Was at the Milan IL location on Wed Aug 23, 2023 around 4 pm. Ticket number 3455. Extremely hot outside & the Air conditioner wasn't working. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! No signage to warn us. We would not have eaten there if we knew. We were only ones in dining room yet there were at
least 3 tables that needed cleaning. Bathroom floor is so full of grease buildup was very slippery. VERY UNSAFE. If you are not going to maintain the restaurant why don't you shut it down? I doubt we go back there again.

I just wanted to let you know your store on South west 9t street does not have your standards .The biscuits are hard as rocks the fries are always cold the nuggets are so hard and small you can’t eat them.We thought yesterday we would give them a try with your new big box we ended up throwing it all away.so sad it was our chicken to go place.We will not go again.
Had lunch at the new location in Murray Kentucky on Saturday. The lady behind the counter took our orders and didn’t bother to ask any of us if we wanted to upsize our order. She did it automatically and never said a word. I didn’t complain in the restaurant but couldn’t figure why my meal that was listed at $8.89 ended up costing $12.06. She did that to everyone that came in behind us and finally a family called her our on it. I think she should have asked before doing it Thank you
Ordered 3 meals at the same time 2 of us got our meal the third came after the 2 of us was all done eating, one meal was just 3 PC chicken tenders they were about the size of my finger and they cost 8.69, no meal just tenders, the gentleman. that was in front of me still didn't have his meal when I finally got our third meal. We were at the keene nh restaurant. Terrible service .

6/13/23 I entered the lobby of the 61st street location in Galveston, Tx, and was admonished to get out immediately. The reason was lack of staff. Since the lobby had about 6 or 7 people in it, I told him I was in no hurry and I would wait. The employee then physically forced me out the front door and locked it. I was humiliated and shocked. Been a restaurant mgr. for years... never heard of such behavior. Thought about calling police, but didn't l. I know I'm just one 66 year old man, but you've lost my business forever. For crying out loud he forced me out the door, when I'd done nothing wrong. Good luck.

My complaint is that your store in Lagrange Kentucky. There's a guy that works there with the name of Eric. Went through the drive-thru Sunday night and had interaction with this Eric. The order seemed a little high so I asked if the price was correct. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't pay for my meal that he's already paid for two meals tonight and was real sarcastic about me asking him if the price was right. He was very insulting and didn't seem to care about my question, just kept on with the sarcasm. I gave him a dollar tip and told him it was for his sarcasm! I will also be calling your office to talk about this.
On Sunday, 7/30/23, I went to the KFC on Cumberland St. in Lebanon, TN. I placed the order at 2:35 PM. When I sat down to wait for the order, I noticed 7 groups of one to four people waiting for their order. However, the drive thru customers seemed to have no problem getting their order. (If I had not started drinking my soft drink I would have asked for a refund.) I received the order at 2:53 PM. The bar for the drink fountain was completely covered with multicolored liquid and wet napkins. As a separate issue, KFC's idea of a nugget is some sort of cruel joke. The nuggets looked like they should be placed on a cracker and served as hors d'oeuvers. [A trip to Hardee's to see what a real nugget/tender looks like would be time well spent.]
On Monday, I went to KFC's website to submit this complaint. After locating the "contact us" screen, I filled in the form to describe my experience. However, hitting the send button did nothing, The form was not uploaded to KFC. Why am I not surprised? Customer relations is the least of KFC's problems.
We were there at 7:30pm on 8/1/23 and wanted to order 3 large family meals. They said they didn't have enough chicken for our order so we had to order something else. Then we had to return because they didn't give us our gravy. Why wouldn't kfc have chicken for our order?
I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal. The chicken was dry and nasty like it had been sitting there all day. Three of the employees were outside smoking talking about how much they were drinking at the front door. The manager needs to address this( unless that was the manager) as it is not good for your customers. I drive 30 miles to get my KFC and this time I was very disappointed.
When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that the employees were not very friendly and seemed like we were interrupting them. After placing our order, they forgot to include the biscuits and the fries were old. When we called the store, we had a hard time getting in touch with the manager, who eventually answered and had an unprofessional attitude. She claimed that the oven was broken, which seemed ridiculous since we paid the full price. We were disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location again. However, we must give credit to the cook who tried their best to prepare our order.
My name is Cornell James and I ordered some chicken for pick up and my car would not start kfc told me since I can't pick it up the order was canceled and I can't get any food and no money either so if you think that you can treat a retired disabled veteran any way you can get the lawyers ready
We went to KFC on Saturday, June 22, 2023 at 915 Main Street, Suffolk, Va. 23434. We wanted two large buckets of chicken and 2 large coleslaw for a party we were hosting. Upon arrival the cashier told my husband you cannot just purchase chicken so they charged him $25.99 for a 12 piece chicken. We got 2 12 piece and the coleslaw, you would think they would not charge for the coleslaw since we paid for 2 12 piece meals but didn't get a meal, after it was all said and done we paid close to $70.00 for 2 12 piece chicken and 2 coleslaw.
I have always liked KFC but this was absolutely ridiculous. I doubt I will return. What a disappointment.
We had the worst experience at KFC 6113 Hickory Flat Hwy , Canton Ga. 30014!!! We ordered extra crispy chicken and we got Original the cream Potatoes was cold and we ordered a lg Mountain Dew and got up to window and they informed us they was out ! When we went to pay girl at rester couldn’t speak good English and couldn’t count change !!!! Tried calling them for two hours no one even answered!! So needless to say we had to go get dinner somewhere else!! We will never go there again!!! We love KFC but this experience has left a bad taste in her mouth!!!

