Walmart Complaints Continued... (Page 16)
1684+ reviews added so far. Upset? Call Walmart corporate: 1-800-WALMARTLast friday I called all the walmarts located in Foley, Fairhope, and Daphne Alabama as well as pensacola, Pace, and crestview Florida and asked if they carried Dr.Pepper Caffine Free. All stores told me "NO" I live in Robertsdale Al and was in search of the product because my boyfriends 12 year old son was born with congestive heart failure and the most recent thing the Doctors have taken from him is caffine. He is a Dr. Pepper fanatic and I wanted more than anything to be able to get him some to lift his spirits a bit. I first ended up in the Pace Store later that evening and found it there on the shelf and in the Daphne and Foley stores that Sunday and again found it on the shelf. However, at this point, I had already contacted the distabution center in Mobile Al and a local vendor to arrange for it to be brought into a local store the following week, That was no easy task and all of which could have been avoided if the sales persons at these store would have actually checked rather than deciding they didnt want to bother with it. Even if theyu were busy at the time, they could have certainly taken my name and number and called me back. I was very disappointed and wanted to share this.
Why is it that some of these managers have a big head and treat there employess less than human. When you have a 110 pound girl who says she can not climb a ladder with fifty pounds and lift it up over her head and the manager says do it any way there should be some disciplin for the manager but instaed my daughter ends up quitting because this manager does not seem to think safety is a concern .I guess if you have been at walmart for twenty years gives you the right to treat people that way. My daughter has three children and does not need to get hurt because some manager that don't care.
Maybe these managers need to go to school and learn how to treat people before they become managers. It is also weird how 5 people get fired and three quit all because of the same lady does that seem right to you. I shop at wal mart all the time and see how badly your employees are treated there is no reason for that either way people are going to shop there so why treat workers so bad. This womens name is Alma dont know her last name.store number is 5947. I wish you would really look into how employees are being treated at you walmarts.
We purchased a wedding set on March 15th it needed to be sized and we was told thar it can take up to 4 weeks. Well 4 weeks gone by and the set was never sent off. The purchase was made at sulphur Louisiana walmart. Very dissatisfied with the service and will be going today to get a refund.
My niece purchased 2 olay 7 day cream for me. I did not want it so she went to return items. She did not have box, so they told her no return. I called customer service they told me to go to customer service and they would. Went there, they replied she stole it, then did find receipt from last Tuesday. They couldn't find box of olay night moisterizer 1.7oz so said they couldn't refund that didn't have bar code and that would mess up Walmart's inventory.
Then the security guard came and said he would walk her out and will not be allowed back in any Walmart. That's fine, look at my account, you just lost alot of money that I purchase on line. I don't work at Walmart but know enough to go look where product was and there is a tag staying product name and number. I want this item returned and money back. I have know problem not shopping at Walmart, there are lots of stores around here.
For food Western Beef just opened up, prices cheaper, have butchers there and food coding longer lasting than Walmart. Toys, house items etc.. Amazan, Ebay, Toysrus, Target, Lowes etc....
Walmart wireless team has terrible customer service. On 7/08, Verizon introduced tiered pricing for their data plan. In order to take advantage of the original unlimited data plan, i had to place the order on or before 7/07. I placed the order on 7/06 which was more than 1 day before the deadline and I have a receipt from Walmart Let's Talk web site acknowledging the order on 7/06. Later, I found out that Walmart did not complete the order with Verizon until 7/08 which was 2 days later.
As a result, I was given the new tiered pricing for data plan. When this problem was discovered, I called Walmart Wireless and talked to Marie and Amri. They claimed that they were unable to help as the original unlimited plan was no longer available. The only remedy I had was to cancel the order and return the phones. They were no help at all!!! I called Verizon and within 10 minutes, they agreed to give me the unlimited data plan which in essence, covered for Walmart's mistake.
Walmart's customer support team (Marie and Amri) was very much un-helpful. They had their protocol and were unwilling to deviate from the script. I will never purchase from Walmart Wireless again and I will do my best to inform other consumers to stay away from Walmart Wireless.
Was shopping in Wal-Mart store #817 on 07/21/11 and had an unfortunate experience with assistant who's name was Blianca. My sister and I were purchasing socks for my niece and found some that didn't have a price tag. When we asked Blianca for some help she "enquired as to where the tag was" which we felt was inappropriate as we had already explained that the socks didn't have a tag.
We had some interest in some other socks and as there was no evidence of multiple pairs, asked Blianca if there were more in the store but she said no and took the socks from us that we were interested in purchasing despite a slight flaw. We asked if we could buy the socks at a reduced price but she said "No it would not be possible" - she did not go and find out if this was e case.
We were just a bit disappointed in her attitude and felt that itt was way opposite to Ann's attitude (one of your cashiers - who's from New York and who we found very very pleasant) so we wanted to send in our complaint as well as our compliment. Thank you for giving this matter your attention.
On Tuesday January 1, 2013 My fiancee Mick to my 2000 Toyota Rav 4 to the Sevierville Wal Mart to have my oil changed. After the techs pulled my vehicle into the oil changing bay, the door started to come down. One of the techs yelled for someone to get it. That didnt happem. It did hit the back of my vehicle breaking the black visor.
The department manager Joe Parton wrote on my receipt that they would pay for the new visor and that he would call me and let me know what was going on. The part will need to be ordered from Fox Toyota, where I purchased the vehicle. As of yet I havent received a call. So at this point I have no idea when this issue will be resolved. It is safe to say that your company will pay to have this part installed as well?
This really is a serious inconvenience and I shouldnt have to be dealing with this at all. It's quite obvious that your staff is seriously imcompetent. I have heard horror stories about this particular location and now I see why. I do expect to have this resolved quickly. At this point im not sure if I need to contact a attorney or not.
I just dont understand how something like this can happen. It's very obvious that your staff has no regard for your customers and that unortunate. It's because of customers like myself that your employees even have their jobs.
Every time you go to the Walmart in hohenwald tn there is a guy holding signs about one man and one women same sex ..me and my 6 year old went to the store I had to explain about sex to him this is wrong and I said something to the employess and no one has done anything about it could you please contact the store for me and get this stopped a lot of people in this town is upset over this. Hope this takes care of this
I shop at Walmart almost daily, as the location near my home is within walking distance. I am speaking of the Walmart at "Monkey Junction" on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington, NC. I have been living at this location for over 20 years. Prior to that, I shopped at the small Walmart that was in a shopping center nearby. I have enjoyed having a Walmart so close to me until the past year or so. This location needs to be cleaned up and not only the building but the employees, as well. The store is in serious need of cleaning and some renovations. The employees dress like they are going to a hoedown or taking a trip to the beach, and their attitudes and language are a bit to be desired. Foul mouth employees do not need to wait on customers. Some of them act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. I don't need that and no one else does either. I have found myself traveling a few miles further now and shopping at Target. The employees are very friendly and it is a lot cleaner than Walmart. I know Walmart is a very big company and I know it got that way because it was a good company for many years. But, they have fallen down on the job and they are letting their customers down.
I purchased a large container of cheddarpasta salad on May 4th. As I was eating the salad on May 6th I felt something going down my throat that was hurting my throat. Thankfully I was able to get it back up and realized it was a thorn like a rose bush thorn. It left my throat very sore. I have the thorn as well as the remaining portion of the salad. The store location was 9248 Parkway East, Birmingham, AL 35206 Manage Arthur Herbert. I will keep the thorn and remaining salad until I receive notification of what I need to do before I pursue futher action.
Walmart store on Mechanicsville turnpike in Hanover county, Va had improperly call police and identified me as performing the act of pay larceny which I was only trying to obtain help and place door locks which I wanted to place in layaway. The Walmart employee call police and police charge me with larceny. I will take this to court and also file civil suit on Walmart and their employee who improperly provided untruthful information on myself to police which were called to the scene.
I went to wal-mart to pick out some Christmas toys for my kids to put on layaway.I spent about an hour picking out toys to put them on layaway, just to find out each toy has to be at least $15.00 each with a minimum of $50.00 worth.Nothing in my cart was over $15.00 each but i had about $200.00 worth.I could not put anything on layaway.I was so mad,the layaway associate said to leave them and they would put them back up.Upon walking away i hear an advertisement come over the speakers in the store say {walmart layaway a convienent way to pay for items longer, items you want}Well that is just not true!////So,I will take my business elsewhere like toys r us where layaway is free & there is no minimum per item or purchase & you have until dec-16th longer than walmart.Sam Walton would be ashamed.
I purchased a photo book on-line, prepaid for it, and received a confirmation email of the order and completion date. When I went to the Walmart store ( #1702 1000 N. Wickham Rd. Melbourne, FL) to pick it up, I was told by the man at the photo center that my item was not there and there was no record of the order on the computer.
When I showed him the email I received, he called customer service and claimed they told him my order did not go through properly on the computer and I needed to reorder it even though I received the confirmation email. I did this and the next morning I received a call from a different lady at the same photo center stating my item was there the whole time and had been processed on the original date I ordered it, but it was not finished because she did not know how to properly assemble the photo book and had to wait for assistance from her co-worker.
She stated the man I talked to last night had processed the original order, even though he told me that those types of orders were handled through a different company and then shipped to the store when completed. This man did not offer to help me find my purchased item and offered no explanation for what could have happened. He also told me wrong information and directed me to reorder the item, which ended up being unnecessary.
Then I found out today that my photo book is being created by someone who is not trained and incompetent. THIS WAS VERY DISTRESSFUL SINCE IT IS A HOLIDAY GIFT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AT THAT STORE WHERE THERE ARE FEW STAFF WORKING AND NEVER ENOUGH AT THE CHECK OUT LINE.
WALMART BETTER REEVALUATE THE PEOPLE IT HIRES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OR IT WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS, MYSELF INCLUDED.
i stood at the hunting section, oct 2 2012, the employee behind counter was not interested in helping me, he only wanted to talk to stock boy. i asked for bullets which i knew walmarts had, but he said we do not carry. this is not the first time either. i am a customer and know more about the products and were they are than they do. and rude some are. several people around here refuses to go in oxford ala. walmart. something needs to be done or alot more will go. when i go into a place i want some one who is courtsey, trys to help the best they can and be honest if they dont know. it is a shame that so many would appreciate a job, and would do great rather than just hang out.hope this is reported to open somes eyes.
I was just at the wenatchee wa walmart. Every time i go there the cashiers cant even say hi they start sacnning your items if they were any slower i could take a nap. They act like it hurts to move at all they are the slowest checkers i have ever seen. It seems when they get a line they move slower. They use more bags that any other place i know. One item in a bag thats stupid i finally said can you put more items in one bag im tired of all these bags to carry in. Come on its not rocket science take some pride in your job and treat customers better they are your pay check. If i had a kmart in my town i would shop there before walmart.
We have 3 walmarts within 20 miles of where we live. Where are all your cashiers? There are times I have waited in line for 30min. There are times when you have to be places, poor health etc this needs to be addressed.o f all the money walmart brings in. Walmart ran out everyone else. Walmart would not get my business if there were a Kmart, kroger target etc. Why have all the check outs & no one to run them. week-ends,holidays,you should have plenty of cashiers. People needs jobs so that should not be a issue. You should be able to go shopping be able to walk up & not wait in a line for ever. My mother had surgery & could not even go shopping because knew she would have to stand in line forever. You need to hire more cahiers. I see a lot of walking around in departments doing nothing but hiding. You want business you should want to help the people.
I won't EVER spend another dollar at the Walmart in Dublin, GA...I found a ladies pocket book in an empty cart in the cart return in the parking lot. I took it inside after asking 2 ladies that i saw walking away from the area, who said that it wasn't theirs. I stopped an emplyee walking by asked if she could take the purse, that I had found in the parking lot, she tried to give to 3 other employees, none of which seemed to want to be bothered with having to take it.
I was a little worried by now that no one would even try to notify the owner.. So i decided to look and see who the owner was, maybe I could let her know that her pocket book was safe. Then the 1st cashier that declined to accept the pocket book, Shouts "Don't let that man go through that woman's purse!", insuating that I was up to no good! Then the first employee that I stopped snatched it out of my hands and took it behind the counter.
If I was gonna do something wrong, I wouldn't walk back into the store, garner a bunch of attention then do it in front of everyone!!! I had serious concerns about whether any them sorry/rude employees was even gonna inconvience themselves enough to try to notify the owner!!! I know that if my wife left her pocket book in public place, that she would worry herself to death until she knew that it was safe! That'll be last time I darken the doors of that store full of sorry, rude, lazy, and inconsiderate employees!!!
Walmart one hour guareentee is false advertisement. I got to the store @ ten thirty. First off they try to thruw to off if you were running late the electronics weren't even in the electronic department, it's like you had to go on a scavenger hunt to find what you were looking for. When I got to the aisle in the grocery department a guy told me that they had already passed out the other 500 TVs and handed me a gift card. I had to pay for the tv upfront that I did not receive, but I was content with that. The part that upsets he has that you MUST pickup the tv where you purchased the gift card. I chose to drive far out to avoid too much chaos. When I tried to contact Walmart to change the shipping placevtheyvtold menu couldn't do so because it was in that stores inventory. If that was the case I would have a tv instead of a gift card. I am very disappointed in walmarts customer service to resolve this matter
I have been shopping at Walmart for years. Part of the reason that I was very pleased with Walmart was there return policy. They stood by the promise of satisfaction guaranteed. Nation wide the Walmart stores would return any item purchased at any Walmart. That is very important for me, my family and friends located throughout the country especially when we are buying for someone else. However, recently we received a gift of a pair of shoes from a friend in Florida.
The shoes were too small for my grand daughter. When we tried to return them to a Walmart in San Jose, California they told us the product was not in their system; even when the Walmart tag with the price was still attached to it. My daughter also purchased some diet pills. She had been taking them for sometime. However, recently she started taking some other meds where she can no longer take these diet pills. They told us they could not return the diet pills without a receipt.
We hope that the Walmart stores will continue to stand by the policy of satisfaction guaranteed otherwise we will be forced to buy less. I just bought my first case of stage one diapers in 9 years to set my babys diaper bag up for delievry in a week from walmart, i get them home and open them up i start putting the diapers in the diaper bag to see that about 7 have no tabs on them.
