Sound distracted.the phones kept ringing in background and no one answered. I get out of bed with tee shirt and leggings. I drive to store and through the window a man sitting on the counter a woman and a driver laughing and playing. He got up before I took out my phone. Even though the store was nasty and dirty. I ordered a pizza. Really hungry. I asked the guy if he would wipe the counter because of the dirt and seeing his butt on the table. He said it was his store and I sit where the fuck I wanted to. Do you want your pizza or not. I said cancel it. I pulled out my phone to take a pic of the place and walked to the door He burst through you don’t take a picture of me and tried to lock me in the store. I push the door open and said you can’t touch me and lock me in the door? He said get the fuck out my store, I was already leaving. I said I’m reporting you he replied GoFUck yourself. His employees watched and heard him. I never once cursed at him. I’m looking for a lawyer. I Flagged down a policeman and told him what happened. He told me what to do. I also went to the Pizza Hut on little river turnpike shakeing and crying. Their store was much better. I told her partly what happened to me. I notice a guy looked like him. It was his brother whom seemed to know what I went through he left when I asked if they were related. I don’t lie or make up stories. Review your tape and you would see what type Monster is running your store. I should have listened to reviews. I looked at reviews which were similar except for the fight. He kept trying to provoke me to fight. I said You’re trying to hit me? I wish a tape was recording, so you could hear how he talk to me. The employees didn’t wash his hands when he came from delivery and fix someone’s chicken while the manager was fussing. I’ve never experienced this. Your location is the best but letting kids destroy your name and business is your fault for not checking on your stores and reviews. That treatment is inexcusable. i ordered the 12 wings,they brought my wings to my table to find out that the ranch sauce didnt come with the wing order,and that each ranch sauce cost almost $1.00 extra. I found that so rude that i had to pay extra for sauce. It should have come with the wings at no charge, it wasnt like we were going to use a lot of it.
I am at store #004654 in Sun City FL. When I got. Here, there was no one in front of me and I have been waiting over an hour for order. I had to Check on the order after 30 minutes of waiting, and my order was not even started. Don’t know how you stay in business with service this bad. Don’t think I’ll ever be back !!!
I ordered a 2 topping large pizza online on 6/22/18 at 6:09 pm. It stated that I would receive my pizza around 6:40m. At 7:00 pm I still had not received my pizza. I called the store at 2108 Franklin Ave., Gretna , La and was put on hold 8 minutes. Finally someone came back and I informed them I had not received my pizza. I was placed back on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called right back and asked to speak with the manager. I told the manager (a guy) that I had not received my pizza and it was now after 7 o'clock. He replied "give it 10 more minutes, and if you have not received the pizza, call back. I never received the pizza. Later that night I received a call from a female who said she was the manager and asked if I still wanted the pizza, I told her no, please refund my money. I have not received my refund to this date. I called back Tuesday night 6/26/18 for the manager and was put on hold & left on hold. The customer service I experience was horrific. I never received an apology nor a call back. This is so unprofessional and I think Pizza Hut needs to provide some type of customer service training for their employees because you are going to lose business, if you have not already. Please see that my refund for $15.01 is applied to my credit card and I will never order pizza from Pizza Hut again. And I called your complaint line and gave a full detailed account of this situation and I was told someone would reach out to me by phone and no one has. It is now a week since this incident took place. You guys you need take your customers a lot more seriously than you do, because without happy customers there would be no Pizza Hut.
I live in Plaquemine, La and my house is 2 blocks away from the only Pizza Hut here in Plaquemine. My wife and I order our pizza's online from your local store and we order the same pizza everytime. A large hand tossed 2 topping pizza with the buttery garlic crust, pepperoni, mushrooms and pay extra for the onions and extra cheese. we usually are notified on the online order that our pizza will be ready in 10-20 min. I always wait 20 minutes before I leave my house to pick it up because it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Pizza Hut store from my house. Here is my complaint. The last 3 pizzas we ordered have been all wrong. Pizza no 1 did not have a hand toss crust and no extra cheese and you could count the onions with one hand....very skimpy. Pizza no 2 was a hand toss, but not buttery crust and no extra cheese and again the onions and mushrooms were skimpy. Pizza no. 3 ( today's pizza ) was not a hand toss, not much if any butter on the crust, I counted 7 pieces of onions and no extra cheese again. I brought this to the young lady's attention that waited on me and she offered to re-make me another pizza. I told her NO !! I waited 20 min before coming to pick it up, waited another 10 min at the register to pay and finally get my pizza and it wasn't right again. I demanded my $2 back that I paid for extra cheese that was absent from my pizza and pointed out that this pizza was not right, just like the last two. This is a small store, it seems to be understaffed and improperly managed and for the life of me, I can't understand why they can't get these pizza orders right. There are two other establishments here in Plaquemine you can get pizzas from but they aren't as good as Pizza Hut's and I am about to give up on your store because of these problems. It would be incumbent that someone from your organization would just show up and see for theirself these issues because several other customers pass comments every time I go there to pick up my order and have similar complaints. I don't know if they take the time to send you feedback but I've had enough. I'm tired of paying for the wrong order and tired of waiting for my pizza.
The pizza was nasty and the sauce tasted like catsup and tomato sauce mixed together. It was not edible and the crust was cooked to hard. It was a wasted of my money because I could not eat the pizza. I have never tasted anything so nasty and the one piece I tried to eat made me sick on the stomach. Imagine how I felt because this was to be my dinner instead it was a complete mess.
Instead of attaching a image I will bring it back to you tomorrow. I will find someone to bring it back and please let this be a training moment for your staff. I will never purchase another pizza from Pizza Hut and I will tell all of my friends and family to stay away.
We are traveling and after checking into our motel we went to the Pizza Hut in Shelbyville Indiana for a carry out pizza. The counter clerk was very nice and helpful. We ordered a large thin crust pizza cost of $18.89 total. The crust was so hard that you could not break it with your hands. So disappointed with the Pizza Hut pizza.