I went to KFC on July 15, 2023 .I ordered two Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo's. They had me to pull in a parking space and wait a few minutes for my food. Well when I got to where I was going to eat the chicken sandwich It was as hard as a brick!! We didn't enjoy them because when chicken is fried to hard it's not very edible!! Ordered online for a pick pickup. Found restaurant door closed. Sat in drive through for fifteen minutes. Was late getting back from 30 minute lunch hour. Please let customer know if quick pickup is unavailable. Otherwise, the customer will suffer a time crunch and potentially be unable to eat.
I visited the restaurant 7601 N 30th Omaha ne. I knew went my daughter asked for this we would be disappointed and regret it but went don't eat out much because life is expensive. Well first after placing my order of 8 piece family meal with extra side of fries they were old and burnt mixture.
I had told my daughter have past experiences of terrible service waiting 30 or more minutes for food to look at the food before we left. So I had to get the servers attention to remake the fries. Her response "No they not but okay" so she parked us, note now 1 car is already parked when I pull to the front. After 10 or so minutes I walk to the door it's locked a sign posted if you're not online app this will not open.
So I went back to the car by now 4 other cars have joined us. The car behind me pulls back around for his food so I follow the server at the window did not even remember why I was there after I asked for my fries her response they just came up, if fries take 15/20 minutes I need to stay home and cook. Now I am home feed my family well attached is the burnt black chicken I was given. I went back of course they denied making our meal so Receipts show different they remade it with more burnt chicken just not black. I went right home and emailed Corporate another attachment below and a week later no response this was a $40 meal for our family of 5. We will never visit this restaurant again and the lack of customer service support the poor professionalism of corporate kfc speaks volumes.

Ordered 8 pc bucket, received only 1 drumstick and several other recognizable pieces. Could not identify because all other items in bucket were burned. Chicken had been cooked in old grease that I could smell from the bag during the drive home. Burned chicken in old grease swimming in the bottom of the bucket (inedible). Threw entire bucket ($21) into the garbage. The distance to drive back and exchange exceeded 10 miles and I was concerned the exchange would have been the same old grease/quality.
Tried to send photos (attach files) and receipt but website said files too large. Will provide upon request. Quality very disappointing.
I work with kfc and I just want to complain that the shift manager is a racist. We have Africans, Indians and Whites but they give Africans and Indians shifts below 10hours a week and the whites upto 32 hours.

My daughter and I went to KFC in West Lebanon Nh today for he place was in a chaos people in Line for an Hour arguing complaining cashier walked out,taking orders and money when they were out if everything no crispy chicken we ordered,no salt,only two kinds of soda one guy waited for chicken sandwich for over and hour before being told they were out,very poor experience for all including the help hard to do a job with no food to serve,terrible experience
Placed order for dinner. Though I looked up local restaurant, somehow default was set to store of last order. This is my fault for not noticing. HOWEVER, when I asked at the restaurant (where I intended to order) they gave me a KFC customer service number to call. Manager was king and helpful. I called the “customer service” number. I am still on hold 30 minutes later with NO RESPONSE. not even a pretense of trying to solve the issue. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in recent memory. KFC may have good chicken, but I would expect better service from a prison cafeteria. Appalling.
I ordered individual side order of coleslaw, it cost me $3.39 before tax. A large coleslaw cost $4.79 and will feed multiple people. I don’t understand why I’m being charged almost the same price for an individual versus a large side. And also with my order I did not receive my gravy for my mashed potatoes. I’m very upset about the price differences in your coleslaw. It just doesn’t make sense.
Picked up an 8 pc bucket this evening. It was so dried out and tough you couldn't even eat it!