I went to the Walmart bakery at 5pm on Thursday to order a cake for Saturday; however, I was informed that the last person who worked the bakery had left at 4pm and that there was no one there to take my cake order. The lady working the deli counter advised me to try back the next day and that they would be able to take my cake order on Friday for Saturday. Fearing that 5 on Friday would be late to place my order, I decided to call Friday morning to place my cake order only to be told that they would not be able to have my cake ready on Saturday until after 5, which absolutely does not work for my purpose.
So basically, I'm suffering the consequence of Opelousas Walmart's poor staffing in its bakery department. Had the bakery been open when it was supposed to be on Thursday I would have been able to have my cake. Headed now to Super One to place my cake order. I called them and told them of the situation and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. And while I'm there guess I'll buy all of my other party needs. Way to miss out on the money, Opelousas Walmart.
I went into Walmart to kill some time and naturally i was hungry so i picked up some wedges and popcorn shrimp (which i paid for) and got some movies. Well, there was some movies i couldn't pay for so i put them to the side wile i continued my purchase. (was at self checkout) paid for all the things in my buggy , the clerk that watches over that section was looking over me like a hawk for no reason he then started to take things from my basket and putting them where i was putting the stuff i didn't pay for and going through it and when he got to the stuff i didn't pay for he got all but hert and said why are you shoplifting and im just standing there like are you for real. well after going through my stuff for the 10th time i was let go. I lost merchandise greater than 30$ because he wouldn't let me have them claiming they were not paid for. Walmart just does not care what so ever. I still have not seen that 30$ or the stuff i paid for. PS sorry for not putting periods in there sometimes still pretty mad.
I purchase your Walmart Family Mobile Plan cell phone service, my sons phone would not turn back on would shut off by it's self we were able to exchange it for another cell phone than 2 weeks later started having problems with the phone, we could not exchange it had to call the Walmart Family Mobile Plan cell phone service they said they would mail me out a box so i could return it and get my money back on a Walmart gift card, well it has been over a year and still no box to return the cell phone and no refund, i have called many times ,the people on the other end do not under stand English i keep getting all kinds of excuses . Some one needs to get there finger out of there ass as well have people talk good English. whats the matter no one has any one that speaks English, your a business you need to have people that can speak good English. It's pretty bad when you have to keep asking them to repeat them self's because you can not under stand them.
My husband and I shop at least 3 to 4 times weekly at Walmart on West Main in Tupelo, Store #931. We have been treated rudely before by people at the check out registers, but have never said anything, but today I decided I am tired of it. If I am going to spend as much money as I (we) do with Walmart, then I want my checkout clerk to be somewhat cordial. Yesterday, I was at check out #12, clerk was Mary Osborne. She would not look at me, did not speak to me other than to say thank you. I went to get my one bag of items and it was not there. She had spun it around to her side and started checking out the next person in line - one bag in front of mine.
When I asked where my bag was, she acted as if it made her mad, and she spun the bag holder back around looking agitated without saying a word. Ms. Mary is a black lady and I am white. I watched her with the next lady, who was black, and she had a totally different attitude with her. The way she acted with me was discrimination. I try not to judge people and I try to treat everyone the same. It takes less effort to be nice than it does to be rude. People of any color working in a public place should not have an attitude as she did. I will make sure I never go to her register again.
Thank you for your time in reading my complaint.
I have severe Arthritis and Degenerative Disc Decease. I walk with a cane. I can't walk very far. So if I want to go to Walmart I can hardly ever find a handicapped parking spot due to lazy people with no handicapped placard or tag using the parking spots. This makes it necessary for me to walk what is for me a long distance before I even get in the store. When I get inside it is not unusual for me to find the scooters are either not charged up or they are being used by people who don't need them. Young people and teenagers riding them for fun are not uncommon. It angers me to see an elderly or handicapped person trying to get around Walmart with a walker or cane. How do you think that makes Walmart look? Your store seems to not care at all about the handicapped, and make no effort to keep the teenagers off the scooters or enforce the handicapped parking. The scooters are left wherever they are when the batteries die or the joy riders leave. I try to avoid shopping there for these reasons. I did go there with my wife a few days ago, and had to go back to the car and wait because I couldn't walk any more. Your people don't care.
I am a very loyal customer and visit my Walmart store a least 2 times a week if not more. This past Sat. I went to return 3 items which didn't fit the person at the service desk was very rude to me. When I went to the desk she said are you returning all this stuff I told her I only had 3 items and had the receipt for the items through the whole process she just kept making huffing sounds and seemed liked she didn't wanted to.
2/8/15 I shopped at Walmart on Rainbow & spring mt Las Vegas Nv. It took 45 mins. to check out because there were first 2 reg. open then as cust. complained they opened a 3rd. there were 50 people on line complaining. I asked to speak to a mgr and waited 20 mins before giving up. there were 15 items I attempted to buy but they were not priced. I needed help finding an item and asked 2 employees for help and they both told me the wrong dept and would not find out where it was located when I asked them to. The store was a mess, out of many items, Looked like the store was going out of business.I asked for a rain check for the item I came there for and was told you don't offer them. Many of us have said the same complaints in different stores so it's obvious a store policy to disrespect and disappoint paying customers. We were purchasing a few thousand a week between business, our rescue and personal shopping, but we are now boycotting all Walmarts. this has happened too often to waste our time patronizing a company that doesn't seem to want our business. We have posted this on facebook asking that people shop where we're wanted & respected.
We visited the Walmart in Athens Al. on 02/07/2015 at 10 pm. When we finished our shopping and started to check out, there was only one cashier open. The line was from register #17 almost to the front door coming into the grocery side. After standing in line for 20 minutes, my husband started going around the store to see if any other employees could come to check outs. He spoke to two different associates, and finally after another 15 minutes the night manager finally came to open a register. It took us a total of 40 minutes to get checked out. And at the same store the week before, I stopped in to grab a few items before going to work and many associates were stocking shelves. I waited at the soup section, trying to get a pack of Lipton soup mix. I stood there for two minutes, and the person stocking never moved or asked me if she could get something for me. I finally pushed my way in front of her to get what I needed and left. We support our local Walmart, but it's getting very frustrating with their behavior.
I was at the Hallandale Beach, Florida Wal-Mart, they refused to honor competitors buy one get one free. Went late so we wouldn't hold up lines and cashier was upset they had to put everything back. She did forget one item and had to get manager approval to refund my money and she tried to blow me off until the cashier told her I was right behind her and then waited on another person before refunding my money! I was very disappointed in my service today (02/06/15) and now see why people pay higher prices, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I shopped in the Asda store in Leigh Lancashire UK today. I used to self service checkout and had no problems until the machine said my card was declined. That was only the beginning. One of the checkout operators who was manning quite of few of the self service checkouts came to see what the problem was she asked me to go through the procedure again, the card machine again declined my card. I was aware at that time that the checkouts on either side the customers were experiencing the same problem. The checkout operator then said in a very loud voice that there was nothing wrong with the card machine the problem was that the bank had declined my card, I said that I did not believe this to be the case as there was nothing wrong with the account. She suggested that I use another card, this I did and this was accepted.
Another customer was passing and said that the machines were not accepting any Halifax cards so she was going to the cash machine outside. I said that my card was a Santander and it had declined that card. The customers on either side again were complaining that their cards were being declined also. I approached the checkout operator and asked her to apologise for embarrassing me and accusing me of having no money in the account, she refused to apologise and again said that there wasn't a problem with the card machines. My son and his wife were then at the next checkout and again her card was declined. Again I asked the operator to apologise, she said she had done nothing wrong and therefore would not apologise. I again pointed out that at least half a dozen other customers were complaining that there cards were being declined so there was obviously something wrong with the machines.
She then said that I was embarrassing and walked off. I then asked for a Manager and again she walked away. I approached another operator and said that I wanted a Manager now. I then went to the customer service desk to complain. The lady there said that she had been sent for to deal with the problem. She wrote down a report of what had happened and said that it would be dealt with. I informed her that I wanted to be telephoned to tell me what would happen and that I expected it to be dealt with swiftly, if I didn't hear from Asda that this was the case and that I would be apologised to be the operator I would not shop in Asda again. This happened at 3.30pm today and it is now 9pm and I have heard nothing. I will leave it until tomorrow but if nothing happens then I will go online to publicise the problem.
I am very upset with the whole savings catcher program, I truly believe it is a genius marketing tool and a great way for Walmart to control what they allow in regards to what consumers can save. First shoppers had the BOGO, which was awesome; however I can understand how that would have cost too much to the bottom line since cashiers were not able to check ever advertisement and consumers would take advantage of it. Fail on the consumers part to remain honest and shame on them for ruining it for the honest ones. So then here comes savings catcher, not quite BOGO since we are only refunded the difference on the price of the two items combined. Ok, well, that doesn't replace the BOGO, but it's something.
Adjustment to the savings catcher way - DONE!. Wait for my savings to come back, get my egiftcard but then at the store, have to hold up the line so a CSM can come and put the key in when I redeem my egiftcard.. OK, not the most convenient, but I'll deal with the glares and complaints of the people behind me (normally 8-10 people deep because my Walmart never has enough cashiers) to save a couple of bucks. Over the weeks of using the program, I start noticing that I'm not getting back as much as I think I am. I am an financial analyst, so let’s just say math and budgets are my thing. On my last receipt, I anticipated a refund back on two larger ticket items and several smaller ones. Out of the approximately 8 items that were BOGO at other stores, I received a refund on NONE of those. I got a few cents for a difference in grapes. So, I went through my receipt and indicated the discrepancy via the instructions.
I entered in the dates of the advertisement and the competitors name. I waited expecting the difference to show up. I received an email stating that the savings couldn't be found and that I had to submit a picture of the ad in a specific format (not a common format like a .jpeg, .pdf or .bit, but one that I’ve never heard of) to defend the fact that I'm not getting the proper reward. The email didn’t even state WHICH ITEM I needed to submit the documentation for. It’s been weeks since my purchases. I am an environmentally conscious individual, so I don’t normally have the actual paper hard copy advertisements. I normally do my shopping list on my phone. All this PLUS the fact that I don't recognize the format, I do not have the proper documentation to send in and can’t PROVE I am owed the “reward”. CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have now made it so difficult to save those extra dollars that I’m done with this whole insane program.
I have to rely on your proper data entry that is obviously not up to date nor accurate, plus I have to PROVE you are missing it... I can understand missing one item, but 8 items?.. that just seems intentional. Walmart now won't "lose" money by giving consumers money back on items that can get be purchased less expensive elsewhere. In return, I will no longer be shopping the deals, will no longer use the savings catcher and will be back to my old way of shopping the deals by going to Winn Dixie and Publix for their advertised BOGO's. I will no longer be doing my weekly shopping at Walmart or dealing with the madness you all have created. You all may have the "best" prices, but you have the worst customer service, the store is filthy, poorly stocked and I honestly feel this whole savings catcher was a calculated move by your marketing people to save face with taking away the BOGO as well as a way for you to control what savings are given.
Well done honestly - at least you have a couple of geniuses working for Walmart and they have done their job... they have maximized your profits. Maybe someone should check on the employees doing the data entry for the savings catcher program. Doesn’t seem to me that they are doing their jobs, or maybe they are?
My family made a wire transfer through a Spokane WA Walmart location, received the receipt for the transaction and left the store. I went to the Colton, CA store only to find out the service was down. I contacted the next closest store; Redlands, CA which was operating and open for another hour. I arrived with 45 minutes to spare, filled out what I thought was the appropriate forms. I was corrected and told to use the receiving money gram form. The clerk could not find the transfer for approx. 10 min. Finally located, 'Nike' couldn't complete the transaction and showed me the screen, which indicated a code: 97? I asked what it meant? Didn't know, how do I find out? Call the # on the form I gave him. after another 30min. I was informed this was not the appropriate number. Turns out the my sender contacted the Walmart where she sent it, it was due to not being able to verify my first name? By this time still standing at the counter, and being totally ignored by the service desk, I was standing directly in front of 5 different employees whom didn't know how nor really were to concerned about my issue.
And now the service shut down because its now 10:00pm. I was furious because first of all 45mins is entirely to long to wait for something so minor and then be told that they could not help me complete the transaction. My legal first name of 45 yrs. is J', just the letter, which is clearly stated on my social and DL, which I also gave to the clerk 'Nike', also the sender gave to the customer service in WA whom never indicated an issue but gave a receipt. Why did the CS employee not know nor did the Managers know what code 97 meant. You do these transfers thousands of time daily, I find the service in Redlands, CA was extremely inadequate, untrained, impolite. Yes I was angry, so angry in fact I was cussing making a screen in the store. I was corrected and refrained. I want all charges refunded for the transfer on both ends, specifically the employees whom were working the customer service desk need further training and to be written up.
Nike was actually passed on to me by another associate whom didn't have time to help me, I was the only other customer at that moment! She only added to my anger by snap comments and poor customer service relations. I was always taught that the customer is always right or at least should be considered until otherwise properly informed. This whole situation was bad, it was an emergency to get medication. Fortunately nothing was life threatening. I do business with Walmart most often almost daily and have a high regard for your stores. This was and is unacceptable, please review the video and take appropriate actions to resolve these issues. Personally, I think not only refunds for all fees on both ends need refunding but gift cards of some sort for the inconveniences that took place.
I recently purchased a, "Ninja Supra Kitchen System 1200 watt", Ninja System. at Richmond, Kentucky Walmart. I was so excited to get it home and try it out, only to find all the pieces had been thrown in the box, nothing was placed where it should be, nothing was in plastic, the main part had fingerprints all over it, like it had been used, there were no paperwork, instructions, or whatever was suppose to be in the box, so I had no clue as to how to use it, I am so upset, I did not open the box because I do not open products until I get home, If I had, it would have saved me a 2 hour trip back to Walmart, I am 2 hours from a Walmart, so its going to cost me extra gas back there to return it, when did walmart start sticking returns back on the shelf, with the expensive products like this one just thrown back in the box, and everything missing, I expect when I have to pay for an item like this one, to be unopened and new with everything in the box ! with fingerprints all over it, someone had been handling it, god knows who, I'm sorry, I never complain like this, but I am so upset I purchased this in the shape it is in, I feel like something should be done, I think me gas should be paid for, because this is not my fault the product is used and messed with by probally another customer, the product is nasty with prints.
I'm upset due to the fact that I was without my phone, after sending in for replacement. I sent phone to product care on 12/6/14. Did not receive a replacement back until 12/24/14, but was charged for the whole month of Dec. 2014. I have called, texted several dept. Sent phone for replacement on 12/6/2014. Did not receive replacement phone back until 12/24/14. Charged for complete month of Dec. 2014. I was told by several Walmart depts. to contact: (i.e. Walmart customer relations, three times, spoke to 611 customer service yesterday). I was then told to contact the email address creditrequest@myfamilymobile.com. I was also, told it would take 5 days for response. Service would not be interrupted.
