Call UPS corporate: 404-828-6000I went to a Mr. Dave Crayne's UPS Store at 32108 Alvarado Blvd, Union City, CA 94587-400, where his emloyee, Kerry, accepted a package the way I had wrapped it (which now I see she should have been trained not to have accepted it). Mr. Crayne was not in the store at the time. Anyway, not only was the UPS driver not able to deliver my package, which he put down as "receiver" refused to accept, which was a lie, because my friends never saw UPS come by, they are there 24/7 at their address, but the UPS delivered it back to me instead of the store I had gone to to have service for UPS. It had "FRAGILE" written all over it but that was completely ignored. It had a lot of blackened lines across the package and inside, a component was broken into a thousand pieces. I want back to Mr. Crayne's store to at least get a refund on the shipping, which he did, but I was heartbroken my item was damaged and smashed to smithereens. Mr. Crayne had to cop and attitude about me getting compensation for the item, he made it sound like I had done something wrong. I was too upset to deal with it by then.
Mr. Crayne, first of all should have trained his employees what to accept as "safe" to deliver (she knew it was fragile), or what not to accept. He did not even apologize for my broken item. Also, UPS driver told a "lie" about not being able to deliver it, because Mr. Crayne told me the reason it wasn't delivered, quoting him, "It was an idiot driver." I will no longer use UPS as long as I live. The gift I had inside for a special person that was destroyed, without anybody seemingly to even care, was too heartbreaking for me. And to say the least, I will NEVER use Mr. Crayne's store again, and am telling as many people I can not to go in there, OR USE UPS either. I have told many, many people of my experience, and they are not eager to use UPS this Christmas season. I know I never will again.
I am writing to whom this may concern. My girlfriend shipped a package from Calgary Alberta to Playa del Carmen Mexico. She was told by the UPS agent that she didn't need anything else and the box would be delivered in a week. Then UPS tracking tells me it's being held in Customs because we need a import license, after we asked if we needed anything in Canada. So needless to say after hours of phone calls and several Supervisors getting involved nothing happened. No promised returned calls and no emails. UPS made us feel this was our fault. So they told we can ship the package back to Canada. Now they are saying we owe them $129.00 for the return cost, unbelievable. We have never been so mistreated or lied to ever in dealing with a company.
They never once stood by their word, never once returned calls, no emails and the worst customer service ever! We are outraged that they are trying to collect this money after everything they put us though never mention the stress. I can't understand how a acting UPS agent would not know we needed a simple import license. This never should of happened. Now we want all our money back as this is down right unacceptable. We are seeking legal council in this matter, as we feel we are being bullied and mistreated.
The UPS driver for 24th street in Philadelphia (19103) comes to my street same time every day and slams his dumb cart on the ground disrupting me and my roommate who work from home. He then slams the packages on the cart half of them falling on the street. This guy is completely careless and unprofessonial and should be fired - or at least provided additional traning on how to disrupt the neighborhood bringing attention to himself and without possible damaging packages.
I shipped two packages and the UPS department mixed up the paperwork. 13 items got shipped to a US location with the ticket that was #235 lbs and the 2 items got shipped to Hawaii with a #13,00lb ticket. We caught the package in California to reroute it to the other location and then the other package was picked up and sent to the Hawaii location. Well now they are trying to charge $2500 shipping charge on the 2 items that was rerouted from California because of the weight. When in reality that package was only 235lbs and they are like prove it. But they have the proof from the 13 item package as they picked it up reweighed it and charge us the difference from 235 to 13,000lbs and charged us the overage. Now they are still trying to charge us the excess amount of $2500 especially when the 2 item box was worth only $200 total. No one at the UPS will help they said they would give a 60% discount and charge us $1000 but that is still 5X the amount of the actual package.
I went to a UPS store to ship a parcel. I asked about duty and fees because I was shipping a parcel from the US to Canada. I asked the associate multiple times if there would be any fees once it got to Canada. The young lady assured ed me multiple times that the fees I was paying included all that. When the parcel got to Canada they attempted ed to deliver it but my son was unable to be home to pick it up. A request was made to be able to pick it u at the store. When my son went to pick it up he was told it was out for delivery. The associate then told my son that the driver would make another run and bring it to his house because of the inconvenience. My son waited at home and they did not show up again.
He called again and was assured that it would now be waiting for him at the the store to pick up. The evening prior to this I received a call fro the owner of the UPS store that I had shipped the parcel from. He told me that I needed to give him my credit card no before the parcel would be released from customs. I told him that it had been out for delivery so how could it still be in customs. He kept saying I needed to pay him first and that he had no idea after I paid him when it would be released from customs. After giving him the credit card info I called UPS customer service and informed them of the situation. I was informed by customer service that he was not supposed to ask for money and that my son just needed to pick up the parcel.
When my husband called the man back to explain this to him he said UPS was wrong and when my husband asked him for payment back he said he would try but was not sure if he would be able to. This has been an extremely frustration time from both the shipping and receiving end. I hope that UPS comes to some sort of practical solution to this and the ups store receives training on international shipping. he next step I will be taking is to contact the bbb to file a formal complaint.AT this time the fee has not been returned to my credit card. UPS continually delivers my packages to the wrong address. I have complained about this problem before, and it has not been resolved. Again yesterday (May 2, 2013) a kind neighbor who lives on another street who is well aware of the problem by now brought a package that was delivered to his house that was clearly marked to my address. My packages handled by UPS however are usually delivered to !8 N Eaglewood Drive, North Salt Lake Utah. The package yesterday was clearly marked with my address in two locations on the box, but as usually happens was delivered to the wrong place. If you are unable to resolve this ongoing delivery problem I will be forced to request that suppliers only send my future purchases by FedEx.
FedEx has been able to always deliver packages correctly to my address unlike UPS. Obviously I am only a small customer, but my neighbor at Eaglewood Drive already knows that UPS can't by relied upon for accurate deliveries and I will be sure to let business suppliers know that I want future deliveries by FedEx instead of UPS and the reason why. I have complained in the past about this problem to UPS personnel by telephone using your general customer service number, by telephoning and talking to the local manager at the UPS Salt Lake City distribution center and in person to the local UPS driver. Although your personnel have always been friendly they have obviously been unable to resolve this on going issue. Please let me know if UPS can resolve this problem.
I was expecting a package from my supplier and waited all day for the delivery ,usually there will be a 10am delivery or around 3pm delivery.Around 3:30 pm my delivery did not arrived and I contacted my supplier for the tracking # he gave it to me and I entered it into my system and they said and attempt was made at 1:08 pm .Thats was Incorrect I tried reaching out to the supervisors and I heard different excuses .Still waiting on package
Waiting a parcel containing merchandise to be sold during religious event from 30/11 to 02/12. Parcel never arrived. I was not given a tracking number by UPS so I could not track parcel. When I finally managed to find the tracking number I called UPS and they said that I could not get my pack until the payment of GBP 77 was issued as the pack was subject to importation fees ( into UK). I was very upset and said to UPS that no one had told me that there were additional fees to pay.
