Beds was not even made in the room they gave me like they just pulled the blankets up. Looks like they have not used a vacuum in weeks. I will never stay there even in the dead of winter. I would rather sleep in the gutter in sure was cleaner. So I will never stay at the Laramie Wyoming hotel. I’m still waiting to get my money back.
I booked and stayed in room 212 at the super 8 motel in Pasadena, California on Colorado St. From March 17 through the 24th 2023. I checked in at 3pm pacific time, brought my items in, took a shower and left in the evening to spend time with my loved ones. When I returned that night a few hours later and turned the lights on, I was horrified to see roaches everywhere in the bathroom and running on the floor in the main room area. I immediately went to the front desk and complained I saw and killed 12 right before I came down to the office. She said she will let the manager know. When I returned to my room there were more. On the floor, on the walls, on the furniture. I tried to sleep with the lights all on to keep them away. Nothing was done about it. Every day I came back from work, visits or errands each day roaches were everywhere. Even when I was using the toilet they called on the toilet. When I checked out I spoke with the front desk about it and he acted like he was confused with a fake stupid look on his face as if he never heard of it before and looked at me suspicious as if I was suspect of something. With the army of roaches I had to witness and suffer under it is obvious that this population of roaches have been here and growing for years and the whole building has to be infested. There are way too many just in 212 alone for it not to be. I will never stay there ever again and should have the place shut down and condemned for health reasons. That was disgusting and the lack of care by those running it is offensive to say the least. They've always known about it and don't care. You lost my business and trust. I use to revere super 8, but now can never stay at one ever again. I'm afraid of what I may wake up to. Brings new meaning and reason why for we'll leave the lights on for ya. You have to or you'll be covered in roaches. I can't believe I paid for that. Never again. That location should be shut down.
We were kicked out in the middle of the night accused of something that was not true was not provided with any proof of the incident had no money for another room both of us are on prescription medication that makes us sleep we believe it was racially motivated because as we were leaving Mexican and African American people were laughing at us We had 2 rooms for 2 nights my son was across from us and heard nothing going on we were there in the area shopping for a house to buy had been shopping all day had some dinner got to the room around 9pm and spent the next couple of hours talking about buying a house then we were accused of arguing and fighting our TV and heat was on
There was no screaming some laughing and talking and still hearing our TV we couldn’t hear anything from another room but we were told by the lady from the front desk that we were fighting and that she had been informed from people beside us and above us however my sons room was across from us and he heard nothing she called the police we did have them to look in the room to verify that nothing had been destroyed because we had already been lied on and had no trust in the facility after informing my son we had to leave he decided to pack up and leave too because he didn’t feel safe and comfortable to stay the night when he went to the lobby to return his room keys the lady said Oh you’re part of them with that comment it was a racial incident

