Saison is a San Francisco restaurant that earned three stars from the Michelin Guide in 2014. Executive chef Joshua Skenes and wine director Mark Bright in the SoMa district are founders and owners. It is a special edition of the Saison wine glasses that they've made since the restaurant's beginning. They're the same shape as the regular Saison wine glasses but dark, aged, brown finish. This collection of six wines comes from grapes grown in three of the finest vineyards in California's Central Coast AVA. The winemakers worked closely with the vineyards to achieve their distinct style, which resulted in a rich, complex wine with intense flavours, balanced acidity, and a long finish.