I also asked why no one called me to advise that my package had arrived and I had to pay for it. The lady on the phone replied that it is my problem and not their concern. I asked how was I supposed to track the pack if they never provided me with the tracking number...She did not care. In the end I had to pay and the lady said that the pack was going to be delivered the day after ( friday 30th). On Friday I received no delivery so I called UPS at around 17.30 and a man said that they do delivery up to 7pm so I had just to wait. I protested and he said that I had to wait and guaranteed that the pack was going to be delivered by 7pm.
Well, the pack was never delivered. I am trying to contact UPS but there is no way to write to them. I wish to request financial compensation for the economic damage caused by UPS careless service. The merchandise had to be sold during the religious event. The event is now over and I have to find alternative ways to sell the goods but there is no guarantee that I will be able to sell them. I wish to claim compensation for the value of the pack that is GBP 336 (this include fees for the money transfer to Colombia). I also want to claim back the GBP 70 that I had to pay for the importation fees and I want a compensation for poor customer service resulting in economic loss. thank you
I recently sent for a phone to come from my phone at your company called Schurian and somebody said they dropped off the package yesterday or today came by to drop it off and nobody was home I was home nobody knocked on my door nobody knocked on the main door outside the building I live in. So I setup a time today to go to pick up the package at the UPS after working out something on the phone with someone there I was told they close at 7:30 this large black man at 17 Gold Ave. newark nj UPS SITE. They close at 6:00 pm. Mind you I checked the website I checked the iPhone app and I also checked the phone number to see they close at 7:30 on the main pick up side this gentleman was clearly obstructing my way and not allowing me to get my package I want to complain about it and I would like it handled immediately.
UPS driver (license/truck # 36DLV4) on Monday, January 14, in Houston, Texas between 9-9:30am, at the intersection of 610 freeway and West Bellfort proceeded to practically run me off the road so that he could get in the lane I was already in to make a right turn. He was barrowly off of the 610 Freeway and needed to cross over three lanes to make the right turn on West Bellfort. I was already driving on the second lane of that feeder lane. Once I saw that he was not going to yield or slow down once he saw the lane was occupied, I slammed my brakes to come to a complete stop to avoid a accident with him. Once he crossed until my lane and over, I was able to pull up on the side of him where he then began to shout at me. My window was up and I wasn't able to hear exactly what he was shouting but by the look of his face it wasn't pleasant things.
When my package was delivered there was no one home so i assume they just left it on the porch. Well a dog got ahold of it and ripped it up. Aren't they suppose to wait until someone is home if it doesn't fit in your mailbox? I caught the dog before he tore up what was inside but that was only because there was 3 boxes to get to. He was working on the last box though. I really don't appreciate whoever it was being that careless.
I bought my first $450 DSLR camera and was extremely excited. it was to be delivered on Thursday. my wonderful journey with with UPS starts with my package leaving NJ and not getting another scan for 66 hours, which isn't a big deal as it was still on time. then i learn about a will call request and ask customer service a question about it and in no way did i ask them to change the status of the package. after giving the lady (Anne S) my UPS tracking number she informs me that she made the changes and i will be able to pick up my package. i had heard that it takes an extra day to do so, i asked if i would still get it by Thursday and didn't get a reply for a while so i called and they said i could get it on Wednesday because it was in my town on MONDAY!!! so that's great. now i get an email back from Anne S saying i can pick it up on Thursday and that she has made the changes (once again assuming!). At this point i start to bitch at her for constantly assuming when and how i want my package and this time i do not get an email back but instead my package that once said withheld for pickup now says will be delivered. i have never been treated so poorly by any business EVER. if any smaller company had customer service like this then they wouldn't be in business long.
I understand that at times people will not be home, but your employee in my area did not even go up my apartment or call me. Then, he leaves a notes outside of the department. Yet, when I came where the mail is, there was a note from UPS for another person. Why is it that they can leave a note inside, where it is safe and secure, YET they leave my note, where anyone in the streets can take it. I am extremely upset that this has happened. The one word I can about this is "lazy".
You have a worker by the name of Christopher Lafontant, lives in Cambria Heights Queens New York. This worker smokes weed every single day. He has been seen smoking weed and selling weed as well. Drug Test him without his knowledge and you will see. If you let him know you want to drug test him he will go home and use his sons pee. His smoking has impaired his sense of judgement.
I am totally disgusted with the way our 11 packages were sent. Carelessness on the UPS Driver of saying he couldn't find our road when we have had UPS deliver many times before. I need to file a fromal complaint against the Driver, Truck # 676143 out of Muskogee, Ok Hub. A complaint against the Lady Foreman, who smarted off to me saying, "You cant get your money back." Her name is Valerie Gravy. Ths Supervisor was ridiculous. After finally standing there 55 minutes, A. Griffith, said she didnt know what was going on. We drove 23 miles to Hwy 51B & 161st to meet up with the driver at 7:15pm. We were there. He was to wait for us just for a few minutes. We got there, we waited 15 minutes and he never showed up. We drove back 22 miles back to the Muskogee Hub and waited till 8:53 for the UPS dirver to make it back. He was either 190 or 143. They wouldnt give me the Drivers name. 2013-1-8. PO/REF 119775304, Tracking #1Z V40 175 03 7958 0124 The fact was that I have been waiting for my package a for whole day, no one delievered the package. Checked via tracking system, according to your system, a driver failed to deliver because no one was there. In the morning, I knew that UPS is coming today, I waited for them & checked a door and gate for notice until 6 PM. But, I coud not see a package. My friend who sent the package called UPS customer service and talked superviser, & ask how come coud not deliver even though the person stayed at home a whole day and there was no notice or memo? However, the superviser, name was Jeremi not sure, kept saying no or do not know about, even he did not know the driver's phone number when my friend asked to call for the reason not to deliver. Anyway, I decided to pick it up in local store.
My friend already talked to the superviser to prepare my package because I already started going to pick up. When I walked in the store, asked to pick up, but an employee, I think his name is micheal, did not know about the issue and asked me to pick up tomorrow. I explained your superviser already know regarding my issue and I would like to talk to him. Then he got unpleasant attitude & facial emotion. I though the superviser was not in the office, I asked his phone number and asked to speak to him. Then the employee checked office room and call his manager. We talked about the issue and then they started checking my package. I complained to Micheal " better put a notice" then he said " I understand but those other people also waited at home and pick up now". I am not talking about to understand or not to.
They, both superviser & employee, better to apologize for an inconvenient service. I waited for 30 mins in the office, and Micheal said driver could not deliver because the gate was locked. However, I checked the door and gate for a notice too. It is not going to take a minute to put on a notice or call a customer. and If get complaint of customer service, they have to apologize first.