Purchased a meal at Royersford and bit into it and it tasted like dirt. Please reimburse.
We just recently visited store # G135724 in Oak Hill Ohio. When we first walked in, the rug in the front of the door was so sticky that our shoes stuck to it. When we got to the counter, we were not greeted. I actually waited and the cashier never said anything until I did.
While waiting for our food, I went to the bathroom. The women’s toilet hadn’t been flushed and the flush handle was completely broken. I had to use the men’s restroom while my husband waited at the door for me. The restroom was clean though.
When we got our food, which the nuggets were not done (still pink in the middle) we had to ask for utensils and napkins due to the empty napkin holders. Nothing had been restocked.
All in all, we probably won’t be back to the restaurant.
While visiting a location in Greensboro NC I went inside and wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands. I noticed the bathroom was not acceptable unless I had a code. I went back to the register and ask could someone unlock the restroom. The manager on duty replied with a nasty attitude that the bathroom was for paying customers only. ( I go to KFC a lot in North and South Carolina. This is a first). I told the manager that a plan to order food when I come out of the rest room. The manager and the cashier that was on duty refused to unlock the bathroom until I ordered. Is this standard procedure? Why is there not a sign posted on the doors? Why does a customer have to prove that he will order to use a public bathroom in a public restaurant? There is more to this story. I haven’t even covered the part about the unacceptable treatment from the management and cashier on duty.
I just experienced the rudest server she took my order, and then when I got to the window apparently didn’t have change then she proceeded to stare at me like I was stupid. I stopped at KFC on State Street in Westerville Ohio at approximately 5:45 on June 19. I had arranged a picnic surprise for my partner. I ordered an 8 piece bucket, with Mac and Cheese, Cole Slaw and a small mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was half crispy and half original. Both the crispy and original was fried to a crisp and soaking in grease. I paid $29 for a meal where the chicken was not even edible. Imagine showing up at the park and taking the lid off the bucket to see something that looked like it had been fried for days (not even that day by the looks). I was too angry at that time to return to the store. I can and will send pictures if you desire.
This should not be happening and I am certain this is not the first complaint.
Please make it more than right or you have lost a customer.

My girlfriend and I went to the KFC/Taco Bell in Southport North Carolina at approximately 5:00 pm today and we stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes while at least 4 employees made eye contact with us but not one of them took our order. One employee said that someone would be right with us and another employee came to the register twice but still didn’t take our order. I have previously been to this same restaurants drive thru and waited over an hour to receive my food. This place is in need of some serious supervision, it is complete chaos inside the restaurant.

I’ve been a customer of KFC for a long time and I can’t believe the level of incompetence, complacency, and apathy. I typically go to the KFC on 9418 Dyer St as it is 5 minutes away. However, the service is starting to become more and more 50/50 as I’m, now, starting to get subpar service in the form of poorly cooked product. Two weeks ago, I generally go once a week, I ordered what I normally order 8 pc leg and thigh solo. Unfortunately, I am guilty of not checking before I leave and, usually, I’m so tired that I just deal. Last time I received 8 pc mixed, not leg and thigh, and it had quite a bit of grease. I launched a complaint and that was that. Here we are, again. This time the order was kinda right. It was SOAKED in grease so much so that my crispy chicken wasn’t crispy; it was soggy. Enclosed is a photo that I’m hoping demonstrates the issue. It’s kinda hard squeezing chicken and taking a photo. The workers knew the chicken wasn’t crispy by touch so what is the excuse? They don’t care? I’m not a paying guest? Is it it personal? What is going on? I kindly request to be contacted because I feel like I should be compensated. This is getting a little bit ridiculous. Your workers need to be retrained or fired and if you don’t care, then, kindly redirect me to someone who does. I’m not eating your product for free so, please, stop acting like I am. This is not a complain as the last time but I am obligated to rave when service is GREAT. A special thank you to the lady at Beyer's Park by the name of Vanolia. I place my order via Mr. D and phoned her on 2 occasions with the order no and directed her how I would like my order prepared. She is truly a LEGEND and I am going to make it a point to visit her in person. What a wonderful person and the service is brilliant. She has never let me down.
She is truly an example of what service delivery is about. She goes out off her way to phone to find out if the food is how I ordered. A BIG thumbs up for her.
kindly inform the owner of the store, he/she has a wonderful person working there. If she is no longer, I will not support KFC as no other branch in the Boksburg area comes close to this lady.

Buy the promotion of 8 legs in a jar and that is how it is shown in the photo displayed in the advertising inside the premises. They did not want to sell me only legs and I complained to the office in Israel but they told me that the photo is not sold in Israel. They also use a jug with safety alerts for consumption in Spanish and it is not correct. I have photos of everything, I don't know how to upload them here.
I went to that location to buy the special 2 for $2.99.
The lady won't sell me that. She said it's over. I have to buy plus fries for $3.99
She forced me to buy the special and fries. She said that was the one on special now. Is that so? And she was rude too. That's why some customers left and didn't bother buying the chicken.

My husband picked up dinner tonight from KFC on Lone Oak Rd. in Paducah Kentucky. The food was absolutely horrendous. We got an 8 piece family meal and couldn't even eat it. Very old grease flavor not so finger licking good. It was old dry chicken. My Son ordered a 12 piece nugget that he fed to the dog because the chicken was spongy like it had been microwaved and that very old grease flavor again not finger licking good. I called and spoke to the manager named Sarah I believe anyway she offered to replace the meal but I said no thanks because the grease definitely needs changing and she tried to tell me that they just changed the grease today... I just don't see that possible considering the nasty old grease taste. For the amount of money people pay for an 8 piece meal the food needs to be better and the sizes of the mashed potatoes and gravy need to be the amount that they once were. People are paying more for less. This KFC if you read their reviews are not good so I'm not the only one with an issue. What happened to good quality food and the company actually caring about the customer ? Something really needs to be done with this store , maybe new management. Absolutely disgusting food!