My daughter's income tax was posted today, and because she don't have a bank account the monies was posted to my wife's (her Mother's ) Walmart Card. However, Walmart card managers have decided to hold the money for the next TEN days alleging 'something amiss, Despite the faxed evidence they requested and received from us today(1-29-2015). we told them that our child is about to be evicted and she has Two children. The card customer service hung up on my wife TWICE, and hung-up again when she repeatedly asked for a mgr. when Emma Richardson finally called corporate they said "they didn't understand why they're still holding these monies but they cant over-ride the(" greedy insensitive ") card mgrs.
Not well stocked. Don,t they have away to keep up with inventory? Store is dirty. Displays are large and congest aisles. Check out usually long. Compared to other Walmarts, It seems the managers are poor. Maybe the managers need to go a store like Tell City or Bloomington to see how to keep the store going.. I am sure Walmart wants to improve so some motivation needs to start in Bedford store and goal of excellence fostered.
We recently visited your Walmart in Douglas Arizona and to be honest I was most displease. The store its self was nasty and unkempt. I've never seen one of your stores in such condition and was really surprise. On top of all that they seemed really racist. I took pictures for you but can't figure out where to send them.By the way, they have a leak under the water fountain that could cause someone to get hurt. I reported it and a month later it was still leaking..
I was very upset by an employee who worked at Walmart. When asking for help one of the employees named Billy was very rude to me. I asked him for help and he would just glare at me and grunt it’s in that direction. I felt very uncomfortable around him. he gave me a very threatening feeling and I will never go back to that Walmart again. I had my 2 year old with me at the time and she became very upset when he raised his voice to me for no reason. I have never felt this way anywhere and I was so upset I left that Walmart without buying anything. I felt like he was racist towards my color. When I turned away from him I heard him say nigger. I have never felt this discriminated in my entire life. I didn’t even ask to speak to a manager to complain I was that troubled and just wanted to leave. But I believe I heard his last name from one of the other employees. It was Ludloew . As long as this individual works here I will never return. This employee was very nasty and rude and needs to be fired.
My father and I went to purchase a battery for my Harley Davidson at the Wal-Mart off of Hulen St. after making my purchase we were approached at the exit by an officer and two people employed by Wal-Mart acting as a part of the loss prevention team. I was asked if I had put anything into my pockets that did not belong to me. I and my dad replied no. we were asked to accompany them to the security room or what ever it may have been called. mind you this was after I had already checked out and made my purchase as a paying customer. upon our arrival at the security room,we were asked to empty our pockets. they even took the liberty of searching and violating my dad's personal space. my question is what was it is that I or my dad had taken that I could not have purchased at the checkout, and what relevant excuse the officer had to suspect a paying customer would be shoplifting.
Cancelled Service back on Oct. 27, 2014 when my phone broke and I switched to another company and called to transfer my number to new provider and cancel service at that time. But now I am still getting a bill for $92.64 saying I own for two months. I called to find out why and was told that when you call to transfer your number you then have to call a different number to cancel service. This should all be taken care of with just one phone call not two. So please stop billing me for two months of unused airtime.
I was in grocery shopping and stopped by the meat dept to pick up a whole cut up chicken like I have done many times in the past. I noticed there wasn't any so I asked the person putting out meat and he said they didn't have any and he never has seen any. I asked him for a manager and I waited 10 minutes he had to call her 2 times just so she can tell me the same thing. But she said wait and she would get me another person in which I waited another 10 minutes and Tyler came up and asked me what I needed and I asked him you mean no one told you the problem and he said no, so I go over it all again so he can tell me the same thing. I asked them to please just go and cut me up one and said they can't do that. So after almost 25 minutes of waiting to get a cut up fryer to no avail, I told him well you wonder why people go to dillions for the groceries and told him thats where i will going in the future. So I left and went to Dillons to puchase my cut up fryer and other items I needed for our dinner. The Walmart I was at was 3030 N Rock Rd Wichita Ks 67226.
I am writing this complaint to warn other potential Walmart customers that when you buy something online from them that you are taking a risk because it’s difficult to contact them, and they claim its not their problem but mine. I received a CAP Barbell Bench from Walmart and was totally surprise by the condition of the box that was delivered to my home, and due to the condition I refuse to even try putting the damaged bench together. The box has been ripped open, huge holes on both sides with pieces of the bench sticking out, and taped very badly. I complained to FedEx about the condition of the box due to their handling, that they did not knock to let me know the box had arrived, and they left the 149lb package nowhere near my front door. They probably did not want me to see the condition of the box while they were present.
I talked to a guy in the claims dept. at FedEx who basically told me that Walmart would clean up their delivery mess because they have a contract, and that they do not care how they handle Walmart shipments. I wanted to file a complaint but the claims guy hung up on me. I did call back and emailed a complaint to FedEx. Walmart will take the bench back for a full refund but I will have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back on my credit card or get another one. They can ship to me in 2 days but they need 2 to 3 weeks to return a shipped damage item. I also can return the 149lb box to the store but I will have to spend my own money on gas, pay someone to help me lift the box in and out of truck ( I am a 51 year old female), and then spend my time in their long and slow return line.
I did nothing wrong but put my faith and cash in Walmart even after reading about other customers who had the same problems. They have proved to me that they do not care about their customers because they made their mess my responsibility. Why should they care about me, one customer who contributes to the millions of dollars the make every day. I stopped shopping at their stores 2 years ago due to poor customer service and now I will never buy anything them again online due to bad customer service. Amazon will get my future orders!
Before Thanksgiving I went to the Pharmacy at the Walmart in Huber Heights and asked if they could still order from Pure Health a dietary supplement called Pycnogenol The Pharmist on duty that day said to give her my name and phone number and she would check for me. After Christmas I went back to the Pharmacy to see if they had found out anything and nobody knew anything about my request and the female pharamist that took my information left the counter when she saw me and didnt return. Now today I went back in to see if anything had been done about my request and was told these werent available anymore it was only a one time thing Which I find funny since the Walmart in Sparta Tn says they stock it alll the time So I guess my question is is it company policy to sell to one of your stores and refuse to sell to another store. I use this supplement to make my psorasis go away and now I am being told it isnt available at the Walmart in Huber Heights. I believe the pharmist just didnt want to check on this for me and was trying to cover herself. If you could give me any information on this problem I would appreciate it. I live on a fixed income and cant afford to drive 6 hrs away to get this supplement.
I stopped my service with Walmart family mobile on Dec 14 2014. I am still being charged a monthly fee. What is going on here. I no longer have service with you or t-mobile and you are still charging me a monthly service charge. I am more than happy to pay the service for Nov 4th to Dec 4th 2014, and what ever the charge is up to Dec 14 when i stopped service and had my number ported to verison. I will not pay a dime past that date. I called family mobile on the 15th of Dec and cancelled service. So what is the issue with you. If this is not resolved i will seek legal counsel and we will take things from there. Please advise me of the amount owed so we may settle this before is goes any further.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Ibrahima Bah ,my account number 939552346 I am writing in regard to the current charges to my Family mobile account in the amount $84.79 , even though I had no service in the past several months (as I was out of the country) nor was I aware that I was under the impression this was a prepaid service . After speaking to one of your customer representative who finally explained to me that even though there were no service I was still incurring charges as the line was never "formally canceled" even though there were no contract and this was under my impression a fee for service I.E. a Prepaid account. In brief , I am kindly requesting a credit in order to bring my account out and delinquency . Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have been to Liberal Ks walmart several times and my daughter is 19yrs old and have watched the security guy look her up and down. You should be able to do shopping without worrying that some sick man is looking like he should not be . Have complained to csm cause manager was not avaliable at that time she said they have had several complaints from other customers in this guy but he is hired through a differnt company . I think unless I must have something from this walmart will do my shopping somewhere else , or from a differnt town with a walmart .

As I was checking out of Walmart here in Merritt Island , Florida today, the check out clerk actually asked " Are you in need of any tobacco products today ?" I find that pushing tobacco products is very unnecessary. Maybe it's just me because I have never smoked and find it a very unhealthy and dirty habit, but knowing the health risks, why would you ever ask that question at a store checkout?
EEOn 1/11/15 around 11:15 pm I stopped in after just getting off from work to purchase about 10 items and cigarettes there are only 2 registers for tobacco produts and they were not open the cashier on the next reg. told me I would to wait only 3 cashiers so I waited 10 minutes and then she tells me that she can only ring up the cigs. but not my other items after waiting 10 min.
I was there to exchange an item. The line stretched back almost to the checkout lanes. There were 4 peopke walking around in customer service doing whatever, one was leaning on the counter. None were helping any if the many customers in line. Was just ridiculous. Finally they began working
The Shelbyville , TN Walmart continues to allow semi trucks with trailers to park in their parking lot in front of the no truck parking sign. This creates a significant hazard as it is very difficult to see around these large vehicles. I have discussed this with the management on several occasions to no avail. On many occasions I have narrowly avoided being hit by other cars that could not see around these trucks. Does it a take someone getting hit or killed to get Walmart to enforce their own posted rules?
They could allow trucks to park at the far left side of the building between the Ascend Credit Union and the outdoor and gardening section of this store where there is minimal traffic.
I bought an 8-piece fried chicken at your Texarkana, Texas Walmart store less than an hour ago and it was horrible! It was very tough and old. I like Walmart fried chicken best because it is always fresh since selling so much but this was aweful. I get sick easily if eating chicken that has been out too long and always ask how long it has been out of the fryer before ordering. Not sure what’s up but the chicken hardly had any meat on it and was very very dry.
Not enough cashiers when checking out. You can do better with the prices you charge. Come on Walmart…you’re killing the American people!
I read on the Newspaper that walmarts were matching Competitors prices and their ads but when customers get to the check out it became a whole different ball game. my thing is this if you say you going to do something Please deliver have a meeting with your cashiers so they are all in the same page because it really makes Walmart look bad when you see cashiers are standing there arguring with customers.I love Walmart and I want you to do better see you.
I bought a Gateway Laptop refurbished computer one month ago,i purchased a ext.warranty for it.It keeps shuting off and restarting.I contacted walmart customer service and was told to call Gateway because it was a factory warranty issue. They said to call ext warranty which said they would send a box and send to repair, told me to send recovery disk.I did not get one with product, told me i would have to contact Gateway and get one They charge for this.I called warranty back and asked why i have to purchase something that was not my fault. They said i would have to contact walmart with my problem.I have always bought from Walmart and been telling family and friends walmart is a great deal. But i would not recommend this to anyone again,i was completely unprepared for this nightmare. It has left me a sickfeeling towards Walmart.Hope somebody reads this and does something about this.
I have two dogs and every time I go into wal mart I have to buy a different dog food. Every time I change their food stuff happens Im sure I dont have to go into detales. I used to buy the Just 6 in big bags, Rachel Ray indorsement. But was forced to buy the little bags @ 13.00 instead of 21.00 for more than twice as much. I complaned to service desk but saw no difference. I also am a small business owner and like the DC21 Blue line invoices and used to buy them from your terrace location but they quit handling them. I complained to Blue Line but have not heared anything back. The DC21 invoices are the most simplests invoices for the small business operators I don’t understand why you dont carry them.
First let me say that I have three herniated disks in my lower back as well as a fractured vertebrae. On 3-18 2014, I had my doctor call in a prescription to the Wal mart pharmacy located at 1901 E. Noble Ave. in Visalia Ca. upon being contacted to let me know the prescription was ready I drove to the pharmacy. As I pulled out my credit card I was informed that the prescription was not in stock. This was very disheartening as I was in extensive pain and was told over the phone that the prescription was ready. I was then told that they could try to have it the next day which they did and I was able to receive it. Upon arriving home and looking at the bottle it appeared to me to be a little short.
Not much did I think of this as I thought surely it cannot be less. Earlier today I counted my tablets to discover that the amount left would be the equivalent of me taking twice the prescribed dose. I take only the prescribed dose and I Keep my tablets in a locked box where no one else can access them. I think they gave only what they could get in and charged me for the full amount. I know that there is now no way to prove this allegation but I have been taking this medication for a lot of months and I know what a full amount should look like inside the bottle.
I do not abuse this medication, I do not share it with anyone, I do not sell it, give it away or anything of the sort. They had to have handed me less than what the allotted amount was supposed to be, this is the only possible explanation. So after 9 days, I now have less than a two weeks supply on a 30 day prescription. I am not an addict nor a thief or a cheat. I feel that this is what they did to me and I feel that it deserves an investigation. Not to mention, the pharmacy workers are also among the rudest, nastiest service people I have ever met.
While trying to get passport photo no one was at the photo center. An employee that works in another area went to look for the employee that works at the photo center to assist me. When the emoloyee came to the station she dragged herself to get the job done she even had a bad attitude like she did not wanted to be at work. It seems like no one wants to work at that photo center. A manager past by and did not even stop to see if I was being helped. Customer service at that store sucks. No one is willing to help a customer and make faces when a question is asked. The pictures were horrible and looked like mug shots. I had to go to another place to get pictures.
We were glad when Walmart expanded the Park City, Utah Walmart store. We do most of our shopping at Walmart, but I am afraid that is going to change. My wife and I are not young kids any more and it is already enough that we walk all over the store to do our shopping.
Our complaint is that there is always 20 items or less registers open with Walmart employees standing around doing nothing. But the people that actually shop and spend some money have to walk to the farthest registers and at best there are two of them open with a long line. Yet there are 10 registers open of 20 items or less with no customers.
With that being said, if there is not a change for the better, soon, Smiths is right across the street and we will not be shopping at Walmart any more.
ive been csm for fifteen years I work Monday through thurday 5to5 ican work thirty two hours but get four hour shifts for four days now they cant even give me that as csm I have to take casier hour to get any hours . they say u all want give me any hours why .is this a age thing..ive always gave every thing to walmarts worked when no one else would .other csm get my hours that don’t have open aviilablety .just don’t think im being treated fare .ive talked to both front end mgr but they just say home office doesn’t give me hours for csm .please help me understand why .thank you lola peel
No matter when I go to the local store, the shelves are empty especially on Satursday. There are no associates around to help or ask. I cannot shop on any other day due to work restraints. Seems likes an item is out of stock for weeks on end and then when it does show up there is only 1 or 2 items on shelf. It never use to be like that. I can go to Valpo or South bend and items are there mostly. Sometimes even the Michigan City, IN store is the same way.
