I bought a brand new pioneer car stereo for my wife's car. After the new year I called and asked specifically " how much will it cost to hook up a new stereo into a car" he asked for my car make and model and preceded to tell me that it would cost about 70 dollars. After he said this I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I got to the register the auto bay technician said that it would be 132.00. The other guy failed to mention that I had to pay for additional parts. I am pretty irate because I borrowed my wife's car and left work early to get it installed both of which were a complete waste of time. I will report this to company reviews because it is really illegal not to give full disclosure of costs and any hidden fees. This is why auto companies write things in small print so they do not end up in a lawsuit for false information.
