It didnt come so I tracked it on the fedex site. the information showed it was already being returned to shipped for incorrect address. I made sure the address was correct when I placed my order. I called fedex about the shipment. The rep told me she couldnt see what was wrong with the shipment and I should have tracked it earlier and called to have it corrected. Then I asked her to intercept the package before it reach the return destination. She said she couldnt do this and I had to call the shipper to correct the address and have them reship it. During email communication with the shipper they made arrangements to have the package corrected, missing an apartment number, intercepted it and had it sent back to me with the apartment number. Next I received a call from fedex stating they will be delivering the package next friday the 17th. I told them although the shipper didnt place the apartment number on the package, my building clearly has a full directory of all apartment numbers. The rep told me the driver has no time to look up apartments in a directory. are you kidding me? Thats exactly what there for. How unprofessional was fedex during this whole process. no wonder fedex is getting exploited on the internet. I will request, in the future, to use any other carrier for my future deliveries.
I ordered a Dyson DC65 Vaccum Cleaner on Ebay and it was to be delivered by Fedex. It was marked as delivered on 03/31/2015 at 4:44 pm with tracking number 636054435735 and the following details. This is the 3rd time i was meant to receive a package via Fedex and on all occasions my package was never delivered to my door. First it was tee shirts for my son which i ordered from Walmart which never got delivered to my door even though tracking information said it had been delivered to me. Secondly, it was my exercise machine and this was delivered to a different address in my complex and i was lucky the lady who received it brought it to me. This is the third time with my Dyson Vaccum Cleaner and again i never received it even though the driver claimed to have delivered it to my door. I have been deprived the use of my vacuum cleaner for a considerable period of time now and having saved up to buy this item, the joy and excitement of having it in my home has been extinguished by this appalling situation. I would appreciate it if this matter is looked into.
Packaged shipped o 2/27/15 3 weeks later wpb. Airport offic found part of parcel at their location the mailed it back told me I would recieve refund , but must go back to shipping location to retrieve Contacted shipping location they asked me to come down in one week then they asked for another week called them phones are disconnected Out of business fedex won't stand behind refund because the said refund was sent directly to shipping facility This is wrong fedex screwed up del not the store the store stated they were an authorized shipper for fedex They should refund my monies regardless or be more particular who they choose to represent them where is the goodwill $28.30 is not going to break fedex I am disabled and experienced nothing but aggravation and stress with this matter.
At 11:51 AM, April 4, 2015 I witnessed a FEDx truck speeding past the front of our home. We live in a 55+ community with posted speed limits of 17 mph for all vehicles including golf carts, cars and service vehicles on all roads in Tanglewood. Our residents frequently ride bicycles, walk (some walk dogs) and run for exercise from the early morning darkness to late evening darkness. I do not have a radar gun, but can tell when a vehicle is exceeding 17 mph. It is obvious. I assume all trucks have GPS and possibly data monitoring. The owner of our community does have a Radar gun. There has been 1 death on the streets in Tanglewood caused by a vehicle swerving quickly and caused a worker to fall and was pronounced dead at the scene. I am sure FEDx does not want to face legal responsiblity for injury or death of a resident or pet. Our park owner frequently mentions 17 mph speed limit at Monday morning coffees.
Please contact your driver and advise him/her of our 17 mph speed limit and speeding concerns. I would like to have the FEDx email address for submitting speeding notifications. I searched and could not find one.
You damage everything I have shipped with fedex and can,t get I insurance to pay it wood furniture and has to be handled in the right way not dropped and thrown around a rotten company to do business with the only complaint s I have gotten sense I stated my little furniture co.was about damage by fedex and the insurance is a real joke . You just don,t care and that is the worst thing you can say about a co.
I am the owner of the truck I drive, time is important. Last night I was at a truck stop and a fedex truck was parked at the fuel island for over 30 min with no driver around. He only came out after the manager announced on the pa fedex move your truck and had time to take several pictures of truck and licence plate. Blocking a fuel island is not the place to park, blocking other trucks waiting to fuel. No manners or curtesy . If the reason for the stop is other than fuel park out of the way. After fueling park out of the way.
Driver left envelope at front door. He did not obtain signature, I did not authorize envelope to be delivered without obtaining a signature. The front door he delivered to could be anyone's house. I did not check the box authorizing delivery without a signature ( my an oversight ) this oversight however did not give the driver permission to make a front door delivery. He could have delivered the envelope to any house in Brooklyn. There are sick people in this house, and there is always someone with the sick man. We live on in Marshfield, MO 65706 and live on a private road and the speed limit is 25 mph however, your drivers go by here at about 50 to 60 mph and it is tearing up our road. It is unsafe since it is gravel. Please address this issue asap!
Had an Amazon Prime package coming via FedEx, guaranteed delivery on Saturday. Tracking number showed package scanned at my local office at 6:49 a.m. on Saturday. Perfect right? No, it didn't go out for delivery that day. Sat in there Monday also, not delivered. Finally complained to FedEx, and they said it would get solved. Package showed up on Tuesday (3 days past guaranteed delivery!). When the girl showed up, I took the package and politely said: "This thing must have gotten lost in the shop, huh." She hands it to me and mumbles something like "Yeah", then turns and walks away!!! No apology, no nothing!! Pathetic, it's really sad when rude people won't admit that they screwed up.
Fedex delivery my package they say 1/24/15 time 8:47 am this morning Tuesday saying they put it at my door but that is not true because i was standing out this morning at 8:00 am i new it was coming and fedx do not ring door bell or nothing they put your packer anywhere this is the second time this happened i will not be using this company any more, because the drivers dont care all they want is they pay check dont care about the customer if it wasnt for the customer they wouldt have a job something need to be did !!!!! a $200.00 package gone!

I ordered several items, one being a wedding gift of Pyrex Bake-ware. I am disabled, as is my roommate and at least one of us is home all day. When my roommate opened the front door to check if we had mail, she found a box and envelope containing part of my order (including the bake-ware.) Fed-Ex driver had not knocked at the door, nor had he made an attempt to put the packages inside the storm door...out of the pouring rain! When my roommate carefully picked up the box, there was the sound of rattling (broken) glass! Since the package weighs more than 2 lbs, it cannot be returned to the store through mail pickup. It must be returned to the store personally, or mailed from the post office. As I stated, we are disabled and do not drive/own a vehicle. The box corners were dented in, showing obvious signs that it was mishandled, yet the pieces were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged where they could not move about. We've had packages that never show up, or are delivered days later...in one case 5 WEEKS later...and this is why we prefer UPS. In this case, we weren't given a choice. I will NEVER willingly use Fed-Ex, again!
Why does another FedEx Office from another state would send me an invoice or a bill to pay when I did not approach them to provide services to me? On January 10, 2015 I sent a small package to my brother through FedEx Honolulu. It was fully paid and the package reached its destination though a little late. A little later, however, I received an invoice or a bill to pay from FedEx Pasadena CA, asking me to pay the same amount. I responded to this office in writing and sent them the receipt I got from FedEx Honolulu. I thought it would stop there, but again last week I received the same bill with already a return address of P.O. Box 332 Memphis, TN 38101-0332. It was the same bill to pay with Invoice Number 6-433-20847 dated Jan 13, 2015, asking me to pay the same price which was paid already. Then a Collection Agency Alert sent by North Shore Agency P.O. box 3002 Phoenixville, PA 19460 was also urging me to respond. I believe this is a fraud. How can another FedEx office would bill me when I did not get their services? Please see this and act on it. Thank you
I honestly wish I could give zero stars because they aren't even good enough to have one star. I have had two packages drop off at random houses around my neighborhood. If it wasn't for honest neighbors I would be out a lot of money. In this day and time with all this technology it makes no sense as to why they can't find someone's house, other delivery companies do it all the time with no problem. I might be one person but if I can avoid it I will NEVER use FedEx AGAIN!! This company is lazy and don't care about the customers getting their packages. ZERO STARS!!!
Had an overnight package sent out thursday 3-5-2015 it's 3-10-2015. The package, a very expensive, just released medication, worth $28,000.00 for 28 pills, has been stuck in Memphis since friday 3-5-2015. They're saying weather related. The last I checked memphis had a temp of 54 degrees. Even if it's weather related, why don't they have the equipment to remove snow or melt ice. As for rain, rain shouldn't even be a factor as their site is saying. In this day and age, there's no reason why a company, as big as fedex, can't move packages in anything smaller then a blizzard. What really bothers me is that fedex called to make sure I would be here to sign for the package and I took friday off work to make sure I was here. Now it's tuesday and I'm still here waiting. I'm tempted to drive from Detroit to Memphis and just pick the damn thing up myself.
We took our package directly to the FedEx office in Tucson, AZ, to make sure that we did the paperwork correctly so that our package arrived at its destination within a few day. It was ground international from Tucson, AZ to Campbell River, British Columba, Canada. FedEx forgot to have us fill out the required commercial invoice. They sent the package back to us. We drove back to Tucson (25 Miles each way) to resend the package. They made us pay for the package again and said we would have to call for a credit. I called FedEx and they told me the paper work hadn't come through and call back in about a week. I called back in a week, still no paperwork, and was told it could take a month. I called back in the month and was told that I needed to file a FedEx form called Ground Shipment Refund Request for Non-Account Holders (which they e-mailed me). The gal I spoke with told me that we should have been charged only $37.15 for the last shipment instead of the $48.49 which was only an estimate. The first shipment charge was $50.09. I figure they need to credit us $61.43
I feel that most people would have give up by now, or forgot about it. What a rip off. They make the mistake, and you pay for it! Terrible customer servers. It remains to be seen, if we see a credit on our credit card.
FedEx driver pulled in driveway to deliver package, got in the grass and spun like crazy continued to spin until a hole is dug in my yard, my husband tells her she's making a mess of our yard, she finally get out of the yard an into the road gets package as i am taking pics of the mess she made, hands me the package never apologizes for making a mess of our yard just says "here" how rude!!
Package delivered to the wrong address on the third attempt. Signed for by someone other then the recipient. Nobody ever wants to get back with you about a refund even though the package was insured. Very poor customer service. Will never go this route again!
Timeline as to not confuse the situation with emotion. 2/20/2015: order shipped from CA2/23/2015: order arrives in early AM at local facility in Ft. Worth, TX2/24/2015: No delivery attempt made 2/25/2015: Delivery attempt made but was missed2/25/2015: as per the driver's note, FedEx as a service called "Delivery Manager" that let's you pick and schedule your own time and date for delivery. Cost was $10.00. I paid for this and scheduled to have the package RE-delivered for 2/26/2015 between 5pm and 8pm2/26/2015 NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE, called customer service who could not explain why the package was not delivered and also was told that they did not have authority to refund the $10.00 paid.2/27/2015: Called customer service AGAIN, was now told that the package is NOW scheduled for 2/28/2015 (A Saturday) between 5pm and 8pm. This is very frustrating and irritating as I took off work just to make sure I was able to meet the driver. No one seems to be able to assist and keep telling me to call "another" 800 number or email customer service. I have done both and as of now..I STILL don't have my package or my refund!
Had Verizon wireless send me a phone priority ( emergency) for my business and you guys got all the way to Clarksville tn from pa. in 12 hours through snow and ice and the crappy facility in clarksville couldn't get across town to me in 9 hours now I have to pick it up myself tomorrow, I want an explanation why, there were fedex trucks running and if they would have called me I would have picked it up today. very upset.
Shipment was showing for 2 days to deliver on 3/22/2013. I set time back from my buzy Day to be home when it is delivered. Then I get up on morning of delivery day to find out it was pushed back to 3/25/2013. Very frustrated with FedEx. Always raising rates but service gets slower. Used to have items shipped same way, from same place, on same day of the week and get item in two days. Thank You for wastin my day today.