Your pizza delivery person got lost after given specific directions. I needed this delivery of fodd as I am on medication which I must take close to the time that I eat. I spoke with rhe staff manager on this evening, not Earl whi is phenomenal, and she was obnoxious, unapologetic, rude annd wirst of all told me that Daniel was redelivering the order within 20minutes. After an hour, I called agzin to learn that they made up an excuse n9t to deliver my esential order at all and not ty o even notify me of such when she was already aware of my medical condition. I am now secerly ill and ordered from my new pizza place, as I will no longer to business at the Ponderay, Idaho franchise. I paid $34 dolllars on my credit card and no one can confirm that they credited my account. On 6/22/18 I ordered a special 2 medium pizza with two toppings. Regular customer for many years. On this particular night on 6/22/18. I ordered the pizza's and was informed the pizza's would be delivered in 25 mins. After the time past that was quoted the pizza's would be delivered, still giving the delivery person up to 39 mins. After 45 mins, I called to get the status of the delivery. The manager named David, be mindful he refused to give me his last name, stated that was impossible on a Friday night. I inquired why did the time was given, when, you know the estimated time was not feasible. He stated, that is what they are instructed to say. With that being said, I was very disappointed as I waited beyond the time given. No courtesy call was given, Mr. David stated he was working with a broke back and should not be working, so, in essence, his frustration was taken out on a customer, guess what, he hung up on a loyal customer. Then he proceeded to tell me he did not like how I was taking to him and he was not going to listen. Excuse me, I based my time in the integrity that he was telling the truth. I live three minutes away from the restaurant. I called back to express my dislike bin him hanging up, he is going to say " you cancelling your order or what". Customer service skills was poor. My contact number is 1-252-230-8131. This issue in terms of customer service skills will suerly not be beneficial to your business and it is pathetic. I sympathize with him having a broken back, but, if, his managerial can't be maintained, then your agency will most definitely have a drop in service eventually. I live in Bethesda, MD. 20814. I have ordered from pizza hut many times. Tonight, I ordered wings. My ticket number was 0078 (I think). The driver took the ticket back. He delivered my food in smashed and dented containers. My chicken fell out of its container and into the delivery bag. The delivery person continued to try to give me the chicken. His shirt had stains all over it and he wanted to pick up the chicken from the bag just give it to me as if I were going to take it and pay. This was the poorest delivery service and food presentation I had ever received.

I called at 10:06 about my order being messed up girl named renee right away had attitide i asked for a manager she wouldnt give me one. I told her she needs to loose her attitude she said she doesn't give a flying F***. I have never written a complaint before, but i felt led to this time. We took our son out on his 11th birthday and he choose pizza hut 3901 w bethel ave, muncie, indiana. There were 6 adults and 5 children that came along to celebrate my sons birthday, We were greeted by your employee amy. The place was practically empty. so she said we could sit in the party section, which i appreciated. My husband ordered a pitcher of beer. amy comes back to bring more drinks and to take our order. She accused my niece of drinking beer, i guess because the glass was close to her, so amy goes out to the counter, and tells her co-workers that we were letting my niece drink beer, which is absolutely not true and embarrassing for us to hear. She kept saying that she was going to lose her licence because we were letting my niece drink. So, on top of that we couldn't enjoy our meal because a male employee kept checking on us and looking into the room. Amy seemed to be annoyed every time we needed or asked for something. She had mentioned a few times it was the pizza hut way "CHEAP". I can tell you this was the worse dinning experience I have ever had!!!! Your employee Amy seemed on edge and very annoyed of her job, I was so sick of hearing how short handed they were. There was no one there but us in the restaurant. Thank you!

Arrived at Troy Alabama Pizza Hut at 15 til 10. Their hours were open til 11 and they absolutely refused service even after we were seated in the dining area . Asked to speak to a manager never got one.
Prineville pizza hut, the last 3 times we have ordered they have messed up our orders then got rude when we asked them to fix it. Including making us wait another 45 min to deliver the rest of our order that they messed up. Never one time have they offered to try to make it right I will not order from here ever again. This was the last straw we are very calm laid-back people but putting up with that much attitude is not worth it. This is the 3rd time that half the family had to wait a extra 45+ min to eat. My husband just literally had to drive up and wait for them to cook the food that was already in the order to begin with. They delivered our dinner box but not our 16-piece chickens with our fries. I give up
I ordered a medium pizza from the pizza hut on Copley Rd on June 4,2017 by phone. After waiting for the pizza to it come..i open the box to eat, and it was burn and on the Simi cold side... this is not the first time I had problems with the service but 3 times altogether. The first time was when I call I had problems with the manger and had to call the police to get my order which the police deliver the pizza themselves to solve the problem, the second time was the pizza came in a hour and half later which it was alright and I wrote it off as and busy time... I always try to order over $20.00 and always give a $3.00 tip... I will not be ordering a pizza from you again until this manager is gone... I have a major complaint about the silver city n.m. 88061 manager. She works the hours of 7:30 p.m. on sat. June 2 2018. They got our order completely wrong and did not offer or give us crushed peppers or grated cheese packets. I informed her about the situation and was very rude and non helpful. I will probably never order from the silver city n.m. 88061 branch again. Please make this right and discipline this individual.... Thank u
I ordered a two topping large pants pizza with buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, and chicken and pineapple as the two topping. The pizza had about two pieces of chicken per slice on only 3 slices, and these was a majority of the cheese in the center 75% of the pizza that was still in a solid shredded form of mozzarella. Which left me with raw pizza dough in the center as well. Completely unsatisfied with this product, and only gave it 3 stars due to the exceptional delivery driver.
I want to start off, I'm not normally one to complain but we've ordered from the same Pizza Hut, North Ponce de Leon St. Augustine Fl. three different times in the last few months. The first time they forgot a order of cheesticks. Told them the next time we ordered they sent another one we asked for extra marinara with this order we were charged and did not receive the sauce. Now third time we order the order was wrong pizza crust and only 1 topping when ordered and charged for two. All times the food was great and received fast. Just never right and have payed for more than received, not much but thought someone should know.

Once again i called pizza hut and was left on the line for 30 minutes only to be hung up on when they get on the line again. And i tried calling back several times and never got answered. I seriously believe that something needs to be done about the horrible customer service here in lamesa. It is unbelieveable. And i will not be returning to this location in the future.
I went inside to order my food and the food was cold and it took over a hour to make. I have been a long term customer of Pizza Hut and I am truly disappointed in their services. The store in Herington KS has a relationship issue. It is a very inappropriate Relationship between a 17 year old server and 27 year old delivery boy. Alexus is 17 and is having an inappropriate Relationship with Luies the 27 year old delivery boy! I ordered delivery online and waited more than an hour with no delivery. Called the store and was told they don’t have a delivery driver. This was at almost 10pm. I was ordering food for 4 kids and didn’t have a way to go pick up the pizza. They didn’t call or anything to inform me. Went to pizza hut in jasper, texas tuesday night for the buffett. When arrived there were no pizza's ready (we accepted this) but the waiter asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for tea was told that they didn't have any. My wife then asked if they had any diet drinks they said no.
There chairs on some of the tables very unprofessional! The service has always been bad but its getting worse. May be forced to go to a carry out pizza restaurant.
You guys have a special of 50% off on all pizza on-line but for some reason your on-line is not working so I call the store and they said that there was nothing they could do which is unfortunate because we had the family and grandkids over and we had a really large order. Maybe we will order another day when your on-line specials are working. We wanted to make you aware of this because you are losing potentially large orders from your customers. It is unfortunate that your store managers can't step in and make judgment call in these situations.