Well i’m not going to include all super 8s, because I have stayed in some very clean ones. But i’m shocked at the filth I saw in the one at Buttermilk apart Fort Mitchell. We have stayed her several times in the past with no issues, but they have changed soooo much. The coffee hadn’t been cleaned in ages, black around the bathroom sink, door walls and window seals were absolutely gross. Dead cock roaches the the drawers. The heating unit has never been cleaned from the looks of it. Just no excuse fir this kind of nastiness. Don’t think i’ll stay here again. Room was tended in my Husbands name, 3/13/2023. And i’m not a complainer unless i feel it’s the right thing to do. Plenty more images. bug won’t upload.
After booking the room I was told I could not use my debit card to guarantee the room and then pay with cash. I was told the manager would need an extra $200 cash deposit. Or just pay by card. So me n my dad decided we would just use the cacard. Then the manager tells my 73 year old father that I'd he doesn't have valid military I'd he can't receive a veteran discount.. granted he served in the air force in 69-75 and obviously isn't caring 47 year old military paperwork on him. Said all vets must show I'd.. my dad has never been required to produce I'd to get a vet discount. Ever. So we said ok fine let's just get the room. And when I gave the guy my debit card. With both me and my father's account he said he couldn't take the debit card because it was in my father's name . . . I explained to him that not only is it a box company card but we are both account holders to it.. as well as I have power of attorney as well. Not to mention we just stayed at the exact motel with the same credentials 2 weeks earlier.. . So we. Waisted about 4 hours of our time went through a huge hassle trying to book another room. Got screws out of my reward points and we're discriminated against and humiliated in your kelso wa lobby.. the guys name was Casey I believe. . And I no it's not your policy to be I'd police or have policy's that don't follow the laws such as power of attorney . Very upset very long drive. Very cold as we could not book another room and were forced to sleep in our car. . My dad's health is poor at best. And it was terrible for him. But thanks to your staff . I stayed at the Waxahachie, TX location. I'm state certified disabled and when booking requested a first floor due to my disability. Upon checking in I was not given a first floor. I again asked for one and was told no, I asked if there was an elevator since I cannot climb and was told and was not offered help. I once again asked if there was anything to help accommodate me with the stay and was told no. I would like a response to a satisfactory remedy or I will file a complaint with the American Disability Association. Thank you.
I had booked a reservation for 2 days from March 2nd to March 4th and I called the front desk to see if they could help me I have blisters all over my left leg that are not allowing me to walk if I walk or if I get in my wheelchair they're going to be my first and I might have mercy then and I just wanted to know if I drove to the front of the the hotel and somebody could help me get my money and stuff like that and the lady Chelsea at the front desk told me that I had to do it all on my own cuz I was the only one in the room and I'm they were supposed to add my boyfriend yesterday but they were too busy I can't get up to the front desk I can't because I don't want my blisters that's very painful for somebody who has to go through that all I was asking for some help was if I gave him the money will they please put it on my room and this lady told me no that nobody was there to help us and they were super busy I just need to help I can't get up to the front desk if I can't get up there I can't get up there I'm hurting and very bad pain I just wanted to make a complaint because it's not right I'm disabled and I can't get up there
Room not clean, nasty vents in bathroom looks like dead bats that’s all dried up and never been taken care of, been here 2 nights and management says i have to request my room to be cleaned and I’m a Construstion worker so if I want the vent cleaned I should have the tools to do it myself-I’ll never be back-I’ve lived in this hotel for 4 summers before these owners-never again
We had no heat. We stayed the 24th and 25th. The heater wasn't working very good the first night. The second night we had no heat at all. The man tried to fix it but it was broke. We asked can he give us extra blankets as it was my friend and myself she had 1 bed I had the other bed. He said they didn't have enough blankets to give only 1 blanket and a think bed spread. He couldn't give us another room he said they was full no vacancy. . Then a man and a woman was screaming outside in the parking lot by us they caught for way over an hr. I tried call front desk get him call police as I am not local anyways our phone all of a sudden wasn't working it was still plugged in and work couple hr before when I called about the heat. I called the number to the front desk I told him he said they r outside so they can't hurt you. I said they r screaming at each other. He said we would be safe he said ok . Booked this hotel, confirmation # 72500518586805, for my 6 adult kids as online it said room could accommodate 6. When my daughter questioned it as the reservation didn’t list a pull out couch, I called hotel and they confirmed the room did not fit 6 and they did not have roll away cots available . We called Hotels.com immediately to cancel reservation. During this time my daughter found an alternative hotel room that could accommodate 6 people. Hotel.com is claiming this hotel will not give a refund or credit. I would like a refund or full credit for the cost of the room as what was advertised on line was not correct.
We booked a stay for 4 nights. The first night we found bedbugs crawling on the pillows. My daughter and i got bit up but we had no choice because refunds arent an option after you book. There were roaches outside of the door. The microwave stopped working although the front desk did replace it for us. The ac didn't work and it was almost 80 degrees outside. It got extremely hot in the room and the window was stuck shut. We had to sit outside to cool down. We only got 4 towels and 3 rags total for the 4 nights. The remote didn't even work for the TV. It was just overall pretty gross and uncomfortable.
Our advice to anyone considering staying at the Super 8 in Mount Hope Motel, Ontario, Canada is DO NOT STAY HERE. Without a doubt it is the WORST motel stay that we have ever had and we travel a lot. The motel appears run down. NOT ONLY DID the TV not work, but alarm clock and wall heater in the room did not work either. The bathroom toilet leaked onto the floor so badly that a towel had to be placed on the floor, to prevent wet feet. The motel is not near a restaurant, so if you are without a car as we were because we were between flights at the Hamilton Airport there is no where to get anything to eat. The motel serves breakfast only and after that you are on your own to find food other than vendor machine chips. . There is no shuttle at the motel, so that is not an option. The charge with CAA reduction was $120.00 plus taxes for this grossly overated motel. On top of that there is a flat fee of $25,00 for a taxi to or from Hamilton Airport. The only redeeming factor at this motel were the staff who appeared overworked and understaffed but did try their best to make things better. You cannot however make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Never, never again for us. We have learned that the taxi cost to the Marriott Motel in Hamilton is the same, so that is where we will be going next year. The bonus to the Marriott Inn is that they do have a restaurant and there several nice ones nearby within walking distance.

The front desk clerk was a Wendy frloa or something close to that I did get the spelling. The room that we where giving at first did not have any heat and the tv did not work. I have full videos of what happened. I would like a phone call I pile a refund of my money we where basically forced to stay here she didn’t have access to give a refund and said it would take up to 7 days we are traveling we have a FIXED budget $80 is a lot right now and didn’t have money to go else where and sleep. I want to take this matter all the way up the chain of command. The way these hotels are run is not ok they need to be upgraded at the least to start with them management and the employees I would like a phone call asap

I am staying at the Super in Roseburg OR. Last night when I was falling asleep I heard my door being pushed open. Thank goodness I had the latch on. I jumped up and went to the door only to find a couple and their pitbull outside of the door. The receptionist booked them into the room I am staying in. I could have been raped had it been some crazy person. I understand mistakes happen but that mistake could have cost me my life. I am a travel nurse from NJ and am jere on assignment. I will be reconsidering staying here in the future. There should be a system in place that prevents this from happening.
When ! went to breakfast this morning 02-12-
23, the juice machine was only putting out
water. I then walked to the front desk and
informed Kathy, the desk manager that the
juice needed to be replaced. She said, in a
not so polite tone of voice "yep, ! will fill it up
if there is any left". And then kathy proceeded
to continue her conversation with another
employee. When ! then walked back into the
breakfast area,! very politely informed one of the other lobby staff that the juice was out. But before I could get the sentence all the way out Kathy screams at me from the check in desk; "WHAT DID I JUST TELL YOU, I SAID THAT I WOULD REFIL THE JUICE IF THERE WAS ANY LEFT, SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THAT MACHINES!" There was between 6-8 guests in the dining room at that time and everyone got quiet and tried not to look at me. I have never felt more belittled or disrespected by any hotel staff, from

