South African Airline, also known as SAA, is a flag carrier of South Africa and one of the oldest airlines currently operating in Africa. It was founded in 1934, almost 84 years ago. The hub of the airline is based in O. R. Tambo International Airport, Kempton Park, Gauteng, Johannesburg, South Africa. It travels to 56 domestic and international destinations in partnership with airlines like SA Airlink, SA Express, and Mango. The current CEO of the airline is Vuyani Jarana while the current fleet of the airline consists of 56 airplanes.

It is member of the Star Alliance while their frequent flyer program is known as “Voyager”. The airline also has one subsidiary, a low cost airline by the name of Mango. The airline is owned by the government of South Africa. It currently employs more than ten thousand people.

During my flight on March 4th, my bag was torn on the Handle part. Can there be a voucher given so that I can replace this?

Its the most useless airline on the planet!!!
They lost 2 of my bags with all our personal belongings, clothes, car keys and house keys!!!
Their staff is a bunch of incompetent and illiterate workers, they cant help a person nor communicate with a person!!!
At OR Tambo they said I must make a case i did so, the case number is JNBSA 49620.
They said they will get back to me in 24 hours still no communication from them, if i don’t contact them they will never contact a person back!!!
United Airlines are the only people that can trace our bags on their system because we flew with them from Canada to Washington!!! 
Our bags is in Washington South African Airways get them to South Africa!!!
South African Airways must get our bags from them because South African Airways did not put our bags on the flight to South Africa and they brought us in to the country but they do absolutely zero!!!