I would like to know why KFC restaurant can not have chicken at dinner time (6pm) when this is their main course. This is the second time this has happened. You put out coupons yet they never have any chicken

Overcharged, limited selections, and found out I received small sized poor quality chicken.
Should have gone to Nixa's Price Cutter store and bought their cook chicken.

We patronage your restaurant #E720428. We utilized the drive thru and at the window we asked was the chicken fresh or shortly dropped. The young girl at the window indicated that it was recently dropped. Well, we were lied to again. If the truth was told to us then we would have patiently waited inside the store for fresh chicken.
We have lived in the area of the store for twenty-nine years. We have decided that when a person lies about a questioned asked when there"s an option available for remedy then we stop patronizing that location.

A Chicken place without Hot Sauce is like a McDonalds with no fries.
On May 19th I went to the Drive-thru of KFC restaurant in Oxnard CA, I arrived at 10:15am and I ordered a chicken potpie and was told they were sold out. I then ordered a 4 piece chicken fingers meal and was told there's a 15 minute wait. I then ordered a 2 piece extra crispy breadt meal and was told again 15 minute wait. I ended up no getting any food. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. How can they be sold out as the restaurant was only open for 15 minutes??
The chicken was dry and it looked liked it had been over cooked and the food was just not good at all
A few weeks ago, I submitted a complint via telephone about how me with a disability was treated and have not heardany response. I was at the KFC/ Taco Bell at 5540 Univerity Pointe Blvd chsrlotte NC 28262 where my order was incorrect. I rec eived a pepsi zero or Diet Pepsi when I asked for a Reg Pepsi. I went back around the drive thru to inquire about this and that I didnt receive any utensils. The store associate responded over the speaker that, "You could have came inside for that." in a condensying tone. I explained to her thast I am in a wheelchair and just had dialysis. The store associate mumbled something and told me to drive around. I felt some type of way and I felt violated and that my rights were bviolated. I need for someone to reach out to me. I even tried to contact the store itself and the telephone rang and rang.
I visited the new Murray Ky KFC store this afternoon. I was not impressed.
1. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken Tender meal. It was original recipe. I think it only had one of the 11 spices in the recipe.
2. I ordered corn as a side, but I never received a fork to eat the corn. I had to go back and wait at counter to get a fork.
3. Since there was little seasoning in the chicken, I searched for salt and pepper to season my corn and chicken, but did not find any salt or pepper. I decided not to wait again at the counter as it was more crowded than previously. There was only one person at counter.
4. I love your biscuit, but why not offer butter or margarine to put on the biscuit, rather than a plan dry biscuit.
Restaurant #C212002 I went through the drive thru, waited at the speaker for 6 minutes! I timed it. Drove up to the cashier window, no one was there. I tapped on the window, 2 employees saw me and just walked by. Finally the guy with the headset arrived and opened up the window. I asked him if the speaker was broke. His reply was "huh". I then placed my order, 2 pc. combo with the coupon. Waited quite a long time. Paid for my food and when I was handed my drink, the lid was not on properly and some of it spilled in the car. Very poor attitude. When I got home, the wing looked like it came from a finch. Very disappointing. I will NEVER go back to that location again! Store location: 4120 Calumet Ave. Hammond In. Why is it everytime you go to Shelbyville KFC you can never get what you want. Or you got to wait. Always out of something potatoes biscuits wings legs always something. When Sunday to get a 8 piece family. First said had to wait 12 minutes for biscuits I said we’ll forget the biscuits just give me 8 piece with the sides. Then she goes on to say well now the wait will be 25 for chicken. If you can’t ever go get what you want. You all need to close the damn store. Am not the only one complaining.
Ordered 12 piece nugget meal on the app. Received no sauce ( should have gotten 2 as on receipt), no straw for my drink, no napkins, hard and dry biscuit with soggy luke warm fries.