You first put my ultra expensive persian rug from esalerugsdirect on a truck headed for an amazon return center in lexington ky , then tell me after repeated phone calls during which i was put on hold, denied that the rug had actually gone there after being told by the rug company that it HAD gone there, hung up on several times, and finally told that "sometimes we make mistakes" and that the company i purchased the rug from would have to resolve the issue!!! Are you serious?!!!! The amazon return center has no phone number. i only know that the rug was signed for by a N. Merino who told the guy from fedex today that they hadn't had time to deal with it. He was obviously ok with that and that's the end of it!! I have read a zillion complaints about you online today. I also advised esalerugsdirect to hire another company, ANY company, but you!! You are the pits!!!!
I took off of work today because my package was supposed to be delivered TODAY!!! Now, my delivery has been changed to tomorrow and I am not able to just take off again for this. When I called Fedex customer support, and spoke with a gentleman named Tyler, he informed me that the package was supposedly placed on the wrong truck.
This is not my problem. Someone needs to put it on the right truck and deliver the package today. Again, I took off work for this package because of what it is. Tyler informed me that the driver would leave a notice so that the package could be left outside for me if I will just sign the slip. Hello!!! This is a laptop, I really don't want it left outside and it is very inconvenient for me to have to go to a service center to pick it up.
Very poor work ethic!!! So what are you going to do about it? Probably not a damned thing. I will inform the person who I bought this from to make sure and only use UPS or USPS from now on. At least that way I know it will get here when it says it is supposed to be here.
I received a purse from coach and was not please with what i had got so i call coach and told them i would shipping it to them. So i take to the nearest fedex to me and gave the lady at the front desk my packages and she told me when i went to pay for that coach takes care of their own shipping just leave it and she would see that it would to where it was goning. Before i could make it back home the packages was back at my front door. Now i am pissed off so i call speak someone from fedex at this time she could hear the rage in my voice, she told that she would take of it this time because apparently thay did not know what they were doing the first time , she informed me that she cover the expense of the packages and just to put the return address on it and she would have a driver pick it the next day, just to sat it infront of door.
This is what i did I follow fedex instructions completely. Now with this being said I call and talk to so many fedex employs that really did not want to hear what i had to say,like i made this whole thing which is far fetch from the truth, I finally did come across a manage name Melissa Witte who was suppose to helping me I explained everything that i am saying now to her and she was the least bit concern about it to of course this wasn't any money she losing at first she didn't me at all until she call any the packages was send to me twice,did she she even start looking into it. I had been calling fedex and coach for two weeks trying figure out what happened to the box, that mysteriously disappeared from my from my front door. i will never ship anything fedex again until this get solve even if i have to authority involved in inthis matter.
Fedex don't want take for something they told me to do. I call to AT&T to pull phone records of the converservation i had with the person that night on the phone ,but fedex is saying something different. Mrs. Witte refuse to acknowleged that female on the phone told to sat the package outside my front door and they would pick it up just put the return addresse on it, and they would take care of it something mistakes happened and have to acknowledge that I feel I 'am partly responsible for listen to the dumb advice one your operater gave to me. But why your just blowing me off like it o.k. it not i have read thousand of complants other consumer have made against you and they not pleasant if i had just done my homework then I never would done any business with fedex
On 10/25/12 Fedex delivered a package to my home while I was at work,when I returned home I discovered that the corner of my door was forced open and a package was placed inside the space between the door and the storm door.My storm have two latches one upper and one lower,sometimes the lower latch don't completely latch. the driver forced open the lower corner of the door and put the package in the the open space between the door and the storm door,by doing this the door is bent at the bottom corner . He didnot have to do this, all he had to do was to leave a notice,and I could have picked the package up at one of their Fedex locations. This damage cause the door not to close all the way at the bottom.... I contacted Fedex about this issue: the response was that the manager (Cecil )will contact you. Here it is November 11,2012 and no response yet.... Your response is needed in this matter !
I called the toll free # to inquire about my package delivery at approx. 2pm on January 16,2013. I was told that the package had been delivered at 10:32am. The driver had put the package in front of my garage. There is no garage at the delivery address. FedEx customer service told me they would investigate and return a phone call to me. It is after midnight and I have not recieved a call. My neighbor has complained about FedEx delivery on many occassions and eventually found a previous delivery at another address. I went to the other (wrong) address and there was my package. How on earth can something be delivered to the same wrong address for different shipments to 2 different addresses? This is absolutely unexceptable. I expect better service and if given the choice will NOT ever use FedEx, nor reccommend FedEx to anyone, ever.
On 1-12-2013, at 11:48 AM, I happened to be looking out my front window to see a Fed Ex truck at my curb. I don't know if the individual was male or female but I watched as the Fed Ex employee opened the right side sliding door and drop some trash right into the street. Shameful!
Yes, I know this may seem like nothing to others but i cannot condone what this person did. Why bother switching to electric vehicles if your employees are going to litter? Environmentally friendly employee? NOT! It is bad enough we have so much trash all over our streets and in our water, but tell me, how would YOU feel?
Imagine if every one of your employees threw trash into our streets as I saw happen right in front of my home, how would THAT look to the world? I say again, this complaint may be a "back burner" issue but where else are we to start?
I don't care if your employee believes in it or not, your company may want to consider a mandatory in-depth class about littering/environmental issues that seem to not have been addressed within your so-called "environmentally-friendly company.
I would like detailed information about what steps you will be taking concerning this employees infraction. Thank you for taking the first step to helping our environment on an individual employee basis.
I ordered an item on Amazon. It was to be delivered via Fed Ex. It should have been here two days ago (12/10). It was logged in at Dallas on 11/7 (Friday) and was scheduled to be here on Monday (12/11 ). I live about two hours from Dallas. As of today, 12/12 it is still in Dallas. In researching this I have found that "Smartpost" is a company that Amazon has either acquired or has contracted with. Either way, when you have the FedEx name, you expect the Fed Ex service, which is not what Smartpost delivers. In the future when I'm ordering from Amazon (which I do quite frequently). In the future when I am sending any packages, I will likewise no longer use Fed Ex. They have lost my business for good and I will be sure to let anyone I know of this experience to avoid their running into the same situation.
Yesterday I had lodged a complaint stating that someone had hacked my FedEx account number and shipped to 30 different addresses.
The REFERENCE NUMBER â 1215008265 was given to me. I want to make sure that none of the 30 shipments listed below are billed to me, as I have not sent them. Kindly ask the concerned locations to send the parcels back to the FedEx Fraud Department for investigation.

I have been waiting for a package to arrive and was supposed to be delivered today by fedex.their tracking system says it was delivered to my front door on february 2,2012. I have looked all over and there is nothing there.It snowed here{orland Park,Illlinois.there are no foot prints in the snow.I live alone.there was no one else here to sign for it but tracking website says signature was not nescessary. trying to get a hold of a fed ex attendant on their customer support line.no response .maybe the driver left it at another address.even looked in the mailbox on the street.nothing there.now what do I do?
Who were was the relieved person on 3/22/13 at 5:14 pm did nt come to the building due to the fact I was they until 6:10 pm in he front of he lobby and on one show up I don't like when people say that business was closed the place was open until 7pm I request that he package should be send back tracking number is 551792343852 - thank you and I did pay extract for two delivery which it will never do again have. I was expecting Fedex delivery of a very expensive piece of art work and realized that I would be out of town on the scheduled delivery date, so I went to fed ex web site and did an on line chart with a customer service rep. and was promised that they would make an attempt to deliver the Fedex pkg., she said they had to make at least one attempt, well they left the picture on the scheduled in from tof my garage!!!! they did not even go to the front door! I called customer service to complain and she said "Ma'am I don't know what happened! I said I know they did not even try!!! she saw where the hold had been submitted!!! I will not order from a company that uses Fedex!!
I paid for next day delivery for a letter to Florida from the Caribbean on Dec 10 2012. The letter was received on Dec 12 . Fedex advised it was delayed in Customs. It was just a letter and they blamed Customs. I requested a credit, I was told to call when the letter was received and a partial credit will be given. I letter messages and no one have contacted me since. I will continue until I get some satisfaction.Money and time is very expensive in these times.
Ordered an urn for funeral, paid 58.00 for 2 day delivery, they did not arrive called fed ex and they insisted they were delivered to my front door... see tracking number 514810466979. It says delivered 11/14 at front door. 11/15 we called the urn company and fed/ex. Fed ex said they talked to the driver who insisted he delivered to the side door, which does not exist. FedEx said they would call back with status. As of today, 11/17 we have not rec'd any feedback from fed ex. Because of the urgency in needing this Urn, we took matters into our own hands, and traced the package by foot. It was found at at 2021 Huntcliff and left at their front door. They have no side door either. My biggest concerns are: lack of honesty, no delivery ever made and they took an additional 58,00 and never delivered anything.

