JUST FOR THE EDUCATION OF KBB...WHO IS SO DESPERATELY DISALLOWING THOSE OF US USING AD BLOCKERS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION....THERE ARE A FEW WAYS WE CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION. WE COULD BUY YOUR BLUE BOOK, BUT WHY WOULD WE? WE COULD CALL ANY ONE OF HUNDREDS OF CAR DEALERSHIPS AND GET THEM TO GET THE INFORMATION OUT OF THEIR COPY OF YOUR BLUE BOOK....OR, WAIT FOR IT...GO ONLINE TO THE EDMUND'S BLUE BOOK SITE, WHERE I WAS ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION, YOU CHOOSE TO HOLD HOSTAGE, WHILE MAINTAINING MY AD BLOCKER!!! Folks, you have changed the web page and added so much advertising it is not worth the time and effort to use the KBB web page. It bounces all over the place stacking as much advertising as you can trying to sell things I did not come to the web page to see. Disappointed, to say the least. You had a good service before but not anymore.

KBB supposedly provides a Fair Market Range and Fair Purchase Price, based on actual transactions of what others are paying for a vehicle and adjusted regularly as market conditions change. But I do not think that is the case with the Honda Civic I bought recently.

Kelley Blue Book expert and consumer vehicle reviews did not really hep. And the ratings and 5-Year Cost to Own information was a bit off. I'm not sure where they get this information but they should consider it's source. It would also be great if they listed the KBB customer service number somewhere.

After hearing your television and radio ads concerning receiving $6,000.00 Over the Kelly Blue Book value of my car and if I made $350.00 per week you want to approve my credit. (I clear over $600.00 per week) I went to your web page and applied to your Store on Preston Highway in Louisville, Kentucky. Shortly there after I was contacted by your Clarksville Indiana store and talked me into coming in with promises of helping me! As soon as I arrived I asked to talk to Brianna (the one that said that she can help) and I was redirected to some one else!

This person told me that my car was only worth $3,000.00 and I have to have a pile of cash if I wanted a car from them! I felt disrespected and embarrassed since he said this in front of several other customers. Due to the false and misrepresentations of your commercials I will be looking into civil action to stop your misleading ads and something done about the way I was treated.

Kelley Blue Book has a 2005 silverado extended cab 6 1/2' bed with 100,000 miles on it worth more than a 2007 silverado extended cab 6 1/2' bed with 85,000 miles on it. It is the same exact truck with same options. Somebody should contact the complaint department at Kelley Blue Book and let them know their website is screwed up.