The location at 8765 Spring Cypress, Spring, Texas has terrible service and is getting worse every day. We don't do delivery because it is always 45 minutes to an hour, so we do carry out. The last time we ordered, we were told it would be 2 hours for delivery. That is absolutely absurd. But the worst part of that experience is when I went to pick up the order the clerk did not open the lid to confirm that it was correct. It was not anywhere close to what I ordered. When I went back, they said they gave us the wrong pizza and threw mine in the trash. I had to wait while they prepared another pizza for me. They did not apologize but did offer a free bottle of water (WOW). After being a customer for years I will no longer be.
I had a coupon that I received in mail on Wednesdays. Went to Pizza Hut, Churchland Blvd. Portsmouth VA 23703 on Saturday, April 7, 2018 around three o'clock with the coupon for breadstick and two liter for $5.99. I presented the coupon and the manager told me that I could not use that coupon at that Pizza Hut and I told her if she look into the system I had used the coupon before and she saw that I did use the coupon. The manager stated that she was not going to accept the coupon and the persons that except the coupon before should not have taken the coupon. The manager also told me the coupon was good only for the Suffolk store and not that store. The coupon did not have any locations listed.
My order was not done right. I spoke to mgr. Josh Grego in Diamondhead, Ms. 39525 and said I was going to bring back the pizza I had just ordered for an exchange. Josh said he would have a pizza for me in within 15 minutes for the one that was not done properly. When I brought back the pizza he said he did not make me another pizza. Josh treated me like if I had done something wrong to him and made a racial remark towards me ( I am Hispanic). I then told him I was going to call the police on him and at that time he acted like he wanted to be helpful. When the police came they wanted to talk to him. He started lying to the police of what happened and about 2 minutes later came out with a pizza for me. I have been a customer of Pizza Hut for over 36 years and I have never had anything like this happen to me. I talked to my wife about the incident and was about to call my lawyer when she told me to leave it like that, and that is your loss because you lost a good customer. One thing though I will tell all my friends what happened. Josh Grego should not be dealing with the public. He is not the person to represent Pizza hut. Very bad situation.
I order from the East Main Street store in Lancaster, Ohio quite often. The past 2 orders had an issue. I just ordered again tonight, hoping all would be well, but no, once again, an issue. It is a Thursday evening, I placed my order at 8:44 p.m. My pizza arrived at 10:04 p.m., and room temp. I am so very disappointed. Pizza Hut is the only place I care to order from, not anymore. I called at 10:02 p.m. and was actually on the phone when my order arrived. I spoke with a Shaun, and was not satisfied with his "customer service attitude". Please fix the problem so others can enjoy a nice freshly baked pizza, this is just terrible, both food and service. Thank you..

Drivers for this location have no respect they drive through where I live sometimes pull out backwards, sometimes forward, always in a hurry the other night all most got run over by a delivery driver we have speed bumps here in my complex. (seaside village) unbelievable lack of this is where I live, & they seem to think they can fly by in our parking lit to get to their destination 1 driver actually told me they are timed???!!! I went to the Pizza hut in nowata Oklahoma tonight and the first thing I was told is that they had no delivery driver on duty tonight then as I was ordering my pizzas they started list a number of topping they were out of and by this time I was like whatever at this point after I got there and got my half assed order as I entered my vehicle and inspected my order I noticed that that not only did they not put enough topping on the pizzas on them they were also cold this is by far the worst Pizza hut I have come across of I could give them a lower rating than one star I would
I ordered a pizza at 5pm it was delivered at 5:35 no problem however order was wrong I called back & was told correct order would be here in 20 min by the manager 6:48 still no pizza I called back was told it will be here very shortly well its 7:47pm & STILL NO PIZZA!! This is so wrong on so many levels!! I will not be ordering from pizza hut anytime soon!!
I ordered 47 dollars worth of stuffed crust pizza for my grandchildren that is down from Tennessee and had the worst experience ever. I ordered over the phone and when i got to the store 11851 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach Fl 33411 the manager told me the same thing he was telling everyone, I quote ( I'll bump your order up it will be out in 10 minutes.) 25 minutes later he came up and said I'm sorry they haven't put it in the oven yet that it's gonna be 30 minutes. This other kid gave his food back and said it was cold to remake it. I got my money put back on my card and went elsewhere. Very bad management in that store. 9:05 pm on 03/31/18. Won't be back.
I have just recently order some pizza and I understand that driver's don't have enough change in them and everything but they could have left my free pizza that my wife order with her pizza points and also it was cold and he was rude
I ordered pizza online and ordered it for carry out due to the fact that the store was closing soon and I didn’t want the delivery person to have a last minute order. I received my confirmation email stating that my pizza would be ready at approximately 1115. I arrived at the store at approximately 1130. The pizza was in my boyfriends name therefore he went in to get it. The lady whom I later found out was Brianna told him her screen didn’t have any orders. He told her my wife has the confirmation email on her phone. She proceeded to turn her screen around and say I don’t have any orders on my screen. My boyfriend stated that well I know my wife ordered it. And she said we are closed. Feeling defeated he came out to the car. So I pulled my confirmation email up on my phone walked back into the “closed” store and approached Brianna politely showing her the details of my confirmation email and she showed me her screen and said I don’t have any orders and we are closed and we have been closed for almost an hour. I politely pointed out that my order was placed before the closing time of store. I wanted to point out to her that we had already argued with her for fifteen minutes which I believe would have been enough time to make our one pizza we ordered. I am a waitress and have been for ten years now. I’m not complaining because I want something for free. What I’m saying is I get her side of the situation. But her lack of customer service skills should be noted because I’m sure this will not be the only complaint she receives. I just think that someone should know about her lack of customer service.
I was informed by my neighbors that a delivery driver from Pizza Hut on 32nd and Main in Springfield OR, backed into my utility trailer that was parked across from 896 Hazlenut Lane. I live across the street at 3904 North Street. According to my witness, the driver hit it with substantial force and pushed it up tight against the curb and causing damage to the drivers vehicle as he was observed inspecting the damage and tried to move my trailer back to its original position. I was at work at the time of the incident which was shortly after 3:10 pm and my neighbor was kind enough to give me the receipt for their order. I have inspected the trailer as best as I could this evening and it appears as though the driver incurred the majority of damage. My major complaint is one of the disrespect that was shown me as no note or attempt to inform me of this incident was considered. I attempted to gather information by contacting the store and was speaking to “Jake”. Jake said that he knew nothing about the delivery asked for my name and phone number. I then asked for his last name for my records and he refused to give it to me despite the fact that I gave my full name. I then asked for the Regional Supervisors name and was told he would be at the store tomorrow morning. I would hope that an individual under your employ would have the common decency and fortitude to do the right thing and simply admit an accident and inform all parties affected by such.

