The EPPICard debit card is a popular way to access deposits at ATMs around the United States. It is used in dozens of states primarily as a way to get child support payments. Because child support is a serious matter, you would think the EPPICard would focus on having excellent customer service and support for families around the country.

We've all been there before. Waiting on hold for hours for customer service phone number. I called the toll free line at 1-888-211-4727 and got put on hold for an hour. Here's what happened to me and why I will never use Sprint again.

Below is a summary of events that have taken place with DirecTV customer service for almost three weeks.  As you will see, I am not only displeased with the service but frustrated as I am getting the run around, not receiving requested return calls, and quite frankly hitting dead ends.  Being a customer of DirecTV for over 15 years in Maryland, this is not the way a long-standing customer, or any customer for that matter, should be treated.

I put in a phone call to Verizon customer service because my phone died and I needed a cheap replacement so wanted to see if they could help. I tried to call several phone numbers that did not really work, but I hope they help you. In the end they left my on hold for 5 hours!

I would like to start this email saying that I never in my life have complained about customer service. But I was treated so poorly at your Maui location that I searched hours for a place to place my complaint. We started our weekly, yes I said shopping at Costco around 1:30 and got done round 3:30. When we went to wait in line to exit. Approaching the exit, I noticed an employee standing outside the exit ,staring at me rather intently. He stared at me so aggressively that it made me feel uncomfortable. Soon it was our turn to hand the door attendant our receipt.

Many customers complain online using websites and social media. But every once and awhile a customer takes things into their own hands and writes an lengthy complaint letter to the company that offended them. Such is this case with this recent example of a complaint letter writtent to Qatar Airways corporate headquarters by an upset customer.

Where do I begin? My 2010 Sonata has had recall after recall over the last 5 years. The latest time the corporate office emailed me saying that Hyundai has issued a recall for almost 500,000 Sonatas for engine problems. Basically, there was a problem at the assembly plant causing the engine to stall. This has not happened to me yet, but I am worried that it will.

It's easy to judge people. After all, it's in our nature and we see it all the time. We see judges on TV, and judges at beauty pageants. It's everywhere.

So, judging someone is not inherently bad, if they did something truly wrong or if they are asking to be judged. For example, judging is an important part of our criminal justice system.

But when you judge someone unfairly who doesn't deserve it, that's wrong. If you go throughout your day constantly making judgement on other people, that is a behavior you need to stop.