We asked FedEx to send papers shipment via fax or computer until you company quickly get approved they answered that System Company disabled as well as fax how this FedEx depends where System Company and fax hang and go back to back 20 years to send me the papers by car on Saturday to reach Assiut Sunday means wasted on time 5 or 6 days because the employee does not want to send papers by fax a and computer is this interested rid shipment or not, and that there is a threat to death shipment on Monday if it does not reach them Approving I'm not certified that this FedEx global company I hope interest in this because I'm patient and thank you very much
Visiting a retirement home in Reedley, Ca a FedEx driver bullied his way through a one way enterance that I had already enetred. The facility has a circular drive that clearly has a marked one way enterance and a one way exit. He proceeded into the enterance causing me to back out of the drive or be hit, he didn't stop, he didn't wait for me to fully get out of his way instead impatiently going over the curb then sped off on a residental street. What happened to common curtosy? That's what angers me the most, not even a thank you for going out of my way to get out of his way. Douchebag!
I had 2 situations with the same fed ex delivery man. I had a large package of 180lbs that I paid to have delivered to my home. The first time the delivery man told me he could not bring the package to my front door because he did not have the trolly and could not carry the package. I told him that was ridiculous and that if the company couldn't properly deliver a package they should not be in the delivery business. I let him use my trolly to bring the package to the front door.
On the second occasion (the same delivery man) disregarded my request to have delivery placed by my front door rather than on my driveway, where there is no access for me to get the package into my home. For the second delivery, the delivery guy did not make any attempt to make me aware he was delivering the package because he did not want to be bothered to deliver the package to my front door. I saw him pull into my driveway, unload the package on my driveway with only a" door tag" on the package.
I think this delivery driver was very unprofessional and should be reprimanded for his poor customer service. I paid a lot of money for the product and the delivery of the product. I specifically purchased it on line because I was not able to pick it up in the store due to the weight of the package and wanted to have it delivered to my home (front door). I have never had this issue with any other delivery service and I am very disappointed that I had to endure this aggravation for both deliveries.
A package shipped on the 19th via 2-day delivery with amazon was erroneously shipped via smartpost from WA to UT. The distance between it origin and destination is approximately 800 miles. It has currently traveled over 1500 miles on a tour down the west coast (seattle to los angeles) then up to vegas. It spent a day or two layover skiing in SLC and is currently scheduled to arrive 9 business days after ordering. Smartposts c.s. reps have been extremely rude and unhelpful. They refuse to accept any negligence on their companies part and insist that it is Amazon who made the mistake by selecting their service. I have contacted amazon management and informed them that this type of shipping practice is in direct conflict with their stated environmental policy.
On 11/27/2012 til 7pm I was scheduled to receive a sim card from my phone provider to replace a bad one. I took off of work to wait on this package because I need my phone. However your driver never came to my place of residence nor was there a slip on the door.
I am very upset and I will never use your service again, I rather wait for the regular mail at least I know the mail carriers are not lazy but make sure to deliver the way they are suppose to.
I tried to call in at 5pm today so that the driver can bring it to me that I had til 7pm but to no avail. I expect for something to be done because your driver is inconveincing me more because I have to stay home again tomorrow from work. I recently forgot my cell phone in USA before a trip to Costa Rica, so a friend sent it to me fed ex. It is used cell and not in great condition. When it arrived the fed ex employees wanted me to pay them $250 to not charge me $500+ tax. They said they could not put it though the system if I paid the $250. Plus some other fees. I explained it was personal use and not new. They just tried to get money out of me. After 6 days of fighting with them to release my papers so I could deal with CR tax people they did. Tax was $8 but I spent over $200 in hotels and transportation dealing with them.
I do not know the employees names but they were working dec 7th 2011 the office near the SJO airport one was a overweight man and the other was a women that claimed to be a manager. Please find new workers this reflects very badly on all of fed ex, I have told people about this in CR and 2 other people said the same thing happened and they paid them the bribe. Next time I am in San Jose I will pay a visit to the office near the airport where this happened and if these employees are still working there I will start blogging this story and sending it to all the news sites I can. I waited for days for an acknowledgement from a very dear friend that she had received the birthday gift I sent. Finally, I called and asked her. She had not. The company had sent the gift to the correct address. Finally, I received this email:
Godiva did everything right on their end! My name and address were correct on the label. It was Fed Ex who delivered the package to the wrong address. They took it to 3423 Maxim Drive which is the street behind us. Thank goodness my neighbor walked out his front door and noticed the package. He thought his wife and ordered something new until he read the name & address and realized that Suzy Weathers was NOT his wife! It really has made for an interesting topic of discussion around our neighborhood. I think that you can continue to use Godiva for your gift purchases but I would let FedX know about this.
Called 800 number to see if I could pick up a package at local branch. They stated that the package was at branch and I could pick it up from there. Drive 30 minutes to branch and Steven the guy at the front desk said no. Called back to 800 number and the rep called the branch. She stated that Steven was so rude to her that she finally hung up on him. Also told me there is nothing else I can do. I have to wait for my package to come to my house. No way to make a formal complaint. This is ridiculous.

I bought a gift for my friend online and i paid the shipping fee and everything, apparently when the guy called Mr Jonathan Garcia from Fed Ex in Baguio City Philippines delivered the items he was asking money at the exact amount of 2,329.98 php for some tax and shipping fee. I couldn't understand why because i already paid for everything. I clarify this matter to the Online shop where i bought the item and they clearly stated that there shouldn't be any fee because it has been paid. Thank you
Ordered a kidney supplement for my dog from Atlanta Ga. with shipping to be up to 8 days to Michigan, order was sent out Oct-8-2012, 5 days later it was in California, spent 3 days in California, now on Oct-16-2012 it was finally shipped out from Las Angeles but i have no idea where it will end up next untill tracking is updated again. Correct me if im wrong but isnt Goergia to Michigan north? I guess i should be thankful FedEx smart post doesnt charge by the mile. FedEx will be the next company looking for a bail out due to losses, wonder why? But in all seriousness my dog has since passed away and i still do not have her supplement. Next time use USPS it only takes a few days and is 1/3 the cost.
FedEx confirmed that this package was supposed to be delivered today, 04/11/13, between 11 AM and 3 PM. We never left the house, waiting for the delivery, as instructed We kept calling every hour from 4:00 thru 7:00, and we were told it would be arriving shortly. The online tracking said it was out for delivery at 11:38 AM. When I called at 6:00 PM, I was told that it was at the center, and I could pick it up. Since when does a customer have to pick up a package at the center when there was never any attempt to deliver it to my home, but I was told to stay home for delivery?
I insisted that it should be delivered to my home, after I waited all day and was given the run around. It was imperative that I had the package no later than 8:00 PM. I paid $25.00 to have it delivered as agreed between 11 AM and 3 PM. I was given empty promises that it would be delivered "within the hour." The excuses and lies were rampant and inexcusable all day!
When I called at 7:40 PM, I was frantic because I needed it by 8:00, and kept stressing this with everyone to whom I spoke. I was connected to our local center and luckily spoke to a driver by the name of Kevin. He said he just got back to the center and was never given my package earlier for delivery. The package, in fact, never left the center since noon. He drove it to us, and it arrived at 8:10, too late for me to deposit it. What a sad commentary about FedEx and its competence and integrity. I expect at least a refund. I am disgusted and disappointed in FedEx and cannot trust your agreements.
I'm here 24/7 and FedEx DID NOT knock on my door nor did they or have they ever left a notice! Someone is lying! It's the "same old song and dance!" The thing that really upsets me is, your site states after I track the package 382222000009871, "customer not available or business closed." Obviously a lie!
I have lived and worked here in the same place for 13 years and FedEx is NORTORIOUSLY BAD about delivering goods to us in Downtown Fort Worth. Why? I don't know.
UPS and the US Post Office have no problem delivering to us. FedEx is "running joke" here.
A FedEx Ground truck drive down my street today (Feb 19, 2013) at approximately 12:30 PM at a high rate of speed. There are a couple of small depressions in the pavement, and when hit at high speeds the reverberations shake my house.
It is not unusual to see a FedEx Ground truck driving excessively fast on my street - it seems routine these days. I guess the drivers are more concerned with making or beating their schedule than with obeying the traffic laws, or presenting a positive image of their employer.
My street is an old, narrow residential street with 25 mph speed limit. Its name is Hatton Drive and is Severna Park, MD. Zip code is 21146.
Please look up your delivery records for this date/time/location. You should then be able to identify the offending driver.

Its 6:17pm and a Fedex truck heading South on I75 frwy towards atlanta is speeding at over 80mph! The driver is swirving in and out of traffic. He cut our vehicle off, there was about 5' from the trailer hitting our vehicle! We notified the police as this is one dangerous driver!!

I ordered a package on December 29th that was shipped via FEDEX. On January 7th, FEDEX delivered someone else's package to my home. I called them and informed them that I was expecting a package and I had received someone else's package with the wrong address and name. FEDEX said that would track down my package and get back to me within 48 hours. I called them after two days. No one even knew what I was talking about. I had to refile the claim and was told that I would hear back within 48 hours. After a week I called them and asked the status of my package. They said the driver had picked up the package that was left at my door by accident and that they were still trying to find my package. I told them that the driver lied.
I had called the lady whose package I received by accident and she came and picked it up. I waited another week and called back. This time they had my claim on file but could report no status. I told them that I was going to order another package from the shipper and that I wanted my money back for the package that wasn't delivered. They said that I just needed to file a claim and that I would be reimbursed within 5 to 7 days. After 8 days I sent an email requesting the status of my claim. They sent me a response that my claim was denied. The reason was that the package was delivered to my house. I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of people. I will never use FEDEX again. I suggest that you require a signature for every package you receive from them.
My wife paid $37 to have a letter overnighted to me and guaranteed to arrive by 10:30am. It is now 3:30pm and letter still has not arrived. I called FedEx customer service and all they can do is say sorry. It will be here tomorrow sometime. I will use USPS next time. On the FedEx website, there is no "contact us" link, so they make it impossible for customers to contact them. That shows how much they value my business.

I don't think Fedex is interested in getting feed back and ways to improve. Fedex is not interested in fixing the issue and making sure that the delivery is reached the destination ASAP. Stating the rule doesn't hide the fact that I am dealing with unprofessionals in the business of delivering packages.
Please reread my complaint and your response - a sensible person should feel being stupid at their own reply. Responses like this - I see very bleak future of this country. A pioneer company in delivering goods is expecting a package to be delivered in 10-15 days within the country - from one destination to other. If you look at the history of this shipment, you will see it has been going around in circle and it has gone all over the city, but not delivered to the destination. No one from Fedex try to fix the issue. It shows how inefficient you system is - not only you are wasting your resources - my car - for which I order this part is sitting in the garage for more than 2 weeks and I am paying rent on a rental car. Please refer to the history of this case - I did make numerous calls and even spoke to one of your senior manager - but she failed to show any professional attitude to fix the issue - she showed help-less-ness to fix the issue - in fact she didn't do at all. You deliver same day and the package has been in your control - your manager should have done something to fix the issue and get it delivered the same day. Let me! not waste any more words as I have spent so much of my valuable time/money to rent car for extra 2 weeks.
The tracking history and my call history to Fedex, will explain who un-professonal Fedex operates and how un-cooperative your managers. It sad that its hurting more to Fedex in its resources and your managers and your procedures are outdated. I am sure this email/complaint won't have any impact, as Fedex doesn't want to change to improve better. I am sure to find an alternate options for my next shipment.
FedEx ground is horrible. They cancelled delivery twice because of what they claim is a weather delay. We got 2" of snow the first day they cancelled and there was no problem getting around. UPS made deliveries that day just fine. They assured me they would deliver the next day, and they cancelled again, supposedly because of weather, but it was sunny! This is the worst delivery company I've ever used and I will avoid them whenever possible.
Christmas 2011 I order ALL my childs Gifts online.. Fedex was the delivery source.. NOT only did my package get deliver to another person, NOT EVEN on the same street, but when Fedex called me to tell me they were delivered down the road, Fedex shipped all the package BACK to the company!!!!! After they told they would fix their mistake and deliver the package to me.. SO needless to say MY child did NOT get what she wanted for Christmas... So this time I ordered Photo through online photo company, and ONCE again they were delivered to the WRONG address!!!! Okay these are photos of my child!!! which I dont think anyone else needs!!!! Why can Fedex EVER get it RIGHT... One other time they threw my package OVER my fence,, MY dogs got it!!!!! There have been several times I refused to order from a company simply because they used Fedex... and if I can find be product I want from a company that does NOT us Fedex, I will choose them over the other.. NOT using Fedex is a deciding factor to me weather I us a company or not...
I ordered a gun part and Fedex was to deliver it. Never got it and called gun company, they said it was delivered to my door Aug 29. So they send another one out and tell me to call back and get tracking number. This I did and knew the day it was to be delivered, Sept. 21. Stayed outside so as not to miss delivery. Came back in house and looked the tracking number up at 4:00. Was told that it had been delivered at 3:00. I called numerous times and talked to different people.
This did absoultly no good at all. Was told that driver left it on front poarch. I don't even have a front poarch. Driver was suppose to call and talk with me but never did. I called gun company and told them. They said they would overnight another one and it would require a signature. Had to leave for a short time next day and when I returned package was at front door. So much for needing a signature. I can't belive a company could run with a bunch of morons like this. I will never use fedex again.
The beginning of this month, I waited 7 days for a package to be delivered 2 miles by USPS (orginating from FedXSmartPost). As of today, there are 3 packages that have been sitting since Thursday a mile up the road. My postman said that USPS takes care of its own before the FedX Smartpost. In the past, I'd pay for shipping & as soon as it got to town, it was delivered. Now, I pay more for shipping & wait days for delivery. Looks like I'll be avoiding any company using FedX Smartpost as their shipper. Kuddos to FedX for their business savy.
While I understand that inclement weather can wreak havoc with 'on time' delivery (flight delays, poor road conditions, etc) I would still expect FedEx to physically know where my parcel is...Is it on a plan still, en route to the drop off depot, etc. With the sophisticated technology that exists today in supply chain management and delivery companies, one would think you would have real time knowledge of my package. Furthermore I called FedEx customer service and the agent used quite possibly the WORST language I could imagine for a customer waiting on what should have been a FED EX OVERNIGHT (and paid for sevice by the way)... He said "My best guess" and "I would hope that" and "but you must undertsand our position"... clearly not the words a customer who has paid for premium shipping, TWO DAYS before Christmas wants to hear. So here I sit, waiting in Canada to learn of my Christmas gifts fate, still knowing I have to drive from Canada to the U.S. to pick it up because there are companies who still won't ship into Canada. This has been quite frankly the worst delivery experience ever... I am sure my complaint will get filed in the circular file folder under someone's desk (Yes, the garbage can), but I am still writing to express my extreme dissatistfaction with your company and the manner in which they are 'helping' me (or not in this case) feel assured that my package will still arrive BEFORE Christmas.
I went into the local FedEx store near my house to return some pens I purchased (value $9) and I had a valid receipt. I was told that they could not refund my money and that I had to go back to the original store where I made my purchase. I explained the store was 45 minutes away and I had no intention of wasting 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes to get back to return $9 worth of pens. The store worker said it was a company policy that any items purchased could only be returned where they were bought and this was how they tracked their inventory.
He refused to issue me a credit to my credit card and said the manager would be in on Monday to tell me the same thing. He then walked away. Given the fact I've spent thousands at FedEx on copying, faxes, purchases, etc. I can't believe they have such a idiotic, ludicrous policy. I further asked the store worker what would happen if I lived out of state, would I have to go back to that store to get a refund instead of just going to a local store. Henry said it was company policy that all returns had to be made at the original store where they were purchased! Looks like Staples just won my future business and respect !!
Given I stood waiting for several minutes while staff were fixing copy machines and just out of sight, I see no reason to visit FedEx again.