If I put in my order at 2 in the afternoon there is absolutely no reason for it to take over an hour and a half to get my food, I’m sry but to be charged .45 to get 4 packs of parm cheese is stupid and I do believe that it’s highly unnecessary for me to half to place my order through a call agency if the people in the store still lack the basic level of work performance to get orders out in a timely manner.
Online app wouldn’t work, and when we got to the location we were told the deal could only be placed online. This is stupid, I’M STANDING IN YOUR STORE ready to place a $40 order, and you can’t accept it??? What kind of crap customer service is that? Plus, the girl working there said she couldn’t give out any information of who to notify. So who do I call? This is far and away the worst customer service I’ve had in many years.
As I was waiting to pay for my pizza I was watching the two people making the pizzas. They were putting the toppings on without gloves and sticking their fingers into the dough of the pan pizza to let air escape. I work in a school kitchen for 26 years. The last 15 years I have been serv safe certified in proper and safe ways to prepare and temperature control food, these people walked away from the station then came back never washing their hands or putting on gloves which I saw on the wall. I asked the cashier why they do not wear gloves she told me I would have to talk to the manager. This unsanitary way to prepare food has sicken me enough that I will not be back to your establishment and to make matters worse I had blue plastic on my pizza cooked into it.

I placed an order on 3/9 around 4:30pm. At 5:30pm I called when it hadn’t arrived. They told me it was on the way. When it arrived it was only warm and it appeared the pizza shifted in the box and a bite was taken out if the cookie. I have a picture of the cookie that I’ve included. My order total was $23.93 plus a $2.50 tip.

I was driving and was cut off by a Pizza Hut driver in a White Ford Mustang. He exited the parking area rather quickly to get into the first lane, ten without enough room he cut me off about 10 yards down the street causing me to serve and almost hit another vehicle. I contacted the store and all they said was he will be talked to and the GM Chelsey gave me attitude when I tried to explain the situation. I am a regular customer to this but now I will drive the extra miles to not use this store. She did not even cAre that her driver was driving reckless. I would like this addressed and the drivers understand the rules to delivery. I did not think Pizza Hut employee’s reckless individuals

My local pizza hut in frederick md off rosemont has horrible product and customer service. Eveytime i make an order, its wrong, the manager there is rude and will not help. Your coupons and deals are misleading. I am constantly bereaded by the managers at this location for their error.
I used my debit card to complete my purchase at the restaurant and they did not let me sign my receipt. I checked my bank account and was over charged. Found out they signed my receipt and added their own tip. This is absolutely unacceptable. Something has to be done about this. I hear this happen all the time from whoever I spoke to.

Well, I ordered food about an hour ago. Took it that long to get here, and the guy even forgot one of my items, and it's almost been an hour and he still hasn't come back yet. This is honestly ridiculous, and he was so lax about it, it honestly kind of pissed me off.
We ordered pizza with 3 toppings and extra sauce, bread sticks, 2 liter and desert. The total was more than $20 also asked for extra sauce on the pizza. When I returned home after picking up and paying and driving all the way home to sit down & relax to eat and wow absolutely no sauce no sign of olive oil on bottom side of dough crust most tasteless pizza ever took a fork flip the toppings over and no sauce except around outer rim a little hint of red sauce now if you think customers will return for that your nuts and marinera dipping sauce was cold also. I tried placing an order online and they said my order couldn't be placed so I then called my local pizza hut and they tried taking money out twice so money was taken out of my account 3 times. I had to call the 800 number just to get my money back. they kept on saying I don't know why it did that but we don't have your orders. the first order yaken out was for 42 dollars and the others were for 16.15. they are lucky it didnt overdraft my bank account. after all this trouble im up in the air on ever going back to pizza hut

This has further left a very bad taste in my mouth because now I must find a last minute food substitute to serve my guests! This is embarrassing! At the 2900 n broad st location in Philadelphia PA. Kiarra Wiles one of your employees is delivering pizzas with her 3 yr old son in the car. I’ve called your customer service line multiple times and also called the local authorities. Next I will be calling License & Inspection to notify them about this problem and how this employee maintains her job by putting her child in physical jeopardy. On multiple occasions I’ve seen her get into arguments because of her blocking up traffic and once almost got into a physical altercation all in the presence of her 3 yr old child. Hopefully this matter will be fixed and I won’t have to contact the authorities about this matter much longer, but as long as this woman puts this child’s life in danger. I ordered pizza hut 7/27/18 online from ave D. My 2 pizzas was not freshly made, in the box they appeared old and dry and they were not cut properly, whenever you tear a piece it tears piece of another slice. The Pizza Hut located at 8947 Pico Blvd Los Angeles creates a continuous disgusting, hazardous waste pile behind their location. My garage faces the alley and everyday I exit my garage I am faced with their garbage everywhere. I have spoken to the manager on several occasions, but to no avail. He is very dismissive and rude, saying that they are not responsible because they cannot help it. Today the Sanitation truck refused to pick up the garbage because they said that is too much and overflowing. The Sanitation truck also took pics. we only have one pizza hut in schuyler neb. over the last couple of months we have had many problems with are orders. i order on line and when we get there they down have what we had order so offer to give us something else. at first it was just a normal mistake it seemed but it happened the next six times we ordered. one time they said they would comp are wings and then ended up charging us any way. then we order deilevery it took over an hour and half.