The new Walmart Superstore located at 55 Thomaston Commons Way in Thomaston, Me is a total disaster. There are never enough registers open and it takes longer to check out than to shop. There is so much junk in the isles that you can’t get through them. Things are thrown about like a rummage sale. The fault is the management. It was awful in the old store, and they kept the same manager, and he is terrible. The grocery department is always half empty and the shelves are bare of some products for days. Unfortunately the only alternative we have is a 45 minute drive to Augusta to their Walmart superstore which is better managed and a joy to shop in.
Went into store #1002 in Linton IN. last weekend the store had boxes every where in every dept. I had gone to the Jewelry Dept to get a watch battery put in my watch, (they were out of them). There were boxes of shoes on the isle that were stacked higher than I am tall and were leaning just waiting to fall over. I told the Associate that it was very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. As I walked around the dept I bumped into a stack of boxes sitting on the floor. I proceeded to go the makeup dept where shelves were bare in the Revlon isle, the hair spray isle has so many spaces empty and yes boxes sitting around on the floor.
This store was just remodeled a short time ago, it is nasty, cluttered and half the shelves are always empty. This store was beautiful and is now not a store I would care to go to. You need to get Store Managers in there that are going to do their job and keep our store nice and fully stocked. It is now weather related it is lack of management and keeping the store up to safety and sanitary and stocked. If you were to do a surprise visit you too would be shocked but knowing some of the workers they always seem to know when you are coming and do what is expected of you.
I used to work retail and this is no way a safe and clean store to shop at. I do hope you take this seriously this is not acceptable and if someone gets hurt due to the mess of this store and I read about it I will be a witness and I guess I need to start taking pictures of the condition of this store so you will do something about the condition of this store 1002, is it going to take the death of someone or a child before you do something about it.
I shop at the Altoona Pa Walmart, I am there twice a week and spend well over $300 at a time. Recently, my son was ready to leave to go back to college and went to load up his car and found that he had a flat tire. We immediately took the tire(not the car) just the tire out to the automotive center (2:16) they checked it in.
Well it is now 4:47 and guess what ? The tire is still not done!! They told him it would be an hour to an hour and a half, Ok fine, well it is now going on 2 and a 1/2 hours. This is totally unacceptable. It is actually pathetic, that your service center takes 21/2 hours to plug a tire. I have done this done before and it takes a whole 5 minutes. I realize that you may have had other customers ahead of us which they told us that there were 2 other tire repairs ahead of us.
Come on seriously, like I said it takes 5 min 10 at the most. You obviously have some real issues with your employees if it takes them that long. I even explained to the lady on the phone that this was an emergency! He had others waiting for him that he was giving a ride and they had papers due for tomorrow and she didn’t really care. I got the BS that we have to take them in order, That is ridiculous. Do you only have 1 employee? You really need to rethink and get new management to organize your customers needs.
I just got home from shopping at walmart on st charles rock rd in bridgeton and found that I did not get the quart of oil I purchased this morning. This is the third time that I have been shorted an item this year. The problem is twofold your cashiers put the products in the plastic bags but dont spin the bags around, this time I spun the bags around myself and didnt see the quart of oil so I assumed the oil was in the one bag I had. I dont what the cashier did with the quart of oil but I didnt get it, and its on my receipt so I will return for it. This is a large problem that needs to be corrected Im a steady customer and shouldnt have to worry about being shorted items.
It is such a shame that you will let someone come in and fire an employee with 25 years of service to the Wal-Mart corporation without a chance to remedy the situation. Lisa Whitten is one of the most dependable and hardworking people I know. Our local law enforcement have been helped tremendously by Lisa looking up tapes and going to court against shoplifters.
Even coming in after hours on numerous occasions. Twenty five years is a long time to be dedicated to a company and have one man come in and just wipe that out is SAD!!! Wal-Mart has turned into the big money hungry corporations that will not stand behind their employees and that’s unfortunate.
I was on a check-out line at the Walmart in Watchung, NJ last night at approximately 9:30-10:00pm. While waiting I observed an employee (female) standing at a terminal (#14). She wasn’t doing anything – just standing. There was no one in her lane and the light to the terminal was out. I asked the employee if she (her register) was open. She replied affirmatively with a knod. I pushed my cart up to the register and began placing my items on the counter.
While I was doing so the employee began speaking to a man & woman (couple) in spanish and directed them to go around me so she could complete their purchase as they had less items. I looked at the employee and the other people and said “no I waited and I’d like to hurry up and leave too.” It was as if she did not care what I said as she proceeded to ring the couple’s purchase. After the couple exited the store I told the employee that I didn’t appreciate what she did and had she simply been respectful and asked me if it was alright I would’ve most likely said “ok”; however, what she did was downright rude. The employee looked at me, smiled, and said nothing. As I putting my items on the counter the employee started yelling at me saying “don’t throw things”; “I’m not gonna put up with you throwing things”. As she proceeded to storm away from the register she’s hollering how she’s gonna tell her manager.
She walks over to an older man several cash registers away and says what – I have no idea. The man who identified himself as the customer service manager (after I asked him who he was) approached me and said” what’s the matter?” As I began to explain what happened (I admttedly was speaking loudly as I was EXTREMELY frustrated) the female employee tries to interject and I told her to not interrupt me as I wasn’t talking to her. To my surprise the customer service manager tells me to not speak to the employee “that way”. I looked at him and told him that I’ll speak in any tone I choose ESPECIALLY given the rude, disrepectful treatment to which I was just subjected. The customer service manager (now with his voice raised) was telling me to lower my voice and to not point at him, which my hand wasn’t even raised.
I told him that I wanted to speak with his supervisor. He passively/aggressively walked away from the register saying I’ll get you a manager alright; all while he lingered in the vicinity as I stood waiting for a store manager to ascend. After waiting for several minutes I called the store from my cell phone, explained what transpired, and requested a store manager at register #14. After waiting a while (again) an assistant store manager presented himself. I explained the situation as the customer service manager lingered in the area the entire time. I didn’t have a great deal of trust that there would be any repercussions for either the employee or the customer service manager because as the assistant manager was apologizing for the incident I told him that I want the individuals to apologize.
And, I pointed out to the assistant store manager that if he were sincere about the actions of his employees being TOTALLY inapprorpriate he would have directed the customer service manager, who was standing two registers away to come to me and apologize, which he didn’t. In my opinion Walmart condones its employees racial discrimination as evidenced by their response to the situation. I wonder how much revenue Walmart would generate solely from hispanic patronage. It certainly appears that Walmart caterers hispanics without ANY regard for African-Americans. Coincidentally, my fiance is 100% Colombian; born and raised. So, for anyone who may atttempt to ignorantly conclude that my complaint is racially and irrationally motivated – I want to set the record straight.
I’ve been a loyal Walmart consumer for years despite all of the negative things I’ve heard and/or seen about Walmart (especially in the media). But, I must say ,retrospectively, that I’m not surprized about the POOR manner in which Walmart responded to the matter. By the way – just a word of advice to corporate Walmart – you may want to rethink and/or revise your criteria for a CUSTOMER SERVICE manager becaause the man I encountered did NOT exhibit not ONE ounce of customer service. I truly believe he was prejudiced by whatever the employee told him before he spoke with me as evidenced by the way he approached me stearnly inquiring – “what’s the matter?” and telling me not to speak to her (employee) that way. For whatever its worth – I’m done with Walmart!!!!!! I’ll spend my hard-earned money with an establishment that doesn’t discriminate against African-Americans.
On April 6th I ordered an electric culatvitor for $154.35 site to store. After waiting and not hearing anything I found a number to call on 4/30(it was not easy to find) and was told that the item was pulled but never got on the shipment truck. Walmart got their mony from my bank on 4/18.The lady was told this item was an anniversary present for May6th, she gave me a $20.00 discount for my troubles and reordered it she said.
I kept waiting again and never heard anything so on 5/6 I called again and after a long time on hold and talking to someone I was told the item was never reorded and I would have to go to the store and cancell something that was never ordered to get my mony back. I had to spend my gas and time to go to the store where I was issued a refund but it would take about 5 days to be credited back to my account. This whole thing is a farce and I swear I feel Walmart has gotten so big the just don’t know what the right hand is doing from the left hand and I honestly feel they do not care.
The original order number was 2677215-288534. Today is my anniversary and the item will not be here and that is a shame as I ordered it on April 6th. That was a month ago. I honestly wonder if I will ever hear from you. I really do not care because now it is too late and I honestly wonder is I will ever shop Walmart again and I do know for sure I will never order anything again.
I odered the South Shore SoHo Full / Queen Storage Platform Bed Black. I read all the reviews online and decided to buy this item….I found a big chunk was out of one of the panels and the bracket for the drawer was bent. I decided to go ahead and fix these items but the drawer DOES NOT open and close with out tugging on it or pushing it hard..I am not pleased..I think I will no longer buy items like this online through Wal-mart. And I will not believe the online reviews. It said it only took about 2 hours to put together.. NOT if the drawer brackets are bent…….I would send this item back if I would not have trusted Wal-mart and not have put the packaging in the dumpster…now I cannot return this item because I do not have the original packaging.. I don’t believe this item is worth the $179.00..I paid for it….a personal note…round the corners that go at the foot of the bed…then maybe my daughter would not be black and blue from hitting it all the time.
I bought a riding lawn mower on 5/03/13.It had no operator’s manual with it. I called the store and was told to come in and they would get me one. I did that on 5/5/13. I was told from the person in lawn and gardens that I would have to come back the next day and speak to the manager. I went to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager and the manager was called but didn’t come to speak to me. He said I would have to go to lawn and gardens for help. I don’t like the run around. I left the store and looked it up on the net and within 3 minutes I had what I wanted a manual. This is poor customer service and I’ve worked in the public for years. I spend a lot of money at Walmart a month but will think twice before I go again.
I’ve drank the V8 Juice with a hint of black pepper every morning at breakfast since I first saw it. It has vanished from the Weat Monroe LA store shelves. My doctor told me he loves the V8 with a hint of black pepper too. Why did the store stop having it? I’m 68 years old andlove the juice plus it’s very healthy to drink. I called the maker of the juice and it’s available. Please stock it.
The walmart computers were obstructed by inventory cases and the operators of the inventor equipment were TOTALLY non -observant of the obstruction and inconvenience at the site. They even gave myself and my friend an inappropriate answer to the situation. The photo technician was the person who did finally move the case while the personal doing the inventory stood in disbelief of the situation. I did address this situation to a customer service associate who agreed with the situation. The walmart store manager ,Brad Ausdenore was not available. In the future the inventory equipment should be placed so that the customer will not experience such a dangerous situation.
I just came from Walmart and had bought a thing of velveeta cheese and when I went to use it I noticed it looked like it had been opened already, soI thought maybe it was one I had in my refridgetor so.I checked my recipet with the box #2100061689 the one I had just bought. It only has 12 oz in it but looks like it was packaged this way. I can send a.picture if you need me to but I wasn’t about to use it. The long number on the silver package was 04050007199300. What do I need to do and what are you gonna do about your product that I bought and not very happy about.
I was in Neighborhood Walmart in Newport News, VA at approximately 6:30 this morning. They open at six; When I got ready to check out the only registers open were the self service ones; I told Debra in green coat that I could not use those. (age 70 in June) She would not open a register and check me out; I went over to customer service desk and put my stuff on the counter. Debra would not come over there either. Another lady left her stuff at the self service register and left the store.
It was only when I yelled for a store manager that a wonderful smiling blonde haired girl came to my rescue. She put my stuff back in the cart and took me over to regular register and called Eddie to come and check me out; I think her name was Ellen; She wore a blue coat. Eddie was all smiles and helpful too. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with Debra in that store. She evidently does not like white people and definitely has an attitude when it comes to waiting on them. When this Walmart first opened I waited in line over 40 minutes to return something.
Normally Walmart stocks (albeit only a few) 40 lb boxes of Special Kitty scoopable cat litter for 9.98 per box at any given time. Someone, however, apparently ordered a couple of tons of another pricier brand (because it comes in a bucket which will still be thrown away). This display is on the end of an aisle and contains approximately 100 of these 35 lb buckets with more stacked elsewhere. These items are 12.98 supposedly on sale. I went to buy 160 lbs which is how I usually do it but, of course, not one box on the shelf. Imagine that. Apparently I’m expected to buy 140 lb (4buckets) of the ‘better’ ‘ on sale’ stuff for an extra 12.00 and still come up 20 lbs short.
Now I’m all for free enterprise but I have another product stuffed down my throat just so someone at walmart can clear their stock of another product. And I might add that this is a popular way of operating – at least at this particular walmart. I used to spend just about 200.00 a week in walmart EVERY week until the last 12 to 18 months. I’d also buy major items like flat panel tvs, computers, tires and sporting goods, etc at least a couple of times a year on top of that. Now I don’t. Seems like every time I go, walmart has removed a name brand because they think SO much of their in house brand, or they have priced the name brand so high that it’s obvious they think people are idiots not to understand what they are doing.
These days I had been going to walmart on average once a week for cat food and litter because being consistent with the same type of litter is a good thing for the cat. He doesn’t get pissed off and piss on your pillow because you changed something and upset him. Still I had been spending 100.00 a week easy on four cats and three dogs. I’m sure walmart can survive without my measly four or five hundred bucks a month but I tell you what, walmart, just about everyone I know is feeling the same way about how you do business and the sentiment is spreading. Suggest you rethink how you do business. Kroger is there and so is Target. They are the ones getting all the money you no longer receive from my visits and, after this crap tonight with the cat litter, they will probably get the last of it.
It’s really a shame – I used to love walmart. It’s just changed over time and, with the economy the way it is. I actually hate setting foot in the store because I know, without exception, that I am going to leave angry because of the issues I’ve stated. Stop treating people like they are too stupid to be allowed to make their own shopping choices.
On 4-9 13 I tied to buy AMP at the store in Brookhaven,Ms. I tried to buy the AMP in the silver can with green script. I was told by a store manager the store did not control the product selection vendors (Coke & Pepsi) put in their racks at the store. I find it hard to believe the store has no influence on product selection provided by vendors. This product is carried in stores to the north and south of Brookhaven. This product is an energy drink.I am a dedicated Wal-Mart shopper and prefer to spend my money in the local store. However, I can not due so if the store declines to stock the product I wish to purchase. I also do not believe I was given an accurate reason for not having the AMP. Thank you.
