A manager by the name Julie Peters at the Macomb Mall Victoria secret Roseville, Michigan. She was the rudest person that I ever met because I ask for help to find something for my wife she gave me the nastiest attitude ever and she also called me the N-word! If nothing is done about this matter I will file a lawsuit against the store. She need to be fired. I will never take my wife to another Victoria secret store ever if this isn’t resolved. Thank you!

I want to complain about the quality of your panties, I use to buy exclusively from your stores and online. Not any more!!!! The quality can be seen first in the waistbands - one seems to be embroidered and the other merely just stamped! The newer, stamped-waist band does not hold the shape and the colors fade quickly. Too bad. Your brand is going down the tubes. And BTW, the ladies in your stores with the fake British accents is not very becoming.

On Friday April 26 my husband was on line at Victoria Secret store at the Staten Island Mall. When he was next on line one of the cashiers said next to the lady behind him. My husband said he was next and the cashier ok I will be right with you which was rude and unprofessional. Why skip him and take the person behind him? I called to complain to the manager and spoke to two different people and was just told ok we apologize and said goodbye. I wasn't done talking. This is a discrimination why because this isn't the first time we were treated like this.

I was in Victoria Secret at the Monmouth Mall store last nite 4/25/19 around 6:30pm shopping for the $3.75 panties from an email exclusive I received on 4/25/19.
Went to the cashier and she said she had to scan the bar code but there was no bar code then she told me to download the pink app. The battery on my phone was running real low but it took awhile to download after 1/2 hour . Finally I went back to the pink section for someone to help me to get the bar code there was no bar code . she eventually called one of the cashier up from to tell her to honor the $3.75 . The cashier asked the other cashier how to ring it up because there's no bar code... the other cashier replied there's no bar code just use some number she gave her & it worked. The lines were so long I also had to wait for my turn. There were only 2 cashiers at that time. Customers were frustrated and started walking out. I was in the store for about 2 hours of my time. I recommend that all cashiers should be told how to ring items up when there's a promotion and not have someone download the app & still it was a waste of time.

I went to your store in Cambridge on Wednesday 20th March 2019 with my 14 year old daughter. She was very excited to be there. We had a look around the shop and said to her we would return to buy something just before our journey home as I didn't want to carry too much during the day. On our return to the shop, one of the employees wearing a head set came up to me and said, oh you are back. Are you buying something this time? You were here earlier, looking at every thing and touching every thing. Another assistant then came and stood next to us watching our every move. As a 55 year old woman I was not even interested what was on sale, and as for touching everything-what a cheek!! I was there for my daughter - who wasn't touching every thing in sight either. I was extremely angry that such a young girl could approach me in such a fashion. If it wasn't for the fact my daughter wanted to buy something I would have walked out of the store. If these are your sale tactics that you teach these girls then I am afraid I am more than disappointed. All very inappropriate and upsetting.

Today I shopped with my daughter for bras. We were at the Warrington PA store in valley square shopping center and we were met with the rudest customer service from your employee named Talon. My daughter left in tears after Talon “helped” her try on bras. Very strange because we shop there often but we won’t go back because of her poor customer service. When I asked her name she rolled her eyes.

My daughter and I were greeted by two women but when it was time to check out at the SOUTHLAKE Tx location the one and only cashier was too busy helping the only other customer in the store to sign up for an angel card which took forever. Nobody else could or would ring us up. VS lost a sale!

Do not ever open up a VS pink card. I made a purchase of $60 on it and then paid that balance a few weeks later. I check the acct frequently to make sure I don’t have a balance and then I see I owe $90.. I called CS and they said it was a problem with my checking acct (which is the same one that’s been on file for YEARS) and they said the payment didn’t go through. I said well it would’ve been nice to know that when I first made the payment, I told the representative to pay the $60 purchase and closed my acct. I just got woken up, 3 months later saying I owe almost $200 ... this is absolutely ridiculous. Get some new employees that can do their job correctly and stop scamming people for money!!!!