At approx. 9:16 PM EDT, UPS delivery truck driver (female) of UPS truck #113208 noisily sped down our short, narrow, road at a speed estimated to be in excess of 35mph. I waited for the driver to make her delivery 3 houses to the East of our home. I then attempted to flag the again truck down upon her exit of our road by standing on my lawn near the road (we have no sidewalks - it is a road) waving a flashlight in to the road and making a simple gesture with my hand to slow down.
The driver did not appear that she had any intention of stopping, so I walked out to stand near the center of our road (it's only 20' wide) shining my flashlight on to the road surface and she stopped the truck, turned off the ignition and just stared at me. I courteously asked her to please not drive that fast down our street ever again (her excess speed and associated truck noise woke up my husband and our dogs, the neighbor's children, and another neighbor's elderly father!).
She said not a word to me in any sort of acknowledgement - she just stared at me as I spoke, then she looked ahead towards our street's entrance/exit and stared out the windshield of the truck - as though she was just waiting for me to stop speaking. Then she started up the truck and sped away. Again - your UPS driver did not even acknowledge that I had spoken any words with her. This - and the totally unacceptable speeding issue - is why I am reporting this to you.
Kindly have an advisory chat with your driver of this truck # 113208 to inquire why she was unnecessarily speeding - and ask her about her experience she had with me that occurred at approx 9:19PM EDT on May 2, 2013. If I encounter this driver again following same suit, I will pursue further reprimand action with UPS' Driver Supervisory personnel and other regulatory authorities. I reside at 110 Tropical Drive,Victoria,TX 77904. On more than one occasion the delivery man has done a very poor job in delivering packages to our home. One time a medical package was dropped on the driveway in the hot sun with no notification. Was found when my husband returned home.
Could have been driven over and ruined. Just last night he dropped a package on our front porch and porch light was on and package could have been picked up by someone else. We were home and would not have known he stopped by, but heard the truck driving away.
He could have rang the door bell to alert us. Did that a few days ago when he delivered an express letter, but again dropped letter on porch and left. Someone needs to contact our local delivery office and see if this issue can be resolved. Would be greatly appreciated. Mrs. Melvin 1/16/13
Many of the UPS drivers who drive thru this 55+ community drive the required speed limit, however it's the occassional few who make it bad for all the rest. The speed thru out the community is 25 mph and for those wo do not adhere to the speed are in danger of causing very serious accidents. Can you please inform all drivers to slow down and comply with the community rules before someone gets seriously injured or hurt.
I shipped to 2 boxes to address in Maritta Ga only one was received. Some how some smart person sent to the wrong addrerss they shipped back to Capital Heights MD and it stated clearly on the box the correct address on the label to ship it too. I was told this was sent to tracking resoultion section and the driver was supose to go back and pick the box up and sent out to the correct address. When I call the main line I get the running around and my issue have not been solved. This is my first and last time using UPS ever to ship anything. I will notify my job that has a corporate account with UPS not to use you all anymore becasue of poor service.

I was told on October 18th that my package would be delivered on October 19th because the driver never even looked at my mailbox to see which apartment was mine. I gave specific directions how to get up to my apartment on this day as well. Now my package was left at the Franklin Park facility? Really?
UPSÂ Packages were supposed to be delivered by 12/23/2011. But they never were attempted on a delivery. Contacted customer service on 12/27/2011 and spoke to Jeremiah and he informed me that there was a note stating the customer requested a hold on all six packages. Jeremiah sent a message to the facility in Jackson, MS informing them of the tracking numbers and the note that was showing on each of the tracking numbers. I then received a call from LaToya from that UPSÂ facility and she was very giddy in which I did not find funny at all.
She informed me that this was a system generated message and that my packages were still on a truck. She said she was going to have them take them off the truck and have them delivered. She also stated that she would give me credit for the shipping fees. She told me she would give me a call back. 12/28/2011 1:00 pm cst, I contacted UPS at 1-888-397-1980 and spoke with Donna who went on to tell me that the packages were not guaranteed to be delivered, although it showed a delivery date, they were never delivered. I explained to her that one of my packages which was the 7th package was delivered by FedEx without any problems. She told me they delivered more packages than UPS. Who cares! Don't spout stats at me at this point. I wanted my packages delivered.
So I asked for a UPSÂ supervisor and Donna told me that the packages would be delivered when they are took them off the truck. She got a supervisor, (Bernita) who accessed these tracking numbers and thought it was a bit ridiculous. She attempted to call the facility in Jackson, MS and there was no answer. So she returned to me and told me she would call me back with an update. While out in the yard with a contractor, a person by the name Paulette left a message "I'm returning your call that you said noone called you back." I'll try later. She did not leave a number for me to call her back. This is just ridiculous....In addition to this situation, I am asking for my money for shipping back......So far I have been told no.
I recently ordered some sheets off your internet site and it was shipped ups part of the way to my address and then it was dropped off at a post office in another town and then sent through the postal service to my local post office. When it arrived here, the postal people said there was no Box number on the address and then refused it and sent it back. The receipt I printed after I made my order has my street address as well as my Box number on the shipping adress. I would like to know why my package was shipped part way Ups and part way USPS when we have ups service in my town.
I would also like to know if it is possible if my street address and box number is on my receipt,for my shipping address, if my box number could of been left off my package.
We have an easement road that runs directly in front of our home that services 2 other homes. There is a long stretch to go up to the other homes andthe UPS driver who services our area speeds way too fast past our house both delivering to the other properties and coming back to the main road. I have stopped this driver twice and asked him to atleast slow down in front of our house as it not only tears the easement up, which costs eveyone who uses this easement extra money to fill in the holes, it also shakes my whole house and puts people and pets at risk when they are outside.
I placed an order on the 14th of October 2011 and have not received it as of today. I called your department store and spoke to a Johnny, he told me that UPS lost or misplaced my order, and now I will have to reorder and pay another $215.98 and wait AGAIN!. He then transferred me to a supervisor "Mark ID 50827" who was no help he told me the same as Johnny. That I will have to wait 2weeks for my refund and if I want I can reorder and pay again. What kind of business are you running? I want my money back on my bank account and do not appreciate this kind of business. Why can my order not be sent to me right away?
Why do I get penalize for UPS's mistake. I either want my order or my money put back on my account right away.
I'm tired of ordering product and the company ships to me and I pay for it and never receive it. I'm here every time and I've got witnesses of what was delivered. This has happen twice this month. I will have to look up the first item and get back with you but this item in looking for now is order #4561131112 - item k41167. It was shipped on the 1/24/2015. Since I have proof and witnesses I will see my lawyer!
The Driver today on 1/21/15 driving truck number 574028 I believe his name is Eric, every time he comes to the tribal center for deliveries he is always rude and is always extremely rough with the packages that he is dropping off. We sometimes have stuff that are fragile and don't appreciate the way he handles them, let alone talks to some of the staff here. I'm on-call here and have seen him treat packages like there's nothing in them and the way he presents himself to us. I'm not sure if it is just his personality or if he just has a lot of bad days or what, but it would be appreciated if his attitude was better than how it is now. Thank you for your time.