My complain is towards a Walmart manager working on 4/9/13 at around 8:30 p.m. And she is the only manager working at that time. Well my complain is that when comping the toilet paper angel soft 24 rolls from an ad on a website the main store manager gave me, that manager at the store said she would not comp that because its not the regular toilet paper. And the ad does not even mention if the paper is double or regular. But either she said she wouldn’t do it. It’s been quite long since I had any issues until tonight and if Walmart is not going to allow the comping then why advertise it thru tv and even make a website with the comp prices they will allow when the managers won’t even do their job of great customer service and comp what is advertised by WALMART on a website.
I have been a customer of Walmart vision for a long time. Always was satisfied until the last time. My old glasses were hurting my nose so the dr recommended me getting a new pair with a lighter frame. I asked him did I need ultra light lens and he said no. One week after receiving them I had the same problem. I made an appt with the dr and he said meet with the manager in the morning and he felt sure they would get me new ones with ultra light lens. When meeting with the manager it was a definite no because the paper work had been sent out. I am disappointed because I thought they would definitely make it good because they were known for that. I was wrong. I have been wearing moleskin, bandaids, taping sponge to my nose, putting vaseline, etc. and nothing works. I have to wait until August for new ones and will not be using Wal-Mart and will share this experience with others.
I have ordered Samsung S3 tied to At&T in last week of feb but I never received it.My order was clearly ready to be shipped on 27th Feb itself but I asked them to hold because I would not be available I clearly mentioned while placing the order that my order be shipped on either proceeding monday or tuesday and they said yes then. .But they did not send it so and sent me later. They say Fedex has left the package in front of the door on wednesday when I was not available.
I did not see any package.I had to call customer care more than 10 times and the issue is still pending. They offered to send me replacement phone but to the At&T registered address. I no longer stay there and address on At&T is my cousin’s who is the primary At&T account holder. I got the address changed from At&T and called back again. They said Fedex is investigating it but I was in no rush so I thought I could wait. In the mean while I called them 3 or 4 times and still the response is Fedex is investigating. Fedex has apparently rejected the claim it seems.I called back on May 1st and to my surprise I realized that Fedex has rejected and Walmart did not even care to intimate me about this.
This time they transferred me to another department who were clearly arrogant and did not even care to respond. All they say is they cannot help. I had to talk to manager and so they said she will call back when she is free in next 24 hrs.I called them thrice over next 2 days to get to manager but clearly I could not. After long wait of 48 hrs, manager called me and told me the same thing and said she cannot do anything rather she sounds she wont do anything.I thought Walmart had more responsible people. I am the one who lost money here and they do not even care anymore. I definitely would not leave this and I want my money back. I no more would like to involve with walmart. All I need is my money back.
I became disabled in Sept. 2012, so I need the use of a motorized cart to do my shopping. However, due to location, the Wal-Mart I shop at most frequently never seems to have any motorized carts and most of the people working at that location are not at all helpful and some are down right rude. Several times I’ve almost fallen because of some of my experiences within the store. All my prescriptions are with Wal-Mart on Franklin, but yesterday I could not pick them up because I couldn’t stand long enough to get them and there were no carts available, so now I’m debating as to whether I should transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.
In Feb. and March combined I spent $789.62, if you don’t care about the business some other store might. Most of the Wal-Marts I shop at are excellent, go the extra mile with service and have good attitudes, so what is the story with East Franklin? I tried to complain at the store level, but that was a joke. So many people are out of work right now seems like you could hire people who look and act like professionals and are glad to wait on you and have a job. Please get some carts for customers who need them.
Well, you said you would get rid of the noise that starts at 11:00 pm that keeps everyone awake until for hours. Basically it appears your company employs liars that do not care about the public. I guess it is time to ask the news media for help.
Maybe they can convince you, the police and public to change your cleaning hours so we can get some much needed rest and sleep. I hear the babies crying throughout the complex. Shame on your greedy and inappropriate conduct. Definitely a behavioral problem that needs to be corrected by the law.
Sorry I am rough here but you promised to solve the problem and you just blew it off.
One of our customers told us about a security system that walmart is carring. We closed our store and took a trip to walmart. i tried to get assistance from a associate, since this system i wanted was in a locked case. I asked the clerk to please let us see it to determine if this was what we wanted. she was assisting a cust and said she would be right there. We waited, she also took 2 more customers in front of us that were men.
So I asked another clerk to assist she said she couldnt. So needless to say we started to leave and I asked for the manager. the manager was not in. Ive tried calling the girl who answered the phone asked what department was the issue I advised electronics. she transfered me to the girl that would not wait on us. so waited 1hr and a half called back still no manager to speak with.
I provide customer service to my customers and frankly you need to look at the people you have in that department. If you are a man then it seems to get you service. But I dont believe you will be recieveing any more of my business or any of my family or friends business This little stunt cost your company about $300 dollars. And your manager Jason didnt even bother to return my call.
Bad Business ethics and no customer service will shut the doors. I am a consumer that does not have to do business with your company and i will advise others not to either. My customers have asvised me today they have been treated the same way at this store on other issues. So needless to say I dont think Sam Walton would have permitted this type of treatment to his customers.
About two months ago I noticed a big pile of 12 OZ Raw Spanish Peanuts (Distributor by John and Sanflippo) for 1 / 2 of the regular price at wal-mart Dodge City. I purchased about 40 of them.
After I consumed one of the bags, I got food poisoning and terribly sick and end up to ER. Despite all the proofs that I have I could not get Wal-mart to pay for my hospital bills. One attorney advised me class action is the only way to bring law suit against this Greedy Giant
Last night, Tuesday Feb. 26, 2013 my husband and I went to your Epping NH store for 4 215 65 R16 tires. The time was not a pleasent, first we wwaited 15 mintues before someone assisted us and told us how long it would take. When we finally go helped I ( the wife ) asked about honoring another tire providers ad of free installation if you bought 4 goodyear tires.
The gentleman said no when clearly above his register it said we honor ALL competitors ads I even had a print out of this advertisement which according to the sign I did not need to provide. Next we were told 1 hour and we waited 1 and half ( and that was our car in the bay right away ) any other place the turn around time would have been a lot less.
Lastly when we were checking out and paying CASH we asked about the good year rebate form. Your staff had no idea about the rebate that your website advertised that expired on Feb 28 2013. He did not find out about it and we are forced to find the information out on our own. Fourty dollars is a lot of money in this economy.
We also asked if 2 of the tires were in the back, the gentleman said oh we took them and charged you for them. Clearly your staff did not provide customer service when they did not satisfy me. I am not sure why this service happened but to me no excuse is acceptable.
When you say you will honor ALL ads you should that would of been a savings of 44 dollars on 4 tires ( not much when your talking walmart- and as we were there they quoted a man the wrong price and he received a FREE tires 92 dollars, and not knowing about your rebate promotions.
I hoe youd ecide to honor something as I chose to go to Walmart for the tires and I could of gotten 4 tires somewhere else cheaper. I look foward to your response
I was very unimpressed with the service that I received at the check-out counter at the Capilano Mall store in North Vancouver, B.C. on Sunday February 17th, 2013. There was only one cashier open at the check-outs on the west exit of the store and the other cashier had his light off indicating that he was closed. The person who oversees the check-outs, who I will refer to as the “attendant”, was at the check-out beside us.
A cashier approached the attendant waiting to get onto that checkout. The attendant, once finished with what she was doing told the person ahead of me, who was the next person in line, that she could be helped at this checkout. Since the person that was being rung in at the first checkout that I was standing at had a large purchase I followed the lady that was in front of me over to the next checkout. Once we were both there the cashier then informed us that she had to leave and go upstairs to swipe in. So there we were standing in line with no cashier. Of course at this point I had lost my place in the previous line.
When the attendant came back to the checkout with no cashier she asked us “Where did she go”? I told her that she told us that she had to go upstairs to swipe in. When I asked the attendant why she pulled the lady initially ahead of me from the first line-up over to this checkout that was opening up if the cashier wasn’t ready to work she said “I don’t know that she hasn’t swiped in until she tries to get on cash” and then said the she didn’t tell me to come over to this checkout”. In my opinion if a cashier is on the floor waiting to get on cash she should already have swiped in and be ready to work.
So while we were waiting for this cashier to come back, which took awhile I might add, the attendant told me that the cashier who had had his light off indicating that he was closed before is now open. So to add to my frustration, the attendant did not make sure that this cashier that just opened took me next, she just let 3 other customers go in line in front of me!
I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service that I received. At no time was there an apology and the comment, “I didn’t ask you to move over to this line”, was very unprofessional. I work in the customer service industry myself and I have never spoken to or treated a customer in that manner.
I have five step-children who live in Oregon with their mom. My husband and I were late getting their Christmas presents to them due to unforeseen circumstances, however, we were finally able to get their gifts and were told that the best way to get the gifts to them was through Walmart.com “site to store.” I went online January 19, 2013 and started shopping. I got them everything they wanted. However, it was not an easy process…it took me about six hours to do it, and that didn’t include the shopping time! First of all, I live in Texas and had my hometown Walmart store saved as my Walmart Home Page. As I shopped, I made sure that all items stated “in stock” (of course) and were “site to store” items.
Once I got to the “checkout” page, the difficulty began. First, it wouldn’t do “site to store” so I had to change my hometown page to the store in Oregon that the items were going to. Then, I couldn’t use my address information, I had to use the other mom’s information (which later made it very difficult to explain to customer service). I had to go back and reorder things several times because it didn’t put the correct item in my cart or it ended up being a refurbished TV, or right before check out an item would pop up “out of stock.” Very frustrating! But, after about six hours it was finally done! I spoke to the kids and they were so excited and looking forward to getting their gifts the next week.
Then, I got emails from Walmart.com…yeah. By the way, everything I purchased was put on our debit card, not a credit card or check by phone, but a debit card…either the funds are there or not and, if the funds are there (which mine were), it comes out of your account immediately. No problem, there was more than enough money in the account. Well, one email said that part of my order was cancelled due to them not being able to get authorization for my payment…huh?
You don’t have to get authorization on a debit card…it either goes through or not…and it becomes a pending transaction immediately. So on January 19, 2013 I placed the order and Walmart.com immediately put it through to my bank and it became a pending transaction. I called my bank and they said the money is there pending Walmart accepting it. I called Walmart.com’s 866 number and, after explaining the different names and addresses, I explained the email and what my bank said and asked what the problem was. Then they told me that some of the items were out of stock. I told them no, online it said “in stock” and I made sure of it because I had to reorder several times. They put me on hold again and then said they couldn’t get authorization on my payment.
I just told you my bank said it’s there waiting on you! They then told me that they already cancelled the full order and that I would have to go back online and do it all over again. Well…I need you to stop the pending transaction so the money would be available for me to do that…another six hours of frustration. They said I would have to wait three to five business days for them to release the money…of all the nerve!!! I told them if they can take my money immediately they can put it back immediately. Of course, they said they couldn’t. I spoke to supervisors and got the same run around. I called my bank again to see if they could stop it (like a stopped payment on a check) but they can’t do that with a debit transaction unless the merchant (Walmart) releases the funds.
The bank representative gave me the fax number and told me to call Walmart back and tell them to fax the Release Form and it would be done immediately. So, I did…but that didn’t help. They said it will still be three to five business days before somebody in their billing department opened the email and faxed the form.
It’s not that difficult of a job! I get hundreds of emails a day and fax hundreds of documents a day…and I’m only one person…Walmart has thousands of people working there opening emails and faxing…it shouldn’t be that difficult to print a piece of paper and fax it. If you can take my money immediately and cancel my order immediately, give me my money immediately. Again…”we’re very sorry but that’s policy.” Well Walmart.com, your apologies are not going to make five little children happy.
Your apologies are not putting my money back in my account so that I can do something to get these gifts to these children. Your apologies are not going to “unbreak” the hearts of five children. Thanks for all your help Walmart. You think because you’re a big-wig company you can run all over the small people. Keep it up…in this economy you need the small people. We are the ones putting all that money in your pockets while you kick back and not give a crap about what your so-called policies are doing to small children. It’s like the kids waking up on Christmas morning and being told there is no Santa. This may be a late Christmas for them, but it’ll make them happy…or should I say “would’ve” made them happy.
I understand that you will not be ordering ammo but just last night i was told you do and it sells out by seven oclock so i went and nothing was their i was lied to by walmart. I will no longer be doing business with walmart untill you stock ammo. I hope you go out of business with obama because he is costing you business. Have a slow day.
My son purchased a promise ring for his girlfriend before going off to college. (i should say ordered it) it was suppose to be here before he left and it wasnt so of course it left me to take care of everything. His girlfriend has had the ring for two months the gold is chipping off and now the ring is turning her finger green. Not only is she heart broken my son is very upset. Going into to walmart and talking with some one was useless We would have gotten a better response from talking to a wal. l All i got out of it was there is nothing we can do about it. Excuse me I find this unacceptiable.
With my son going to college he doesnt have the money to be throwing away. And this was a very important time for him for him and his girlfriend. Imagine how he felt when the ring turned her finger green. (the ring wasnt cheap) He was mortified and felt like a pice of _ _ _ _ And of course he leaves to go back to college tomorrow. I think it would be nice if someone would step up and resolve this issue.
Dear Wal-Mart Canada, I am writing you to explain my frustration with your store located at, 1305 Lawrence Ave. W. North York , ON. Store number 3105. There have been numerous occasions while shopping at your store since I moved to Toronto 2 years ago, which have disgusted and frustrated me in a level never reached by any store before. The final occurrence of unsatisfactory customer service happening tonight, which lead to this letter. I don’t feel like I can actually step back in your store, knowing how poor the quality of service is. I feel that since my move to Toronto that I am not accustomed to this poor service at Wal-Mart and will be forced to make my business elsewhere.
Following is a detailed account of situations that I have found unsatisfactory at this location. Please think to yourself while reading this, if you would like to shop at this Wal-Mart or switch to a competitor with better customer service, customer satisfaction and levels of service.
13/01/2013 at 9h45 pm, I went with my cousin, to buy diapers for my newborn baby, I choose Huggies types 2 sizes 204, and I show to the cashier, Shoppers”s flyer to use price match, She called directly the manager, after one minutes, the assistant manager came ( solvik), Hi told me; we don’t do price match for this sizes (204), because it’s expensive, if you want choose the other size (120). My general perception of this store is of poor customer service, satisfaction, Two major foundations important to any business. I just moved here and people always talk negatively about this location. Please review all my comments. I have plenty more and would like to discuss them if you feel necessary.