Re: Tracking Number 218089775851700. This package was originally said to be delivered on Dec. 6. Upon checking tracking, it stated that on Friday, December 7th, "package on FedEx vehicle FOR DELIVERY" however, it then states " NO ATTEMPT MADE, DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR NEXT BUSINESS DAY". So, we are planning to receive it on December 8th. HOWEVER, it stated that ONCE AGAIN, it was "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" BUT "CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE OR BUSINESS CLOSED". We DO NOT have a business and where HOME ALL DAY. This was for our family Christmas on Sunday, December 9th and these were family calendars - we had family here from other states. I filed a complaint with Federal Express over a2 months ago when my account was stolen but no action was taken. My account was high jacked and contiues to be used because you had sent my information specifically my welcome package to the wrong address. I have had dozens of calls from people receiving package's from my billing address, I continue to get billed thousands of dollars with no respect to a resolution.
I have spoken with Angela (supposed) head of security in memphis with no results but empty promises. I can not believe that company with such great technology available that fedex can be so detached from the actions going on against my name and my company. The head of security acknowledged that its criminal activity. I have no choice left but contacting my attorney.
Received a delivery today and items were left in the driveway, by the garage door, not at the front door as stated on the activity slip. Also for some reason FedEx personnel is unable or simply refuses to ring the door bell like UPS, DHL and the USPS does. Luckily the items were not stolen since they were in plain view for anyone driving on my street. I also have photos of the lazy delivery, all I need is an email address to send them too. I have been waiting for a package to arrive. Yesterday a sticker was on my door saying they tried to deliver it at 10am. Well I, like most people have a job and have to work. So I am not home to receive a package at 10am. I called FEDEX and requested they deliver after 2pm. They said they had put that request in and it shouldnât be a problem. Now 2pm is still early for me to be home however, I just knew I could get out of work early and come home before then to get it. Today I rushed home before 2pm and again to my surprise there was a sticker waiting saying I missed delivery. I called them back and requested a supervisor, none was available.
I told them what happened they said it is up to the driver when and if he can deliver that time frame? Really? Then why tell me it would not be a problem? Why even lie to me or give a person false hope? To put it bluntly a customers needs are not important to their company (Unless youâre a Big Company). That is like going to a restaurant business open from 8am to 5pm. Then you come in at 2 and they say, oh sorry we already served dinner.
I know we are open for 3 more hours but you should have been here at 12. Then you decide to come back the next day, because you are an idiot, at 12. Then to your surprise them saying sorry we served dinner at 10am today. Now I know I wouldnât have gone back to that restaurant ever again, nor would anyone else who wanted good customer service. That being said, you can see the obvious correlation here. They deliver to the convenience of the driver the lady said they donât have time to deliver to the NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMERS. Well most people work; therefore most customers are at work and not home.
Now if I was running FEDEX, I would have routed trucks later in the day to deliver to that area and other locations requiring later deliveries (For the Customers). Thereby having saved wasted gas, man hours and time on non-deliveries, I could give pay raises and ensure my fleet was stronger larger and more efficient then ever before.. Instead of wasting valuable time and money on work that has to be performed again due to âthe drivers needsâ.
That would be just plain silly though running a company efficiently and effectively catering to a customers needs. Thatâs crazy talk isnât it! Needless to say I will never use their system for delivery If Iâm paying for it because the customer does not come first with them. Their drivers needs do.
We carefully packaged (with professional grade materials) a large 30" X 36", painting. We sent it by FEDEX. The employee here in Holladay, Utah stated that he wished they had those kind of packing materials for fragile items. We were assured that the way it was packed and the materials used would make it impossible for any breakage.
Well, evidently, FEDEX managed somehow to damage the package. They then emailed me that they were shipping it back to me. I called customer service and told them not ship it back, if it could be damaged any further. I would have the recipient come to them and see what the damage was. It might be a bad idea to send a box full of broken glass back across the country.
The CS rep told me that the written instructions were to return it to the shipper and I should wait to get it back and I could file a claim. Are these people insane? This was an original watercolor that a friend in Georgia modeled for thirty years ago. The award winning artist is no longer on the planet and there is no way to replace this one of a kind item.
Does not the word FRAGILE, mean anything to these people? Is this not their business? The one and only way this could have been damaged is if something very heavy was loaded on top of it while it was lying flat, or if a person walked across the middle of the carton. I am beyond livid.
The CS person told me, "sorry for the inconvenience, have a great day." Really? I could not make this up. I requested a manager and was told someone would probably call me tomorrow. I am beyond outraged!
Pkg. originally scheduled to be delivered yesterday by 4:30 but according to your recording didn't arrive until 4:55 and want delivered eventhough someone was home. I called the following day, was advised of approximate delivery time of 4-6. It's 6:40 I just finished speaking with two very incompetent employees of fedex and to no avail. I was told they called dispatch and all they could offer was the driver is running late which is obvious information ! I asked what could be done after attempting over and over to get "some type of resolution" and being given the run around I feel some type of active resolution be offered.
This is the second time that a Fedex Delivery man left my parcel on my front doorstep on a busy street when I was home. This has to stop. Anyone can pick it up. Luckily my USPS mail man saw it and took it to a nearby store and left me a message where to get it.

