Pretty much anything goes at our website. However, there are a few rules to keep in mind when submitting a complaint here. If you feel that someone has violated any of the following, feel free to contact us anytime.
Impersonation:
You may not impersonate others through a complaint in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others. The complaints you post must be your own, and by posting at our website you give us permission to post those same complaints on our website.
Privacy:
You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission. I will restate it again, do not give us your personal information when posting a complaint. We post our complaints live on our website, so do not submit any complaints that contain private information.
Violence and Threats:
You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others. It’s OK to be upset on our website, just don’t threaten or harass another person. This is not the place to hurt another person, or another business. Do not post lies or other false information with the intent to hurt another business. This is an open forum for complaints, not a place to hurt another competitor in your industry.
Unlawful Use:
You may not use our website for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. It is your responsibility to review the content you as a third part post on our website!
Abuse:
We strive to protect its users from spam and abuse. Technical abuse and user abuse is not tolerated on our website, and will result in permanent suspension. If you are here to advertise or promote your business, just contact us. Please do not spam our website or complaints department.
