Instagram Complaints Continued... (Page 4)

So I go to load Instagram on my iPhone 4. It doesn't work so I go on the App Store and find out that now you need ios 7. Why? Before you only needed ios 6. What's happening. You will have lost a lot of customers from this. It is CRAZY. I just want to use instagram problem free.

Change it back! The new update is terrible I can't see my direct messages they keep deleting and the layout is so bad!!! Lots of people have lost very important Direct messages! I like being able to instantly report pictures I'm direct messages but everything else is bad! We didn't ask for Instagram, KIK version! Deleted DM messages randomly popped back up blank. It says type to load Image and when I try to delete it again it get an image and when I try to delete it again, I get an error message. It will go away after a while then more will come back !! I'm unable to refresh even know I'm connected to the Internet. I love the app itself but I hate the new direct messages so please please please change it back soon! It would make my life much more easier because if you don't I will delete both my Instagram's and I won't ever go back on ever until you guys bring it back.

I have had to make 3 Instagram accounts as they always fail to send me an email to rest my password and it's looking like I'll have to make a fourth one as they lack in how to do their job properly. One simple email to customer service and it never gets sent and I'm pretty sure my password isn't incorrect!

I am continuously being blocked from conversations on instagram because I support the Duggars! This is discrimination and an error! Please remove the block now!

Instagram has deleted my account without warning twice. I have not violated any of the community guidelines and i feel as though i'm being harassed by homophobic users on instagram. I am well within my rights to have the leisure to post material that adhere to community guidelines. I have been a instagram user for over two yeara and never had i ever experienced this much dissatisfaction in the time that i have been a user. I believe i am being discriminated against because of my being transgendered. If instagram allows people to report peoples pictures because they are prejudice, then instagram is just as prejudice! I would like my account to be restored and for persons to be prohibited from reporting things that are well within the community guidelines.

This boy is a fraud selling I phones stealing money he is a theft I have messages and I have evidence of the transaction. I want money back I called an officer to start an investigation but he told me to contact Instagram first to ask me what should I do first.

My account has been hacked and now my account has been blocked. I would like to be able to have my rights returned so I am able to login and change my password to one that is impossible to be accessed by anyone but myself. Please trust me and resolve this issue immediately. I need Instagram

My student took a picture of my phone screen and then sent it to a bunch of her friends. She had no consent from me to do this and I filed a police report with school police. But I also want her to learn that social media needs to be used with responsibility and safety in mind. I'm not sure what the consequences are for this type of behavior. Since there is an investigation going on through school policy and the administration, I am not able to confront her. But in this picture I show some cleavage and she may have wanted to humiliate me and that is why she sent this picture to many of her friends at her school which is my place of employment.

I bought replica shoes from Zoe Legodi. She had a page called "Beauty of fashion" which she has since blocked me from after I complained that I did not want the shoes since I noticed that what she sold me was a replica and not the original brand. I have tried to get her to take them back and give me back my money, and she does not want to. So I ask you to please take action against such issues

I have no idea why my account was disabled! And I'm very angry because I was using this account as part of an art project! I need to have my Instagram account reopened. I know that it's possible for them to reopen an account because my username is unavailable and some linked apps still have access to my account. I don't know if the apps I was using may have did some auto stuff which may have caused a community guideline to be broken. But that is not my fault!!! Also I did not know that these kinds of apps couldn't be used without cause a violation of rules. I should have had a warning that my account was in jeopardy of being disabled so I could have had time to remove these apps. And if these apps are a violation why are they attainable and can be purchased or downloaded from the Apple App store?

Bottom line: I need access to my account! I want it reopened ASAP!! If I have to file a claim with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I will do so. Because is ridiculous and a violation of my rights. I should have the option to delete my account or my data on my own. Not some random computer generated crap deleting all of my stuff on my account! Something has to be done about this immediately! My Instagram account had better be reopened.

My account has been suspended and I don't know why, all that's on there are my weight loss pictures and motivational picture and it's been disabled for without warning or reason and I'd like to know why! It's not fair to just disable a person's account without prior warning or reason! Please explain to me why this has happened.

I merely opened the account on 3rd April and it's already been disabled (7th April). Apparently I violated community guidelines when my posts do not include any nudity, rude comments, promote self-harm or illegal contents. All the posts are original and I spent a decent amount of time making them. Please return my account back!

My dm's do not work. I try to refresh them and they just don't come up, it's a blank white screen. I've tried everything, naming a new account, re downloading instagram and I've logged in and out numerous times, but it never works. My username is blocked and if you could help me get my direct messages working I'd be honored.

There is a picture of me and another female on ig that I consider harassment. She knows I am in a relationship with someone and she continues to post pictures of me and me and her so my significant other can get mad. She knows we'll find out because we have mutual friends and its making us look bad and would like her recent photo of us to be taken down!

Instagram disabled my account but a few hours later I got an email from Instagram saying that is was a mistake and that they have restored my account and I should be able to log in . But when I try to Log back in it still says your account was disabled for violating our terms . What do I do ?

I have been trying to contact instagram but it is impossible. They only offer frequently asked questions. They will not let me like or comment on anything unless I give them my telephone number. Surely I should not have to give them my phone number if they themselves don't even have an email for users to reach them on? It seems impossible to make a complaint against instagram or get any direct answers from them. How can it even be legal?

My account was hacked, but the user that hacked into my account did not change my password, so i still can log in but there were alot of unknown notifications. When i pressed on the notification, my i scrolled and look at the comments, i saw my user name and that "i" wrote a comment. I tired changing my password serveral times but it did not work. Is there any ways to stop the hacking and still be able to keep my account? I want to unfollow all the people in my list that i dont know but it wont let me unfollow more than 10 people. Everytime i press unfollow after 3 seconds it follows again. Also when i want to follow more than one person at a time it wont let me. Please fix this asap! I have not been able to do hash tags for a very long time now and when it does work, it doesn't let me again a few days after. I am really getting sick of this and do not know why it is always happening.

The comment will delete right after I refresh the photos with hash tags, and I have not used over 30 hash tags so that's not the problem. It is really annoying always this happening and never being fixed. I have wrote out a complaint form before, but it just keeps re occurring. Please help me with this issue, because now I'm not starting to like Instagram as much as I did. To whom it may concern, I've always loved instagram for the simple fact that it was a simple social network that was consistent and didn't constantly change. Now with all these updates that have been made I find myself using Instagram less than I ever have. It's REALLY annoying that you can no longer rotate pictures that are longer so that you can see the whole photo rather than it being cut off. It's really inconvenient that you can't shrink a photo before you post it.

I would love for Instagram to be exactly how it was when I originally joined! Now I barely go on & when I do, I am beyond frustrated. My whole family has decided to give it a break until it has changed back to something even a little close to what it use to be. Please respond to me as soon as possible please.