Unfortunately I am having a really bad time with Fed Ex. They lied when they said they had tried to deliver the parcel on the 22nd. I was in all day, ill, and they did not come to my home and ring the bell as I would have heard it. Also no notification was sent through my letter box saying they had tried to deliver a parcel.
Since then I have been trying to get a re delivery from Fed EX and every time I ring them they try to put me through to a supervisor and keep me holding on for ages until I get fed up and put the phone down. Yesterday they said the supervisor would ring me up within 1 hour and I am still waiting!
This will not do as I noticed delivery has cost £30.
i have recently sent an item through fedex, the driver decided to leave the item outside the persons front door without a signature, and they claim they never recieved the item and are now chasing me for the item (iphone 4) or cash, i phoned fedex told them what had happened and they admitted that the driver was wrong to leave the item without a signature and admitted liability, but sinse then i've had nothing but excuse on why they can pay out, firstly i sent it through my works account which i had permission to do so, and i was told that they do not cover personal items sent through works accounts, i've bin through the agreement and nowhere does it mention this, after that i was told the item wasn't covered because it was over 12 months old which also turned out to be nonesense. i was then sent an email saying that head office had given the ok to process the claim, for them then to tell me 4 days later that they'd done a uturn and where undecided if the could process it due to it being a personal item again. this has been going on around a month now and would really like it sorting out or i will have to take legal action
I am the Manager of CityView in North Kansas City. The driver by the name of Jeremy has been obnoxious on several occassions. As of today, I have had enough. Jeremy brought in a package and said he had 8 that went to the same apartment. I asked if he had been to the residents home and he said "No", Do I need to do that"? I replied, " Isn't that your job"? He then asked if I could call the resident for him. Because of the past encounters we have had with Jeremy, I have absolutley no patience for his behavior and the attitude that goes along with it.
We take numerous complaints from residents on a daily basis because they did not receive a package notice on their door. I expect this to be done by Fed Ex. Expecting the work load to be taken on by my staff is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this be addressed. Actually, I would appreciate it if this employee would never step on my property. If you would like to hear the comments he has made to my disabled staff and how he has handled himself in my office, feel free to give me a call.
I was charged $50.00 to have a lift gate truck deliver my newly purchased generator as the shipping weight was 290 pounds, so the driver would take it off the truck for me. When the driver neared my address he called and said he would not come up my road because he was in a semi, asked if I had a pickup which I did.He said I could meet him on the main road so he could unload it. I did not want the generator shipped back so I agreed. Now I had to do what I paid the $50.00 for. My complaint is I feel that I have been bilked out of the $50.00. Fedex delivers to my house around 4. I had to have a package by Sunday and the driver came early and left a note for me to sign. So I di and came into my house and looked at fedex site and it says they deliver on saturday so I assumed that the package would come the next day.It didnt and when I complained they said it was my fault that I should have contacted them to make sure it would get delivered on saturday but what the trel problem was that the driver didnt scan the door tag so my package never got in the try again tommorrow pile.
Again this is my fault for assuming the deliveryman did his job and not calling to have made sure!! So they ruined my churches function because I assumed they were a reputable company and didnt try to make it right. So next time I miss fedex I will be sure and rundown the truck to get my package.If I ran a company had a phone call saying that the delivery was going to ruin a very special event I would do whatever I could to make it right , but I guess when you are a big company you dont care about the needs of the individual.
Recently went to my local FEDEX to ship a package of fine art supplies to Canada for $129.99. The package was re-shipped to my residence a week later with the box obviously ripped open. After emptying it, there was a total of $156.09 worth of merchandise missing. I contacted them beforehand once i seen the package was off-route and they told me my package could not be delivered because it was refused by the recipient.
This turned out to be 100% false. There own tracker on there website showed the package never even left the city it was shipped from (NY). After emailing and calling several times to find out why i was misinformed, i was then told my package was missing a commercial invoice. I inquired what exactly that meant (i am unfamiliar with shipping terms) and have been ignored since. I filed a claim with them and still have heard nothing.
I've taken a total loss of $391.08 from this ordeal and their customer service reps couldn't be any more unhelpful. Terrible terrible experience. I am very upset about this and am not sure what to do next. Do not EVER use FEDEX, they are horrible.
Upset about Drivers leaving packages on drive way or behind the garage door. Repeatedly Fedex drivers leave the package in front of the garage door despite several reminders. They do not call or ring the bell leave the package in front of door. Recent experience is they left a valentine gift to my wife in front of my garage door. It is a small package and my wife drove on it. The package had perishables/chocolate coated strawberries. I do not understand why they do not have common sense of not leaving packages in front garage door even though my wife is at home and they better be aware a driver can not see when pulling out if the package is less than 3 feet.
First i have a complaint about this website as I rated Fedex as one star earlier today and they have my rating as 3 stars! NO WAY! I don't see anyway to change it. Secondly- all you complainers need to file with the Attorney General's office in your respective states.. The mis-delivery of packages appears to be rampart with Fedex. UPS and USPS seem to be better. Essentially Fedex is claiming if you don't pay extra for signature delivery, they can deliver to any address without any responsibility since they have scanned the package as delivered. I've had a Fedex accounts since the early 1980s and I've never seen them so unresponsive to customer claims. My brother is willing to submit a notarized document to the fact that he was at home at the time the delivery was supposed to have been made. Normally they have no problem with receiving their packages.
Fedex treats these claims like all their customers are attempting to defraud them, but I'm sure if the various state attorney general offices get enough complaints about this procedure Fedex is following, they will look into it. I'm also calling Fedex and letting their customer service department know that I am filing a complaint against them with the sate office. Customers have an entire year to file a claim with Fedex for misdelivery. When their claims department denies your claim (which they seem to routinely do) then you want to let Fedex know by certified letter, that you are filing a claim with the attorney general's office. I have filed claims in Colorado with the attorney's general office and these offices are effective in investigating these claims and taking these companies to court if they find them in violation of the terms of their contracts. Fedex feels like they are a giant corporation and they don't care if a few residential customers are unhappy. But no one should have to pay for a delivery for a package that was not properly delivered to the address given on the ground bill or suffer a loss for the contents that Fedex insures.
I would get a notarized statement from the recipient of mis-delivered package, that the package was never received & no notice left. Fedex can pretend like all these packages been stolen by a by-passer thieves, but in my experience of 30-some years in business, I've never had any kind of package stolen off my front porch. But the AG offices will probably be able to get information that consumers can not, such as how many of these claims for misdelivery are being denied based on the delivery "contract workers'" claims that they delivered them. If an AG's office investigates your claims and they have to take a corporation to court, you will have to testify under oath that the package was never received, so i think it's wise to get some of your ducks in a row at the time you file the claim.
Secondly, if you get no action from your AG office, you can file a small claim in the Shelby County, Tennessee (Memphis) "General Sessions Court." It's a pain over the $100 claim but if you are anyplace close to Tennessee I would do it. www.tennessee.gov. And thirdly, if you get no results, disgruntled customers can form Twitter, Yahoo, or Facebook groups to keep in touch and to see if you file a class action lawsuit against Fedex over this kind of fraud. I suspect this is a really common problem with all this so called "computer documentation" that companies try to use as legal proof to evade insurance responsibility and which is often totally inaccurate. I do know of a very small group of electric car owners (700) who were having trouble getting paid over a recall by the NHTSA. They initially had a group on Yahoo and then moved to private group on Facebook.

I've had it. Do anyone know how to sue Fedex? Fedex has denied one claim too many. Does anyone know if you can go thru small claims or AAA (arbitration). I don't care that this is only a $100 claim- people should not let Fedex get away with this kind of thing. The use of these scanning devices has created a syndrome where Fedex drivers scan these packages as delivered though they have no poof that they have delivered these packages to correct address. And Fedex routinely just denies claims despite the $100 insurance because they claim to have PROOF.
My brother was home at the time the package was supposed to have been delivered and left on front porch. They have 4 dogs that bark like crazy when anyone comes to the front porch whether they ring or knock or not. My sister-in-law gets home from her job at almost exactly the time the package was supposed. I don't advise anyone to use Fedex- the drivers are careless and in a hurry and don't check these addresses. My brother says they are dependent on GPS devices that are not always accurate. And the drivers are talking on their cell phones and listening to the radio at the same time they are doing deliveries.
You are better off with the USPS because your local carrier at leas who you are.
Waited for weeks for my ink jet cartridges for my fax/copier machine, tracking said YES they were delivered to my front door, that didn't sound right at all. they never leave it there on account of my fenced in yard with a pit- bull in it. so they said the driver would call me in a few days, that never happened. so I filed a claim, 20 days later they said " Unfortunately , upon completing our investigation , we must respectfully decline your claim." what good was that? in other words, sorry your fucked, goodbye have a nice day.........it reminded me of the movie cast away with Tom Hanks on a secluded beach with all those packages scattered around him. or maybe like in the movie I'll get my package in 4 or 5 years, anyway it turned out that it was delivered to my neighbor who came by saying , Oh we forgot to tell you about your package that we got from Fedex, sorry about that. I am having constant delivery problems with this company. Fedex is not a service I would choose personally for shipping needs! Every delivery that comes to my door has been left out to the elements,they don't ring the door bell to let you know you have a package I have watched the driver leave packages out in the rain and walk away while I was home looking out the window, my packages come opened up? I can't believe that they are still in business the customer is definitely not a priority to them the service is despicable!
An item bought from Amazon prime with free, two day shipping, shipped via FedEx Package not delivered, tracking page says: "No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day". This was the day after the tracking status said: "Business closed or no one was home" even though we were home all day! Now, the item is still on the truck and FedEx customer service says it will be delivered tomorrow.
Sent large Christmas pkg from Brantford Ont Dec10/14-still no results finding same..pkg was passed off to Canada post in Dartmouth NS (1hr from destination-Canning NS) and missing since..I was not given this info regarding Canada post taking over and this did not happen last year. very dissappointing that grandson did not receive his gifts!!! and still has not.. Labeling of this pkg was small and because was packaged at depot I asked if I should write directly on box as well and was told would be sufficient with your printed label.. Today is the third time I went to mail a package from this fedex location. The customer service is horrible, there is one particular lady there that is rude and not helpful. Very low on staff and can’t be any slower not to mention some of the employees aren’t sure what their doing. I have so far received no reply to my complaint of 10.04.2013. As the contents of that package were of considerable value I think the way the delivery was carried out by your courier should be given some attention. No instructions that the package should be left with a neighbour had been issued by me. Whenever I am away from home and expecting a parcel I leave a notice in the porch “Please leave parcel in porch”.
This request was not necessary on the 10th April as I was at home. No attempt was made to deliver the package, the ‘Sorry we missed you’ notice was left as a result of your courier’s reliance on the statement of a neighbour from whom he had obtained directions to my house. The neighbour’s suggestion that the package should be left with her was followed without attempting to verify the claim that I was not at home. It is disturbing to conclude from this incident that FedEx couriers will hand over a package to anyone who happened to ask for it.
Today 4-11-13 the driver delivered a package with a tracking #912952760817380. Their normal drop of is on my front porch that has a roof over it. It is raining and they probably didn’t want to get rained on so they backed up to my basement door and basically pitched it out in the rain. The contents are a wood veneer and it is clearly marked on the outside of the box and is unuseable if wet. This sheet of veneer costs over $150.00, fortunately I arrived home before the water soaked into the contents. The next package that is left out in the rain I will tell the shipper to use UPS.
Your Driver delivered our package to wrong address! It was a prom dress we’ve been waiting for since las month! The next day no one can figure out where it was dropped off and driver can’t remember!! I ordered a new phone on 4/3/13 order number 90410555480164. It was delivered to a non existent address. It was sent to 2 Cottage Place Gardens, Apte 2E. The Correct address is 2 North Cottage Gardens, Apt 2E, Yonkers, NY 10701. It was returned back to you. Fedex confirmed with me that it was delivered back to you 12:00 noon yesterday, and signed for by C. Ruben. Twenty-Four hours later I have called you and there is no sign of the package although the tracking number confirms the return.
I have been waiting seven days for a Fedex phone that was delivered incorrectly by the mistake of you worker and I am paying for the mistake. I was just told that nothing can be done until after Friday. This is not acceptable and blatantly unfair. You took my money, but you are running into problems with your employees, your systems, and your records and I am paying for it.
This should be fixed immediately. I was also told that if the Fedex order was cancelled, it would take a week to get my money back. I want the phone. After I had called this morning (March 3) about 9 a.m., I received a call back from the North Miami Beach office and was informed that the driver misread the address.
And, for sure, there is no Apt. 43 A in this building since IT IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME!!!!! The driver obviously even received the authorization from his supervisor to leave the package at the totally wrong address with NO APT. NUMBER, the WRONG ZIP CODE, and the TOTALLY WRONG PART OF THE CITY!
Can we ask for more educated decisions combined by driver and supervisor?
Watching and hearing all this, wouldn’t you also react the way I do? Is FEDEX paying such low wages that it is forced to employ the dumbest people in this country – illiterate and brainless???
To continue the story, I received one more phone call from the North Miami Beach station in the early afternoon that they have made another unsuccessful retrieval attempt for my package and that they will do one more in the evening. Nothing else I would have heard if I would not have been proactive and kept calling.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I wasted my entire day today in order to get this package delivered to the right address. And, this was not the first time that I had problems with the delivery of FEDEX packages. My neighbors and associates just tell me the very same frustration.
Most of them went to UPS but I cannot tell the sender which company to use. But, in the future, I will ask beforehand and simply not order anything from companies anymore using FEDEX! I can do without this frustration and wasting my time! The Internet will get this story as well – a great add-on to the already plenty of horror stories about FEDEX allover the world!
I hope you at least have the decency to reply to this complaint and offer a little something as a customer satisfaction after this nightmare!