Sent package from London ON to Sarasota FL. Was told 4 to 6 days delivery. Cost $170.00. Parcel arrived 19 days after it was shipped. UPS store at point of origin said it contained an aerosol that wasn’t disclosed at time of shipping. He said no refund of any kind was due because of this. I believe a refund is due for the amount of the difference between expedited and ground delivery.
I had ordered a package from your store containing over 350.00 worth of clothing and I still have not received it. I talked to customer service and they said it was sent out and I talked to ups and they said you guys still have not contacted them about this issue but it shows it has been dropped off. but I have not receive the package at all.the order # is 7547263569 and the tracking number is 1zw5w018031843482.
I have been told I will receive a call fom you guys with in 24 hours and so far it has been 4 days. Im not sure what is going on but you guys have my money and I need to speak to someone or I will have to file a police report and contact my bank for illegal actions my number just please put the money back on the card that was used for this order. And call me asap about this very serious matter.

This is compliant about UPS Store which I located on 5268 Nicholson lane, Rockville, Maryland. During the holidays time I went to the at about 6:45 PM. The owner of the store Aruna (She is foreign woman with accent) told me that she has turn off her Computer so she cannot take any delivery. I told her that Store Hours are 9:00AM to 7:PM at the Door and it is not 7:PM. She was very rude she told me that if she starts her computer again it will take one hour. I told that UPS have their timing and this is not time to close I still have 15 minute and I am in the store before the closing time. . Store Manager Aruna told “If you want to complain about me to UPS go and complain this is my store and I can close any time. “
She had very non-processional attitude no professional manners, no Customer service? May be she does not know what is professional way to tell customer. I left the store and will never go back to this store nor any of my family and friends will go to this store, but still wanted to bring an attention to UPS Corporation that how this woman running the store, this is still a UPS store and I am sure UPS have its own rules and regulations. I will use FedEx delivery service they have professional people working in the store. We come to know that other people have problems with this particular store, and some people do not want to come to this store. Is there UPS policy to see what time store close and open? If all UPS store have their policy it should not be display on the door the closing and opening time.
The delivery lady placed a package near my front door and didn’t bother to ring the door bell. Luckily I happened to be looking via my security camera and saw her. I went out to the UPS truck and asked her why she didn’t ring it. She said that they had some 273 deliveries to make. In the mean time she was just standing in the truck while her driver was filling out a form. She apparently had plenty of time to ring the door bell.
I sent a late christmas gift to my great granddaughter across state in January. I tracked it after I found out it was never delivered when it was supposed to. The tracking info stated it was attempted three times (where my granddaughter lives, UPS states they need signtatures to deliver) but my granddaughter never received any notes that there were any attempts and she was home on one of the days they stated they attempted to deliver. I called my local UPS who informed me it was being sent back to me. I told them it had better come straight to my door (not their shop) as my address was on the package. I did not want to waste any more money on what I had all ready lost to them.
I got a call this morning from my local UPS store (which is across town) that my package was delivered to their store. Now I have to use my gas & mileage to go get it as I was informed they have no connection with the drivers and they could not have it delivered. I will never use UPS again to send any future packages. I am so very disappointed in them. FYI: A couple of months ago my husband and I purchased merchandise over $2,000. UPS left the boxes on my front porch. Any one could have taken them. I read where anything over $500 needs signatures but apparently it doesn’t. Yet signatures were needed for a christmas package I sent above to my great granddaughter that probably cost a total of maybe $150.
I dropped a box at a UPS store on 15th of October. My friend hasn’t received it by 23rd of October. I was told by the UPS store man that the box will arrived at its destination no more than 4 days. He also guranteed I needn’t worry about anything about the time and fee. All fee is clear at the store. When I called UPS (1800number) for the reason why the box was still in Mississauga on next Tuesday morning. The UPS customer representative told that there was more documents required for clearence and suggested me contacting the UPS store. She also told me UPS had no obligation on what the UPS store had done, because UPS store was running as a seperate private business.
That measns the UPS store cannot be trusted as UPS! This also tells me that UPS cannot be trusted! The UPS store man was very easy when I called him for the situation of the box in that morning(Tuesday). He continued telling me the box had been shipped. It was on the flight. When I told him what I found, he was still reluctant to contact UPS center. Finally, I went to the store twice time that day to fill a new form, which was explained as a new form the store didn’t have. By the end of the day, I was told everything was done perfectly and the box would be on flight that night. ( I dare not believe it but can no nothing!)
It was 9:30am on the next day (Wednesday)when I was in bathroom. I got a new call directly from UPS regards to the box. I was called as another guy’s name and was told to call Canidian Custom for the document reason. 20 minutes later, when I called UPS back and passed the expert number from Canidian Revenue, UPS lady asked me for another number. I told her the number was all I got from the call I was asked to call in 20 minutes ago. Then, I was told she would confirmed it when somebody else came by the lunch time. What a pity!
Not only the UPS store man did not have enough knowledge on the daily UPS business, but also the UPS’s own staff knew nothing. They spent 2 days to fill a custom form while I was upset on it. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction! I wrote UPS 2 emails to ask for an explanation. I only got a nonsense reponse which simply said “your inquiry has been farward to UPS center. I am sorry for the delay and hope to service you in future”. Suck UPS! Do anybody have a future with UPS?
I recently retired and moved to an apartment complex in Blue Springs, MO. I was told by management that UPS, Fedex, etc., will leave a delivery attempt notice on my door if I am not home and then leave packages at the office. However, the UPS driver has not even attempted to deliver packages to me. Three packages have been left at the office without attempting delivery or leaving an info notice on my door. I was home on these delivery days. The only way I even knew the packages were left at the office was by checking the tracking online. I attempted to email and call UPS about this situation but their email form online makes it impossible to complain about this type of situation.
It doesn’t comply with the form. Apparently complaints aren’t allowed. Next I tried to call and got the automated voice. I asked for an agent and the voice said I had to give a tracking number first. I did and the voice said my package was left at the office. I still couldn’t talk to an agent because the voice was finished with the call. UPS has the worst service I have encountered in ages. One of today’s packages was smashed too. I am saving the tracking numbers in case I ever hear from UPS but I will be surprised.
I had a Honda EU3000IS Generator that my nephew wanted to buy and use at his cabin in Alaska. I took it to the UPS Depot in Newark Ohio and insured it for $2000.00. The replacement cost is more like $2200 but it was slightly used. The generator was badly damaged when it arrived. The initial claim was denied because UPS said it was packaged improperly. Funny thing is it was in the original packaging from Honda. I guess Honda doen’t know how to package their products. We disputed the claim and it was reviewed bya a third party company called Crawford.
After much banter and pictures being sent they finally said they would approve the claim. I got a call from a UPS representative and she wanted additional documentation and continued to try and get out of honoring the claim. I then got another call from a Crawford Rep. who stated that they could not honor the claim untill i provided her additional information and the cancelled checks for my nephew. The reason given is it doesn’t matter what I insured it for or what the replacement cost is or what the repair cost is because which ever the lowest figure of all of these is that is all they will pay.