The blond girl is constantly telling me that I'm rude and it's like she needs to make this case that I'm rude and she must be having a bad day and then also there is an Indian guy at the front desk who says it is as well I'm at T-Mobile cellular store and I was folding clothes in my room I had to do not disturb sign on my door if it's such a big problem to have do not disturb sign on the door why even offer it at the motel

I stayed at Super 8 in Canandaigua Ny last night and got almost no sleep because I was being bit by bedbugs all night. I caught one and brought it to the front desk and said I wanted my money back. She said she didnt have the authority to do so. They did it me in a different room but that meant having to wake my child up in the middle of the night to do so. They have yet to refund my money at this time. If they don't, I'll be plastering all over every social media how this place has bed bugs.
Tub was backed up , top blanket had stains on it room was filthy. But main issue is front desk clerk degraded a guest because she requested a roll of toilet paper at night . Told the poor girl she had to wait til housekeeping came in , the lady was in tears because they weren’t going to let her stay an extra night . Why collect a $50 deposit on shitty rooms ?
Was in omaha Nebraska. Over priced for what was available, no breakfast, dirty room, blood on toilet seat, everything was out of order, no coffee in rooms, towels was thin you could see through them. Bed was to hard. Found a smoke butt behind night stand. Was not pleased at all.

I booked a room in Ticonderoga ,ny at 1144 wicker street . While staying there the front desk gave my personal information to someone and i don’t feel safe staying here now I gotta sleep in my car . This is unacceptable as they violated federal law by giving my personal information out and telling someone I was staying at the motel.
From the get go I was charged for 3 extra nights on my debit card that was paid in cash full. Then I was told to leave property due to vaping outside the room and cops were called on me for being accused of smoking dope and blowing it in employees face. Top it all off they don't want to refund my deposit and nights stay paid in full for the day I was thrower out.
I had luggage that was left in my hotel room and I was planning on extending a day then we had a death in the family it happened right on State line the car caught fire and they died so plans changed the lady that was working there Ashley said she got my things removed them from the room and put them in the storage area where they hold luggage for guests in room 101 behind the office and I told her I'd be there in a day or so back in town to get my things well it took about 3 days so I got back around the 12th or 13th and no one knew where my things were just listening to the two girls that work there I believe they literally just kept my things and I mean I have a Tommy Hilfiger purse which has my children's documents a sensitive information like you know social and things like that my kids phones just really really my purse is very important my jewelry clothes and they just like we don't see it we thought so maybe somebody else came and got it I didn't send anyone to get my things I told her I would come and get them and I was not going to be able to extend the room because I was not you know in town and Ashley girl told me if it was so important I would have came and got my things when I called her but she doesn't understand or has no remorse for losing a loved one due to a car wreck and the car caught fire and they have kept my things before the manager's not in so I guess the girls took it upon themselves to do what they do my wondering I would like to know if there's they say if you guys can run the cameras back to see who carried my things out they said they ran the cameras and they didn't see anything or see anyone go in but they also stated that the other side of the wall you can't see from the camera I really think they stole my my things and I've already had identity theft and fraud as far as hackers so I really would like something to be done like pulling the cameras because I need my things and the girl Sarah's you know she kind of got snappy with me like I said diamond member and I've been for a while I think just this year it changed over where you I have to start all over well I'm up Platinum now level and I come to y'all's horseshoe a lot I just recently stayed with Wyndham garden a couple of weeks before and the total was like $1,300 you know and paid it with no problem my thing here is I believe that the girls that work there are unprofessional they don't carry the Wyndham perspective as of the hospitality that I've had in the past and I just feel like they are stealing and something should be done about it step one perhaps if if possible if you all can see the cameras from where you're at you know by all means you can reach out to me I can give you some key dates. Like I say I've been with Wyndham for over 20 years and I've never had this happen I think they just took it upon themselves while the manager is out having heart surgery but I need my personal things and I know that they just did not walk up out of that hotel without someone who's at the front desk knowing so they are one earners involved or they are involved or however but I really need it rectified I like to speak to someone who speaks good English and understanding what what I got going on my number I would really like to hear from someone pretty soon over the phone preferably till

They charged my credit card for a room and I called back 5 min later to cancel they were very rude couldn’t even I stand them get getting detected back to the same person. Charge me for a too I didn’t ask for and when I asked for the room I ordered they didn’t have it . So they’re telling me if I don’t stay or come there they’re charging my credit card . Very bad business and will be contacting higher up as well this is highway robbery. !!!!