I have ordered items from a company I have used many times. I recieved a Fed Ex tracking number which is invalid. The message indicated that the parcel was attempted to be delivered on Jan.6th. Since we weren’t home, the driver delivered the parcel to the local post office.
Took the message to the local post office and they knew nothing about this. Seems that they see this action frequently and it is fraudulant. Is there any way that your company can research this and correct it? This message came up on my spam!!!!!
My tracking number is 526984604345, the tracking information of the package says it was delivered January 11,2013, 9:08 a.m. and signed by initials of FP my name is Michelle Williams, and I have no neighbors on either side of me home at this time of the morning. I have cameras on my house and no one came on my porch. I called the same day at 3:00 p.m. because the tracking information on the internet showed it was delivered in the morning, they said they would call the driver and have the driver locate the package. I received a call at 5:21 p.m. and the representative informed me that I would have to wait until Monday for the package to be located she also informed me that it could have been delivered to the wrong address.
A Fedex driver just left my place a while ago. On his way out, it appears he closed my gate. The gate is attached to a bent pole I haven’t been able to fix yet because of the weather. It’s sufficiently skewed that the driver had to put great effort into closing it, I was unable to put it back where I had it.
It appears he felt such a misguided sense of propriety as to hang a sign on the gate, on his way out, reading “Keep gate closed.”
This gate, even when in a condition that it can easily be opened and closed, is usually left open to aid the the delivery people in their haste to drop off packages. The house is 1/10 of a mile off the road and no one comes in here but delivery drivers, a few of my neighbors, my wife and myself.
Why did your driver treat my property as if it belonged to him? Are all Fedex employees Democrats? Is that the sourcce of disrespect for private property? This can’t end well. It was never a problem in the past, why now?
On Saturday (1-5-2013) the driver left 2 packages at the end of my driveway at the street. On one of the packages the driver wrote the address of where the packages were to be delievered, also wrote that the driveway was too long. He also left at note in the mail box saying that the packages were left by the sign post at the end of the driveway. We have had many other Fedex delieveries and they have been placed on the front porch. This is unacceptable of the delievery driver, there are too many people looking to steel packages that have beed delievered and left on porchs, not to mention when they are left at the street. The past 3 deliveries from FedEx that we have had have all been female drivers. The 1st driver dropped the box in front of me and themn walked away. Then the 2nd driver was walking up to our front door so I went out there and went to get the box from her. I asked her if the box was heavy and she said no then she handed me the box which was very heavy and she said “not for me it isn’t” and she walked off to her truck. Today the driver came to our door and slammed the box on our front doorstep. We have a Licensed Daycare and she woke some of the kids up. Where did our male driver go? He never dropped our boxes and he was always very nice.
I live and study in India, study program is tight such that i can’t have time to visit my family back home. Such was the case at the end of 2012 when i decided to send a package to my family to assist them at Christmas. FedEx took my parcel and promised me three days. The website tracking page showed me DELIVERY EXCEPTION after more than three days, and it’s the same at this moment after almost three weeks. The normal post office will cost me less and deliver at about this time. Yet they more money from me, betrayed me before my family, and their local offices in Cameroon are having out of service contact numbers online. Whether they deliver my package now or not, it is useless to my family now, and before i ever die in this world, THEY WILL PAY FOR MY DAMAGES.

I was to receive a package fron eddie bauer for 4 days it was at a fedex location ,they webset site would say it was out for deliver, but was never but on the trucks . Did not know till Christmas Eve when I call there 800#. Went down to there center 40 minutes away.There was 2 hour wait and overwhelmed customer service. I never received the package.They will not send to the person who the gift was for, I will not see this person for months. Fedex wouldn’t even send me a voucher or discount to ship the package out. Please let me know if there is a goverment agency to complain about big companys.
I guess that fedex off loaded my package 9102901001300283010970 to the local USPS which they say they put it into my box at 10:35am. I went to mail box at 12:00 everydsay at this time duriong lunch and got the mail and this box was not there. Did she put it in the right box? I thought when thanks were shipped by fedex that they had carriered it to the door. I am holding Fedex smartpost responsiblee for the loss of this item. Giving it off to another service does not let fedex off the hook for this loss.

12/11/12 Tracking system says delivered to front door @ 1:20 pm. We were home and nobody delivered anything. I called FedEx customer service. They told me it shows it was delivered. IT WAS NOT.
They said it would be investigated and they would call me back. They never did, I had to make every call. On 12/13/12 this was really bothing me how someone you pay and trust with your package would not really give a damn. I drove around the block and found a house with the same house number but different street name. Found nobody home, so I left a note for them to please call me.
The next morning the resident did call me and said he did receive the package and called Fedex, and a white van had picked it back up.
I called FedEx again to tell them what I had found out. They said the driver brought it to my house and no one was home so they left it on my porch a second time. Which they did not. We were home and if someone comes to the porch our dogs will go nuts, barking.
Wouldn’t you think if you lost someones package you would want to deliver it in person to make sure you could verify it was received and case closed.
Anyway they told me to contact the shipper and report it to them and they will send out another one. I called the shipper, they did not have anymore, but I could order something else. I did not want something else but ended up picking out another item which I didn’t really care for. Someone in this transaction (Fed Ex) is lying but that’s what I get for not using UPS.

It was about 2:40 pm, I was driving down Sunnyside Rd, going about 45-46 mph (in a 45 mph zone), when Fed-ex van #112096 came speeding up behind me like a bat of a hell, you could tell he was going more than 45 mph… Then at the light I turned onto 64 hwy, going to Alma, I was going about 50 mph (in a 55 mph zone), when he came passing probably going about 65 mph. What the heck, I know you guys are in a hurry, probably wanting to get home or late, but do you have to kill someone in the process??? Slow down
Stayed home expecting an urgent package from FEDEX. Monitoring online status. Suddenly saw “Delivery exception. Customer unavailable or business closed” we looked outside and there on the door was the non- delivery sticker stuck to the door. The door bell never rang nor was there a knock on the door. Since both myself and my husband were home and sitting mere feet from the front door, I called FEDEX and complained. They said the driver would return with the package before 7PM. At 6:10PM I looked at the online status and once again , the dreaded “delivery exception, customer unavailable…”
I looked outside and again there it was, another non delivery sticker!!! At this point I was livid, no door bell no knock on the door. I called FEDEX again and they once again said the driver would return tonight with the package. At 8PM no package, no updated online status. I called again and was told there were no drivers available to bring the package. This is totally ridiculous. Why would a driver come to the door and not knock or ring the door bell? Why would FEDEX give such mixed and faulty messages? Very poor customer service, but an apology.

My husband must check his INR (reading to see how thick or thin his blood is) as he is on a blood thinner daily. Alere Monitoring had some defective strips and my husband Raymond had been waiting for the replacement strips to come. Alere sent them to him FedEx Standard Overnight on November 8, 2018. This particular medical supply is very important, so of course we contacted the company. Long story short, my mailman came to the door on November 21st and said he saw a flag up on a rural box on a block over and he stopped to pick up outgoing mail. It was the box we had been waiting for. How and why it was delivered to 7726 Lockwood, Burbank, IL when we are at 7725 State Road, Burbank, IL is beyond me. My mailman was less than happy and we still haven't figured out why the owner of 7726 Lockwood would put RTS (I presume means return to sender) and it was 13 days later. Now I wonder how many other houses it may have been to. The tracking number is 456190015497. My mailman is still complaining and said the only reason he delivered it is because he knows us for years. We get regular deliveries from another medical supply company and they sometimes come FedEx and we've never had a problem. fedex driver dosent deliver packages to my address drops them off 3 miles away for me to pick up ,when i told him i wanted my packages delivered to my address ,that the shipping was paid for ,he said it was free shipping, if i wanted it delivered to my address it would take 3 or 4 more days,lousy service ups delivers no problems if they dont want to do their JOB get someone who will.
Regarding tracking number 409602321302 and 528221750277141. I received these packages today 11/28/18 but instead of putting these packages on my front porch they were left outside for any and every one to see. In the past the FedEx driver always set them on my screened in front porch which provide some safety from a package being stolen.
This also happened a week ago on the weekend. I assumed then that it wasn't the regular driver and dismissed my concerns.
I'm not happy about this at all especially since this is near the holidays and some people will happily take delivered packages that don't belong to them. I know the drivers are working hard to get everything delivered in a timely manner but some common sense is needed. It would not have taken an extra minute to set those packages on my porch and either knock or ring my door bell.
Please take a moment to advise your drivers to be more conscientious.

Driver claims to have tried to deliver a package on 11/ 27/2018 at 2:30 pm, package number 7737 5464 1754, to our location and either lied or was lost. We are a business that is open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
FedEx is holding onto my packages and WON'T DELIVER. They held onto it for 3 days in Breinigsville, PA for 3 days. Now it has finally arrived in Pittston, PA but has not moved since. It WAS supposed to be delivered TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY 11/28/18). But they changed the status to THURSDAY 11/29/18. HAS NOT MOVED. My tracking number is 9261299998825452550639. They are taking way too long to ship and deliver a package. They are lazy and don't want to ship. They only want to ship when it suits them. This should be against the law.

I live at 10205 Frank Tippett Rd and within the last few visits the driver has either placed the item some where as if it is Easter Sunday. I have to walk around the entire house. They just don't care where it is placed customer service is lacking. The driveway takes them right to the garage door but its only left there 5% of the time and then their is a front door it may make it there 5% of the time also.
It seems to make it more often at the beginning of my 800 ft driveway by the mail box where anyone walking by can simply take it. (NOTE)* PACKAGE TRK# 4727 2238 5012 was delivered at the mail box today. This is not where it should be delivered.
NOW the usual I have two back doors to the home and instead of it making it to the First location which is inside a gated area with two dogs on occasion, still not noticing the property is posted at the entry watch dogs. It makes it to the SECOND BACK DOOR where two riding lawn mowers obstruct the path. The driver still manages to climb over them both and place a package there 95% of the time. Why you may ask you may have to ask the driver why place a package where two lawn mowers obstructed the view of the package to the customer. While the
back yard house dogs on occasion.
I have caught almost ever driver when I am home ripping up the grass with all the gravel watching the big wheels roll by them as support. Please have Fedex drivers apply themselves when returning to work with customer service, just because you don't see anyone doesn't mean big brother is not watching. There is plenty of room to turn a FedEx box truck around.