My nephew is in the interior of Alaska and it will take 45gallons of fuel for him to get out to Juneau to deal with this issue. What a complete Dog and Pony show this is.
This is the third time that this happens to me. I am an Amazon shopper and sadly to say some of the stuff I shop was shipped by UPS. I got home at 3:00 pm expecting that the stuff I bought will be delivered today. I waited, got impatient and check Amazon track package. Signature is required to complete delivery. Please see carrier notice for next delivery attempt or contact the carrier – Apr 28, 2011 5:02:00 PM. I went out and check my door and no notice. This really bugs me because the shipping method is 3 days select and I lost one day already. Does anybody has the same experience with UPS?
I unfortunately used the UPS service to send electric shades mechanisms from china to Mexico. Since I didn’t received the shades in time, I decided to called the mexican headquarters to know the problem. Samantha Piña from UPS told me that she was going to order a special delivery to my office in no more than one hour. I waited 3 hours without results. The next day I called again to know wahat happend and they told me that the package could only be delivered next monday.
Since I ewas in a hirry they offered me that I could pick up the packafege at their offices located in Eugenia189 Col. Narvarte. Although I express that I would pick it up myself, When I arrived at that office, they told me that the package was on its daily route. Amazing how inefficient they work. When I arrived at work the UPS guys delivered the package but it was damaged. Something more ? When I started a complaint they don´t want to issue a complaint tracking number.

I was expecting a professional camera i ordered from EBAY that was due on a Friday i was out of town. so i hurried home from my trip to be there to sign for my package and never received the package so i called UPS to ask for delivery info, i was told the package was delivered i told them there was no package and they disputed me down that it was delivered and if it is not there it’s not the fault of UPS because there delivery guys only drop the packages off and try to place them in a semi hidden spot on or around the porch or house. I have no such area on my porch items can’t been seen from my neighbors and passer by’s. I live in a extremely bad area in my town and there are alot of drugs and drug addicts etc.
I’m constantly have small items missing around my home so i never any items of value outside.The delivery driver stated when he dropped off the package there were neighbors in there yards when he dropped it off. I asked UPS does any of there drivers use judgment calls when leaving packages. long story short my expensive camera allegedly was left on my front steps and it’s not there fault if i did not get it. someone has to be held accountable for my property. I need help receiving or replacing my missing camera..I expect a response ASAP…and hopefully UPS can teach drivers to make judgement calls when leaving big boxed packages.
I recently returned from out of town expecting my expensive camera to be delivered on March 18.2011 by UPS only to find that the item had allegedly been dropped off but no package was present.I asked why would someone leave a boxed iteam without a signagture.I live in a extremely bad neighborhood and i was told UPS is only required to place a package in the most place where it can barely be seen.at my steps and house packages can still be seen from three different sides..i was told the driver saw people in there yards surrounding my home..so that was one of the reasons he left the package.

I shipped a Beautiful Bicycle which was destroyed by UPS over Christmas. This Claim was denied by UPS. They say a bicycle box is not strong enough to hold bicycles. The used bicycle shipping box was perfect when it was shipped. No box could withstand the forces UPS put on this box. It was likely dropped several times on the end, despite the up arrows. This box safely carried a bicycle 13, 000 miles and delivered it in perfect condition. UPS destroyed it in 1200 miles. Check Consumer Affairs about UPS. The dont care how they treat your stuff and wont pay for the damages their indifference causes. Remember this if you ship a bicycle, your at your own risk, as they will deny the claim. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS, unless you dont care about your items!
Paid for expedited shipping from NY to SC. Package made it to SC and is sitting in a trailer on the UPS yard. UPS is blaming bad weather for their being too cheap to hire extra help or work overtime to unload the trailers they let back up. UPS “Customer Service” (Joke to call it that)using a multitude of lies to excuse massive failure. Will not give out contact information for local manager. They have made it clear that they simply do not care and all I can do is wait until their UNION employees decide to unload the trailers. Fed Ex delivered EVERYTHING on time as UPS FAILED AGAIN.
This morning when I was walking my dog in Princess Anne Square condo in Virginia Beach, VA, I noticed a UPS deliver (Female Caucasian with long blond hair) trying to do a u-turn with her UPS truck while talking on her cell phone. She could barely make it around. I guess it was an urgent call that she couldn’t stop for. I should be glad she wasn’t texting or she would have taken down the whole row of houses! I guess she or UPS have not heard that that is dangerous and against the law!

I would like to file a formal complaint against one of your route drivers. I called the UPS phone number provided on your website to file a complaint and was told that I would need to file the complaint online as well. The following occurred today, Thursday, 7/21/2022.
We have seven packages for return in our garage. Approximately 6 pm (est) the UPS driver arrived with the return labels. I went outside to greet the driver and help with the returns. He exited the truck with a very bad attitude and said "This is the last thing I need, I'm already way behind. I don't have time for this, I have several other deliveries on the truck." He was just going to put any return label on any box. I said that if he did that, I wouldn't receive the credit for the returns if the labels were not on the correct box. I would think your drivers would know better than this! He then handed me the return labels and stated that "he had to go... didn't have time for this and maybe we could call UPS and get someone to pickup these packages tomorrow". I explained that we have a certain time limit for these returns and would like to get them on his truck since he was already here with the labels. Again, he angerly stated that he didn't have time for this and got in his truck and left. I stated that I didn't appreciate his attitude and when I asked for his name and his supervisor's name. He said with an angered attitude from his driver's seat that "he didn't know his supervisor's name and that he didn't have a name". I asked again and he repeated the same then left my driveway without my return packages.
I have been a business owner for over 40 years and in all those years of doing business with UPS, I have never had a UPS driver treat me with such blatant rudeness. It was uncalled for, and I don't appreciate it. This driver's attitude and rudeness was totally unacceptable. Again, I do not have his name, when asked he stated three different times that he didn't have a name. This no named driver runs the South Murray County, Georgia route. My address is 276 Henry Gallman Rd, Resaca, GA 30735.
I would appreciate if a supervisor would speak with this driver about rudeness and explain about customer service and even if you've had a bad day, don't take it out on the customer. I think I am owed an apology and I certainly hope someone picks up my return packages. After the driver left suddenly, my wife was able to apply the correct return labels with the corresponding packages in less than 3 mins.

I live outside Jackson Mississippi. I haven’t got a package delivered that has not been damaged. A week ago a whole order of 8 items from Amazon was deemed undeliverable because of damage at the Jackson ms ups facility. This has gotten to a point that it is ridiculous that every package I get is damaged.
The scumbags where supposed deliver my package on Friday at 7pm it was sent overnight by my bank .and ups had no answer why it wasn’t delivered on friday.