On Dec 29, 2017, I responded to a Pizza Hut e-mail (which I regularly receive) offering a 40% discount on an order placed on-line. After experiencing some difficulty, I was finally able to place the order somewhere between 6:00pm and 8:00pm PST. However, upon checking the order I learned that I had not been given the 40% discount offered. I had ordered two large supreme pizza's, and was charged $43.89 - the full price, including the delivery fee. I called the store to inquire (located at - 3800 Barranca Pkwy, Ste P, Irvine, CA 92606-8220 - (949) 551-1505) and was told to call someone by the name of Olivia at phone number (909) 525-5385. I telephoned Olivia that evening at approximately 9:28pm PST, and left a voice mail, explaining what had happened, and asked if she could return my call. Due to the holiday weekend I certainly didn't expect to receive a call until at least Tuesday, 1/02/18. By 1/03/18 I had not been contacted, so I called again, leaving a similar voice mail and asked that she return my call. As of today (1/18/18) I have had no response. Upon checking my credit card on-line statement I learned that the order on record was placed on 12/30/17, not 12/29/17, and did not contain the order number. It did not post until 1/02/18.
My concern is whether or not my issue will be addressed, and whether or not I will be either (1) reimbursed the difference of the full price (to include delivery charge) and the 40% discount, or (2) be given credit equal to 40% off my order for a future order. I do not normally contact customer service or corporate headquarters, as an issue such as this has not occurred in the past. I am at a loss as to why my phone call to Olivia has not been returned. The outgoing message to leave a voicemail did not say or indicate that'd Olivia was out of the office, or that due to an extremely heavy workload that it might take some time to get to my call This is the reason I am writing this e-mail to you today, in hopes that this issue can be handled in an expeditious and fair manner.

Ordered pizza online at 4pm 1-17-2018, order confirmed for pickup at 5pm. Arriver at 5pm, paid for my order. Manager told me he had a large order for 40 pizzas. Tv screen showed norman adams order Ready. Another customer came in to place order, he was told it would take 45min.. I asked him how long before I received my order, he said its only 5:06. I told him I could not wait 45 min. for my order, so I asked for refund. He became very angry and thew my debit card an receipt down on the floor. Then said he didn't want to wait on me. I think hes a manager named Danny. He was screaming that hes a man an nobodys gonna talk to him that way. I was very calm an just asked for refund. Two other employees tried to calm him down, when they asked him for my receipt an debit card he said now u need me. I Gina Foster purchased two medium pizzas on February 10, 2018 at 6:30 pm. I was told by pizza hut employee that it will take around 80 minutes. I stated "Okay". At 7:55pm I called back to where were my order? the same young lady(Ms. Marisa, Manager) answered the phone and stated "It's out the door". I stated 'Okay". At 8:39 I called back and inquired about my order. The same young lady stated 'My driver came and called but no one answered his call or came to the door; so I cancelled the order". All of which wasn't true. I'm a switchboard operator and our job is answer all incoming call in a timely manner and at our location a VA police is always on duty at the front doors, side doors, back doors and at the front desk. No one never call from the store(Pizza Hut on Carrollton Ave., NOLA) itself to ask or stated that one of their drivers were at or on the VA property. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THESE EMPLOYEES. I inquired about compensated for my inconvenience and the employee stated I can't do anything about that and I did cancelled your order. Me and my staff shift is 3:00-1:30am. Because of this situation and do to the fact that some of my staff is a diabetic, which can cause a serious medical situation if not eaten at the proper time. I intern had to refer to our nutrition department , which was closed to make sure that my employee(s) will be taken of medically. THIS WAS VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AT THE LOCATION 301 N. CARROLTTON AVE, NOLA -504-482-6111.
They charged the person with 4 pizzas for our 1 pizza order. $20 for 4! Then asked us if we would pay $60 for 1 pizza because they messed up! We said no so they charged us for the next persons order that was $18. Now that $18 order will be charged $60! They handled that ALL WRONG!!!
I purchase a pizza at pizza hut, only to discover they sold me a pizza with wrong crust. I call to make them aware of my complaint, and requested to speak with the manager. I was inform by worker he was unable to come to the phone because he was very busy. I understood he was busy. However, being that I was the customer I felt I should have been spoken too better then I was by worker. ordered from online a custom meat lover and it came late it was cold and it also had olives on it which im allergic too when i called it in i was hung up on which was very unprofessional tried to call in again and samething. i got in touch with the store the next morning and was told to call in the credit whenever i was ready to use it. i called in today and was told there was nothing there. every time i call in for this it always shows not there. i feel that pizza just doesnt care for customers of black color.

This pizza hut is great staff t they do not have enough people. On this date I arrived 25 mins after placing the order to find out that my order has not even been started and so there would be no time to pick up, I ordered from papa John instead. A week prior to that I came for carry out only to be met with lock door, finally, delivery person opened the door and said the manager was not here and so they could not sell the pizza to me. the week prior to that we had to wait additional 30 mins after placing the order online so total wit was over 1 hour.. This store needs to get more help or close you are losing so many people. The manager is super nice and the delivery people are the best but once i ordered i went somewhere else to get my pizza...good people do not make up for any service
We order a speciality pizza with free bread sticks I paid 27$ for my pizza gave a 8 $ tip wrong pizza plus no free bread sticks this was in kewanee illinois I want this right plus they took the old pizza back I work in food since 1987 I am a chief by state law that is not right you never take food back.
We'll on November 30,2017 went to pizza hut at 6429 Glenwood ave. Raleigh, Nc 27612 at 12:50 pm, my mother my grandson and myself ordered personal pan pizzas, i asked for water and also asked if they had lemon to put in my water ,they didn't because they have no tea .The manager Shertonia said, ok so i went to fountain drink and splashed pink lemonade in my cup. The manager Shertonia came by our table snatched the cup without asking, very rude she said i didn't purchase a fountain drink and said i was stealing brought a empty plastic cup back and slammed on the table. In my life had i had such an bad experience and being a manager it was absolutely uncalled for, the service was horrible. As we left i called her to the side and said that was not necessary ,she argued was very loud yelling and continued to say i was stealing as we were walking out the door. It was belittling , embarrassing and i will never step foot in their again i believe she needs training to communicate with customers or to be fired why is this woman in this industry if she can't treat her customers with respect or relate to them. On March 31, 2019 i called to order a pizza to be sent to another address, i had to repeat myself several times and the young lady was not
understanding the information i was providing so i got frustrated and disconnected the call. I then disconnected the call and then called back
to speak with a supervisor and i told the young man that i wanted to speak with a superviser concerning this issue and he placed me on hold and
never came back to the phone. I then called and the same young lady who initially answered the phone took the call and i asked to speak with
the supervisor, the supervisor did pick up the line quickly and then i advised her of what happend on the call and she took my order and she
seemed like she had an attitude and the told me the my card was declined and i had just used my card with another merchant. I then called my
bank and they told me that pizza hut declined my card. I asked my bank (Wells Fargo) did they decline the card or did pizza hut decline the card
and they told me that pizza hut declined the card. I asked can they do that he my bank said that pizza hut has the ablity to decline the card. So i
then went into the same pizza hut and ordered the same pizza and used the same card and the charge was approved. I was very disappointed
in the way i was treated. I have worked in customer service for at least 20 years and have NEVER been treated so disrepectfully and so horribly.