On Saturday November 24, 2018 at about 10:30AM we received a text message that our package identified by this tracking number had been delivered. As my wife and I had been home all morning, we knew it was not delivered. I checked around our home to make sure and found no package. Around 11:00AM I contacted Jim at the FEDEX 800 number to report the delivery error. He took our information and said we would be contacted be the local hub. A little after noon I received a call from Mary Ellis at the Hagerstown, MD FEDEX Hub. She took our information and explanation of consistent delivery problems involving FEDEX. She said she would instruct the driver to retrieve the package and deliver it to the proper address. At about 7:00PM we received a call from our next door neighbor saying that he found a package on his porch address to us. Upon checking our security cameras, the driver, at about 10:15AM, stopped up the street from our house and delivered our package to the neighbor’s house.
The reason for this written complaint submitted on Monday November 26, 2018 is as follows:
The delivery error was reported shortly after text notification.
Management at FEDEX said they would correct the error.
The driver made no effort to retrieve the package as instructed.
Management never followed up with the driver or customer to check status.
As far as FEDEX management knows to date, we have never received the delivery and no effort has been made to find out. It is apparent that management at the facility has no authority and the drivers are oblivious the management direction.
Our only recourse is to continue to request any shipping carrier EXCEPT FEDEX on all of our shipping needs. This is the third complaint submitted with NO IMPROVEMENT IN ACCOUNTABILITY!
FedEx makes me so mad. They leave packages at the wrong address (address sign is in plan view for deliveries) or just take it to the post office and leaves it. One time they just sent it back without even trying to deliver...I was home all day and they NEVER came. Now again I have ordered a important product and it is yet said to be at the post office. Call post office and nothing. I am so mad. I will be contacting the place I ordered from to tell them how FedEx had done. People need to stop using them!!!
I have filed multiple complaints with FedEx about their driver (Johnny) continuously to ring my doorbell to gain access to the building even when there are no deliveries for me.
I talked with his manager moments ago and she said that FedEx driver (Johnny) was told by the "building management:" “if he could gain access into the building simply leave packages.” All though reasonable---Well, FedEx driver (Johnny) rings my doorbell constantly even when there are no deliveries for me to gain access into the building as a means to drop off packages for other residents.
For two years, I have told the driver (Johnny) to stop! Yet my requests have been disregarded.
On November 15, 2018, at 4:17 pm, following yet another ring of my doorbell, I made my last attempt to talk to driver Johnny about ringing my doorbell; surprisingly, he was argumentative saying that I get a lot of packages. Well, that might be true, nevertheless, what I receive, when, or from whom is none of his business nor do I appreciate driver Johnny disregarding my request “to not to ring my doorbell when there are no packages, in particular for me.” The delivery on November 15, 2018, was for another unit.
On November 21, 3:23 pm, driver Johnny refused to deliver my package saying on a door tag; in short, not home for delivery etc. Of course, I was here all day anticipating my delivery. Seemingly, he did not ring my bell door. Following the text notification, I checked to ensure that both (front and back) doorbells were working correctly and they were. So accordingly, I filed yet another complaint with FedEx. FedEx management ensured me that driver Johnny would stop ringing my doorbell when there are no packages for me. I got my package on November 23.
Today, anticipating another delivery from FedEx driver Johnny used me as a conduit to gain access into the building. This time he had a parcel for me and another resident who "wasn't home."
Please know that I don’t wish to be used as a conduit for building access from FedEx delivery carriers when there are no parcels for me.
In addition, please know that I don't believe that driver Johnny was told to ring all residents’ doorbells to gain access to the building to leave parcels when a delivery is slated for someone other than the resident of the doorbell rung.
Finally, I believe that my "request statement(s)" are reasonable.
Your company listed my order number 5921878-177892. Tracking number 470921663777 as delivered today at 2:25. This merchandise was not delivered. I tried your online chat and was connected to someone so incompetent that after I informed them of the issue they kept asking if a coworker signed for the package. The package did not require a signature and coworkers do not reside in my home. I have recording security caneras. This package was not received. I did not realize Walmart used FedEx or I would never order from Walnart. There have been so many issues with FedEx being dishonest.
Missed the FedEx package that was sent to me. Slip on my door said to pick it up at my local Walgreens. I am sick with a respiratory infection, but dragged myself there at the specified time. No package. Called FedEx who told me that it was at a FedEx facility somewhere else in town and it won't be delivered again until Monday. Why did I drive to get it when I'm sick when it wasn't even where the tag said it would be? Customer rep said I'll have to drive to locale #2 to get it otherwise wait until next week for it to be redelivered (when i'm at work). There is a reason they are #2 to UPS.

For the past three deliveries of packages via FedEx the driver has dropped the packages on the front porch instead of in front of my garage as specified on my FedEx web page. I ask this to prevent packages being in plain sight for thieves. It's apparent that the driver(s) are not checking my FedEx requirement online. Received an email that my package was delivered. When I arrived home there was no package. I contacted fed ex and checked with my neighbors, still no package. Fed ex informed me the driver delivered the package. Eventually, after many calls to Fed ex, They informed me the driver is going to investigate himself and get back to me. Pacific Life in Omaha paid on Thursday, November 15,2018 for a check to be sent me NEXT DAY. It wasn't delivered on Friday--and when I called FEDEX just now, I was told that it would be delivered sometime on Monday.
This delivery service is unacceptable. You were paid to deliver the envelope to me NEXT DAY--Friday. I am 79, in poor health--and need my money. You have it in Tyler, TX 50 miles from me and refuse to have someone bring it to me, though it is only 11 am and there is PLENTY OF TIME FOR YOUR PEOPLE TO MAKE THE DELIVERY.
There is no excuse for not delivering that envelope today. It is sunny, clear wonderful weather here--where the check actually is. Your customer service spokesman told me it wasn't delivered due to bad weather. It rained on Thursday in Memphis, but not enough to stop delivery down hightway 10 through Arkansas to get to interstate 20 in Tyler on Friday for delivery to me.. Or Fedex COULD have flown the package to Dallas quickly from Omaha, where it originated, and then driven it to Tyler for delivery early Friday morning. Your excuse is not accectable.

I received notification of a PERISHABLE food order was shipped out on 11/13. It was supposed to arrive 11/14 - after all, it's PERISHABLE. There was a 'delivery exception' notification on the tracking on 11/14 - says "customer not available" returned to station. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I work from home and am home all day every day. I never left my house that day. This is not the first time that your delivery drive has LIED about attempts to deliver. There was no attempted delivery notification left on the door. Funny how this is what happens every single time i order something that uses Fed FUCKING Ex as their shipping vendor.
I paid $32.50 for priority delivery from Lake Charles, Louisiana to Dallas, Texas. I needed the document inside for a meeting at noon. It is now 1:09 and I still do not have my package. I called and was told that they sent my package from Louisiana to Tennessee THEN to Texas?????? Since Tennessee is having some type of weather issue they will not refund my money. Missing my meeting has caused NUMEROUS issues and my time and money to reschedule for next week. THIS SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! If you cannot stand behind you claim then there should be recourses for the consumer. You do business ass backwards sending it to Tennessee to get to Texas. I ordered off line with two day shipping .I was wondering on the day that my package was expected why it did not show up. The next morning my husband was taking the kids to the bus stop and found my package on side of the road over and eight of a mile away from my house sitting behind my trash can .We have had many deliveries to my house over the years.Besides leaving the package with my neighbor when they could not find my house. I never had an issue with a delivery service .I cant even describe how unprofessional and ignorant that I think of the choice this driver made when They said gee I will leave this package on side of the road next to the trash can( on trash day ) May the odds be in there favor of them finding it and not being collected or stolen!! ..
We received an antique clock delivered by FED-EX last week. The box looked great but the clock was broken in places.
One pane of glass was totally broken and another was laying in the bottom of the clock base. The door that held the glass pieces had come apart. The hands had come off the clock.The clock face and the WORKS had shifted forward. It was a mess. We were able to replace the broken glass with a pane we had here (we deal in antique clocks) and we were able to put the works back into place. The clock is not running correctly at the present time but we are still working on it. We do not want to return the clock to the seller becuse it wasn't his fault. But we are VERY dissappointed in FED-EX.

Where do I start, first policy of only one delivery attempt at residential properties, Left tag that said I could pick up in Oakland Pa , fine get there it’s not there and can’t track ,computers down . Called 1800 number on ticket only to be told package in Oakland store some time later driver calls me and says it’s in store in Oakland when I go back to store (during rush hour) I’m told driver just brought it in . The least you can do is make exceptions on your delivery policy when you screw up.I know you don’t care but I will NEVER use Fedx again . And since I’m retired I have lots of time to tell everyone my experience .
I have a business located at 3037 Lucy Rd Millington Tn 38052 It is the Lucy Rd Flea Market. My business is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The deliver driver delivered three packages worth over 600.00 doillars to the Flea Market on Tuesday when my business was closed.
The packaged was sitting by the door where any one who drives by could have stole them. I pulled my cameras up to check the business and saw the packages sitting there. I had to go to the store at 11:00 pm to get the packages they had left at a closed business.
I was unaware that they would do that delivering to a business I will tell the sender of the packages how they delivered them. No wonder so many packages are stolen.
Whomever delivers to my address is walking a thin line with me. I started receiving Chewy deliveries that I have set up every six weeks on auto send.
About six months ago we heard the fedex truck coming up drive way. My husband went to the door to meet them but, as he opened the door he witnessed the driver kicking our Chewy box out onto our driveway. Needless to say the dog food was busted open and loose in the box. I complained to Chewy and they sent a new bag which wasn't their fault. The next couple of deliveries went pretty good until 3 months ago. Our delivery person walked the package all the way up our walkway only to set it at the bottom of our front porch steps. Our front porch is covered! So it rained and everything got wet. If you are at the steps, walk up the five steps and leave on porch out of the weather. I haven
't called with a compaint but this week was the icing on the cake. I had an big envelope with my business LLC in it with important documents. He comes around back to the carport and doesn't put on our steps, he throws it onto the carport and is laying in the middle for us to run over. Get your lazy Butt out of the truck and walk to steps. I have requested my next deliveries not to come by fed ex But, i'm sure i will still have customers sending me packages but i will inform them to use another form of delivery besides your company.

I had my sales material sent to me at my home address on 11-6-18. It was delivered to my address at 5:38 PM and left on my driveway and all the driver had to do was walk 12 steps and leave it under the porch or ring the doorbell to let me know he had a delivery for me. Everyone knew that a big storm was coming that night because it had been all over the news, radio and on our cell phones (keeping us posted so we all could be prepared). Why in this world would the delivery person leave my packages out on the driveway/sidewalk and not let anyone know or put it on the porch, where all my shipments have been placed in all these years, knowing that a really bad storm was coming and the wind was already gusting pretty high. This was my work supplies and were not found until the next morning, and of course the boxes had fallen apart from all the rain. This is what I call very poor service or I just don't care. I am in the sales business and I do care if my clients are taken care of and I am sure that the delivery person's supervisor would be very disappointed in the way this delivery person did their job. I don't complain unless it is something really really really bad and this was a terrible job on the delivery person's part. I know you won't do anything with this complaint, but just thought that you might need to know how some of your help treats their job. If anyone is interested, I do have the information that you would need to know whom the delivery person was. It is just a shame. I have never had one complaint with Federal Express and I would normally give it a 5 star rating but had to give a 1 star rating, which y'all don't even deserve that on this delivery. Our FedEx delivery totally sucks. This complaint is long overdue with many(all unacceptable) delivery's over several years. The driver just left a large Chewy box, in the pouring rain, no plastic covering, on our uncovered patio, in standing water, without knocking or ringing the doorbell to alert us. Luckily, we were home and heard the truck. In the past 6 months, we've had 2 FedEx delivered Chewy orders that had to be replaced by Chewy because the FedEx driver threw the boxes and the contents burst. If a small package or envelope is expected, we just look around the yard to see where the driver has tossed it. Our neighbor has a locked fence, but totally open access to their back patio, yet, the FedEx driver always sails their packages across the fence, instead of driving around back. That causes a chain reaction of us texting the neighbor to come home from his job to retrieve his delivery from the elements. This total lack of caring by the FedEx drivers is not just on my street, it's everywhere. A friend in SC caught her FedEx driver on video throwing her packages from the truck to her concrete driveway, bursting the contents. She reported the incident with video to FedEx and the driver got 3 days off without pay. It seems if the driver had received proper training the whole situation would never have occurred in the first place. Bottom line, FedEx has a serious problem with their drivers. Maybe they should look at the way their competitor, UPS, delivers satisfaction to their customers.
My address is 6440 Bois Darc Ct., Midlothian, Texas 76065 (RIGHT address). For the past 4 shipments, FedEx has delivered my packages to 6440 W. Highland (WRONG address). I called 2 weeks ago, after finally being connected to a speaking person, was told they would forward the information to a certain department that would fix this immediately. Today, it was shipped to the WRONG address again. I have lived at 6440 Bois Darc Ct., Midlothian, TX 76065 (the RIGHT address) for over 15 years and Fed Ex has never had a problem delivering to me until the last two months. Now, all of a sudden, I can't get any of my packages. Thank goodness I have an understanding neighbor. But, I would appreciate if I could get my packages delivered to me so that I can stop bothering my neighbor. Not to mention that I am paying for shipping so that you can deliver it to my doorstep and so I don't have to get pick up my packages.
I'm mad b/c I have to give even a one star. It's obvious from my experience and the other complaints about FedEX that they are on their last leg and about to go out of business. There is no way they are going to make it another 30+ years in business at this rate. Their customer service is non-existent. No one knows what the hell is going on. I've called customer service on 3 continents and they couldn't tell me more than the info available on the tracking site. What kind of madness is that? What kind of rinky dink, mickey mouse operation are you running? And are you intentionally trying to ruin the reputation you've built up over the years? I guess the answer is yes. Otherwise I cannot understand why any reputable company would be this cavalier about how poorly your customers view you. I won't even get into my entire situation except that I shipped a package from the US over a month ago via a 3rd party shipper and it has been stuck in the UK for 3 weeks now with no updated or definite shipping date and nothing but the runaround about where it is, why it's not being delivered and what they are going to do about it. Everybody wants to pass the buck in this screwed up company. I wonder are you going to pass the severance checks once everybody is out of work because the company goes bankrupt because they don't have any customers. I'm not psychic but it doesn't take Ms. Cleo to see you are on the way out of business at this rate.
The Fundraising company Razen Inc. that we are working with for our school fundraiser arranged for a pick-up of forms at our school today 10/25/18. They arranged for the driver to drop off an envelope and form for us to fill out and have him take with him. The driver did drop the envelope and form to us, however was very rude to us as well as the office staff stating "clearly we were not ready and I refuse to wait for this pickup" after he just dropped it off to us to fill out! I felt this was very unprofessional behavior and do not know exactly how I was to fill in the information when I was just receiving the materials. Very disappointed especially since we have worked with both this company and Fed Ex in the past and the driver has been very helpful in filling out the form when we received it.
I sent a package to the right address. I realized that I forgot to add a document then I stop and reroute the delivery to my workplace. I paid $48 for overnight to get the package to my work address but somehow they delivered it to my home address which I told the representative 3 4 times to deliver to my work address. Because of that, I lost $200 and plus shipping cost $48 = $250. That was a time-sensitive document.
I called back to ask a refund for $48 and you can't believe this. Representative telling me a story which never happened so that they can't do the refund. I have the voicemail from FedEx branch manager that confirm my above-mentioned story.
I am glad that they stopped and re-route the delivery and even its okay to tell they can't give me a refund but why telling me a story which never happened? You are saying that I am lying? Open up and listen to your own records! I have the voicemail from the branch manager.