Careless, incompetent company. Delivers perishable goods to the wrong address, goods perished because neighbor at address they delivered to was on vacation. Package car driver blocking road, (McDonald Oak, San Antonio TX, 78233) on Saturday 5/14/22. Driver was sorting packages in his rear compartment with earphones in. When asked to clear the road for traffic, he was very rude and refused to move. Driver would not give his name, but finally moved up the road to curb to allow others to pass. The package car plate # is NJZ-0849. This is unacceptable behavior.
Ups driver said they left a package at my door on 4/19/22, no package was delivered. I was home all day. On 4/22/22 I called ups they said the box was delivered by the driver. I ask them how is that possible when the package never left the Hub in Davinport fl. They took my info. Sent me paper to full out and never heard from them I call over 7 times. Now they said they found the package and sending back to New York addresd when it should be going to fl. This company is unbelievable, they won't let you speak to a manager or supervisor. I hear bad things about UPS all the time and I will NEVER use them again. I will go with FedEx moving forward. So people be aware of UPS. They blow you off like nothing. I will find a resolution and a person to talk to, although I'm sure they no the problems people are having with UPS..
They damaged my receiver during shipping which we insured for $1500. Contacted UPS and they directed me to open a damage claim. next day they picked my Item for review and its been 45 days. I called them each and everyday for the status on my claim. they don't know what they are doing. I'm not sure who to contact now. They have my item for more than 45 days and no progress. I spent nearly 15 hours on calls with them with zero progress. Can anyone help me who i could approach to resolve my isuse?
Yesterday I was supposed to get a package and I was supposed to sign for it. Now it has the address and apt number while enroute the divers supervisor contacted him and told him that can't reach my apartment without going through alley located on 18 Ave and Peoria and instead of delivering the Package to my apartment # B he just let some one that is in number D sign for a package that belong to me he knew that to deliver my package he had to go through alley but that not what happened this is not the first time this has happened. And when I talked to customer service the lady on phone was rude and didn't comprehend that the driver needed to come through alley to get to my apartment I still have no package the driver never came back to retrieve package and deliver to the right apartment. The Driver needs to go work picking up dog poop I have to put in a complaint with Better business bureau and filing a police report on the driver for theft since he gave my Package to whoever to it was that signed for it. I do not have the portable washer And I'm going to have to pay on something I never received the driver or UPS needs to give me 300 dollars for there driver giving my package to someone else I also have contacted the channel 3 three on your side and will continue posting on social media about what the ups driver did and that ups he as done nothing to represent there driver.

Won't deliver always say cust. Request to pick up. Why would I pay for delivery then request I will p.u. when I have to drive 30 miles they should pay me , all other company's deliver to me. Have requested to talk to district manager but alwayssent to local manager , this has went on for min.5 years, try not to order from people that use ups.

I had a package that was supposed to be sent to my home (1ZR0X3612961427778) on March 16, 2022 that should have been signed for. This package was much needed being that it was my medicine. I waited on the driver to deliver my package and saw the driver place my package at a neighbors house down the street, he knocked on their door and left the package there without the package being signed for. This is very unacceptable and inconvenient, luckily my neighbors were home and were able to bring me the package. This is something that was very important and much needed and for the driver to not do his job has really rubbed me the wrong way. I would Love to find out who the driver was and file a complaint to make sure this doesn't happen to me and anyone else with important items such as mine. I would appreciate if I could get a phone call from someone in HQ office even the supervisor of the driver.

On 3-4-22, I ordered four pairs of jeans from old navy online. I received notification on March 8th that it had been shipped via UPS. However, on March 11th I received a notification that it could not be delivered, because it was missing my apartment number, so I took the necessary steps to correct it, and UPS updated my package as "address change updated; new label created". On March 12th they marked my package as out for delivery but I never received it. After tracking it for a few days, I went through the proper channels to find out what happened only to have to file a claim that it was lost in transit. After a few more days I called UPS customer service and was told my package had a hold on it because apparently the driver marked my package as "needing security access code" which is false because I don't live in a gated community. As a matter of fact, there is no gate because it's been broken for years. Anyway, I was told I could pick it up from the UPS distribution center which I attempted to do earlier today only to be told they could not find it. Needless to say I called UPS customer service right then and there only to be told they can't see anything regarding my package or where it may be, just that there was a claim filed and that I must now wait 10 more days to find out if they know where my package is or not or as a last resort be refunded. Needless to say I am very unhappy... This isn't the first time I've encountered a problem like this with UPS, it's almost as if they have a dishonesty problem amongst their customer service department specifically the drivers.... Are their drivers dumping packages in ditches like Fed ex drivers were doing back in Dec and lying about it? I'm sure lots of customers are curious and now wondering the same...
My December order for 8 Bounty Paper Towels went missing and I was given an address in Pennsylvania to which I sent the pertinent data: tracking number 1Z1E127Y03093598, shipper 1E1274, claim number 3886479301A as well as the link to the site with the pertinent data: 1E127Y 270 2459553.pdf (as I do not have a printer to send a paper copy), and included my telephone number. To date I have not received a phone call nor a replacement item nor a refund of $16.74. I have tried repeatedly to work my way through the maze of questions and answers a non-human UPS system poses, just making the process even more frustrating. One robo response said the package HAD been delivered--it has never been delivered. My pet's specially ordered food shows to have arrived OKC 02/22/22 and each day status updates reflect it being out for delivery only to change a few hours later to using the weather as an excuse for not delivering. I've missed no other deliveries since the winter storm even orders placed after the 22nd and that were delayed by 1 day in another state! This has been an ongoing issue with UPS for several months; packages being in the hands of UPS for 7-23 days, just floating around out there in some warehouse 20 miles from my home. I would gladly drive myself and get it from their facility if I could get a human being on the phone that can tell me where to find it! Since UPS sees it fit to hold my packages hostage, I am now forced to make a drive to purchase food that will cause my pets to have upset tummies or let them starve. Of course, the latter is not an option. PLEASE!!! I JUST WANT MY DOGS TO HAVE THEIR FOOD. I should mention that I have their food on auto ship and the order is processed a good week before they run out of food so this should never be a problem.
I am so sick and tired of UPS and their bull$#!+! As mentioned earlier, this has become a common occurrence and more than once they have been important items. I would pay handsomely for any individual or retailer to use any other shopping service than UPS. Unfortunately, most of the time it is not revealed WHO the shipper will be or at this point I would go as far as to not do online orders from anyone that uses ANY form of UPS for their shipping needs.
The screenshot attached reflects the same nonsense excuse for the 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th. Tomorrow, of course, is Sunday so... Yeah. What now? Guess I better make that drive to PetSmart before they close!
I'm having nonstop issues with my local UPS store. I tried the customer service email and it bounced back. Called UPS directly. Gave the info. I was assured I would get a call back but never did. Obviously they are not interested about how thier stores represent them. I wouldn't give any stars to corporate or the store. Horrible experience all the way around
I use to love UPS but I don’t any longer. If they had a negative star I would have used that one. We have one decent driver sadly we very rarely get him anymore. Now when snow starts to fly they are scared to drive into our place. It’s true we live 1/2 mile down a township road but it is maintained wonderfully. Our driveway they can drive way and drive thru our yard and out the second driveway. Again both well maintained. And if they would rather turn around they have about 2 acres our plowman cleans out. We normally have it plowed the day after it snows. FedEx can drive in but not UPS.