I was just at my pizza hut on 30th street in Hutchinson KS, I bought a meaty pzone to go and the order was totally wrong. I was told they can not add a item inside the pzone up they can leave stuff out. first of all this is a stupid policy. I ordered a meaty pzone, minus the ham, minus the sausage both kinds, I wanted beef and pepperoni, and bacon but I was told you cant add the bacon to this food item.....but when I got home my wife's dinner was WRONG.... I got sausage, and three pieces of pepperoni, my wife can not eat sausage so this pzone had to be thrown out. my ticket number is 0058 server name is RUSSEL, the amount charged was $6.50...….today's date is 4-21-19 this is not the first time that my ordere was wrong. please do a better job in the quality of your food ordered. This the only full service pizza hut in my home town, so I might have to not go there in the future. That will depend on your response to this complaint if I go back.

St marys Georgia Pizza Hut. My husland and I after watching tv commercials about the PZones we ordered by phone and I picked up the order. 3 pzones 1 meat lovers and 2 pepporoni. The bread was good on these, the size was larger than expected but had hardly anything inside. Pepporoni ones had very little pepporoni maybe 5 on each side and no cheese at all. I opened them up and put my own cheese inside. Meat one was eatable but not really what expected. Commercials show lots of cheese. Really a false and misleading thing. Call in to store #4762 located on 241 South Main Street. I called in 11 pizzas and when I arrived they had only made 10 pizza but charged me for 11. I told them I want the pizza because it was a special made pizza for someone... I then asked for a discount or an extra pizza for free for the inconvenience because this was their mistake. I order pizza often from our local Pizza Hut often. Tonight I was faced with some very rude and unprofessional employees!!! I ordered my pizza online, watches the tracker, as well as my surveillance cameras at home. I received an out for delivery text and 15 minutes after that still no pizza (mind you I leave approximately 3 miles from the destination-one turn!) 30 minutes after the text I decide to go to Pizza Hut. First I was told that my order had already been delivered which was impossible because I didn’t see a driver in route to the store! We sat there while the employee supposedly called the driver. About 10 minutes later the driver comes up and says she never even left to deliver the pizza yet and pulls it out of the warmer then hands it to us. I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Cameron-he was no help at all. His response was “oh well you was misinformed” then he walks away! Some manager you have running your store! I’m not satisfied at all with the actions of your workers at all and I will not stop ranting until something is done!!!
Store lied to me about my order being out for delivery twice and took 3 hrs and still never got my food. When I called the store the final time, the lady was rude and short with me. Still tried to make out like I did something wrong and still tried to tell me my food was out for delivery. The store isn’t far from my home. It doesn’t take 3 hrs.
I placed an order by phone and was told 20 minutes, I got to the pickup location (howard Cooke Blvd,
Montego bay Jamaica) I deliberately went an additional 10 minutes late, wen I got the I was told that the bread is not ready and the person has to bake it now. I was so upset as I placed this order went late on purpose to be told it's not ready, for the entire time the cashier had an attitude, her response was (miss what are you going to do as I need to cash other customers) this was as if I should not say anything and just wait. Fast forward I waited the additional 15 minutes for the bread, I said to the cashier "it's now 15 minutes can you check on the bread" her response was"when it's ready someone will take it out". So I asked her 3 times "are you telling me that you cannot check on this " she ignored my request. Shortly thereafter she took the pasta from the warmer, threw it on the counter and told her coworker to assist me. I took my food and before I could step out she made a rude comment so I went back and reported her to the supervisor. Now this is not the way to provide service to a customer, this rep needs to be educated on what service is before she is placed at the front to assist.

Ordered close to $60 worth of pizza around 7:15. I called for delivery instead of carryout. Was told pizza will be here at 7:45pm. No call, no show. We called over 3 times, each time, the driver is on his way. Called at 9:15. Was told the driver couldn’t find the house and as a result, he went back to the pizza station and left the pizzas on the counter with our personal information on it- per our neighbor.
The manager nor the driver tried to accommodate us in any way, therefore, I will not purchase from you all anymore.

We stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes while 3 employees quoted the Bible at the tables. I then went around the counter in the back and asked for assistance so we could place our order. We went to get our drinks and the floor was so sticky our shoes were sticking to the floor. There were no other customers in the store at 12:30. The health department should close this place down.

Pizza Hut in Perryton,Tx. Had lunch there today, had the buffet the thin pizza was all crust very little sauce very little cheese the toppings were crunchy and by the time it was out of the oven It was like eating a piece of leather. they have been advertising lunch buffet 5.99 which was not my case today, because they have NO one that goes in there. If they would make good pizza they would have people eating there. I for one will not be back. We live in a small town with not many places to eat and feel like we get taken advantage of because of that. Save a buck well to bad, I wont throw my money away again, I left 6 pieces on my plate hoping I would find one that was ediable.
Sat in the restaurant in Haytu MO for at least 15-20 minutes and the only thing we got were drinks and menus. Maybe three different families in the place and the waitress never came to us except walked by and said I’ll get y’all in a minute .... terrible service. We got up and left and they still made us pay for the drinks that we barely drank!! I do not recommend that place to anyone!
The pizza in itself is great and all that, but the amount of packaging for the dips is absolutely horrendous. so much unneeded plastic and paper. With the state of our near future and present, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour.
On 4/13/19 I ordered pizza at 7:15pm for Carry out at 8:15 PM. This occurred in Mitchell South Dakota. We entered the drive through for carryout at 8:13 PM at which time we were charged $59.07. We then sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with no pizza. At 8:25 PM Pizza Hut called me to say they were out of the dough that we ordered- they hadn’t even made the pizzas yet. Meanwhile in the carry out line we could see employees in the back eating pizza. This is been a very distasteful experience- we used to be very loyal Pizza Hut patrons. No longer. The manager reimbursed us however essentially admitted that they were eating our pizza.

