My friend Alex and I had a snapchat streak and we snapped every day and then it went away and it's not the first time. It's happened with my other friends to.

It's so annoying when I click on a friend's story and it goes through all of my friends stories. If I wanted to see their story I would click on it. Please go back to the way it was. I only want to see the stories I click on. Thanks!

i would like to complain about a snapstreak with one of my friends, we have been texting in spaps for the past 86 days non stop and we suddnely just lost it. We are snapping one minute then the next we have our 86 day atreak gone, so I would like that to be replaced and if not i will be very dissapointed!

The video chat doesn't seem to be working for me. After I send a video, it appears to be damaged. Kind of like what you see in TVs when there's no cable. The static thing. But when others send me videos they're fine. I've tried restarting my phone and I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but to my disappointment, it still doesn't work. I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible before more people get frustrated. I love this app!

Although snapchatting someone continually everyday my snap streak with this person has been deleted. I'm a little upset since our streak was big. Has anyone found a phone number to call and complain about this? I'm sure many users are having the same exact problem.

I keep losing my streaks even when both my friends and I keep them responsibly in less than 24 hours. Please fix this because I'm loosing like 120 day streaks for no reason.

Snapchat keeps crashing and turning off my iPhone. Then it shows that I can't turn it on because it "needs to be plugged in Cuz it's out of battery." It's happened at least 7 times this week and leaves me unable to use my phone for an hour each time. Make it stop.

I log out of snapchat one time and it wont let me log back into it on the same device but it will let me go on it on other devices and the 2 updates hasn't done anything to help. Can they not just fix it!

Snapchat is perfect. 5 star app for sure. This isn't really a complaint I have a laptop and i think it would be very useful to have snapchat on laptops or even desktops. I think it would be very cool. Has anyone tried to email Snapchat customer service and suggest new features? Not sure they would listen but might be worth a shot. I am sure they get feedback every day from around the world.

I had a 260 day streak with someone and we snapchat each other everyday and we always make sure of it and I'm 100% sure I did snapchat her and she snap chatted me because we had a whole conversation on it -- not on slide chat. I am very annoyed and disappointed about the loss of our streak and it's going to take another 260 days to get back and it's snap chats fault we lost it. I am very angry about the situation and hope snapchat will fix this ASAP.

So I had a 191 day snap streak with my best friend and then out of a sudden it was gone. I have been using snapchat for many years now and i go on the app everyday. I eel like i deserve to get my streak back considering it was snapchat's fault that i lost it and considering that im a very frequent user of the app. Losing the streak was a downer and nobody likes that. If snapchat doesn't give me and my best friend our streak back then im sad to say i will be deleting the app. Thank you, and please put yourself in my shoes when reading this complaint.

My days with my boyfriend Are gone! We had over 200 days (213) and they are just gone! It didn't pass 24h of silence, we were talking and when i escaped the chat i realized that we don't have our precious days anymore. Please help me! I want my days back.

My friend and I had a snap streak for 86 days. We snap chatted each other every single day, and we clearly remembered we snap chatted each other however the streak just disappeared. We are both extremely annoyed for this mishap and want our streak to return.

I have been snapchatting someone for more than three consecutive days now and we still have not gotten our stream which makes me very angry.

I opt in for beta version in settings and according to process i uninstalled and reinstalled snapchat but now i have have tried like 100 times to log in but i can't. It says your login is temporarily unavailable! What is going on with this app?

So, about a year ago, I added Nash Grier (nashgrier), a famous person, on Snapchat. He stopped using it for some reason and five days ago he started using said app again. Since I am not interested anymore in receiving the snapchats he posts, I deleted him. However, his name and stories keep appearing in my device. I've been trying to remove him from my friends list for the past five days but the moment said user posts a new photo or video on his story it happens again.

I've also tried to block him but it won't let me do it. This is my only Snapchat complaint and I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

I have been having some serious complaints with my snapchat login. Several months ago I logged out of my snapchat account. When I tried to log back in I got an error message that stated "Oh no! your login temporarily failed, so please try again later.." I clicked on the link it sent me and tried everything it told me to. As well as that, I tried restarting my phone, resetting my phone to factory settings, changed the password, uninstall and reinstalled snapchat.

I tried to login on the account on my friends phone, and it worked fine. When I tried on my phone, the same error popped up. I even tried making a new account but the same thing happened when i logged out of it. Please I need to contact support, as I am getting tired of trying.

I am a religious user of Snapchat. Every day I use it to interact with many of my friends and family, until about a month ago. I cannot log in or anything because it tells me that I'm not connected to the server. Why? What server is it referring to? I thought it was the app problem. I uninstalled it, then re-installed it. The problem persists and I'm very annoyed with this. Can someone please help me fix this?
