Telephoned your 0207 629 7711 number to ask a question about the availability of an electrical appliance as I could not see it online.
I encountered an endless menu of options before getting through to a woman who then gave me a premium rate number to ask my question. I mentioned to her that the menu had infuriated me, and so too had being referred on to a premium rate call line.
I subsequently made my purchase at another retailer this afternoon.
As a lifelong customer of John Lewis I was sorry to do this

From electrical to home appliances, baby and beauty products, toys and many more, John Lewis is the place to shop all your needs. I purchased few products out there and was very satisfied with their quality stuff. Great deal of discounts and sale going on where one can make the most out of it. I have always got a good response. I now have no hesitation in buying high value items from John Lewis because I sincerely believe there is no retailer better at dealing with such cost. Highly recommended to shop at John Lewis.