The hallway floors appeared to not have been vacuumed for a week or so; smelled strong of urine; there were dark hairs on the bathroom counter and there were 4 or 5 straight pins holding the hem of the window curtain up; and what appeared to be a tine from a plastic fork embedded in the carpet by the bed; and you could write in the dust on the night stand; and of course the pool was closed; unknown to us
Really, really disappointed in Super 8! Too late to get another motel.
I have been in the custodial arena for many years with school districts. I booked a room at your Super 8 in Elko, Nevada for Jan. 7 & 8, 2023. When we arrived and checked in to the room things were too obvious until we got somewhat settled in. then we started noticing things that were quite concerning, out of code and some even possibly dangerous. Too many electrical cords plugged in some electrical outlets, some outlets not working and very loose within the wall, lights flickering on and off, dirty carpets, unhealthy debris and trash behind bed stands and I could go further with this list. First use of bathroom sink water pouring all over the floor from broken sink trap and drain lines .This all trying to be held together by a C clamp! I requested another room and the agent at the desk put us into another room.
Upon entering the different room we found the same filthiness as the room before and some. We stayed the night as we were tired and needed rest. The next morning , the first use of the bathroom toilet, there was no water to flush the toilet nor any water running to the toilet.
We were, needless to say, pretty irritated at this point in time (Jan. 8, 2023, I went to the office a bit angry and let the lady at the desk know that I was irritated after being assigned of the problems and possible dangers of two rooms already that I would like another room. (Names unknown butt wish I had gotten names)..The lady flat out told me to "Get our belongings and get out now!!
This really set the my wife and I off being treated like that by a supposed customer service representative! I cancelled the remaining of the reservation through Priceline because your agent would not.

we paid for a room at Shelton super 8 motel and when we got there they told me that they were not going to give me a room because I did not have my ID and the incidental card in hand it was on my phone I don't have it in hand card it's on my phone ultimately we were not allowed to get the room that we paid for. already.
I was traveling and the weather got bad, so I pulled over and decided to get a room. I stayed at super8 Tucson/Marana 8351 N. Cracker Barrel Rd. Tucson, az. New years day (01-01-2023) just for one night. This room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There was dirt in all the corners of the tiles, behind the door and in the bathroom. The toilet was nasty with black stains and you had to hold down the handle for it to flush. The bathrub wouldn't drain right and I was standing in dirty water while taking my shower. The fridge didn't work either and I called the front desk to inform them the the fridge was not working and if there was something I needed to do. She was so rude and said " geezz I don't know .not in the room am I ?" I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
I stayed at the Super 8 in Pounding Mill VA on 12/30/22. I stayed there 10+ times in 2022 and at least another 6 times at Super 8 in Lebanon VA. I am a Wyndham rewards member, 129600982H. I was asked for a card for incidentals when I checked in however there was no mention of a charge being posted to my account.
On Sunday, 1/1/22, I was reviewing my online bank account and noticed a $60 charge to Super 8. I called the hotel and confirmed this was the “incidental charge” which is ridiculous as the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, or any other service that I am aware of that a guest would incur incidental charges. Please understand it’s not the amount, however I do not feel that guests, especially frequent guests, Wyndham reward members who have stayed at the hotel 10+ times and never once had an incidental charge should have a charge to their bank card that will not be reversed for days. And on top of that when I called the clerk had an attitude saying there’s a sign posted at the desk, what happened to common courtesy, and good customer service?
I enjoy staying at Super 8 in Pounding Mill and Lebanon. I moved from southwest VA to North Carolina about 18 months ago and return to the area frequently to see my family.

The hotel had a very bad smell, it was making me sick. My room had a smoke detector that was beeping every minute. The website states that breakfast is included but when you ask for it, they give it to you in a bag. I paid to stay there for 2 nights but only got to stay there for 1 night due to me having to come back home bc my grandfather passed away and I was refused to get reimbursed for the 2nd night.
This hotel is the worst the floor carpet is dirty the bed sheets look nasty cigarette burn on them the breakfast it’s no breakfast a buns a water or tea a apple U have to pay for parking and it smell funny I have no choice to stay here I already paid : hour to get a bed sheet and the the old man in reception say they busy with a attitude
We stayed at your motel in New Albany Indiana on 12/25/22. First complaint they were not going to take my Service dog then they said ok after i stated we would go else where.
The price went from 89.99 to 99.99 plus tax.
We got a room w/2 beds. People above us stomped around it sounded like they were fighting. 2. In the wee hours someone was leaving n they were very loud.
3. Went into our bank acct and saw we were charged 115.99. Called asking for and itemized bill to be sent and she didn't understand what I was asking for then said she was very busy and hungup on me.
When you are talking to potential customers you do not hang up on them.
Was told we got charged 15.00 for a ice bucket. I think they. Charged 15.00 for the dog and said it is an ice bucket.
I guarantee I will Not stay at Super8 in New Albany Indiana again, I will go to Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn.
I will tell my family about this as well.