My husband ordered two pizzas on line to be picked up at 5:45pm in Lincoln, Ne. We arrived at 5:50 for pickup. We were told that Danny Shelley had already picked up the order. No! I am Danny Shelley. We called two family members to see if they had picked up the order. No, they had not! Pizza Hut offered to make us two more pizzas, but we were short on time to attend an event. We left. Was charged twice for an order on my credit card. I called the store to ask for credit back on my credit card. The “manager” stated she cant credit my credit card back, but could give me cash. I placed an order online for 2 large pizzas for 5.99 each for pick up.total of order was 12.70. I went to pick up my order and the store on industrial blvd Cumberland md charged me more than my total I was provided. They charged me a total of 16.94. I called the store manager and told him what happened and he told me I did not place an online order . However I told him I have an email confirmation to prove I did . I’ve never had worse customer service in my life. I order 1 pizza and a soda for delivery to a house less that 5 minutes away, and it took over 2 hours to get it (11:50). I call to check on the order and I was promised a free pizza and a discount of 20% on the order. When the pizza arrives, i see the bill is worth more than the original price and also the pizza is undercooked. So I call 2 days later, expressing my concerns, and they met me with a attitude as if they wanted to just get me off of the phone with the expression “we have other customers and orders right now and don’t have time for this” and I asked about the 2 hours I had to wait for my pizza the store manager hung up on me. I recently ordered a pizza (in singapore, order reference: 18634), Pizza quality was very poor ,especially the Four cheese pizza was not consistently toasted , few sides burnt ,most importantly it was very spongy. Pizza Hut @ 3725 w. Walnut, Garland, TX. Placed my order online. Waited over 40 minutes. It never arrived so I called. They said they canceled my order because they could not confirm my phone number by calling me back. I checked my phone and I was never called to confirm my number. The employee I talked to didn't care. The manager Alex kept trying to stress it was policy to call and confirm number, which they NEVER did...that policy needs to be known to customers. But I was never called and order cancelled on there end!!! And they took the amount out of my bank that I had to get reversed. Alex never offered to redo the order, or? He could have cared less! When I asked how we could rectify this he just passed the phone to his employee, who cared even less. Poor, poor customer service, I ordered from Fratellis got what we wanted.
On Fri ,April. 5, 2019 we stopped at Pizza hut in Shrewsbury Pa. There were three other families when we got there. The place filled fast and the carry out was crazy. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza. The young girl working told us ... New manager, Two workers did not show up, and because of the carry out call up it was packed .after awhile many patrons just left. The manager didn't stop over and explain, not offer o comp the people anything. He should have taken care of his inside customers first. But with that said the saving grace was the young girl who made sure we understood and comp us a snack. Pizza hut should give her a hardy well done and her parents should be very proud of her. As I was driving towards a pizza hut location off of the road that I take home I was trying to merge over into a lane and a Pizza Hut driver would not let me over and proceeded to speed up in order to not let me in the lane and have me crash into the plaza that the pizza hut was in (6383 manatee ave west Bradenton fl 34205.Fountain court shopping center) with my baby in the car. I called the store to notify them that the driver pulling into the store at that moment (small description of the car) of the incident and they were very immature, unprofessional and not helpful. They thought it was funny. I personally would be beyond upset having someone trying to hurt a mom and child by causing them to wreck while displaying my business logo on their vehicle. Please dont let this person get away with that. Eventually they will end up killing someone and its your business name all over social media.
I ordered 4 Pzones and a brownie. The order was an hour late, we didn't receive sauce for the Pzones, the brownie was burnt. I'm utterly disgusted and angry. I wasted $34.50 for a disappointment.

Went there today to obtain the power lunch special. Got there around 11:15 am. Doors locked. Drove around to the pickup window; set there awhile then I called the call center to see if they could tell me what time this location unlocked their doors, and as I was speaking with the call center after sitting there fifteen minutes; a employee noticed that I was there. Asked the female what time the door were unlocked. She replied some of the workers came late; so that is the reason the doors are still locked. I don't know but in my opinion that is not good customer service. Thank you.

The customer service at my local store is horrible. The estimate for delivery times is always off by at least a half hour. If you try to call the store, they will pick up and hang up on you just to get you off the line. I will never order from the store again. If I could score them zero stars I would.
My name is Michael Williams. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. Friday afternoon April 5, 2019,:I place a carry out order at the Pizza Hut located at 3215 Freedom Drive here in Charlotte. I ordered 1 Pepperoni Lovers Personal Pan Pizza and 3 Meat Lovers Personal Pan Pizza’s. When iI got home and undressed, my wife and I looked at the pizza’s and noticed that the Meat Lovers pizza’s had very little meat on them. They each had one slice of pepperoni on them, but little to none of any other meats. I called the store and asked to speak to them manager. The young lady who answered went to get the manager, but came back to the phone to ask the purpose of my call. I was taken aback, because she was not the manager, and why the manager would send her to ask such a question. I related the problem and she went back to tell the manager. When the manager came to the phone, I explained the condition of the Meat Lovers pizzas. She said there was nothing she could do about, it was the way the toppings come out on each pizza. Then she questioned, as if I was lying, if I sure they didn’t have meat on the slices. Again I told her there was a piece of pepperoni on each slice (centered in each slice) but little to no meat other than the pepperoni. She wanted me to bring the pizzas back so she could look at them before refunding or replacing. I had been out all day and had just got home and had changed my clothes. I explained that to her, but she again said that she could not do anything for me without looking at the pizzas. If the meats, as she says just are placed randomly on the pizzas, how could the pepperoni slices fall dead center on each slice. So instead of arguing with her, I told her I would file a complaint. Terrible way to do business. And to think this over a $4.50 Pizza!
I just used your online ordering to order several pizzas. Upon completing all the required information for my order to include payment, I received a message saying it was unable to complete my order. Pease help me understand why I was charged for pizza I will not receive? If the order could not be processed, why was my card charged? If the store I was referred to for delivery was offline, why was it an option online? I called the number listed for the store and it was answered by an employee from another store. He advised me that the store I ordered from was not open for business and the charges on my credit card would come back to my card in a few days. SOOOOOOOO! Now not only do I not have pizza, I also have to make another charge on my card for food elsewhere while I wait for a pending charge to come off. I order a pizza for my two year old at her daycare from store 03225. The delivery left the pizza out side the door. The daycare has a bell to ring. The driver couldve took the pizza back to the store. I think that this is nasty and unnecessary.m I am livid. I spoke to the manager about this it does not seem like he will do anything to help.