I pay for Prime from Amazon and their 2-3 day service has pretty much unofficially extended to whenever the driver feels like delivering it to us. We have even made sure they have our phone number to call us to meet them somewhere. We don’t know anybody else or I would just put them down for delivery.
And the 800 number for them is useless. I don’t normally do review on businesses but I am so over SSD (sloppy slow delivery.

States was delivered to "gate" but I have NO gate near the road where 3 (one was large) pkgs were left. The pkg stated on label to be delivered to barn (and even the house would have been fine). I was home all day so driver never came down the road. He did not leave the pkg at my address but at a common road that serves two homes and the pkg was visible to passing traffic and easily could have been stolen.
This is a first time incident as I get similar orders regularly. I am just fortunate that I went up the road and noticed the pkgs.
Packages are never delivered in time ever 9/10 times there is no attempt by the driver to even get out of the truck to delivery your package because if they did they would leave a notice it could be 3:37pm as the and i quotas “sorry we missed you” when you’ve been sitting there at the door all day because you know you go through this often with it seems to me ONLY UPS you call and get i’ll have my dispatcher reach out to you and she does but for what they never attempted to come back and redeliver my package that they claim no one was there for UPS is ancient Fed ex is better and Amazon is even better until they sent my package via UPS
They lost my package and lead me to believe that it wasn't and they were going to deliver it for over a week they lied and wasted my time!
The driver (not our regular driver) a guy with a beard was speading up our driveway and went right past our house,and past the shop (like 300 feet)past the shop at a high rate of speed almost hit my grand daughter!!! went back to the house to leave packages, then went speeding back down the driveway. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!! THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN !!!!
If I could give it a 0 I would!!!! Packages NEVER arrive on the delivery day, my packages will be out for delivery ALL DAY but never make it to my house !!! This last package was supposed to be delivered 1/3 it was delayed because it routed through the wrong facility or something like that. Today it rode on the truck all day … “Out for delivery” by 9 pm. It’s 630 and it’s already been rescheduled for NOT TOMORROW BUT THURSDAY!!! Every package that I’ve received never arrives on the given delivery date. It’s ridiculous and I’m just sick of it !!!
Paid for next day air service and UPS did not deliver until two days later
UPS lied and said we refused a delivery and the package was sent back to shipper. We have a doorbell camera and no UPS attempted delivery on the day they said we refused the package. The package never made it back to the sender and the package is currently lost by UPS. Why would UPS outright lie to us?
If if you live in a gated community or apartment building door is locked how is anyone supposed to know that UPS at the gate or at your front door if they do not contact if they're at the gate or a lock door
UPS service is more than a nightmare. I have opened 2-3 cases with Customer Care and yet my local hub of drivers says there is no such thing as Guaranteed Delivery, even thought customer care says my package will be delivered guaranteed!
UPS refuses to deliver any packages to my address. We have not seen one of their trucks come in the driveway in about 2-3 months.
About 2 months ago locks on gates were installed.
I do not live within the gates. My patio and door are accessible outside the gate.
UPS refuses to come here because all the gossiping truck drivers have decided to deliver our packages directly to their storage locker stores.
My most recent orders for $100 worth of steaks and chicken were not delivered TO ME, but instead sent to their locker store where
THEY PROCEEDED TO DEFROST AND ROT.
QVC and HSN use UPS exclusively so I will have to be finding other food and meat vendors who do NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
SO FAR AFTER ALL MY COMPLAINTS, NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOR WILL BE DONE.
I AM WRITING A LETTER TO THE CEO TODAY.

I had TWO vintage receivers to ship. Used Huntington UPS store based on their website stating that they "will package electronics perfectly" for shipping. I also bought their "insurance" on each package. THE COST: $45 EACH to provide the packaging and pack "EXPERTLY", They cost $218 EACH each to ship to California, They cost $32 EACH to insure for $2400 VALUE EACH. Total Cost: $526... delivered August 17, BOTH DAMAGED... UPS driver in California noted that BOTH boxes were damaged. opened both boxes and the stereo receiver wood cabinets were broken, electronics wouldn't function.
The driver in our route constantly delivers packages to the wrong address. Just this week we had to deliver our neighbors’ packages twice because he couldn’t differentiate 125 from 127. Then today, he delivered a very expensive package to the wrong address and luckily the person gave it back to him!
Driver lied about delivery. Company blames me. UPS IS OPERATING FRAUDULENTLY.
2 “Sorry I missed you” messages were left on my door within a span of 1 1/2 hrs while I was out. 3rd and final message was left on my door without knocking while I was home. Package picked up on 6/28.
I get a text this past Fri that my package (prescription) will be delivered Sat. It NEVER came. I get a text on Tues that it will come Wed. Now I'm told it won't come Wed (today) but maybe it'll come Thu or I might be able to pick it up Thu. I arranged to pickup my prescription and save you guys a little gas and me a lot more aggravation. I'm not sure if I'll be successful.
If I ran the VA, I'd take my business back to USPS. It took 9/11 to slow them down from delivering my medication.

TWO COMPLAINTS A box of living organisms (ladybugs, larva, and praying mantis) had a huge yellow warning sticker saying "do not freeze.". The box was dropped off on our porch sometime late at night when the temperature was 13 degrees and the ladybugs and larva froze. I cannot find a way to submit a complaint to UPS. M
My financial advisor mailed an overnight envelope containing important tax documents to me three days before my appointment with a tax preparer. The envelope didn't arrive until the night of my appointment. The documents were sent by email the morning of my appointment so I could print them and take them with me.

UPS store 4658 Gratiot Ave. Chesterfield Twsp. Michigan.... went to mail a package....told imployee there was a firearm in said package...he refused to mail it... sighting they had no license to do so...I said I was mailing it to a repair shop and didn't need a license to do so...still refused to send...stood there for 5 minutes ... other guy was to make a call for the problem...no call happened...I left....went to FED-EX ...problem solved...I will never use you people to mail something.. The driver, delivery man that services our area (Franklin, Indiana 46131) is rude and has no regard for the condition of the packages he delivers. You may want to put a supervisor as a ride along for further instruction on how he should be doing his job.
I witnessed you UPS driver drop my box an a/c onto the trolley. He then I heard him drop the box onto the floor in the hallway.
I have a package that has needed to be picked up for a week now. I've called the 800 number several times and have been told its the weather then oh its traffic now I do live in the same city as the package. and I see trucks coming and going all day. But none have picked up my package but they have dropped off. So Friday the 12th I call and I'm told it will be picked up today. Well it wasn't. So the 13th I call and I'm told they don't have labels to put on the package so they can't pick it up.. Please tell me what kind of foolishness is this.. UPS has no labels?? So I ask to speak to a supervisor he puts me on hold for a half hour. So Monday I'll be calling Dell and tell them to STOP using UPS I've had an account w them for a few decades. And get them to send me a FedEx label this is ridiculous.. No professionalizem at all just lies and more lies. and you want me to pay to use the app and if I have to deal with ppl like that in customer service no thank you. Sent a package to Hawthorne at Leland apartment complex in North Carolina to a specific apartment 105 at Hawthorne Loop Road.