Shipping tracking number 464117864530. A completely unacceptable delivery by a lazy driver. We live on a farm with a long driveway, but it is completely paved with easy access and a turnaround road. Instead of delivering our packages to the house the driver left them on the roadside on a rainy day. The packages were covered in plastic, but they could have been easily stolen from a busy road...not happy with your terrible delivery service!
I have had 2 deliveries in the past month and a half. Both times my packages have NOT been delivered to my store but to the front door of my home (different door each time). My store is beside my farmhouse and signage on the store stating such. Also, there is a large yellow sign in my customer parking with my hours. So, why on earth does the driver leave packages NOT at the business but at doors at a home that clearly are not in use? Both times I have had customers wonder if I knew I had packages out front. I would not have noticed until I got my mail across the road or was driving out of my driveway and looked at my house. It was raining today before a customer brought this to my attention, 1 box ripped and merchandise wet. I am NOT happy

First I saw on tracking that delivery to me was delayed due to "wrong address" which was a lie and I called customer service and told the guy my address (on the ebay shipping label) was perfect. After my 2nd call I was told by FedEx customer service that the driver had been straightened out and package would be delivered by day's end which was a lie. Then I was promised (by email) delivery by end of successive days 3 or 4 times, which were all lies. Then tracking showed package was damaged and would be returned to the shipper! The tracking shows it was delivered back to the seller yesterday. I resent being lied to repeatedly. Until now I swore by FedEx for sure delivery. When I was working I always chose FedEx over UPS, DHL, and USPS to get packages delivered. This has been an eye-opening experience showing me how far downhill that FedEx has fallen. At best, based upon this experience, I can rate FedEx as pathetic. Management is non-existent. Nothing but recorded or CG voices unless you insist on talking to a human and then you get lied to just to get you off the phone. Pathetic business.
Today, October 23, 2018, at approximately 9:15 AM, I buzzed in a FedEx delivery personnel since I was expecting a package delivery. Via the CCTV, I was surprised to see that instead of delivering the item to my apartment, the FedEx deliveryman left the package in the mailroom. I went downstairs to pick up the package to find it on top of the heater together with the junk mails other residents left behind. The package with tracking number 4532 6029 4370 (Priority Overnight) turned out not the package I was expecting but it contained the new credit card sent by Cathay Visa in exchange for an old card that had recent fraudulent transactions. The deliveryman could have easily went upstairs and delivered it properly since I was the one to buzzed him in. The mailroom is accessible to all tenants and other people such as visitors and workers. His inability to do his job properly could have cost me more if someone had taken the new credit card, signed it and used it. Often than not, the FedEx personnel would leave the package by the apartment door or would slide it under the apartment door when it is a letter envelope. I think Cathay Pacific paid good money for a priority overnight delivery with the understanding that it would be delivered not only in a timely manner but with guarantee that each package would be delivered properly with utmost care.
Needless to say, I am disappointed with the inconsistent services FedEx have been providing. It is my expectation that this matter will be handled and taken seriously. Thank you.

There was no attempt to deliver, No notice left, no contact. Upon investigating the delay I was given tracking #. Saw on10/20 had been at site since 10/15 and was due to be returned 10/20/18. Conversation with Customer Service resulted in being told change in delivery policy "in my area", 1 attempt and pkgs. will now be redirected to a designated location. Designated by who? If FedEx now has specific delivery policy for Newark residents, it needs to be posted. So we can make to decision to redirect service providers with merchants!

I have signed up for text messages to be alerted which have not happened. I was told I would receive a phone call in about 2 hours on 10/18 did not come. The package requires a signature so being home is important and without a text I was not aware that a delivery was coming.
The need for a signature was caused by a delivery that was made by a Budget truck. I was home and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. The package was left on my side porch and it rained causing the package to be soaking wet inside needing to be replaced.
Not providing a time frame for delivery other than "by the end of the day" is wrong. I did try to track the package without getting any additional info.

I am referring to tracking number 652024373007319. We received notification that our package would be delivered by the end of the day 10/18 and needed a signature. My wife was home all day and no package was delivered. When I got home from work at 5:20PM I can confirm that the package was not delivered. We when received an exemption report via e-mail that driver attempted to deliver but no one was home to sign for the package. The driver lied; someone was home all day and no one rang our doorbell.
This is terrible service and unacceptable.We have canceled our order and will ask ANY shipper NEVER to use your service.
The delivery today was 3 boxes. The delivery was on time with no issues EXCEPT the delivery driver drove INTO our front yard to make his drop. Even though we live in the desert and our yard is sparse it does not mean we want trucks driving across our yard to the front porch for deliveries. I did not see the driver this time but if it is the same one we had a few weeks ago he has an attitude problem. We have FedEx deliveries many times throughout the month every month I hope we do not face this issue again.

Someone compromised my credit card and placed orders at a couple of online companies. The only way I knew about this quickly was a FED EX driver called and said that since he was in our area, he could just drop off a package at my home instead at Walgreens. I was able to close my credit card account and return the items back to the company. Fast forward to today- Oct 17th, I received an "thank you" for signing up for "FedEx Delivery Manager". I did not sign up for this service that is dated on Oct 3rd. When I called the 1-800-3339 number, I was directed to the fraud department and I spoked with a gal named "Brenda". She assured me that there wasn't an account in my name under my home phone number but my husband Thomas has an account. I could never make her understand that my home number was oblivious not used even though my name and address was used. I want it understood that packages with the address of 10066 Fernbrooke, Brighton MI 48116 should always be delivered to my home and not dropped off at any other location. I want verification from FedEx that this email was indeed read and assurance that your delivery service understands that all packages are to be delivered to my home. I recently shipped two packages with Fedex Ground. One of them has been lost in transit. I declared $500 value for it when I shipped it, so I thought I would easily get the $500 consolation. However, it turns out to become a 2-month claim process that is still ongoing and is getting more and more ridiculous.
In short, I made 10+ calls in total. Each call is a 30-min torture.
Basically each interaction goes as follows.
Step 1. I call Customer Service (which is always nice to me). They will transfer me to the Claim Department.
Step 2. The Claim Department either does not pick up the call or picks up after 20 min.
Step 3. Someone from the Claim Department will tell me "Oh, we are waiting for you submit Form X / Receipts Y / Address Z / Explanation letter W. Oh, of course, it is our policy to not tell you what you need to submit and only to wait for you to call in to find out".
Step 4. I submitted the requested forms/receipts/information. I wait for another week, nothing happens, so I call again, back to Step 1.
Even though it is an extremely frustrating experience, my claim was approved after one month. However, I never received the check. When I called again, I was told to file a new claim. So I did. Once again, I never heard back (of course, it is their policy to wait for me to call them). I called again two weeks later and was told it will be processed.
Today, I called again to follow up. However, two agents on the line both claimed this shipping never existed. The tracking number corresponding to the lost package now says "does not exist". The agents also explained that their system automatically deletes tracking numbers after 6 months. But since my label and shipping were created two months ago, it could not have been deleted. So they think the only explanation is that I never gave the package to Fedex.
How could this happen? Well, maybe the Fedex system had a glitch. But the agent told me "That's not logical" because millions of other tracking numbers are fine. I totally agree, that is not logically indeed. Therefore, the only explanation I can think of is that some employee from Fedex, annoyed by my calls, DELETED MY TRACKING NUMBER. Well, I did save a "Status Update" from August, which showed the package has been picked up, and even travelled one hop and was on the way to the next hop.
What's the lesson? Well, don't purchase insurance from Fedex, If your packages get lost, don't even bother to seek repayment. It will ruin your mood for two months, and you won't get money back. Plus, you will be the one trying defraud Fedex. Other than that, keep using Fedex. What choice do we have?
I had 3 large boxes that were due to be delivered to my house today. The website said delivered--I didn't receive any boxes.....the delivery driver left them at someone else"s house!!! Luckily, the person was honest and drove them to my house!! With GPS--there's absolutely no reason for this to happen. Tracking #: 417518781347, #424244370946, and #417518781542 :(
I had a package delivered after dark; the next morning, we had a shower (rain) and the package was soaking wet. Why? Because it was left at the gate instead of at the door, which is covered. Another small package containing batteries was also wet. I don't understand why the package wasn't delivered to my door step? I would like to know.
I am so upset. FedEx said they delivered a package that was more important to me than anything in the world. It was never delivered. I have the delivery receipt for the other half of the package that was sent to me y email and nothing for the package I never received that they said they delivered on the Oct 3rd. I was on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours too e told that it wasn't their problem. They delivered it and left it on my door step. I live in apartments in a gated community with nothing ever stolen. No delivery ticket for that part , but I have the ticket for the part that I did receive. LIES LIES LIES. This package is irreplaceable to me. I am going to the Dallas/Texans game on Sunday, I am going to meet his favorite current player and wanted him to sign it for my dad s memory. something that my dad and I did my whole life. He is gone now and I am devastated and I was passed to 14 different people and was finally told it wasn't FedEx s problem. Shame on you! SHame on you!