I was in your Pittsburgh store ( south hills) on January 17th of this new year and I was treated extremely rude. You had 2 employees working the check out lines with about 25 people in line waiting... my boyfriend and I got in line and patiently waited our turns. Your employees were turtle slooooooow and did not know what they were doing. When my boyfriend and I were next your employee working second register stopped doing register acted like she was too busy to help me and ignored me when I asked her to help us check out. We had 2 items! It should have taken 2 minutes to check out. No.. your employee ignores when I ask who the manager is and says you could get back in line and I said so the lady before me gets checked out and all the sudden your employee turns her back away from me and faces the wall acting too busy to help a customer! I think this woman should be fired, people don’t want rude employees and terrible customer service. Btw, I do not know the woman who ignored me but she is a young black woman and there was an older black woman who ignored us as well.

Never reviced my order had to repeatly contact them still nothing

I order some items on Dec 5th. I checked very carefully to make sure my items were in stock and would ship before Christmas. Victoria Secrets had no problem collecting my money but I never received my package. The first shipping date was Dec. 13th and i called and spoke with someone on the 15th. I was assured that my package was on the way. Well today it's Dec 25th and no package. I emailed customer service and had a conversation with Tina. I gave Tina my information and once she responded she said that a that they would send a duplicate order to me at no additional cost to me. Of course there would be no additional cost to me!!!! It was not my error. The problem is this. The customer service was awful because at no time did Tina apologize for my inconvenience. Yes packages are delayed during the holidays, but I spoke with a representative and the information was not correct. I'm sure the store could care less because I'm only one of millions of their shoppers, but i can spend my money elsewhere.

ON FRIDAY ,DECEMBER 21,2018 I PATRICIA REEVES WENT TO VICTORIA SECRET TO CHRISTMAS SHOP WHICH I DO EVERY YEAR MY PURCHASE WAS 75.62. THE STORE WAS CROWDED AND THE LINES WERE EXTREMELY LONG I GAVE THE CASHIER A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL. SHE GAVE ME MY BAGS I SAID WHAT ABOUT MY CHANGE SHESAID I GAVE YOU FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY EIGHT CENTS I SWAIDNO YOU DID SHE SAID YES I DID I SAID MAMM YOU DIDNT GIVE ME ANY THING AND IF YOU DID ITS STILL WRONG CAUSE MY PURCHASE WAS 75.62, I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN BACK 24.38. SHE SAID I ALLWAYS GIVE MONEY BACK BEFORE I HAND TE BAG , I SAID AGAIN MAMM YOU DID NOT. I've been buying bras from victoria's secret for years, and was never aware that some bras contain some type of oil. I had an oil stain on my blouse a few months back but didn't know it was my bra that had leak. until it happened again with a different bra is this oil toxic? we should be aware of whats is put into the bras!!!!!! very disappointed and ver upset! I threw the bras away so i have no images to attach. I hope to hear from someone soon.

Hi Today I bought some items from Victoria secret Northpark store $448.70
After paying and leaving store I had the feeling that I’ve payed a lot of money though all were at reduced price or promotions; making story short I went back to store as I didn’t leave the mall .
It took me 60 min dealing with 3 employers and a supervisor they found out that there 5 items were added to my bill that I never had. One of the cashier saying that I had ithem earlier, though i nev had . I asked for supervisor to handle. I asked them to check store Canera . I had to explain Again & again . Plz someone understand exactly what happens

Went into Victoria secret over the weekend at the strongsville Ohio location. I had a hard time finding a specific pair of panties I was going to buy. I went up to 2 workers and waited for them to finish there convo with each other so I can get there help finding them. They never acknowledged me which did frustrate me, i could have said exuse me would I be able to get some help but I didn’t want to interrupt and they seen me standing there looking at them. So I want on to the next worker who was folding clothes. Again hovering over her and looking at her waiting for help. I heard her speak into the walki talki peice saying I don’t know why we are just standing around if you guys want to get home start folding clothes. Then went on to fold and straighten up. Never asked me if I needed help.
I understand the Holiday season is very busy and they where probably tired. But I couldn’t wait for them any longer to finally get the help I needed. I was very disappointed and ended up leaving to get the panties at another store. Victoria secret is my favorite place to buy bras and panties but after that experience I had no other choice but to shop else where.