I went through the drive-through at the KFC located in Avon, Indiana The address was 7436, US 36 I think is the appropriate address I went through the drive-through ordered an eight piece meal with four additional chicken breasts two extra sides. The order came to almost $63. It was supposed to be original recipe I get home they’ve given me extra crispy chicken two of my sides are missing and both of my mashed potatoes are grainy in the bottom of the container. I’ve tried to call the office several times I work 14 hours a day so I don’t just have time to run over there and see them. I’m very disappointed they won’t answer their phone. It goes to some kind of fax machine issue, I would appreciate a phone call from someone My name is Darlene Meador.
I tried the new Nuggets last week. I was very disappointed. On TV they are big two biters. In reality they aren't much bigger than the popcorn. Also, the Mac and Cheese with chicken bowls are only about two thirds the size they show on TV. Talk about deceptive advertising!!! If you showed the real products you wouldn't sell them. I won't be buying from KFC again until they start selling what they actually advertise.
The last time we went to KFC, we waited over 5 minutes for them to even wait on the guy in front of us....didn't acknowledge us. We finally left.
Now about a week later, figured we'd try again. Took a couple of minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there, but finally they did and we placed our order. They called us it was ready by what was in the order, but that was wrong....order pot pies, they were calling for Famous Bowls...but eventually figured out it was our order. The pot pies were burnt, dark...dark brown, and tasted burnt.
We didn't have time to complain, as each person in the store....their orders were wrong. They came out after about 5 minutes, and advised another guy that one of their fryers was down, so he'd have to wait 10 minutes, and she walked away. After about 30 seconds, that guy went up to the counter.....assumed he was going to cancel and get it money back....and again, he just stood there with no one addressing or acknowledge him....then 2 other people were waiting on their order, eventually went up to the counter....and after they talked with an employee...they were walking back to sit down....and stated the employee told her 'the longer you talk (explaining what was wrong with their order)....the longer it would take to fix'. I overheard her and acknowledged her comment, and stated I was surprised.
After we ate half of our burnt food.....this same couple.....was now arguing back and forth with the employee....from their table, so there was about 15-20 feet between them (including other customers between them)....the employee told her she was no longer welcome there....then she called her a bitch! I was amazed.....this was in front of at least 7-8 other people. We left....with our burn pot pies

two pieces in the box were the size of my palm, heavily crisped and boney for &8.00 roughly. This is my last visit to KFC. I have been a loyal customer, will travel for Popeyes.

I went to the Hubble location in Iowa. The employee were cussing at each other. I'm not sure how long it's been since the restaurant had been cleaned. One of the employee was eating the food she preparing for customers.
I love KFC and get the 8 piece meal regularly; did so today. Opened the chicken and had 6 pieces after paying for an 8 piece. A couple of months ago I opened bucket and had 7; let it go, things happen. I just feel if I need to sit in drive thru and open bucket and count pieces of chicken thats just ridiculous. Im starting to feel like is it worth it to rip people off for a couple pieces of chicken when you buy your chicken and depend on a certain number of pieces???
I ordered the 8 piece nugget. The nuggets were not done and the coleslaw was just at turning bad. It was soupy and had a bad taste to it. I have ate these things before and know how they should be, but these were not up to standard.

Went to KFC in Ladson, SC 29456 today. They were out of chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, wings. To top it off--tried to work with them to at least get something to eat from there and they were rude and unwilling to substitute anything for what was missing. After, they were out of chicken nuggets. I tried to get a breast & wing combo. They were out of wings. So I ask if the could give to breast or a breast & a leg. They just kept saying the same thing over & over. We are out of wings. So, of course if left like everyone else was doing and took my business elsewhere.
I don't have unreasonable expectations in this post covid world, but I do expect help to ar least attempt a smile or a "you're welcome " to customers that are standing right in front of them.

I went to Kentucky fried chicken for only the second time since moving to Nevada. The first time I went they were out of chicken and I was told it would be 30 minutes before they had any. This time I was not able to even try to order because ALL the employees were behind the machines just staring at me. No acknowledgement that I was even there despite all 3 of them were just staring at me. I was really looking forward to the new chicken nuggets. I will NEVER set foot in that location again. I now know without a doubt why it’s always empty there. You really should hire people who give a damn about their potential customers unless you want this particular kfc to go belly up.
I have eaten at KFC for over 55 yrs.. I thought service at KFC in st Augustine Fl was horrible…but my experience in Jacksonville Fl was even worse….I have never seen such ignorance and horrible customer service,..staff was dressed and looked as if no efforts whatsoever was taken before coming to work,,,deplorable…ordered 2 pc white meat original..got charged 3 pc and served dark meat..l was told they had no sweet tea or salt..ask if soda machine in dining room worked,,,and response was “ ummm I don’t naw..and hollered back to kitchen and ask…of course was told naw,,it don’t…after talking incorrect order back to counter .. was told hmmm. First the gal taking my order was very unfriendly, but I can deal with that. I ordered MacBowl for the first time. HUGE disappointment! Thought there was suppose to be popcorn chicken on the top? What I got was crumbs from chicken pieces? Inedible. There were 2 pieces of popcorn chicken and the rest were breading crumbs. The macaroni and cheese actually was very good but not getting the chicken on top was a huge disappointment.

Put an order in on line and didn't get any coleslaw. I called and the girl applauigise and said we can pick it up. I asked if we could get it delivered and she said they couldn't. Meaning that they expect us to leave our dinner and pick up coleslaw . I don't enjoy eating Kentucky without coleslaw.