I recently started at super 8 Austin university everything event ok at first but the next day after i PAID TO RENEW MY ROOM I LEFT leaving all my belongings in the room when I returned however the door was locked the windows and the curtain were open and I went to get the key came back to my room and all my belongings were gone the room is cleaned and all my things were gone I went to the front desk and asked what happened to my things they act like they were oblivious to what happened to it so they were going to review security footage yeah they didn't get back to me basically I'm getting the runaround i list everything i had there my wallet 400$ cash clothes personal belongings.... Every time I try to get an answer about what happened to my things I get to run around or told to call back nobody will seem to explain what happened to my stuff
Won't give me my deposit back saying I did damage I've never did but also gave me my deposit during check out and then took it back saying we did damages me and my child never did! My 74 year old mother and I checked into a super 8 in Owatonna MN on 12/5 checking out today 12/6. We arrived around 11:30 pm and inquired if there were any available rooms. The clerk said yes asking how many nights and how many people. We said one night just the two of us. He did not identify rate just checked us in. We get into the room to find it dated and below standards of other super 8 hotels we have stayed in. But the real issue was when we couldn’t get any heat. I tried to turn up the thermostat on the wall to find it was already at 80°. I fell asleep around 1am to wake up an hour later because I was so cold. At this point I was concerned about my mother who feels cold often due to her age, knowing if I’m as cold as I am she must truly be miserable. I went to the desk to ask for blankets telling the clerk our heat didn’t work. Her gets me two blankets (one very thin). He barely spoke English and said the heater was on the wall. I told him I had checked the thermostat and it was at 80° yet our room was freezing. When I got back to the room my mom who was awake because she was too cold to sleep asked if the ac unit in the wall was also the heater (it was too high for her to see at 5’2”). I saw there was heat on it so I turned it to the max setting (was a dial very much like an ac so turned it at high as it would go). It began to blow cold air. I gave my mom the thickets blanket to keep her warm. The air warmed up some so it didn’t feel like the ac was on. But it was definitely not warm. When we woke up this morning the air was still cool coming out of the unit. I went to the bathroom (which was very tiny. You could barely shut the door as there was no place to move to be out of the doors way.) I opened the shower curtain to get ready to shower only to close it again as the shower was gross. It had white scale build up around the drain. The drain plug was laying in the tub on its side and the cold indicator for the faucet was laying on the back of the toilet. When we checked out I expressed my concerns regarding the hotel especially the heat. The clerk working this morning apologized saying they they have electric heat and baseboard heat. Which was not told to us at check in and neither were obviously working.
I would never stay in this hotel again as it was so terrible and I felt my concerns were not addressed. I was not offered s new room when I complained at 2 am about the cold. If I hadn’t been so late and I hadn’t wanted to pay for s room not used I would have left to find s more suitable room.
The room was booked under my mothers name and we provided her rewards card. Her name is Patricia Graham. I do not know her rewards number.
Front desk clerk was very rude. He wasn’t trying to accommodate me and my families needs. Had multiple issues in our room, reached out to him to speak to a manager. We had electric problems with the outlet on the wall, also shocked me more than once because my charger was plugged up and they didn’t help us with anything we asked for. He even came up there and told us he was going to do something about it.

business who was extremely rude and advised me that their hotel
is always no cancellation on event weekends. I got a fraudulent
charge on my card this afternoon and immediately called the
business who informed me that it was valid. I sent 3 screenshots
that are attached to the general manager Linda Rutsvand and she
advised me that I would be receiving a refund and she would be
making an exception. I am extremely upset because my card was
fraudulently charged and I did not receive an apology nor should
my card information have ever been stored on their hotel's
management system as I cancelled it from Expedia over a year
ago. They also fraudulently charged me over 10 days after the
event actually took place. We never stayed there and found a
different hotel to stay at for the weekend and I want this
escalated to the CEO. This is complete and utter credit card fraud
and this business needs to be held accountable. There was no reason for this charge to take place and if you look at the
screenshots, you will clearly see that my card should never have
been charged. The general manager was rude as can be and
while she did issue the refund, she advised that she was making
an exception. THIS IS NOT AN EXCEPTION! This is wrong and I
want this escalated and I want answers on what happened and
why as soon as possible.
First off, there was no one in the locked office and I had to call a number. 2nd, there were only 2 towels that were so thin you could read a newspaper through. 3rd-the soap was a liquid enough for one person and the shampoo said DOUCHE on it. 4th-There was no coffee pot in the room. 5th-the hair dryer did not work. 6th-The breakfast consisted of waffles-JUST WAFFLES! And coffee This was the worst motel we have EVER stayed in..
On November 28th my house burned down and my wife and I lost everything. We came to Super 8 with a card that was given to us by the red cross and was charged right at $200 for two nights in a room that I'm normally charged around $120. I was in my room asleep and my wife was getting out of the shower when there was a frantic knock on the door. My wife then yelled who is it and No one said anything just knocked again and once again my wife yelled who is it. Before she had time to cover herself the door was being opened and a black maintenance worker was trying to enter the room and the flap lock stoped the door from opening. After covering herself My wife went to the door and opened it and ask the man if there was something she could help him with and the man proceeded to get very rude with her. When she complained to the office she was told. There would be $5 put back on her card for the inconvenience!!! And the bed in the room has a large hole in it where you lay and was very uncomfortable. I feel as though we should be given at least one free night (at another one of your hotels preferably) Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
I recently stayed at the Super 8 in Bonne Terre MO.
When I first got to my room the lights didn't work. The man from the front desk had to plug everything in so the lights did work. That's when I noticed how dirty the room was. Trash behind the desk, cob webs on the curtain rods and so on.
Next, the remote for the tv had low batteries so I had to take it to the front desk for more.
Third, I couldn't get the heating and cooling regulated because the unit was so old it just didn't work. Once again I called the front desk and he said he'd be there as soon as he checked someone in, but he never came.
To top it off I wake up to a dripping sound. It was the ceiling leaking through the vent directly over the commode and floor.
And again, I call the front desk the lady, Nita is her name, came in 20 minutes.
She threw towels on the floor and barely wiped off the toilet and she left them there. I asked to be moved to another room and she said they only had an upstairs room. As I explained to her that I can't do stairs she said, well you'll just have to wait until someone checks out. She calls me 10 minutes later to say they will have a room ready for me in 40 minutes. Two hours later she brings a new key card so I move myself across the hall. Oh my gosh, the mirror in the bathroom was so smudged I could hardly see my reflection. The tv wouldn't work unless the light was on by the door. Again trash, dirt and there was no coffee pot. The telephone didn't work.
The only thing nice about that room was the ac unit looked new.
When I opened the drapes, the window was broken.
I asked Nita if there was any compensation for the trouble I had and she said No. I told her i was going to write a bad review and then asked if I could have a late check out the next day, she finally agreed to 1pm. However the next day, I'm getting ready to take a shower at 11am, Nita is knocking on my door. She looks at her watch and said it's 11am you must go now. You told me I had until 1pm, I said and then she said, you wrote a bad review so you must leave now. I said yes, and I told you I was going to write abad on and you agreed to 1pm check out even after i told you that. I couldn't leave right then, my clothes weren't packed, I hadn't had a shower yet. You get the picture, but she keeps standing there with her foot lodged against the door so I couldn't close it and keeps telling me I have to leave right now.
Finally I asked her to leave so I could get dressed and she said, I'll give you 10 minutes.
I was so upset and livid, I just wanted to scream. However I packed my things up and left.
I WILL NEVER stay at a Super 8 again.