I have been to my Walmart about 4 times trying to buy some products that have been out of stock for 3 or 4 weeks. I think the management does not care or know about items being out. A good manager should know these things and do something about it. I went again this morning and had only 6 items on my list and they were out of 3. There seems to be so many empty shelves and find no good reason for that to happen. I have had a conversation with the manager a year or so ago and got no place with that so please do not refer me to him. It needs to be taken care of higher up than him.
I am a very frustrated customer of Walmart and would go someplace else if it were available. This is Ozark, AL store.
I went to the walmart automotive dept. I got an oil change. The employee asked if wanted to replace my air filter I asked how much and was told $11.00 dollars. I went into the store to do some purchases then returned to the automotive dept. Now my air filter purchase was amazingly higher $25.94. I will never go back and get any service from that dept. again. The man at the register did not care if I was upset or not. He just shugged his shoulders. What happened to customer service? I should have just told him to take it back out. I never make complaint but this purchase upset me so much I decided this was worthy of my time. Layton store #01699 745 W Hillfield Rd Layton Utah 84041-0000 US Store Manager Craig Allred. Order number 0048570084814. At the bottom of the receipt it says change oil filter for sure At $11.00 I thought ok lets do it. Had I known it was $ 25.94 I would not have done it. Just not. I do not expect any response from this complaint.
I am disabled, I use a walker. If one is available I like to use the courtesy riding carts. I have tried to leave my walker at customer service at Walmart but am ALWAYS told to leave it by where the riding carts are. This morning I was at store 5124. I left my walker, got a riding cart, greeted the greeter and pointed out my walker. When I was ready to leave the store 30 minutes later the walker was gone.
The greeter was upset and helpful, one of the customer service reps helped look around. One supervisor was very rude and says it was not Walmart’s responsibility to watch my belongings. A person I was told was a co manager stated he did not have time to deal with the issue.
My caregiver had to purchase a simple walker for $50 so that I could get around til either my walker (approx $250 value) is found or replaced. My caregiver and I notified the Glendale Police. The policeman was able to find a picture of a man taking my walker and entering the store. I am very upset. I did what I was told and received little sympathy or assistance.
Candles went on sale for $1.00 today and a worker was putting them on a shelf from a basket. Since I could not get close to the shelf I was looking at the one in the basket. She was still putting them on the shelf from this basket. I took a candle from the basket and then she stopped what she was doing and told me to give her candle back. She was doing her shopping while filling the shelfs. She was on the time clock. I do not feel the employees should shop at the same time as the customers. If they need it that bad they should have picked them before bringing them out to sell. She and another worker had two basket full of items that were on sale. She told the other employee go put them some where no one could touch them. This was at the wal-mart on 87 and 410. The one that asked for the candle back, was some type of superviser. I was very disappointed in her attitude. I had not had that type of treatment at any Wal-Mart.
Wow! Early one morning I was in your store in Orange (southern California) on Tustin Avenue recently and we’ve got a couple complaints about your workers — Worker Yenira was in an aisle Dental Flossing her teeth. Later we found her by the ladies dressing rooms Napping . We asked for help from Worker Kenisha but she was way way too busy talking dirt about Management to another Worker (a worker with a bent spine). I asked her to tell us where the silverware was but she was bothered I interrupted her ranting and raving and she sent us in the wrong direction of the store. We came back by the candy aisle again and asked her again and she again was bothered and said she wasn’t sure. Like I said already WOW! And it’s not a good Wow! Instead we were shocked and annoyed. Even though you have good prices, we’d rather pay a little more at another store for better service.
I was just at Walmart last night shopping with my grandfather and I was looking for a mattress cover for my bed and when I looked at them I could find the price. For a full size cover I could not find a price for. It and the sales person was never to be found not could I find a price machine that worked and the managers are just allowing this to happening but I’m getting tired of it I know if I worked I would never ignore the customer nor not help them I should know I worked there. And these people who work at this store #464 tey have tattoos.
Or piercings it’s digusting I thought Walmart had great hiring standards well at least my Walmart I thought but I guess the managers don’t care do they and dept managers sister should be allowed to get up in people’s faces like mine and bully them now I have filed a complaint but I have heard nothing back and the people who work in personnel. Don’t even answer there phones right when I ask for a certain person in personnel. They always give me another perso. To talk to its annoying an managers do the same thing and the door greeters when I saw last night one girl was texting and didn’t even greet or say hello which was rude and half of the people In the back who are working a dept and there are people that need help with something there not even there look listen all I’m saying is my Walmart store on 3829 hwy77 off of 624 should have a little class and not be rude at all.
Sincerely a worried customer /former worker who busted her but to keep that store the way it was.
My Name is Betty J. Cunningham, and I purchased a RCA Universal Remote Control from Walmart on 7326 N. Keystone Ave, Indpls, In. 46240 on December 3, 2012. After realize that I did not need the item, I attempted to return it to the same Walmart with my receipt on January 4, 4013. I was told by the Service desk staff that they will not refund my money because the product number on my item did not match the number on the receipt. However Walmart did sell the same brand and this item was purchased at this location.
The wal-mart on Gatlin Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL needs more cashiers in the afternoon, from 4:30 to at least 6:30. I go there quite often and have to stand in line for twenty to thirty minutes. Today was the worst. I was in line for 35 minutes. Please contact managment and do something about this. Everyone was complaining. Your prices are not that great to have to put up with this much longer.
I just contacted the Walmart Super Center in Roseville, CA on Pleasant Grove Blvd. After approximately 20 rings I finally got to someone in electronics. I asked to be transferred to customer service so they could give me the price of a product and also tell me if they had it in stock. After another 20 rings “Dave” in electronics answered again with the Walmart Greeting. I advised Dave no on ever picked up and I had been rerouted to him. I told Dave what I needed to happen and he asked if I would hold. I didn’t mind since Dave was the only one who seemed to be answering phones. After a very brief hold Dave came back online to inform me he did not have the device needed to look up inventory and he would transfer me to the photo department. After another 10 rings some one picked up to hang up. Thanks Dave for all your assistance (sincerely) as for the rest of the Walmart Team.
I have been with walmart pharmacy on Bobby Jones in Augusta Ga. for many years, I have had no problems until recently. I take glipizide for diabetes,10 mg per day. My doctor increased it to 20 mg per day, He called in the perscription , but when I went in to pick it up, they said that he did not state weather it was time release or not, so they would have to call him. this was 11am. they said my doctor was out to lunch and i would have to wait till he called them. He called them at 3pm but I had to wait until 6:30 pm for my perscription. It is 45 mile round trip for me from home to walmart and back so I had to wait 7 1/2 hrs and when I said this was too long the cashier told me thats my problem. not happy
I ordered photo greeting cards from the Harrisville Walmart in Utah. The email I had was that they would be ready for pick up after 6 pm on the 20th. I spent all day making Christmas goodies to deliver with the cards this evening. I went to pick up the cards at 630 and the lady with blue hair ran around for 10 minute trying to find them and finally looked online and said the order had be auto canceled because they were out of ink for the printer. (She also said the printer had been out of ink for 2 days). I was not notified when I ordered them or anytime after that about this problem, had I have known I would have sent the order to a different location, this was the closest to me and was 30 min from my home. The lady in the photo department blamed someone else for why I was not notified and when she tried to give me a refund it took an additional 30 minutes to get someone to come unlock the register, apparently she was logged in under someone else and when she put in the request for a supervisor they were looking for the wrong person. She and that super made light of the situation between the two of them after she shouted for him across the neighboring department that she had a pissed customer-pissed doesn't begin to describe how I was feeling at that point because of their incompetence! The blue haired lady at the counter then suggested that I START OVER on the order and send it to the wall ave store....start over because they had cancelled it- I glad she thinks I have all the time in the world to redo that very cumbersome process! We not only didn't have cards to deliver to neighbors we missed the party we were supposed to attend and the only time I would have had all my kids together this year to see Santa. I stopped an assistant manager on my way out and all they could do was say sorry we didn't know anything about it. The super did look up and see that not only was their store out of ink for days but wall ave was out of ink as well.....so I could have started over for nothing. In a pinch I called the riverdale store and they said the did have ink but they are closing early today because they don't have enough help to run that department today. My holiday gifting is in shambles thanks to Walmart and all I can get from Walmart is the run around as they each blame someone else for the problem. Bah Humbug to Walmart this Christmas!!!!!!!!
Saturday, Dec 17: I called Vortex Computer Technician and talked with John Parker who said the company was located in Phila,Pa. He fixed the problem, then told me I could make money by going to Wal Mart to purchase 16 Wal Mart gift cards at $500.00 each, come back home and scratch off the numbers on the back and call and give him the money andhe would put it back in my Welsfargo bank. I went to BBT bank, took out $8,000.00 to buy the cards. He had told me he would put my money back in bank plus an extra 350.00 for my service. He was dealing with a bank named Chase bank, so he told me. As of now, Wednesday, he has not reimbursed me for my money. I did some wrote down the number he called from, it was: 215-688-5531. I did some computer research on this John Parker and the message came up saying: IF YOU GET A CALL FROM 215-688-5531 to report it. I checked for more info on "John Parker" in Bensalem, Pa and Phila,Pa. If there's any way your company can help me get my money back, I would appreciate it so much. That was my life savings. I am 84 and live alone. I would appreciate your response as to what else I could do to get my money back. I am going to contace the Police Dept in those two cities and have already contacted the police dept here in Greenville, N. C. I am really in need of my money. There must be a reason why that telephone number is listed. Thank you for anything you can do for me. My telephone number is: 252-757-1168. I need my money to pay my December bills.
On the day of November 21st, at your store in Ravenna, Ohio, I went to return exchange a baby breast pump. as I entered the store I noticed workers looking at me suspiciously, but I paid no attention to the unwelcomed looks. when I approached the customers service counter to speak with one of the sales reps, took my item out of the bag and asked the sales rep to throw the bag in the garbage. I Told the sales rep that I was looking to exchange the pump for a manual breast pump. after standing there for about 30 minutes a police approached me and asked me where was my receipt. I explained that I don't have the receipt. He then told me that I couldn't go anywhere until I prove the pump was mines. I told him that I paid for the pump myself and I was getting it for my sister, however, I lost the receipt. Officer then held me against my will and threatened to arrest me If I failed to present some Identification. After being held for another 30 minutes the security came from the back and told the police that, I, Indeed, walked inside of the store with the item. And I was free to go. I asked the store clerk for a bag to cover my merchandise, but she refused to give me a bag. I then asked the manager and he refused to give me a bag. I explained that I walked in the store with a bag and they threw it away, it is required for you to give me a bag. they refuse to give me a bag even though the sales rep who i gave my bag to, comfirmed that I gave her a bag to throw away. i seen a empty bag on the desk so i decided to take it apon myself to take a bag to cover my merchandise. i was totally embarrased, and hamiliated. I felt like i targeted and that this is done to alot of black people who shops at Wahlmart. i want diciplinary actions taken immediately. this cannot happen to the people in the community, who spend there hard earned money at Wahlmart. Im sure they accsed me of stealing something that I spent my hard earned money for.
Wahlmart have survailance cameras set up so that you may observe the incident at hand..
After diciplinary actions are taken with every employee who participated in this traumatizing night, call me and leave a message or talk to me personally to inform me of what actions was taken, if these requirements are met, I may decline consulting my attorney.
thankyou

I purchased a Walmart gift card on Dec. 7, 2018 for my grandson for Christmas. When I got home I checked it’s balance and it had $35 on it. I gave to my grandson on Dec. 15, 2018. He took it to our local Walmart in Bellefontaine, Ohio and tried to use it and was told their was no money on but had a balance of 0! I believe an employee in the Bellefontaine Walmart acquired the numbers (before it was sold) and then used the money. I was told by their customer service that they must have the physical card to swipe but a clever employee could do it with just the numbers. The printout (attached) is confusing showing redemptions and reloads. But, bottom line is the money was gone by 3 a.m. Sunday morning when my grandson was fast asleep in his own bed. I received no satisfaction from my local Walmart. My money was stolen and I’d like it back! Joanne Wiley
I ordered a cake on sunday 12/16/2018
I asked for red roses to be on the cake w/red writing Happy Birthday. When I arrived for the cake the attendant was there, I stood there about 5 minutes and I said excuse me ma'am. she finally noticed me. she presented me w/a cake. I looked at the cake and it had only 1 (one) Rose with green scibbles on it. I told the attendant I asked for roses on the cake. she corrected it. I did explain that I would be contacting you back once I picked up the cake. I found it very discouraging to get a cake at Walmart. I have literally stood on the other side of the bakery cabinet calling from my phone. no one would answer and even called the service desk to page for assistance. I be on a schedule an to place an order to be ready at 11:00am and to get it almost 25 minutes later is not acceptable. we order for lunches and this has been not acceptable. I am considering not using Walmart in the future for our company needs. we have monthly parties and have been dealing with this for several months that it is a big problem. you order and hope that you can get it correct and in a timely manner.
Order # 6181867887550.. online order pickup at store Walmart 1859 bypass rd Winchester ky. Said 2 items ready for pickup. Then associate gave me necklace item but said jeans were there but I couldn’t have them or Walmart would think I stole them ??? I ask how you figure I have my records and pictures of order and shows paid . He then says I have to come back another day it’s a bug in system. I then contact customer service and they said it clearly shows both items ready to pick up . This is rediculous andvim very offended at being told Walmart would think I stole my own order ! I don’t appreciate this at all . Inconvenient, offending, no help from anyone so far .
Came shopping this weekend with my family , we came in at 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday both nights as we took the weekend to get shopping done. Why is there only one lane open? and the wait time was 15 minutes, there were employees that were just standing around and shrugging their shoulders and talking bout the very slow long line. there was a few customers that walked out. if the self scan lanes were open people should not have to wait like this , very ridiculous, will be going to another location.
I live in Corsicana, Texas, and this store is always running out of grocery products. Some times they are out for weeks at a time and no one can tell me why or when they will restock. A lot of my friends have started to shop at other stores because of this problem.
