What is your complaint? Be as specific as possible and use at least 100 words.I wrote an email to Yahoo customer care, complaining about my yahoo account being disabled because I wrong type my year of birth. instead of 1977 , I type 2008.

Yesterday the my.yahoo homepage changed and everything seems to be tied to Att.net. I lost all of my yahoo calendar entries and my MyPortfolio entries.

In the last few days I find that any story I click on has a 30 second AD. I have used your news service since it began. I find I may have to find a new service. I have O interest in ads that are shoved down my throat.

I will not only quit yahoo but refuse to shop stores and products . Sorry Guys, your service has gone from 100% to a 2%, and falling.

I have now been seeing an Ad on Yahoo of a lovely grey-haired white lady called Blanche, who is supposed to be a Psychic. In fact I even went to it, because she is quite spiritual-looking in that picture. She then started to respond to my mails almost immediately with very long replies, which were very obviously generated automatically.

In those messages she claimed to have got in touch with my Guardian Angel – just by reading my initial mail, who told her that both my personal as well as financial situations were going to improve very soon and to have faith in and trust her. Which was actually a very absurd prediction because of the gravity of my current situation.

So when I told her this fact, I got another mail from her immediately saying that she was going to send me $500,000 just to prove that my Guardian Angel was speaking the truth. It finally came down to her then asking me to get in touch with this Bank in Africa and send them my own Bank particulars and contact numbers, so that the money could then be transferred into my Account.

This sort of scam has been going on for many, many years now from other so called attractive young African ladies, who are entitled to many millions of dollars, but needed my assistance in retrieving it and then sharing it with them. It is so very obvious that this so called Blanche is just another one of these scams, although in a very cleverly elaborate form.

Therefore my question is that don’t you people at Yahoo vet such ads before showing them and has no one else complained about this so called Blanche, who is also probably some African scam artist, pretending to be a white woman.

I would very sincerely like you check this particular Ad out, because you are continuing to show it. even now

I am so disappointed with your news service...Yahoo is so one-sided and liberal in news and opinion coverage. I have found myself wanting to write a not of complaint numerous times to the news editor of Yahoo, but really find no way to voice my opinion, so I hope you can forward this. The one-sided coverage and bias of the President, and any conservative politician or views there of is very evident as is seen by the liberal and politically correct majority of stories and editorials that is run by Yahoo. Any stories to the contrary that may be shared are buried farther down the Yahoo page. I have and am seriously considering using something other than Yahoo because of this. It would be great if your news page would be fair and balanced....and I am not saying this because of another new source. Balance is a good thing.....

I can't post pictures (photographs) on my Yahoo Groups sites of which I have three.
You took away all my Cloud information attached to my photographs without any warning.
I have been a loyal customer and group moderator for over 10 years.
Please help us use our sites the way they were intended.

I suspect that my personal financial information has been compromised. Received email dated 12/19/2018 and NEVER received a telephone call from that department. I placed a call and no messages or any individual answered my call. This is regarding to ID-10086 inform an illegal activity against me link to stolen yahoo account. I am victim of identity theft and scammer(s) use my identity without my knowledge until I received notification from Law Enforcement. I am not satisfied with service from Yahoo and any event or incident from Yahoo Complaint Department block my account fraudulently accusation against me. 'Your Daily Yahoo' has been the most slanted bias information/story/articles I have ever read.
I would expect this type of journalism from 3rd rated companies.
'Your Daily Yahoo' has never (as far as I have read) presented the POTUS favorably.
All stories related to the President are negative. Anything that involves the current administration is negative.

Worst than negative views, some articles are out-right incorrect with no retractions when the viewer's call them out.

Clicking on contacts in yahoo maiI I find that the system that had been used for many years has been changed or altered deleting addresses. I had home addresses and some businesses entered into the old system and they are no longer there. I see no way to retrieve them. This is horrible. Can this be fixed or am I missing something? I had no back-up address book.

For some time now I can't even get through the main news page because of the EXTREME amount of adds! Every time I try to read an article there are so many adds that I can't even scroll. It takes WAY TOO MUCH TIME for the adds to download that by the time I get to page 3 I'm already too fed up to continue. I understand you have to sell add space but this is totally senseless and very obnoxious. Is there any way I can get through the articles without being completely bogged down with these add ? Also ...Why do you have to make a two paragraph news article into a fifteen page must scroll to read item ? I called customer service around 4:22 PM for help with my log-in. Since i changed my phone number and carrier, I can't get a log-in key to my new number. The guy was trying to get all of my personal passwords. Ie: my computer, my accounts. He started scanning my computer for what, I don't know. All i needed was to be able to change my phone number on YAHOO, so that i could be able to log on.