I never received an order that says shipped on the 4th per Angel the representative in customer service. Being that she was very rude, kept placing the phone on mute and over talking me i requested to speak to a supervisor and she denied it and kept speaking loudly house she won’t transfee me!

Well let me say bad bad bad I have to say there girls there are bad excpt ed one Kristin is the only one how is with u time in that storage a good girl good worker good person will be u frien d she is in a place where jealousy is I would being her candy day good job to her but the boss did not go for that my visit where stopped because I'm kindness and showing love and commatioon to one of the girls the others girls got very jelosey of me because I only came to she Kristin i want to keep this in mind Kristin is great she will help u the others girls are not good bad news they only cAre about money money money greedy girls want everything I tried to get Kristin a promation they did not like that either gratefully going to this store at the Deptford mall in New Jersey glouster county New Jersey

I can not believe Rapture was remove from your store. The lease you could have done is let your customer know before you did something as crazy as this. OMG

If there were any way I could rate the Victoria's Secret in Oxford mall with less than one star I would. The manager (Faith) asked a young lady to leave because she was black. Obviously an African American woman came in and was caught shoplifting. The manager then approached two black women that were shopping and asked them to leave. She did not see me and I did not want to be embarrassed so I left before I could be told. In the past I have spent a lot of money at Victoria's Secret and I feel betrayed. I haven't been profiled in a long time and it does not feel good.

On 19th January this year I purchased a $100 e-gift card from Victoria Secret for my daughter which she hasn't been able to redeem. After waiting several months for the items she wanted to come into stock she tried to use the gift card at the online store but it seems that after she selects the items she wants from the website there is nowhere to input the card details. She tried using the live chat facility and was told to access the website from a desktop computer rather than an iPhone which she has done without any better result.

I then sent an email to customer service explaining the problem and was told that the gift card balance could not be used at the onine store and we must make the order online using a credit card and then apply to customer service for a refund. I explained that I had bought an e-gift card so that it could be used online and sent a copy of the original email she received showing that it states the card can be used online. I asked for information on how to claim a refund but all I got was another email telling me to make the purchase with a credit card.

If this gift card cannot be used at an online store as it was sold to me I must insist on a refund otherwise I will have to assume that Victoria Secret are refusing to redeem the card balance and will take the necessary legal steps to recover it. I have included the order number and gift card details below, please don't hesitate to contact me for any other details of the transaction.

I went to the Victoria's Secret at the Avenues Mall on August 31 and purchased almost $200.00 and the associate was very nice and helped me. The following day I came back to return merchandise that did not fit me and exchange for a different size. The associate was very rude and told me that I picked them all out in a very annoying response in front of the manager on duty. I asked her which are the ones on sale and again, she responded very rudely. I am an Angel card holder for three years now and I feel that your customer service on that particular store sucks. I will not go back to buy from Victoria Secret and I will tell my friends and family to stop going there. They are very unprofessional, rude and they should not be working on that kind of profession. I have been buying underwear from Victoria's Secret from the age of 14. I am now almost 23 and the last couple times i have gotten underwear the material is thinner and seems to not hold up very well. I always put my panties and socks in the same wash, in cold water and use a gentle soap. Holes keep popping up, the seams tear, or the lace rips. I would like some one to explain to me why this is happening. Am I doing everything right? I even fold my panties in a square like the girls do in the shop when i put them away in my drawer. Your underwear is not cheap.

I would like to continue to shopping at VS but i haven't been very impressed with the overall product. I can't wear your bras because I have very large breasts but I buy my panties there because it makes me feel sexy and they don't ride up. I want to keep feeling that way but not if the product wont hold up. I pay a lot for them. I would appreciate a reimbursement for something.

I went to Victoria's Secret in West Covina mall a few months ago I wanted to buy some bras I had them measure me in the fitting room and bought 4 bras the next day I put one on and it was way to big. So that same week I took them back with receipt in hand I told them the bras were to big and would like to get them in my size they were upset with me and measured me again I got an even exchange at the same time I wanted to return a bathing suit that was given to me for my birthday which by the way was still in the birthday bag with the card given to me it was to big and just wanted to get it in my size that's all the manager Tracy came out and started yelling at me at the register and said with a ton of customers watching she said there was a limit of what I could return with or without a recipient so it better fit the first time she was the rudest nastiest manager I have ever met.