Too many times I have entered the restrooms at your Wilkesboro Store only to find a toilet out of service...on a busy night such as Saturday with the line long, that means rushing to the back of the store to use the one next to customer service. How long has that toilet been out of service? Why is there not a plumber in there right now working on it...seems with the cash registers full of people/customers, the store could afford to have a plumber fix the toilet...I recently had colon surgery and when I need to go, I need to GO. With the move toward self checkout perhaps we need to start towing a port-a-potty behind the truck. Fix the TOILET. Please
I shopped at Capilano Walmart. used my Mastercard. i was happy to get it and spent 1800$ in a week. buying electronics, food and what i needed or wanted. i had tried to return 4 flatscreens and an entertainment unit. after i went back 3,4 times they refused to take the stuff back. the only proof is i bought it on their card. these items were resold and parts were missing! they refused because of this. i told them that is how it was when i bought it. i called to complain and they said talk to the manager. he said the same, no receipt parts are missing! got upset explained how much i spent, i was kicked out and told they dont want my money, and to fuck off! don't come back for a year? and now i am here trying to get my money back for items i don't have $1000 or more. sad!! pissed they are wrecking my Christmas!
I purchased a Sodastream, 3 months ago, had no problem returning the carbonator until yesterday, your employee refused to take back the empty would sell me a new carbonator charging $29.00.
Hello, Im so sick of being treated as a burden when it comes to shopping at your walmarts i bought a jacket for my husband as an Xmas gift when getting to cash the cashier was completely ignore me and refused to provide a bag for my items because APPARENTLY the item i bought was too BIG! after much fight and assistants from might self she help me put the item in the bag with attitude while leaving she stated that it doesn't even fit when it did, now idont care and i dont mind paying for bags but i should have to fight to get one when i have no vehicle and was walking home with the things i purchased , in told another employee about my experience before leaving and she told me they just dont have the bag to provide for large item which is a lie i will no longer be shopping at any walmart after this experience and i will make sure my story is heard.!!
out of 21 or 22 registers only 4 were open and all were ran by the slowest people that work for Walmart
I had close to 1000.00 in my cart but left after waiting for 20 min in line and not even one customer was
finished being checked out I will no longer shop at Walmart I will go to other store as Fred mires were

I shopped a the Walmart on Academy Drive in Bessemer, Alabama on 13DEC18 between 5:30PM and 6:30PM . I informed the associate that the items I had purchased that the amount was not adding up and I was being charged to much after I used my $5 and $10 Walmart gift card and she showed no concern about the over charge and no one in customer service new what to do about this incident for them to refund my money. After over 30 minutes of standing in customer service they refunded me $30 because that's what I was told the over charge was. I am sending this compliant because I shop at this Walmart all the time and I have never had to deal with anything of this nature and I did not appreciate the lack of concern or lack of interest of what happen this evening. I hope something can be done after I report this incident so it does not happen to anyone in the future. The store number is (00764), Stores address is 750 Academy Drive Bessemer, AL 35022.

I received my direct deposit onto my walmart money card. I keep my funds in my vault until I need it. They are now having "technical issues" and refuse to issue my funds to me. Ive been on hold for over 2 hours and all the agents can tell me is wait. I have responsibilities to take care of and I can not do so until they release my money. I feel violated and helpless and I can not get any help. What am I supposed to do next? Its too cold to be homeless.
Appalling. There was a long line and only one checker and that was #14 lane that has a short belt. Let me first emphasize this is not about the checker. She did an amazing job considering what she was up against. Those of us standing in line could see 7 Walmart employees in the customer service area just visiting among themselves. The gentleman behind me ( and yes he was a gentleman ) went over to ask about opening another lane. What they said to him was beyond rude. When he came back he said they told him if he didn't like the wait to unload his cart & leave. He asked to speak to a supervisor. So, supervisor Cody, showed up. Cody said that he would help the man unload his cart. WHAT?? Then Cody said that there was 2 checkers but the other one was on break. I kept silent up to this point. Then Cody said that scheduling was done at corporate and for the man to contact corporate if he wasn't happy. I told Cody that it wasn't the scheduling as much as the attitude. My career ( a passenger service agent for a major airline at an international airport ) was based on customer service and I know how important customer service is to a company. His entire demeanor was too bad so sad leave. Now, Wal-Mart isn't known for customer service but this was OUTRAGEOUS.
My husband and I ordered the KidKraft Ainsley Wooden Swing set on Black Friday for our children for Christmas. At the time I placed the order it said estimated deliver was on 12/4/18. The order was placed under my husbands email since he has an account (bjrharkless@yahoo.com). We got no further information. On 12/4/18 my husband received an email stating that the item had not been delivered yet as their was a delay and they would send an email when there was an update. However, upon clicking on the tracking it appeared that the item was showing it had been delivered to the Wal Mart in Pearland on 288 and 518. We had chosen to have it shipped there and pick it up. My husband then finds a shipping label under the tracking that shows the item was delivered and signed for by Rose Bukowsk on 12/4/18 at the Pearland Wal-Mart. So my husband tries to call the Wal Mart. He calls on Monday and spends 30 minutes on hold and never gets an answer. Today, Tuesday 12/11 he calls 3 different times. Each time he asks for a manager and is told one is not available and keeps getting put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. He was told by an associate that the item had shipped but had not been delivered. When my husband told her about the tracking information that shows it was signed for by a Wal Mart employee on 12/4, the employee just responded "ok'. She then stated that she conferred with a manager (still not allowing him to speak to one) and that shipping is not guaranteed. He again explained that it was showing delivered and that our checking account had just been charged for the amount indicating the order was complete. There was still no resolution. The last time he called and waited 30 minutes to speak to a manager he was given the District office phone number of 281-313-1746. We have both called this number twice and no answer. We have both left a message. First of all this gift is for my kids from Santa. Secondly the customer service is horrible and outrageous. How can there not be one single manager available to answer a question during the busiest time of year. I need someone to call me and have this resolved TODAY. My husband is going up to the Pearland Wal Mart when he gets off of work so maybe then someone can find a manager. If not, we will be taking our business elsewhere, which I'm sure would not matter anyway.
talked to someone last week about my complaint with Walmart 1276 deli. Its was about a chicken order that they couldn't do and they called me 45 minutes before to tell me! They suggested I call the other Walmart in our town and I said they should and there manager said they couldn't do that I would have to. In any case time was ticking and my company was coming and I was going crazy! The other Walmart did fulfill my order, thank goodness. Such poor ordering at 1276....and I order a week ahead and still they let me down>
In store looking to buy Nintendo switch none in the Nintendo display they were all at the phone counter the guy that worked at the counter didn’t want to let me look at the Nintendo switch box which was locked in a glass sliding window so he called security on me and he told management that I swore at him which he lied about there was no customers at the counter I was the only one he could of let me look through the glass and call someone to help me customers should get good service this guy was a big zero
On Sunday night, December 9, 2018, I called customer service for help on an order just submitted. That person explained to me the problem was being fixed and that someone should give me a call in 24 hours. He stated if I do not receive a call to contact Walmart.com and Customer Service would handle. I called back on December 10, 2018, the representative, who said her name was Martha, states she didn't know anything I was talking. She was very unprofessional and act like she didn't want to help me. In the meantime I'm out of $95.00, because I was told I would have to wait until this order gets to me,(which is not scheduled to get to me until December 20th) then I would have to fill out a return form and wait for my money. I can not get my grandson the hoverboard he wants for Christmas because I have to wait for my money. (order #6141863-045426).
My daughter mistakenly purchased a soy sauce alternative instead of regular soy sauce.....My daughter had thrown away the receipt when she put away the groceries..I said No problem and drove to walmart for an exhange or store credit so I could get regular soy sauce..a $4.67 item...the person wearing an asst mgr badge (Corena) said where's thge receipt ..I told her it was thrown away mistakenly...Corena said "You need to download the walmart app" I told her I only had a flip phone....She said then "I suggest you save you receipts as we are doing away with paper receipts...I said what about the return policy posted on the wall for returns with or without a receipt...Corena said well we don't have to refund if we don't want to... This is all said within hearing distance of my friends..who encouraged me to file a complaint....I was made to feel like a thief or something with her berating me....ALL FOR A $4.67 item....Corena then said I'll give you a store credit card this one time.....Well from now on I plan to shop at Safeway for my groceries....and plan on bringing up my experience at our club meeting this next week......
Ordered a bedding set online on 11/19 with a guaranteed delivery date (per website) of 11/28. On 11/28 called customer service because the item had not shipped- was told it was stuck in shipping and I needed to cancel the order and resubmit it; which I did, this time with an expected delivery of 12/5. It is now 12/7, still not received. Called customer service multiple times, they claimed to escalate it, but have no idea if the order will ever ship. Was told again, I needed to cancel it and submit it again- I refuse. This is false advertising on Walmart’s part- this is exactly why Amazon is the leader in the online market- Walmart only cares about taking your money, you will never get your product!!

I purchased No Boundaries Jegging faded jeans and loved them...great fit, and got 3 compliments. So, I went back and purchased 4 more pairs. I washed them, and they stunk horribly...strong chemical toxic smell. I researched how to get rid of chemical smell in jeans,& followed the recommendations.I washed them 5 times using detergent, borax, vinegar, oxi clean, perfumed crystals, and also tried laundry baking soda at times, all to no avail! They still stink strong chemical smell. Will this smell ever go away, and is it toxic to wear???!!! I really want to keep and wear them, if it's ever possible!

EVERY TIME I GO TO MY LOCAL WALMART THE PRODUCTS I BUY ARE NEVER IN STOCK!!! I THEN HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO THE OLDER STORE TO PURCHASE MY GROCERIES. THIS IS REALLY INCONVENIENT BECAUSE I WORK FULL TIME AND THIS TAKES AWAY FROM MY FAMILY TIME! WHAT CAN I DO AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THAT MY LOCAL STORE HAS THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEED? ANY HELP WITH THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
My pick-up with my dog in it was stolen from Pendleton Oregon Wal-wart parking lot on Nov 27 2018 . After paying a bill and shopping for a total of 15 min I walked out to my truck horrified to find it and part of my family( my dog) gone. I ran back to a bell ringer who had observed me walk in and he automatically said " hey man what's wrong". I said I think my truck was just stolen. I asked him if he had seen exactly where I had parked. He answered with a yes verifying that my truck and pup were definitely gone. I ran back into Wal-mart to call the police at the courtesy counter. I went in and told them my truck and dog had been stolen and not one person did anything they just stared at me like I was crazy. I asked one of them to call the police and one of them finally took the public phone and turned it towards me.I said will you please dial the police for me so they dialed. When I got someone on the phone it was my cities chambers of commerce . I said would you PLEASE call 911 they finally called the police for me . when the police showed up they refused to let police look at the video. They said only two women in town are allowed to review video and they are not here. They gave the police the number for the women but police could not reach them. Three hours later I went back to Wal-mart and had to demand to talk to a manager 20 minutes later a manager came to the courtesy counter. I said My dog and truck were stolen from your parking lot why can't you review the video. The man said I can you can't. I said the police need it and he said well where's the police. I said trying to contact the only two women that can review it. He chuckled and said I can review it if there was a cop. I'm asking what's so freaking funny he said my names James have the police contact me if there's a problem. I said what do you mean IF there is a problem my freaking truck and dog were stolen and you guys have already wasted 3 hours of get away time. I proceeded to call the officer on the case and told him there was a man who said he would review the tapes with an officer only. The officer did not believe that because he had already been told only the two women could review the video. The officer then said I will call this James guy. I then walked back into the store and found James at the money center I was trying to get his attention but he was ignoring me while talking with 2 other associates. They all just stared at me like what do you want from us. Finally he was paged to the phone and it was the officer. His attitude started to change after that . The officer soon showed up and they reviewed the video and got the vital information we needed almost 4 hours after the fact. Not one associate asked me if I was alright or if I needed anything. If someone stealing your truck and part of your family was not bad enough try having Wal mart treat you like some sort of deviate while felling like someone just put a knife through your heart !!!!!
this complaint is about your pharmacy staff and the people that fill the scrip.the women there is very rude, she doesn't want to help you in anyway.the gentalman is not much better.i am moving my scrips to another location,in hopes they may be better, the staff there is a joke, know nothing about what they are doing. they will not get a scrip ok'd before it runs out, making me drive an extra trip to get the scrip.HY-VEE always have mine ready, have never had any problem w/ them,in fact, they will call me telling me I have one ready...….
I recently purchased 2 tires on your Walmart Site ( Market Place ) and am very unhappy with my purchase and experience. Advertisement reads as follows 225/55R18 102T XL Nokian Nordman 7 SUV " STUDDED " Winter tire sold by Tires Easy. The tires were delivered on Friday but when I looked at them they weren't studded. I contacted Tires Easy this morning regarding the issue and was told by them it was a mistake on Walmarts
site they way it was printed and they did not come studded. Not being happy for paying for a product under false pretense I contacted Walmarts and was told by the associate that they only print what was given to them by Tire Easy. I am very annoyed with the run around I'm getting with no satisfaction. I shop at Walmarts 3 to 4 times a week and find this unacceptable. I realize we all make mistakes but I own up to mine. It's very unfair to mislead customers regardless if it's your store or theirs.
Hello there. I tried to order a Smart TV three times on Walmart's website. Every time I ordered, my account got debited and I also received an email from Walmart letting me know my ordered had been received. However, for each order attempt, a couple of hours later I received another email from Walmart telling me my order had been canceled. And guess what happened to the price? It increased a lot. I only could order the Smart TVs if I paid the full price.
purchased a ring was very satisfied except the jewelry dept has noone on duty at the fresno store on kings canyon rd.to get it sized its christmas everybody should be on duty poor management just thought you would like to know. Shopping at target
I have just experienced the worst customer service I have ever had with any store. I shopped today at Walmart in Salem, NH which is about 20 miles from my home in Massachusetts. I purchased a number of items there because my local Walmart in No. Reading, MA did not have some of the items I needed. Upon my arrival home, in unpacking my bags from the store I noticed that a package of Duracell batteries never made it into any of my bags, but were listed on my receipt. I went to my local Walmart in No. Reading, MA with my receipt and explained that I did not get one of the items on my receipt. I was informed that they could not and would not replace the item at their store and that I had to drive back to the store in Salem, NH to retrieve the item that was missing. I was told that this policy is because of inventory for each individual store and therefore if I bought them in another store they could not replace them from their store. I also work in retail for a store that has 80 stores throughout both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. If a customer came in to our store with their receipt and was missing an item from one of our other stores, we would automatically replace the item for the customer, no question. That is true customer service. We too have individual inventory for each one of our 80 stores so I find your policy about not replacing something that was bought in one of our other stores, but did not make it into the customers bag. Shame on Walmart for their ridiculous policy. The item was worth $6.94 (a package of Duracell batteries) and it ended up costing me twice that amount in gas to go back to the store 20 miles from my home to retrieve the item that the store neglected to put in my bag. I am sure that one item as small as the package of batteries was not going to make a huge difference in your store inventory. If anything, the store managers could have recorded the one item in both stores so that inventory for that store would not be off by one item. I know how retail inventory works as we do it every year in all of our stores and believe me I would venture a guess that most likely there is more than one item that isn't accounted for when you do store inventory. How sad and ridiculous that a corporation as large as yours could be that petty over a $6.94 item. Again, shame on Walmart for not even attempting to rectify there mistake. Customer service should not be a word used by Walmart. It was, in fact, very poor customer service on your part. I am so disappointed with Walmart and will use social media to let people know how ridiculous this policy is and how infuriating my experience was with Walmart.