As a doordash driver the Orchards KFC is unprofessional. Customers stand there for a long time before even being acknowledged or having their order taken. I've struggled two times now trying to get my doordash order. And both times it's taken way too long to get help. This is unacceptable.

I was food poisoning from the wings and fries that I bought from the store KFC in Athens ga after I looked at the wings was looking old and the fries was looking old and after I heard another employee tell someone to drop some fresh fries and I asked was my fries fresh and she told me yes, but the fries were not fresh nor were the chicken wings, I was told that they don't drop chicken after hours, I just sent a message to corporate before I found this. The personnel which are in the car service area are being irresponsible. For numerous times my order has been uncomplete. They always forget something. I had enough, and that is why I am making this complaint. At the window, most of the time I don't verify my order, which I did this past Sunday 15 of October 2023, and I was missing a piece of Breast. Also they dumped the fries inside the box and it was less than its supposed to be.
This is the 2nd time I have went to one of your establishment around 9 pm to be told I have to take food home for dining room is closed, yet the signs on door says dining room area open till 10 pm. KFC on 4317 Lockwood Dr, Houston Texas 77026. They never have anything for you to order. I have went last week and today 10/10/2023 at approximately 4:00 for the $4.99 hot wing special and they said the wings were frozen and then I asked for a chicken pot pie and they said we don’t have any.

Previous times visiting this store the condiments were empty and the area was dirty. On my last visit it took a good 10 minutes for someone to wait on us)the restaurant was empty). I ordered the chicken tenders and they were so crisp and dried out that I could barely get one good piece. Not satisfied with the KFC restaurants much any more.

Only to find out We don’t have any. Tonight I called the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager. The girl handed the phone to someone. I really doubt it was the manager. I proceeded to tell him our story. We are senior citizens and it a chore to come back to the restaurant. He did verify they were out of pot pies. He used the excuse we are under staffed , we are doing the best we can. I asked him why would you be out of a good selling item on a Friday night at dinner time no response. I proceeded to tell him was he aware that they were sending paying customers to other restaurants. His response. “. Yes sir “. No apology or any care in his voice. I told him it would be a while before we would return to this restaurant. His response. SILENCE. I proceeded to tell him thatI was disabled and not driving. Thinking his response may be. What else would you like to order. I will have Uber bring it to you. Complete silence. I proceeded to thank him for listening to my concerns. And the call was terminated. Pleas help us.
Why is there not vegetables combo on the menu ? Hell to order all the sides separately is expensive and there should be a side order combo for the price of a regular combo or less.
Think about but please do something about it, we all don't eat meat.

Stop by on Wednesday night and purchased a Full up box, when I got home there were a total of 10 chicken nuggets and possibly a medium fry, 4 chicken thighs and 4 biscuits. The Nuggets were very dry and fries were over cooked! It was very disappointing. Wasn’t even enough to feed 2 Adults & 1 child.
This is my second complaint about this location. When I arrived there was a line wrapped around the building. So I thought I could go in but the lobby was closed. So I went thru the drive thru .I was sitting there for at least 30 minutes. When I finally got to order a chicken pot pie I wanted 2 but they only had 1. So I had to go to another location to get another pie. I was so upset that I had to go to another location. I will never again go to this location

I live in Shawano, Wi. This is the KFC that I have been using for the last 20+ years. The black top surface surrounding this piece of property has been in steady decline for the past 20 years. It has gotten so bad, and neglected that there are huge sink holes to navigate around starting when you first turn in the driveway. I drive a truck and its a good thing I do, because if I had a car it would bottom out in the huge hole that needs to be avoided turning into your driveway. From there it only gets worse. There are 3 more huge sink holes to get around just to get to the menu order sign. After the order process there are a few more huge holes to navigate before you even make it to the take out window. I have made comments on this to the employees over the years and their answers are always " we have been telling management these same complaints from customers for years and nothing is ever done about it .sorry". How pathetic is that? KFC a corporate business as big as you are, refusing to maintain your premises for the customers safety. I for one will no longer be purchasing anything from this location until you fix your parking lot. You should be ashamed to even admit that you let it look the way it does, for as long as it has. Its dangerous for anyone walking on it as well. I am surprised you haven't been sued for auto repairs for the damage done to the bottom of customers vehicles.....its that bad. Its time you sent someone with a brain and the sense to pay attention the the legitimate complaints of your customers and rectify this situation. Pretty sad that its come to this. I didn't take pics, I probably should have, but that's not my job....its yours as the owner of this company to maintain its premises for the safety of its customers. Just left KFC about 438 pm on 9 22 2023 in Hammond, IN Calumet and I believe 141st.
I place my order at the speaker, order 3 pcs chicken original. Gal voice says pull up. I do. Anther woman says can I help you?
I just placed my order. She says no. I said 3 pcs chicken thighs. She says she did not talk to me. She has 3 pc. tenders. I say just need 3 pcs chicken. She says no. Go back around and re-order. I say who else is there, a gal took my order. She says no one else is at the register. She refused to take my order. I asked do you think I am crazy hearing voices? Either she or someone took the order or your speaker is being hacked. Either way I was refused like discrimination.
Ordered 2 pieces. A spicy large and a normal crisoy leg(specified,, i dislike the wing) at the Quatre Bornes KFC.
They served me a spicy wing & a crispy piece. I protested the wing It was changed. Inspecting further the supposefly large piece was as big as the leg. I protested again, the answer was "that's how it comes".
I've tasted kfc in europe, north America. I have never encountered such ill mannered, blanked face, blunt service as this. As for tomato sauce one has to beg for a 'life'.