The parcel was incorrectly addressed where the building number was left off.
Hawthorne at Leland apartment complex has multiple 105 apartments in various buildings.
UPS keeps repeating that the package was delivered as addressed and will not investigate.
My argument is that there is no specific 105 Hawthorne Loop Road address.....so it could not have been delivered correctly.
The package was insured for the standard $!00. I want to make a claim for the cost of the package which is $35 and UPS keeps repeating that they delivered it to the address.......but the address does not exist. UPS is in the business of delivery and should have realized that the parcel was addressed incorrectly. I will not upload the emails unless it is necessary.
This has happened twice in the last couple months. My driveway is probably twice the length of a normal driveway. About 50 feet to front door. My wife will order products online and usually no problem. The last 2 ups deliveries the ups guy 1, left the package on top of my trash cans and, 2 left the package 1/2 way up my driveway. Both times I complained to ups who referred it to local ups station. I got a call back the first time from a woman supervisor who said the driver was wrong and they would reinstruct on delivery procedure. A few months later driver left package 20 feet up driveway from curb, which blew down the driveway where I didn’t see it till I backed up over it. Again complained to ups who said they’ll look into it. When I asked to be called back the supervisor said not gonna happen. I have video of the driver and am thinking of posting.
New UPS driver n Salem OR twice in past week has not been able to find my address. The first time, he reported it was not a good address. A different UPS driver delivered the package with no problem the next day. The second time, he made no effort to find the address. Instead, he said it was undeliverable and sent it to a UPS store for me to pick up which I cannot do due to Covid19. I would like to have the driver educated as to how to find addresses. I called UPS this morning and was told that another more local call center would call me by 8 pm tonight. They did not call. What can I do to insure that my UPS packages will be delivered? Sent my package to the wrong apartment, despite my apartment number clearly labeled on the package and my door. Luckily my neighbor was nice enough not to steal my 50+ dollar order, but I am now worried about the other 250+ dollars of merchandise from other orders going missing.
On April 24 2020 I dropped off a package at penguin pick up for the UPS truck to pick up. With the tracking number I looked it up on the website since as of May 2nd Apple had not received the return and I was out $620 till it was returned. On the site it shows it got to the concord warehouse on April 24th and had been sitting there ever since. In the notations it said it was getting close to the limit of time it could sit there. I called Apple and they had not received any information on it. I called UPS on May 2nd and finally got through. The woman I spoke to said she could see in the file that they did not know where to send the package. That is puzzling as Apple had supplied me with the return label. I have a picture of the label and it clearly sais ship to: and even has a address. She said she would get it sent off back to Apple. I kept checking the website and every day it said a different delivery date. Then it said it would be delivered Thursday May 7th by end of day. May 7th in the late afternoon it still said it would be delivered by the evening. At 9pm when I checked now there was no date at all for delivery. When I checked on Friday May 8th in the morning it still said no delivery date. Eventually it showed that it would be delivered by Friday May 8th by end of the day. Today is May 8th and the time right now is 3:14pm. When I left work at 2pm today the website said it would be delivered by Monday May 11th. So where is my package. Obviously lost. Now I need to figure out how to deal with this.
tracking info says attempted delivery on 7/19/20019 at 7:09. I was home at this time and no ups. they have a habit of going to the wrong house. the go to my brothers but not mine. no one home at brothers which is wrong house. now I have to wait several more days for my package. my brothers house is on the same property as mine.
I bought a welder/generator from Home Depot and it was shipped from Millington Tennessee. I was given the option of having it delivered to my home at no cost - home depot probably paid this fee. The delivery was Tuesday, July 16 between 1 pm and 5pm. It never arrived until 9 pm, then the driver told me he couldn't back up the 60 foot driveway (up hill) so he would have to unload it from the truck at the bottom of the driveway. It was dark, so I had to dig up a dolly and get 2 people to help me get it up the hill. I weighed 240 pounds so it was not easy.
A few weeks we got a box of Very Very old dish's & cups 6 were broken. Today 7/18/19 UPS delivered a cell phone, instead of placing the pakage on the back porch, we watch him doss onto the back porch. Just got off the phone with a young lady at UPS [ what the hell ] couldn't even understand her. The UPS man that retired was GREAT. What happened?

I received a package a few months ago packaged by ups store in Livingston, Montana. It was an antique pitcher and bowl set, it was delivered all busted up and terribly packed. I then called them at 406-222-4971 several times and their manager Tim would never return my calls and was never available. I eventually got in contact with Tim and he has done nothing but give me the run around and doesn't return any calls and says he get in touch and never follows through. Finally he asked for a copy of the invoice of the purchase they shipped, I did that as well as pics of everything and he never got back to me, I then initiated contact and he said he filed a claim and would pay for it, that was a month ago and repeated attempt's to contact him have failed, the cost of the purchase was $61.50 and they charged me $68 to ship, and I want my money back. I live in a small town in Montana and use ups all the time and I find the lack of professionalism related to this infuriating, he has maintained that someone would contact me from ups, I will file a complaint against them in small claims court shortly unless I get satisfaction, and will be substancially more as I will have to travel there. The apartment number was missing off my package, I would never have k own if I didn't check I was never notified there was a problem with delivery. I called and of course you outsource your calls to a foreign country. Well the man I spoke with told me the package would be delivered today, guess what it's not here. I called again tonight and was told tomorrow so my granddaughter stayed home from work today to wait for a package that never came. So should she miss another day if work just in case this person spoke with is correct and if not how many days should she sit home and wait. Very poor customer service
For the past 4 months I have been submitting complaints to UPS regional level and above about packages being left literally in the out in the open, in the woods, covered in mud, cardboard drenched in rain to the point of disintegrating when picked up because I have a rather long driveway.
I have offered a solution to the company - leave my packages at a distribution center so that they can be picked up but they still continue to be dropped off out in the open because the driver is too lazy to drive down the driveway. It is ridiculous that they cant be bothered to do their job correctly, and even when given the opportunity to not even have to deliver it their system is so flawed that they cant even adhere to a simple request to not handle my package at all, and let me just come and get it.
I have been lucky so far as to not have anything stolen, but there are certainly issues with electronics that have been wet, but if you think I am going to pursue UPS for damages, think again, I know the process of trying to get them to acknowledge liability and I would rather just tell the vendor about it and get a new item sent...
This is beyond frustrating and I am fairly annoyed that it is impossible to tell companies like Amazon to only use FedEx, as they have delivered consistently to my front door.
All in all, I will go out of my way to never use UPS for the rest of my online ordering days.
