I recently purchased a blackberry curve 9360 after reading about its spec on the website, 14 days battery life? Lucky to get 1 day. After reading few forums seems the best thing is to turn off many of the apps etc, if this is the case i should have stuck to my old phone, i wouldn’t even think of listening to music or anything like that cause the battery drains so quickly. Are blackberry going to come up with a solution to this problem (a better battery for starters) Don’t see why we buy a phone only to be told we are using it to much or turn things off!

why the battery back up of this curve 9360 is so poor.there is no way the blackberry customers suffer,RIM must come to some positive conclusion before it loses all the customers.even the APPLE users had issues with the i-phone 4s but apple took the initiative n solved the problems before all the users can realize it,so here is ma kindly request to RIM,if you are seeing this help us save us and your name too..

Dear all, I’ve created a petition regarding this major and upsetting flaw with the Blackberry Curve 9360. Since RIM hasn’t given any information or updates regarding this issue, it might be a good solution to ‘team-up’ and insist them to provide all Curve 9360 with a solution (i.e. software patch / better battery).

i have just bought the blackberry curve 9360 and i have had to recharge everyday ,i havent even been using the features such as music at this rate all i will be able to do with it is make calls and texts ,they insist there is nothing wrong with it what a waste of money.
unable to use all the features as i would have to keep on charge night and day
Have had battery issues with my 9360 from day one (bought in early Nov 2011), Rogers sales representative that sold me the phone through the company that I work for said it’s not the battery it’s a software problem. Also said he would send me a link to a patch “once RIM make the patch to fix the problem” it’s now January 13, 2012 and I’m still waiting. I have called Rogers to complain and the rep. on the phone told me they have only now been told to take those particular phones off the shelves. I’m extremly frustrated by this as it seems they knew these were faulty phones and still went ahead and sold them to a countless number of people who now have to deal with the bullshit no return policies.
Does anyone know what my consumer right are in this case?

I bought Curve 9360 last week and the battery sucks. it only lasts 12 hours.

anybody having problems with the MEMORY CARD?? keep getting memory card errors where it just wipes everything, putting in a new card also fails, it just doesnt register?? HELP!! also with the battery issue try switching off your 3G it helps it last another hour or two.
Got issue with my 9360 ,, i bought it brandnew but the battery sucks! I keep charging it whole night even i dont use the phone battery is still draining.. What happened??!!