Went to KFC at lafayette indiana asked for 3xtra crispy but got a very grease soggy chicken it was the worst chicken I have ever gotten there
Poor service place order had a so there’s a ten min waiting which was over 45 minutes order incomplete still no capisun and I’m Fifteen minutes away so I never got it
Paige was the manager on duty very disappointed in the service as well as no offer to accommodate my long wait

Is a Federal Convicted Felon with a 5 Years Federal Probation term where she stole money as a US POSTAL WORKER several times I do not understand how the company turn others away for their past convictions but allow her to run a store with a Federal Open case she’s on Federal papers for the next (5) Years it’s not fair to turn your nose up to those who try to make a difference in their lives my son was turn away but yet she can remain a General Manager I will be going to the local News about this that she can stay and nobody else is giving a chance
Thighs that I bought at KFC edendale crossing at pietermaritzburg. Their meat smells and taste rottens. I phone to the branch to complain and went back but all they thighs were rotten smells bad.
I went to KFC on Virginia Beach Blvd. earlier today I received a cold $20 fill up box. I stop my kids from eating it. Manager she told me it was no problem to get it replaced. But when I got there another manager, Kaleena only replaced what I had brought her and it was not what I bought. I’m not gonna dig in my trash and get the rest of what I had box and bring it to, that’s not what she told me to do. I did not get my replacement and I am pissed.
Waited 1 he 15 minutes for order was told would be done in 10 minutes then that they were working on it then that the computer deleted it. Ordered online to avoid issues seemed worse. Other customers left mad while I was there I would have left but I was having a birthday dinner and had to wait for the dinner very disappointed with service and staff

To whom, it may concern.....On 8/31/2023 my husband went to our KFC Lewisville, Texas located on Main street.. He ordered a bucket of chicken and they gave him the wrong order nothing that was in our package was what he ordered.. He wanted a bucket of chicken and he got chicken tenders. She did not even ask him if he wanted a large or small mac and cheese she gave him a large mac and cheese and a large mash potatoes.. with nothing that went with the tenders, he got no sauces or dip with that order.. He did not realize what she had done till he got home with his order and we live a long way from KFC, so he did not go back and was very upset and mad and he wants a refund, for the amount of $29.22 cents.. We have tried to call every phone number that you have listed and to no avail, no one ever comes to the phone or it says this number is not a working number.. I don't understand how a large company like KFC could have such poor communication with the public.. I have been trying to reach someone since this incident happened to no avail.. The lady that waited on my husband did not speak English so he could not understand her.. He kept trying to get our order to no avail..
I sent in a complaint on the day of the incident to no avail, the message said we will get back to you shortly.. Well, here it is 9/13/2023 and no one has contacted us.. We are senior citizens and on a fixed income, and cannot afford to throw our money away, which at this point I believe you really don't care.. We used to love KFC but will no longer go there or send our friends or family there... I hope you will refund our money and that will be the end of that.
I visited a kfc in the villages, Fl I’m wedgewood lane, I ordered the $20 box and when I received my I order I looked over my order before I proceeded to leave and I had burnt and old chicken in my box. When I mentioned it to Makayla she had a funny look on her face, so she went around the counter and said “oh I forgot I had fresh chicken in the back”

