! But it is very poor that this has happened.
Snapchat's "news" portion sucks. It targets mostly teenagers and college kids but some of the posts can be very biased. Some of the posts are just plain stupid and I purposely don't click on them so Snapchat doesn't get that rating. The filters could use some work too. Just please stop posting stupid news and no one cares about Kylie Kenner and the kardashians except for teenagers so post some real news.
Sometimes when I close out of the app it will open snaps that I haven't opened so I don't get to see them or replay them. It will just open all my snapchats by itself. It has also been really glitchy lately and that's about when it started opening my snapchats on its own. By glitchy I mean it freezes and crashes a lot more than it used to and it gets stuck in between screens almost every time I try to go from the camera to my snaps or from my snaps to the stories etc.