Goes to say she refused to do an even exchange for me she even had the nerve to tell me I probably stole the swim suit and was not going to return it... so I got stuck with something that doesn't fit.... I went back a week or so ago to the Simi annual sale to buy some Victoria's Secret underwear sprays and perfumes they saw me come in and did not offer to help me they look at me with this snobby look like yeah this Mexican can't afford anything in our store little do they no I have a credit card from their store I had a bag filled and as I was walking to pay for my purchase I saw they had bras on sale for $19.99 so as I was looking through the bras I put my bag down on the floor with my purse this Arminian or Russian associate which there are two of them came up to me and I thought she said she liked my purse.

I told her thank you and kept looking at the bras she raised her voice and said I want to see what's in your purse I told her she was crazy I wasn't going to open my purse for her. I had a small purse that only fit a tiny wallet, my cell phone, my cigarettes and my car keys that's all that fit in my purse. She had mall security and lost prevention call me out of the store I was in utter shock I asked them what's going on. They said I was being accused of stealing from the store I told them I was looking at the. Bras and have my bag filled with what I'm going to purchase what are you talking about the Russian associate was telling the security that I steal from the store and try to exchange stolen goods they got my information from my I'd and told me not to go in the store again I felt harassed humiliated and embarrassed by what was going on, she filled the security guards ears I gave them my purse so they could check it and see I didn't take anything.

The guy from lost prevention told me that they wish they would get rid of that store that I was not the first person they did that to if they don't like you they pull this stunt get your information for store use so that you never enter the store again he also said that store is our problem store weather people are stealing or not..he told me I'm so sorry their doing this to you. She even told them I was stealing from other stores I told them this VS was my first stop. I. Was so upset I didn't even get to make my purchase I went home and cut up my Victoria's Secret credit card and will never ever shop Victoria's Secret again I'm so done with this store I could find somewhere else to buy bras and panties without the accusations I will never step put in another Victoria's Secret store again.

And have started the process for a class action lawsuit suit on that store. Every associate in that store should be ashamed of themselves and they should hire people that really want to work in that kind of environment they should all be fired for the way they treat people they make Victoria's Secret look like crap.

I purchased some bras and body spray. The bras clasped in back broke only wearing it once and body spray pump do don't work. Shop here all the time.

I visited the store in St Joseph Mo Last night. I needed to be measured. The only person on the floor was a young man. I didn't want to be measured by him. I was never ask if anyone could help me. I had to ask to be let in to try on. The young girl at the counter didn't offer to help either. I had a coupon that I had found online. It was for an additional 20% off a sale item. She told me that coupon was bogus. It was a retailmenot coupon. I took it upon myself today to see if I could find it elsewhere, and I did. I think she didn't want to mess with me. Very disappointed in the service at this store. I have never had this experience at any other VS stores, but will think twice about visiting this one again.

The Victoria's Secret commercials are like adult movies on TV. I wish they would get them off TV. Who doesn't know about this store? Do they really need these ads everywhere even during events like the Super Bowl? I will be writing my complaint letter to the corporate office next.

Love love love Victoria’s Secret.  What started as a store where a husband can buy lingerie for his wife without feeling like a perv, has turned into the best undergarments store ever!  I love shopping at Victoria’s Secret because all their clothing (underwear and bras included) are super super comfortable and yet sexy as sin.  I love wearing lacy bras and silk panties but I do not want to be itchy or uncomfortable.  Nothing is worse than an underwire poking your ribs.  That is what makes Victoria Secret stand out as a great store.  The bras are pricey, however, they last for YEARS.  That, in and of itself, makes the price worth it!  Also, they have a wide selection of swimsuits, sleep wear, yoga outfits, makeup, body sprays, etc.  When leaving Victoria’s Secret, I am confident with that whatever purchase I made, I will be comfortable and yet sexy for my hubby.
