Poor service? How about no service! Order WCH005132915
Went to your website as directed, got email which said the ups could download pdf and print for me. Went to 2 ups places and one could not scan and the other could scan but it would not scan for him.
Called your 800 number for customer support and spoke to someone whose accent was so thick I could barely understand him. Asked for the supervisor thinking that would be better and I think I got the same person who would not confirm to me where to return the shoes, even though I repeatedly asked if it was to your address in NH. When I gave up on that route I called the Corporate Office number, it was disconnected! Just tell me where to mail these shoes please!!!

Dear sir or Ma'am
I purchased two pair of Cole Haan Loafers Brown and Black with the rubber black soles a couple of years ago I've only worn them maybe three times each. they are stored in a very environmentally friendly area at my home along with my other shoes. recently the entire heel of my black pair just came off while I was driving my car and almost caused an accident when the loose hill caused me a breaking problem in traffic. I chalked it up as a lose but this morning the entire sole of my Brown pair just started disconnecting from the leather upper.
I haven't take photographs of the black pair because they are not with me at the moment … these are photo of the left and right shoe.. please let me know if you require specific or better images

I am writing this mail to express my EXTREME dissatisfaction with Cole Hann and to let you KNOW you have lost a customer. Permanently
I ordered four pair of shoes from Colehaan which you must admit is no small amount.
IN ADDITION TO PAYING FOR YOUR DELIVERY YOU CHOSE TO USE THE MOST EXPENSIVE WAY TO SHIP RATHER THAN REGULAR POST WITH TRACKING. The CUSTOMER WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF SHIPPING;
I END UP PAYING NEARLY 200 EUROS MORE!!!! I HAVE A MEAGRE INCOME AND THIS HURTS
I AM DISTRAUGHT AND DISGUSTED AS OR EVEN REGULAR POST WITH TRACKING WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE
IF GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES IS TO KEEP AND RETAIN CUSTOMERS THIS IS A BIZARRE AND FOOISH STRATEGTY PARTICULARLY AS AMAZON IS LITERALLY DOMINATING THE MARKET WITH THEIR PRATICABLE AND LOW COST SHIPPING

i purchased a bag from cole haan online last jul4. the package was not delivered successfuly by UPS for some sort of reasons. but not a single message or call was recieved that there was an issue and that they were not able to deliver the package. since i was the one who processed it online, i reached UPS and raised the issue. i aas told that cole haan was not enclosing the contact number of the recepient. that's why they were not able to call the recepient.
in short the package was lost in track now. i now contacted cole haan and was told that i can have a refund. and i was pleased to do so. but then ups gave an address and asked us to pick up the package again (the address was at richmond canada).

i made a way how to deliver it to the philippines by asking favor to other people paid additional shipping fees. the package was now with my cousin at Dubai, UAE. and only to figure out that the package was wrong!!!!! i reported it to colehaan right away. and apologized that the sent WAYLAND BACKPACK instead of my order which is BARRINGTON BACKPACK.
im trying to compalaint again. bit they insisted that they'll just give the package for free! good huh. but then. for me. iwas not only about the refund. discounts. and freebies.

i am asking what had happened. i wanted thenbarrington backpack i paid for it. paid shipping fees even taxes. is it really hard to do their job???? i didnt got an answer the question and yet they're trying to tell me to just stop cause i have the REFUND. 30%Discount and the WAYLAND BAG! GOOD DEAL HUH? but kindly check if it was legit or not. (picture on the left was captured from the website, and the picture on the right was the actual picture of the bag)

On 12/7/16 I visited for the very time a Cole Hann store, located at Greenwich Street in New York. I purchased $574.82 of merchandise. Several days later, I visited the Cole Haan on line website to see that so of the items had been discounted to 50% . I contacted Cole , www.colehaan.com to inquiry about a credit adjustment. They advised me to contact the NY store. After speaking to the NY store they advised that I needed to bring the receipt back to NY store or another store to possible see if a credit would be granted. I reside in Maryland and the closest store is almost an hour.

Would you possibility be able to either give me a credit for approximately $162 or gift cards in that amount to make up the difference. This is the difference of amount of additional percentages. See attached receipt.

I have been wearing Cole Haan shoes for over two decades. When Cole Haan corporate offices made the decision to outsource and switched to Chinese manufacturers, my satisfaction level went down a couple notches. My wife gave me a pair of Cole Haan shoes purchased from Nordstrom's Rack here in RI. The shoes are made in India and have failed to be broken in to conform to my feet for over 8 months of wearing them every second or third day. They feel are as painful to wear today 8/30/16 as the first day I put them on back in December. I am planning to place these India made shoes in the garbage where they belong when I get home and will consider my options other than Cole Haan when purchasing replacements. Your company's Chinese product which I still own, also pales in comparison to your previous locations of manufacturing in the past.

Cole Haan outlet in Vacaville, CA does not provide the best customer service. Their approach is not genuine. I happened to try them a second time and one of the managers, of which was a male, assisted me and was very professional and honest. I bought two pairs of shoes! I went back again yesterday come to find out, that gentleman was gone. The store manager didn't provide that same personable experience. I won't be shopping at that location ever again! As a professional that provides customer service everyday, Cole Haan, Vacaville definitely needs to work on theirs.

I bought a jacket from Cole Haan in Santa Barbara and when i was at home i saw that on the buttons it is written Cole Haan Singnature, not Signature. I am wondering why is that, mistakes or no interests for quality from corporate? It this a fake jacket?
