worst ticket site ever!! who doesn't have a customer service department??!! Do not go through this site at al!! stay away.
I was looking for Barbra Streisand tickets and under her name on SeatGeeks they had listed 2017 tickets for Grand Rapids, MI....at the DeVos Performance Hall. My husband didn't realize until he got his confirmation email that it was her greatest hits. Because the receipt indicated the correct title but not the processing website. Now, how would I know it was her greatest hits and not her performing; and considering your a discount site we just thought it was an awesome deal. We expect a complete refund and compensation for purposely deceiving us. I'm very upset and disappointed considering I have always wanted to see Barbra. We have used SeatGeek as a ticket site before and were very happy with the service. I expect better from the company and it's CEO.
This is my first complaint about Seat Geek. I went on to their website looking for tickets, but the prices were insane. I was looking at paying $2,000 for a ticket to Beyonce and $100 just for a upper deck seat. I will not be ripped off.
Wow I am just now hearing about all the fans who were supposedly screwed over by SeatGeek.com. I hope these people are joking because if the accusations are true it would mean that SeakGeek screwed a lot of fans out of their ticket money and the chance of a lifetime at the Super Bowl. Perhaps it wasn't their problem, if they allow for 3rd party brokers then likely those people are to blame. Still you have to wonder if they will take care of these fans or if they will leave them to fend for themselves.