We checked in on 11-23-22 thru 11-25-22. Thanksgiving evening the hotel clerk came into the pool area where we were sitting in the hottub. He told us he was charging us another nights rate because we invited 2 other family members to join us in the pool. There is no sign up anywhere saying no guests in the pool. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 11 or so years and never had a problem having a couple family members join us. The other 2 family members live here in town are were not staying with us. To be charged an extra nights stay is ridiculous for 2 extra people for less than an hour in the pool. The clerk was rude and should have pulled me aside after exiting the pool instead of storming in there in front of my family and acting the way he did. When I tried checking in to the hotel, the man at the front desk was very rude to my boyfriend and I. He ended up telling my boyfriend that he didn't want to rent us a room, failed to return his ID and said I had a "scent". He said he was cancelling our reservation. We are both Wyndham rewards gold and platinum members. We were in shock at his behavior
The super 8 in Greeley Co. Is by the far the worst stay I've had. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. It's midnight and the staff are the loudest here. They are gathered at the front desk yelling, laughing, and no regard for us, that are trying to sleep and roomed next to the front desk. Also for paying $100 for a night the holes in the wall could be fixed. Next time, I will go else where.
1- Asked for connecting rooms and was told I had them only to find out on our arrival they were given to someone else. 2- Clerk adjusted the rooms so we had the connecting room only to find a dresser was blocking access to the door so we could not access. 3- Moved the dresser myself only to find the garbage behind the dresser. 4- There was a puddle of coffee on the dresser that nobody bothered to clean up presumably from the night before. 5- Some bug I presume a cockroach was on the chair at the desk 6- There were holes in the blankets on the bed. I took pictures of all of this.

The lady could not find our reservation but after a few minutes she said she found it and checked us in. The room had:
Broken toilet seat
Broken toilet paper holder
Broken remote for TV. We had to unplug it so we could go to bed.
No cover on the air conditioner/heater
No trash cans in either the room or the bathroom. We had to use a big trash can outside
No free breakfast because the manager was out of town so they decided not to have it
Then to add insult to injury I got a no show fee because we went to the wrong Super 8 in Odessa and that’s when I found out the lady lied when she said she found our reservation.
I called twice to speak to someone and was told both times they’d have to speak to the manager and would call me back but they never did.
All the other Super 8s we stayed at on our vacation were very nice. You need to do something to get these people to shape up their hotel as it’s a bad reflection on you.
I would also like to have my money refunded or at least the no show fee.

He had one of his housekeeper in tears when we got there
the phones weren't working the tub didn't keep the water
and when I asked him for help he ignored me totally
the the next morning when I knocked on the office door at 6:28 for the continental breakfast he wouldn't let me in because it wasn't 6:30 and told me to go away that he was done with me.
We stayed at mayfair Kentucky overnight and overnight and they made us go upstairs and I was handicapped and they had no elevators I'd like to know which policy is for that
Me and my boyfriend have been staying at the Super 8 in New Castle Pennsylvania since October 16,2022. We have been getting blamed for stuff being taken from the breakfast room before 6am, and even during breakfast time. Last night October 26,2022 at 4am well I guess it would of been the 27th at that time. Anyway the lady working the night shift came up and pounded on our door waking us both up, yelling that we were the only two in the room (we were getting coffee) and a half a box of oatmeal was taken. We both told her we only got coffee and she could come look in the room there was no oatmeal anyway. We didn't even have bowls. She continued to yell stating it had to be us. As she walked away she mummbled something about how tired she is of all the lowlife people who have been staying here. ( Right now this is the only place we are able to stay that we are together) we are homeless and looking for a house. I'm on disability and pay everyday to stay here. Anywhere from $90-$79 a day. Sonwe do bust our butts everyday to make sure we have enough for the room since it getting to cold to sleep outside. Same thing happened with her last year about this time when I stayed here. After leaving an abusive ex. The manager Jemma does nothing when we told her about what happened but puts blame on us. There are cameras in there that she can look back and see who's doing it. But says they don't work. She's very ignorant herself when talking to the people who pay to stay here. Is there anything that can be done. Since like I said WE BUST OUR BUTTS EVERYDAY TO MAKE SURE QE HAVE A WARM PLACE TO STAY... ( EVEN THOUGH THE HEATERS DON'T WORK IN SOME ROOMS AND SHE WONT LIKE I GET A ROOM WITH ONE THAT WORKS.)

