Usually order and pick up the artisan spinach & Feta from Dominos without any problems. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Today however, with the football playoffs, there was only 1 person behind the counter trying to do everything himself. Should have walked out at that time because he was overloaded and things usually breakdown at the point. He was doing everthing he could just to keep up with phone orders and had no time to make pizzas. After about 10 or 15 minutes, 3 people started to drift in to help. Because of being behind, half my pizza was not cut up.
Ordered the box deal online with delivery the week before got no garlic bread,tried to ring store but got answering machine saying ring during operating hours. ordered the same same box deal tonight at 11:40 and rang the store to complain about garlic bread the week before, staff were very rude and didnt seem to care, i asked to cancel the order and refund my credit card at which i was told pizza had already left (10 minutes after i submited the order) and was told to tell the delivery guy to bring it back and have a good night in a smart tone of voice.
Pizza arrived after 12. brang it in side and it was cold. not happy at all, wont be buying pizza hut any more will be going to domino’s. This was caused by a driver stepping in to help out and his hands were shaking as he tried to cut the pizza while holding the other end in his uncovered and unsanitized hand. When I got it home, opened the box and tasted it. It was not good. Almost 1/3 of the toping was not present. Only bread! Looks like will go back to Papa Johns.
