Skyline Chili restaurant is a chain of Cincinnati-style chilli restaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1949 by Greek immigrant Nicholas Lambrinides, Skyline Chili is named for the view of Cincinnati's skyline that Lambrinides could see from his first restaurant,[citation needed] opened in the section of town now known as Price Hill. They're famous for their chilli, which you can get all over the city, and the atmosphere is very casual. Cincinnati-style chilli comes from real tomatoes seasoned with real ground chilli peppers and cumin. They created this Skyline Chili restaurant after seeing Cincinnati's skyline that Lambrinides could see from his first restaurant, which has since been making.