My average coming here once or twice every other week when this place first open it was great customer service at this restaurant is worse than worse on a scale of one to five I don't even think it should rank a one.
I've traveled for the past 20 years with my job this is got to be the worst restaurant service that I've ever encountered in my life you guys should really just close the doors and move on
Tenders clearly marked 10 dollars on app or online I ordered them and they came out to 1299 plus tax tenders were Lukewarm and hard manager said she can’t do anything about online and to call kfc I called 1800 CALL-KFC and got a message that extension not available tried 5 more times and same message even though online it says it is 24 hr
I went through drive through in Cornelia, GA and requested them to cook original thighs when told that they didn’t have any cooked. When I called management at the store, Ashley said that her cook just came in and that it would take 45 minutes to cook the chicken and she laughed when I told her I was going to call corporate, and said ‘good luck with that.’ She also laughed when asked about her cooking the chicken herself to keep from turning away customers and she said she wasn’t trained on how to cook the chicken as a manager. She was highly unprofessional, uncaring about her duties and the KFC image much less her customers. This is not the first time that this happened at this location with us either. When I asked her for her name, she gave it but then asked for mine in a condescending manner. That’s unprofessional. I understand being short staffed, but managers should be trained to run the entire store regardless of position. That only makes logical sense. I normally do not complain about stuff but this situation takes the cake. As a small business food operator myself, I would be ashamed to know that this took place at my facility. Corporate may want to alert the franchise owner and investigate for themselves what is going on at this store. We love KFC but this treatment is uncalled for.
I’ve gone in to KFC Friday (9-9-23) with my kids and they was playing rap music on the speakers and there was a lot of the F-word. This type of music in unacceptably in any kind of business. The KFC was located at 32120 Date Palm Dr Cathedral City, Ca. 92234. The time was around 6pm
At approximately 7:49 pm on 9-7-2023 my friends and I ,(Lonnie and Phil) were in the drive thru waiting our turn, soon enough at 7:54my buddy phil decided to order first (we asked if we could make separate orders) he got the 12 pc bucket with mash potatoes gravy greenbeans.. as so did I but I wanted 16pc mash.. pot. KORN EXTRA BISCUITS AND 2 SODAS... DONE 8:PM..... we get to the drive thru window Phil gets his order , handed her my card I got a half mash potatoes. And gravy, I was like excuse me excuse me, (ignored) I had to get out the car van tapp on the window , ask about my order was rudely told that all we have left, i then asked oh ok so you want us to wait in the parking lot for the rest?she then said no , we're done frying the chicken for the night.. i looked at the clock, and said it's barely 8:02 what time do yall close she said now i said can I speak to the manager she said , i cant give out her number but i can tell you to call corporate, so i said well fine then i want my card back, n i dont want my order,she rolled her eyes n we left at 8:14pm..
I've been trying to get a return call for 2 weeks from Tonya. She is over the Grafton WV and Clarksburg WV stores.
I've left 2 messages with Kristin (manager in Clarksburg). 2 weeks today and no return call. This is in reference to how my minor child was treated on the job which forced her to leave employment.

Sides were fries which had been cooked awhile. The green beans were the only thing about this meal we enjoyed. Will not be going back. Quality at this location has gone way downhill.
Blanding Blvd and Orange Park. I suggest you let the Cornish game hens grow up a bit more if you'd like to keep customers. Tired of paying a premium price for subpar food. FYI..... a wing is not a piece. Especially a small overcooked one.

why Can I not obtain some specials over the counter that are only obtainable using your app . I have no internet on my phone and regard your policies as discriminating against people in the same situation . surely my money whether it be from an app or from a sale over the counter is as good as any one elses no matter how KFC obtains it . Your new ways of doing business are directly aimed at the younger generation and give no though to the oldies who are getting left behind in a discrimitory way and of course profits come first . Not that the loss of myself and my wife would bother such a large company as KFC and you might think this as laughable but KFC has lost us and I know of many more as customers Thankyou ,Ian Hamilton
On this day, 9/7/2023, between 12:20-12:40, for my lunch I visited the KFC located at 4371 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764. It took forever to get thru the drive thru with only 3-4 cars ahead. Since it was lunch time, I could somewhat understand. My order, came to $12.79 and I handed the young man at the window $13.00. At this time in an abrupt tone he informs me that it is exact cash or card unless I want them to keep the change. I feel this should have been something told to me prior to reaching the window so I could have either ready. I handed him $12.80. Get the bag, have to ask for taco sauce for the tacos I ordered which should have been a given. In dealing with him ZERO customer service and looking at the open wounds on his left arm also did not sit well. I am an insurance adjuster and when KFC was under PepsiCo, I handled their insurance claims and from what I remember any cuts had to be covered with a blue band aid. Why shouldn't his arm be covered with the amount of issues going around. On the way back to work, I was attempting to snack on the biscuit which was harder than the hardest crackers you can think of. Not the quality I am use to from other locations which I plan on finding another one in the area because I have had similar issues with this one. I didn't realize I was missing the receipt until back to work, therefore unable to provide the persons name.
I never have a good experience at the corruna rd location in flint mi, they either make you wait entirely too long at the drive thru just to mess the order up or the latest I pulled up with no other cars in line and was told that I couldn’t get 2 orders of wings because you can only get 1 order per vehicle this is ridiculous I wont ever come back

I give this place a 1 because I went to kfc in Westerville the lady was out in the car smoking or whatever she was doing with her people .also we parking she getting smart with us so we waiting in line while she still outside about 10 minutes she comes in didn’t wash her hands started to fix the lady that was in line in the drive through no telling how long she was waiting so we left and came to the kfc on 161 in Columbus ohio oh my God this one is terrible the manager was getting smart with the lady that they mess up her order than she took my order I be the Oder was mess she said she was the manager her attitude was real nasty with me and the other person she was be disrespectful to us this is unacceptable we sit in ate but feel so uncomfortable please address this issue people spending their money to help business I felt like I wasted my money thank you