So 8:30-8:45 passes still no pizza. I call to check on my order & they say it will be an extra 15-20 and the account would be credited $5.00. $5.00 off a pizza order that was at that time almost a hour & 15 minutes. Get the pizza and the order was cold. The wings where cold. Absolutely horrible service. I will no longer order from Pizza Hut again!!
my once a month buffet at my local Pizza Hut. Today there were a whole new staff. I liked the old staff better. They were kinder and really knew how to take care of there customers. This new staff, one, cant cut a pizza on the buffet, therefore the customers hands (including mine) was in the pizza's on the pizza bar. 2 didn't act like they wanted to help. My husband and I needed a refill on our drinks and no one came by to check on us so I went to them. The female took are glasses and dumped them in the trash and gave us new glasses. She didn't have to do that. She also had an attitude. Again, your old staff was great and we were disappointed about the whole lunch.

My complaint is specific to the Pizza Hut on 34 Street North in St. Petersburg FL. I attempted to dine in tonight and ordered a large pizza. The restaurant was completely empty at 6 PM. After ordering, I had to walk around to find a somewhat clean table. I found one that I had to wipe off further with a napkin. Next I went to the restroom which was filthy. There was paper on the floor and overall the bathroom was not clean. After washing my hands, I realized the paper towel dispenser did not work. This made me wonder if the employees really are washing their hands. I rejoined my wife at a table to wait for the pizza when she jumped from here seat at the sight of a COCKROACH on its back still kicking its legs. I told the cashier and with that we were out of there. Your brand dropped 100% in our mind tonight!
At approximately 12:10pm on 4/2/2019, myself and co-worker attempted to place a telephone order with the Pizza Hut located at 2763 West 5th Street in Lumberton, NC 28358 by calling 910-608-0057. A man answered the phone stating it would be an hour and a half for delivery the immediately put on hold. We were on hold for approximately 30 minutes before we just hung and no one ever came back to the phone. We attempted to place the order online but for some reason it wasn't working properly either. That means we were not able to get lunch today. It was a very cold and rainy day and we were just trying to get lunch delivered to keep from going out. We have placed orders with this locations many times before but always picked it up but I must say that this experience was horrible. Someone out of professional courtesy could've returned to the line to say "please give us a few minutes and we will be with you shortly" but they didn't. The guy who answered the phone initially didn't say he was putting us on hold; he just did it. I have never experienced such unprofessional service with Pizza Hut anywhere. Something needs to be done about this. Due to working in a business office; we now have to go the rest of the day hungry until after 5pm because of this experience. I would appreciate it if someone would respond to this complaint. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
On Fri night, March 29 we placed an online order for 6 original Pan Pizzas from your store 1302 Monticello Ave., Norfolk, VA. 23510. The order was placed at 8:12pm and we did not receive our order until 11:10pm. We called several times to inquire. When we placed the order the time estimated for delivery was 30-40 mins (if we had thought it would be longer we would have ordered from somewhere else). At an hour, we called the store to find out an ETA. We were told it was out for delivery. We called again when it had not arrived after 1 1/2 hrs and once again we were told it was out for delivery. At 2 hours we called, were placed on hold for 10mins and had to call back, got hung up on, and twice they picked up the phone and hung it right back up. Finally, a nice gentleman answered and helped and tried to get the manager on the phone and was not successful. He relayed that they had delivered our order to Hancock St instead of our street Hanover St and they had to turn around and go back to remake our pizzas. There is no Hancock St in Norfolk. He stated the Manager offered to take $15 off and we requested a full refund. This has happened which is great. However, when we finally received our pizzas after a couple more calls to the store 3 hours after the order was placed, they were cold, hard, and had been sitting AND the order was incorrect and not what we had requested. This was for my sons 17th bday party and half of the kids had to leave without having dinner because they were so late. This ruined his party. We are fuming at the lack of professionalism and customer service represented at this store )with the exception of the one nice man that tried to help over the phone). We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again (this is 2nd time we ordered from this store and received cold pizza). You should review the service at this store and send everyone back through training. A business should be better run than this. I believe the Manager's name is "Malany" but not sure of the spelling. Extremely disappointed. Telling you this so that you can re-evaluate how this store is being run - it is not representing the Pizza Hut brand in the best way.
I received a text message at 5:10 that my pizza was out for delivery. At 5:37 it still wasn’t here so I called the store. He said it was out for delivery and would be here in 5 to 10. I only live a mile and a half from the store. This is the second time this has happened.
Over a two hour waiting called 3 times just to be on hold for more than 10 min and no answer called 4th time finally got through to the store just for them to tell me my order was cancelled 1 minute after I ordered, witch is bull shit. I have a order number and the tracking shows order was taken and being cooked. Also you charged my credit card twice, they better not go through. I will never order from you again.
On Sunday, May 31, 2019 I ordered online the 3/ $5 special from Pizza Hut on West Main St., Newark, Ohio. I orderd a Medium Pepperoni Pizza, Breadsticks (double order for $5) and 4 sodas (1 rootbeer - 1 Orange crush - 2 diet pepsi's) The delivery was very timely, but when he handed me my order there was no pizza. I said do you have my pizza? and he said no maam, and pulled out my order slip. on the slip it said i ordered 2 double breadsticks (double order for $5) and 4 sodas (1 rootbeer - 1 Orange crush - 2 pepsi's) ... I said what? i was not rude to the driver, it wasn't his fault, thank him and told him i would call the store.
so... i called the store and they told me that i ordered what they delivered. i tried to explain that something must have happened, either with the online order or possibly i hit a wrong button and didn't know it, but that i really want to order a medium peperoni pizza for $5. The order i had placed with tax came to $18.81. then i added a tip on that. so, i had already spent over $20 and all i have is bread sticks and soda.
The store employee put me on hold, i talked to another employee who put me on hold and finally a man came on and told me my pizza would cost me $11.29. i tried to explain that i had just spent all this money with them, but that didn't matter.
As a person who runs an Association, i understand there are rules, but i also understand Customer Service. I informed the man that i would not be ordering from him ever again, which is sad, because they are right down the street.
I have been a Pizza Hut lover for years, I just wanted to let you know, that I am very disappointed in the service i received...
Never did have my pizza :)