Me and my wife both hate the new email system. What a pain in the #$& what we now have to go through just to sign into our mail. The only reason why we had yahoo as our home page is because the classic mail was great. But low and behold you just had to improve it. What a nightmare to try and sign in. Now we have to involve our phone just to sign in to check our email. What brain did you hire to come up with this? If things do not change my family will get a different home page and email service. What you have changed your email to sucks more than any mail service i have tried. I don't think I will be alone in this matter. Someone in management with yahoo mail needs to get more involved in whats going on.

Today I could not access my above email account. First time in I cannot even remember how many years. To "recover" my email account I am asked to write down "keys" I do not understand. Can somebody very simply and efficiently explain me what to do ? Change my email, perhaps ? No problem, although lots of people will have to be advised about a possible new email (even my tax office !). Kindly, either give me access or tell me clearly what has to be done. Thank you.

I am not receiving any mail from the address: h-gucci@violin.ocn.ne.jp, he receives my mail and replies my mail but I can not find any mail from him. Previously we could contact without any hazard. So, it would be better if you could take necessary steps so that I can receive mail from that address sooner.

I have two accounts--email accounts--w/ Yahoo. But they fuck over you endlessly by forcing you
to open your emails several times a day using tactless security measure that are
totally unnecessary! My computer is the same one for 5 years. I toggle between
two accounts for mostly medical FYI because I am a 76-year-old disabled veteran
who they prevent from freely using his accounts that are 10-15 years old. I hate Yahoo
for being jerks! There is no need to force complicated security measures on seniors.
My accounts are old. I am old and a stroke victim--why do they have to intrude and make
me feel like a criminal hacking his own email? Stupid. Give me the freedom to be left alone!

I'm so disappointed in the service that I have had trying to get my account back up and running, I have lost my phone and cannot retrieve an activation code because I don't have the phone no more and customer services and Yahoo will not do anything about it. So I have lost all my emails all the important emails I had wage slips and all sorts and they will do nothing about it.

my brother died on 29/10/2017.
To date his Yahoo email account has been comprised and his personal info being used illegally.
I know who is accessing his account illegally and I want this person penalised and taken to court as I will be lodging a complaint with my MP in Croydon London.
Please get in touch with me by email and I will give you ALL his personal details and Yahoo account details and the details of the person who is illegally accessing his account.

There is no easy method of controlling what content is received on your "News" feed. I don't want to see, hear, read, watch anything at all from FOX news. It is a state propoganda machine that is destroying our Country and you are enabling it.
I've used Yahoo for my primary e-mail for decades ... but if there is no solution ... if I as a customer cannot regulate to any reasonable degree the content of the news sources I'd prefer to subscribe to then your company is only aiding and abetting propoganda. I'd like to judge for myself the most credible news sources ... and Fox ... is certainly without any doubt NOT AMONG THEM.
If there is a way that I can stop Fox News from infiltrating into my computer through YAHOO ... I'd much appreciate, you allowing this.
If not I'm likely to abandon Yahoo completely. You can allow fascist infiltration to infect the people elsewhere, but not with me.

Lately I have been receiving adverts, interrupting my view of the page i am looking at, every time I click onto any setting, an advert pops up, sometimes when i try closing it I would lose the article that I am reading or news video that i am watching.
While I know that adverts are necessary to finance your expenses, they should not disrupt the user. If you cannot do anything about it well then I am sorry, I may have to look eslewhere!

Your company sucks, I have been clicking in circles trying to recover my account with yahoo. When the account was created my mother used her work email. since she is no longer there I have no way of accessing the recovery code. and every time i say that i do not have access to the account the dumb system say uh-oh we ran into a problem, sends me to the yahoo sign in helper and does the same crap over and over again. that is so STUPID and i am quite frustrated. YOU ALL SUCK and need to figure out a better way of helping consumers. I have not been able to access this account for years due to this and every so often i try to. I have the password and the email but for verification of who i am it tries to send to the old verification email which, again, i do not have access to.

Having an issue with Yahoo account and there is no way of getting contact with the them,so I'm going to change my email acct with them due to this issue with my sons acct , I've had an acct with them for over 10years but this is crazy.

When I'm on Yahoo trying to read news stories I keep getting interrupted by Adobe trying to download something that is not safe onto my computer. I am tired of it and I do believe you have the responsibly to protect your users from virus attacks, It happens on yahoo sports also. It happens often more than once a day. I have notices it only happens when I am on a yahoo site. Fix it Please.

I have signup for a ads services on Yahoo Gemini, I had to pre deposit R$ 60 before submit any advertise. After I deposit and submit the advertise, I have been notified my ads has been regected. So far so good. but I've already sent at least a 6 email requesting the refund the money in this period since the beginning the only thing they respond to me is that they are working to get send my money back.

They have no problem receiving the money but to refund it is practically impossible.