The Super8 in Little Falls, MN 56345 is frauding a government funded program. For 8/20/22 he charged up abou $400 a night per room! Without asking, saying it was for a event im a another city, less than the big event (craft fair) we usually have here (also staff called to make sure we were ok paying the extra money for the fair.) They changed why they charged for certian things to make it seem ok.
I am having my floors done at my home so booked a room at the local super 8 because of the indoor pool. The pool was advertised as heated but was as cold as ice and I could not swim. My room was literally filthy, had a rancid smell and had roaches. It’s very disturbing that I now need to go find another hotel but I would not stay here again. I would prefer to sleep in my car. Further I have yet to receive my deposit refund.
I booked a room at your hotel in Ardmore Oklahoma thru Hotels.com for Thursday night. OCTOBER 20, 2022. When my husband checked in they asked for a $50.00 deposit so he gave them cash. They did not offer a reciept because as stated they take a deposit from all guests. The stay was fine. Upon leaving we forgot to check out and get the deposit back. Two hours down the road my husband remembered this and called them. To sum up the conversation we were told that someone took our deposit from the drawer and even if he drove back they would not give it back. We even asked if our daughter could come get it the next day as she lives close by and we're told no that they already gave it back to someone else. We will mot be staying g at this Super 8 again!!
The people running the super 8 in St Clair Missouri have the be the absolute WORST PEOPLE IVE EVER DELT with at a front desk .. she was extremely rude about us asking for an earlier check in . Then tried to tell my husband and myself that she does not have any reservations in our name after already confirming that we were in there system . We are supposed to be staying at this hotel for the entire next month . So my husband and myself went back out side to contact my company to make sure for the fourth time, that we in fact do have reservations and we have the confirmation letters to prove it. Again we went back in and tried to talk to the woman at the front desk . This time she completely ignores us even after I said excuse me.. we stood there in front of her for another 5 full minutes before she acknowledged that we were there mind you we have driven the last 14 hours straight through because we called last night and spoke to a male who confirmed our reservation where in the system and that we could check in early since we decided not to stop for this night which was exactly why we called ahead of time . Now my husband and I have been sitting outside of the motel 8 in St Clair Missouri for over 3 hours because the lady literally is refusing to speak to us AT ALL. NOW if this room was solely booked in my name and not by a company I work for I would of already changed hotel and would of never looked back . I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy . I've never in my life been treated sooo unprofessional in all my years of travel work. Contacting my corporate office now to see if we can get reservations anywhere within the next 50 miles . We have to work over night tonight and have already been traveling 14 hours straight . We have no where to rest before work tonight.... Hotel 8 you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your name and company to be so terribly degraded by this family running it. I'll never personally book hotel 8 for as long as I love if this situation is not justified in time for me to rest before work and if I have to pay for a room out of pocket for the night I promise you , this will not end with this complaint . I will not stop contacting the proper cannels until my situation is rectified. So sad you used to be such a great place to stay.

i made a reservation thru Expedia for a 2 night hotel stay at the super 8 uniontown ohio. i spoke to Edward w/expedia and he called the hotel and spoke to Rhonda to cancel my reservation for Sept 30 2022. That did not happen (reservation was not cancelled by Rhonda) so they charges me for Fri sept 30 and Sat Oct 1 (which I checked in on Oct 1) and stayed. when i checked out on Sunday I spoke to Rhonda at the front desk and asked her about the refund for the friday night and she said she put it thru (she did not) so Monday morning i check bank account and no refund posted so i called my bank and they said nothing had been posted so i filed a dispute regarding that charge. Tuesday Oct 5 called hotel again and spoke to Terry at front desk and explained everything and she said im putting thru the refund now in the amount of $79.39 for fri sept 30 you should receive back in 24-48 hrs. called my bank again and they said still nothing has been posted... This hotel is running a scam on people they even state that breakfast is included it consisted of froot loops and a oatmeal cream pie. All i want is my money back in the amt of $79.39. This experience makes me not wanna stay at any of your hotels in the future.