My name is Debra J Cobb and I just want to let you know what poor services we as customers receive from your store located at 4500 Fayetteville Road Raleigh North Carolina. I live right around the corner from this location and I don't care what time a day I come, the lines are so long and it takes forever to get waited on. I have spoken with managers and it is still no better. Tonight the line was all the way back to register 12 as there was no lines open except for the self check out. The managers back in the office and I would think that you would be out there ringing up the customers is your staff called off as that was the excuse tonight. This is not the service I would want to present to my customers, I work in retail and to have a line all they way back to register 12 and no one serving the customer is very poor management and should not be tolerated. I work as a manager for 30 years and to keep coming up in this location and seeing this type of service displayed to your customers is a very poor explain of customer service. Hopefully with me sending in this complaint someone will look into this. Thanking you in advance.
This is concerning the Wal-Mart in Cedartown Ga 30125.
On 11/29/2018 around 5 pm I was checking out my mothers groceries. i was forced to use the self checkout due to there was only 2 registers open. After completing my checkout of $ 145.00 worth of groceries i put $ 100.00 in the machine and chose required buttons to indicate that i was going to pay the balance by check. Sales Associate came over tapped a few buttons and said she would be over at her register to take the check in a few minutes. Finally after 10 minutes or so she comes over and says that there is a problem and a CSM is on her way. So I go back to the self checkout and wait. The CSM comes over talks with the Sales Associate - mashes a few buttons and says you can't pay with 2 transactions. So i said fine i would finish paying it with my debit card . By then she handed me my $ 100.00 back and said i would have to pay the Sales Associate and walks off. So i am left just standing there, the screen says that Sales Associate must enter their ID. Finally after 10 more minutes and everyone in line behind me leaving she walked by and i asked her what i was supposed to do. She said I could just pay it and i told her to look at the screen she had to enter her ID #. Which she does and it deletes the whole order. She leaves again and finally comes back and I ask her what am i supposed to do now. She said that I should not have Cancelled the order. That i would have to check it all out again. Mind you there are no registers open i have just spent an hour trying to pay for $ 145.00 worth of groceries. I told her no I was not going to check them out again. She referred me to the Customer Service Desk. While Pushing my groceries there i ran into the Assistant Mgr. Anna Williams. She said she was sorry but she could not help me. Referred me to Customer Service. I wait in line for 10 minutes or so to be told that Customer Service does not ring up groceries. They don't have a scale. So again I ask What Am I Supposed to Do? She says I will have to get in line and ring it all up again. I told her no that was ridiculous and I was not going to do this. So I left the groceries there. I just want someone to know how they are running this store. This was ridiculous and if you could have seen all of them it was like " They had no interest whatsoever helping me".
I cannot believe that Corporate would allow this store to operate like this. Thank you. Rhonda Farmer
I am senior who has patronized Walmart for almost 20 years. I recently bought another set of tires at Walmart at 4601 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28311. I went to this store after work around 6pm for a possible leak in one of my tires. The Auto Center is in the back of the building and is not well lit at night so I parked close to the door. I entered the automatic door and noticed no one was at the counter. When I tried to leave, the door would not open so asked an associate to open it for me. He could not. I asked him if I could speak with the manager who he named as Lynnis , because my vehicle was in sight and I have health issues that make it difficult for me to walk. Lynn sent a message that he was sorry but he could not open the door for security reasons. What security? The door opened for anyone to walk in. I ended up walking around the building in the dark, in harms way. It would have only taken a minute of his time to show some kind of concern for a customer. Your "manager" needs to realize it's the customers who keep the store open.
My wife and I when shopping at store #03804 this evening at 7:00 PM EST. We found what we were looking for and went to get in line to check out. Its a big store with lots of check out lanes. The problem was there ONLY two cashiers and LOTS of customers. We stood in line for 25 minutes. The cashier told us there was one other cashier besides himself. Not a great to run a store that size. Where was the manager and what was doing about the situation? There no reason to go back to that store ever again.
i tried to load my walmart money card with my paycheck . it is supposed to cost 3 dollars to load my check on to my card. they charged me for cashing my check which is 4 dollars. when i explained tht they made a mistake this dawn lady was extremely rude and pushy and over talked me the whole time. the whole reason i got the walmart card was to save the dollar extra on the check cashing fee, for months i have been loading my card for only three dollars. the dawn person the continued to talk down to me and berate me. telling me check cashing fees have went up. i know they went up thats why i am loading my card. when the manager came he didnt know a thing about the situation and said the computer charges you what it charges you. that is a lie. the whole p;rocess has now taken over 20 mins. i will not pay to cash my check when i specifically asked for it to go on my card which costs 3 dollars not 4.. these three people sat and argued with me that thats the way its always been and they can do nothing to help. i will be there to see the manager tommorow i hope ther is some one there that is adult then. i did not cash my check and it costs three to load my paycheck it says so on the advertisement for the card. when i asked for my money back then they said they couldnt do that . the manager finally gave me the dollar . the total lack of customer service is unaccecptable.

Purchased a Samsung Black Friday deal online at Walmart ca, I got the confirmation and pick up date and was happy! Same day I get “important update to your order” email which tells me the item is out of stock, but here’s the kicker - if it doesn’t come back in stock within 3 days they will cancel my order????
I ring customer services who chirpilly tell me “Oh no cancelled it already!” So in other words WALMART are false advertising deals for stock they knowingly don’t have and cancelling them straight away. Tell all your friends about our great TV deals then in 3 days when the fake sale is over we will cancel your item!
My husband left his phone at the checkout. On his way back to see if it was still there, I tried calling in the hope that it was turned in. The service desk never picked up and it finally stopped ringing. I then called the pharmacy who connected me to customer service maybe because I was never greeted with a department and didn't know if he was talking to me or that I was listening to another conversation. I continued to say hello and eventually responded with a what. He then put me on hold for 25 minutes before I finally hung up. I understand that it's a busy time of year but I've worked with the public my whole life and I know that the phone is a great customer service tool. The quality of associates is worst than ever. Mr. Walton is probably rolling over in his grave. What goes on in Wal-Mart today is nothing he would have envisioned for his customers or employees!
The local walmart here in Cape Coral, Fl. (Del Prado Blvd.) has continually gone downhill for the past few years.I have been shopping there for over 22 yrs.and have now come to the point where I don't even want to go into the store. It is dirty, the shelves are not being stocked and maintained, the produce section is always with bare bins, but even worse, the produce is rotten and you don't realize it until you get home and go to use it. Wanted to buy eggs, had to go through the remaining 5 boxes to remove the broken eggs (6) to get one good dozen. This is not an isolated case, but is a continual problem You have let this store continue to decline to the point that I will take my business elsewhere. I complained to an employee and she agreed with me but said there was nothing she could do. She suggested I contact corporate and express my concerns because store management is not listening. I feel like when I go into the store, I am going into some used item, scratch-and-dent filthy store.

On 11/22, Thanksgiving day I went shopping at Walmart while I was on self-check-out register, I was approached by a Walmart employee by the name of Cathy and she said, “I feel you had 15 items but only scanned 14.” I responded to her by saying what makes you think that way? Check my receipt and match all items in the cart maybe I missed one, Cathy walked away. Couple of minutes later, she returned and said, “You did not pay for the 15 item.” I told Cathy that I have scanned and paid for all items in the cart check my receipt. She walked away and then returned again the third time and said, “You did not scan 15 items.” At this time my patience ran out and I was filled with disappointment and embarrassment, I walked to the main entrance for exit, Cathy yelled out calling Angela (receipt checker) who was all the way at the door exit saying, “Double check that woman’s items, she had 15 items and only paid for 14.” I spent $149.12 at Walmart that day, what drove this Walmart employee to think that I’m capable of stealing! Maybe because I’m black and I was wearing a hood, could be! This is racial profiling at its best. I’m sure this not Cathy’s first time targeting people of color accusing them of stealing. This is simply wrong and unacceptable to me
Profiling me for not paying for all my items in the cart by this one Walmart worker (Cathy) made me feel angry, sad, frustrated and humiliated at all the same time. In reference to California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, a law that prohibits businesses from discriminating against customers on account of their race. “I just feel that we need to be treated equal.” This is not only the law but it’s doing good business.
I spoke to the Store Manager Branden Yonkosky about this incident and said he will investigate; I hope he did. “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” Martin Luther King Jr.
I live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I use the East End Walmart for my 85 year Father-in-Law. He has coverage for his incontinent "Tena's"
On the Sunday November 25th, my wife and I were out of town (40mins away) when we received a call from the caregiver that we were coming close to the end of my Father-in-Law's supply. My wife called the Walmart Pharmacy to check on the order and if the order wasn't ready, she wanted to know if there was a supply on the shelf that we could pick up until the order was filled. My wife spoke to the female worker who eventually passed the phone onto the Pharmacist (Nilesh Bhavsar) . My wife explained the situation and Nilesh became aggressive and louder as he said he could not help her. She explained a second time and Nilesh raised his voice to almost yelling and said, "I am not going to check, I am not a diaper expert, that is the girl's job! You come and check!". Since we were on Bluetooth and Nilesh was verbally abusing my wife with his aggression, raised voice and sexist comments, I interrupted the conversation and started to ask Nilesh if he understood what he was saying. Nilesh continued with a raised voice and said, "yes, I am not a diaper expert, that is the girl's job and I am busy!". I explained to Nilesh that we are out of town, he works in a public service industry and it is impossible for us to be there right now. I asked Nilesh to check the stock levels so we don't make the drive for nothing. Nilesh yelled and said, "NO! I am not going to check. I am a pharmacist and I have to fill orders, I am busy!!" I asked Nilesh if he felt that he was above doing something like this and he answered with, "yes, that is the girl's job! and hung up".
My wife and I decided we would go to the store (40minute drive) to see if there was product available on the shelf that would carry us over until the order arrived. When we arrived, my wife did not feel comfortable going to the Pharmacy if Nilesh was going to be there. My wife felt threatened, descriminated as he felt he was above everyone becasue he was a pharmacist and belittled for being a woman. My wife remained in the car. I went into Walmart and I found 2 packages of Tena's that were on the shelf 10 feet away from the center of the pharmacy drop off. I went to the counter and asked to speak to Nilesh. The man who I asked said he was the Pharmacist. I asked his name and he responded with Nilesh and pointed at his name on his white coat. I politely said, "Nilesh, we were out of town and you couldn't check to see if these were on the shelf for us?" He LOUDLY said, "NO!!! I AM HERE ALONE! I AM A PHARMACIST AND I AM NOT A DIAPER EXPERT, THAT IS A GIRL'S JOB!". I said, "So, I am going to ask you a question so I understand completely ... are you telling me you are above this?" Nilesh quickly responded with agression, "YES!! I AM A PHARMACIST AND I DON'T HAVE TO HELP YOU, I AM HERE BY MYSELF!". I said, do you know who you are talking to? I am a customer and you should try to help me. Nilesh continued with his raised voice with aggression, conitnued with his derogatory comments, insulting sexist address and superior conversation around his distinction. I asked if he was the owner or manager and he agressively grabbed a business card and slammed it on the counter, yelled at me and said,"THIS IS MY MANAGER!" Nilesh grabbed another card and slammed it on the counter, yelled at me and said, "THIS IS MY CARD!" and walked away. At this time I started to make calls regarding his behaviour. Those are the details. Unprofessional. Sexist. Agression. Superior.Discriminating. Abusive. Insulting.
On Wednesday 11/21, I placed a Wal Mart.com online order during the Black Friday event. Within my order was 2 I Phone SE's and 1 LG mobile phone with quantity limits of 2 on each type of phone. While finalizing my purchase and checking out online the Wal Mart.com site went down stating it was experiencing difficulties. About 10 minutes later after refreshing the site came back up and I successfully completed my purchase and was given a confirmation number (5971886-005447). 2 days later ( on Black Friday) I was sent an email that my items had been canceled because of the quantity. After calling customer service that same day I was enraged to find out that my order was canceled because it was considered a "bulk order" after the site attempted to process my order multiple times. It was then rudely and nonempathetically told to me that the system processed my order multiple times after it came back up resulting in an automatic cancellation on Wal Mart's end as it looked like I was making multiple purchases in bulk. Not only will my kids (one being ill) not receive there asked for gifts but because "my institution" hasn't released the reversed hold on my funds I'm without $260 until further notice to even attempt a repurchase the 1 phone that is in stock ( as advised by the 3rd customer service representative that I spoke with on 11/26/18). It's mind boggling that not 1 but 3 Wal Mart CS reps couldn't resolve this issue and I was left to deal with this issue as it was my fault. I've shopped for the holidays on Wal Mart.com in the past without any problems and would hate for this experience to be my last. I was told that the phones were in stock in certain stores however, couldn't guaranteed the prices would be the same as they were on 11/21/18. My business as well as my children's school use Wal Mart for charity and donating events every year, I believe that there's a better resolution than the 3 I've been given (which are to repurchase the items at whatever price they are) SO NOT FAIR!
Sincerely,
Kristin Anthony (valued customer)
I shop Wal-Mart every week and I am constantly frustrated because products that I buy weekly are chronically out. This is especially true in the pet section, the shelves are frequently not stocked and are bare. This has been going on for a long time and can not be blamed on recent bad weather. The pet section manager and the store manager are not doing their job. I often have to leave Wal-Mart and go to Foodlion to buy what I need. While the pet section is the worse this problem exists in the grocery section, also. I buy the 64 oz Pure Leaf extra sweet tea every week and the last 2 weeks it is not available. I shop at the Rockingham NC Walmart.
