Quality and Service of KFC Food

I always visit KFC corner of OBriens Rd ( Cumberland RD) and Redbank Rd Northmead NSW 2152. Lately i have realised they are not consistent in the quality of food. Twice i have received wicked wings dripping heavily of oil i could not even put them in my mouth. The large chips everytime after paying the extra upsize money come half full. i have even compared it with small chips by buying both at a few visits and had no difference in quantity. Looks like its a rip off. Making it worse is when you pay for upsize and when you open the bag at home realize they have given you the regular size.

I went back once with such a meal and when aproached the counter the employee said ” so what do you want me to do?” No apology of any kind .I asked for the manager but the reply came “She is busy”. I just had to leave the meal coz i had already been insulted enough after paying for a service.

Another problem with KFC in Malaysia…

when i was make an order with the cashier (kfc tangkak, malaysia outlet) i coincident wrongly said snack box with the snack plate. then im said sorry for being wrong that time and want to change the order after that. guess what , with the witch face and rude voice she said to me ‘ apa yang awak nak sebenarnya? ‘but more worse, she also shocked the tray in front of the fully pack customer that time. she really insult me.im very dissapointed with the service. i also has an experience as a cashier before but ive never treat my customer as rude as that! then i go find the manager to complaint this matter.

but what make me feel very sad was the manager always busy defends for her staff even she saw and she knew what her staff have done to me.I SWEAR IVE NEVER SEEN THIS SUCH OF SERVICE BEFORE! from that, i never go to kfc anymore. because of what? because of this crazy staff! i hope an action should be taken to avoid this matter from happen again.

    Hello. I am hearing impaired. When I went to KFC at Beltline Rd/Rochelle Irving, TX, it was my turn so I wrote down what I need, the employee O’Shanta seemed like that she couldn’t read ENGLISH and had to wait for her manager speaking Spanish with her. O’Shanta let 2 or 3 people go ahead of me. I was there before the people and she should take care of me FIRST. That was very rude and disrespected me. That is not right. They are discrimated against me. The customers need to wait until their turn. The employees should not let other customers ahead of the current customer that is waiting. Hearing people have to write down their orders. This may take time, but it is no different than people waiting in line and trying to make up their minds on what they want.