check out was at 11 I explained to them I was looking for my car key. The door was left wide open where they could clearly see i was looking, instead of giving rhe courtesy they continued to rush us out. At 11:20 after I found the key and proceeded to the front desk to check out I was greeted with 2 officers they had called because we "refused to vacate" when clearly the door was wide open. Girlriend went to meet me at the front desk with rest of our bags and the officers were told not to let her meet me there and made her go to the car. On top of all this there was mice shit on the bed killed a spider and a big ass cockroach when asked about a refund was told I couldn't get one they also made the comment "we usually don't have that problem in our luxury rooms " I guess it's normality for it to happen in the other rooms tho. None of these rooms are luxury the jacuzzi tub 2 of the jets didn't work and none of the knobs to turn them down worked. also got charged a extra 50 on top deposit for a blanket qnd pillow they said we took that was never in the room
At 5am I got up to use restroom I just checked in around 9 n pretty much be went straight to bed I used the toilet one time then n it worked fine , at 5am i flushed it n there toilet poured over the top n onto the floor, I contacted the front desk n he came with a plunger n continued to flush n plunge while he water kept putting out after he got it unclogged there's were several inches on the floor so he brought new some wash cloths n played cc them down they be were immediately soaked n then her cc was just gonna walk away still leaving behind a mess of overflow toilet paper, I'm in be a wheel chair n my be sister just had a hip replacement last year , I be said I'm not cleaning that up n he said he's want either , I asked for a different room none were available , I asked for manager n he said he's was the manager he offered no kind of price cut to our room n said he would have a maid clean it up soon as they came in , I said that's wasn't acceptable, He Brought some cleaning gloves and my sister had to clean it up, if this is the way your hotels at Wyndham are being run that's a real shame, I spent 180 dollars for the night, I have pictures of of all this but I don't know how to send this but I will have my be daughter do it when I get back to Florida, The room was under Kathy Bizelli but I paid for it .it was in Dubois Wyoming
Stayed at super 8 for medical purposes 10/16/2022. Asked for new sheets. I changed my own linens. Found a bed bug! The room was already in bad shape when we checked in. It was very dirty….. we were all tired . So I did the best I could to clean it up. I took pictures of bed bug and took to show hotel staff. I was very discreet and kept conversation quiet. They went and checked room and said they found nothing. I did ask for some sort of compensation. Because I have a family of 5 I’m gonna have to clean up after all of this. Management was rude and unprofessional!I don’t believe I was asking for much. But to not even get an apology is unacceptable! I am looking for an apology and some sort of acknowledgment for our continued inconvenience.
There are pubic lice in the bed. There was no pubic lice a week ago. They sprayed but still here. They are putting dirty sheets on the bed.
There's an electric shirt in my room. I feel it when I sleep. I can't get them to fix anything.
I told the clerk at least 5 times about shaking from below room and he said no one is on the whole floor. But when I saw it the AC was blasting causing it.
I stayed at the Super 8 at 9305 S 145 St Omaha on 9-3. The rooms were poorly cleaned, paint peeling, it needed several repairs and when I turned the heat on it stunk so bad I had to open the window and door. When I walked past the utility room it looked like a disaster area. On the bright side they served biscuits and gravy but the gravy was cold and I had to use a steel knife to cut the biscuits. That's what I got for $130. I will not be using Super 8 any more and will be sharing my experience with my friends.

I paid for a 1 day stay at the Super 8 in Virginia Beach by the ocean front. What a mistake that was! Apon arrival the clerk was very rude and seemed to not like his job. As we were walking to our room, there was water all over the halls from the pool area. Easy was to catch a lawsuit. As we made our way closer to where our room was, it reeked of mildew and marijuana. The door to the room looked like the door frame was falling off. The room was dirty and smelled like wet dogs and cigarettes. Mind you this was a non-smoking room. I was also surprised to find out that the door leading to the small patio, had no curtain. So, zero privacy from anyone outside. My husband had to hang a curtain for privacy. We had no other option but to stay because most hotels were booked. We didn't stay long in the room. We came back later that night to find out we had no tv and no phone in the room. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for help. This didn't turn out well. The tv wouldn't work. The woman told me to talk to the manager in the morning. The next day comes and it's time for us to check out and there is no manager on site. I was told to call later on in the day. I paid $380 for a nasty room with no tv, no phone, no privacy, and very rude occupants a few doors down that played right by our patio. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff seems to be bothered if asked questions. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that cares about their health or well being.
I made a reservation at Super 8 on bixler and i got there told them i had reservation,they took my card and then told me 100.00 deposit,i told them no and they already charged me for the room.How do i get my money back for no room ?!?
My wife and I stayed at the super 8 located in logansport Indiana on the 26th of August 2022 and something was wrong with the shower because when I got in it it was wobbly and I had fallen down and when we told the front desk about me falling I was told that there was no more room so they cannot move me to throw me and my wife decided to walk up to the front desk to talk to them instead of them telling us then that there was no more rooms we got a new room but unfortunately that didn't help our situation because I had fallen and hurt my knee but wasn't even offered a discount or not even a apology.
So a photo copy of my front and back of my credit card information was taken. I ask to delete the copy of the back cvc security number which visa strictly not allowed. By law I addressed my consern and was asked that my reservation were canceled.
I had to look else were for a room at 1am in the morning. Very unprofessional Manger Nick did not care I travels 12 hours and my 4yr dauther with me.
I stayed at super 8 from 6/26/22 to 8/13/22. They were by law supposed to put my tax money back on my card, I requested they do exactly that. They wrote down my info said they had to give it to book keeping. I called back a couple days later an they tell me that they dont refund tax. By law they are supposed to. Thanks.
Everything was good w all and management after I spent 600 for four days which wasn't a bargon even though remodeled a staff member threatened me said she had to go on her smoke break and I couldn't get in my room with my purse stuff etc I was waiting for my mom to call back w reservation after that my mom had made a mistake and in-between shethreatened me with the police so I called the police on her it was after hours because my mom was in an appointment w my dad for most of the day but then the harassment came while the police where there she was bad mouthong me I to the police so they didn't make her be quiet andi guess that was ok I also waited for window rewards all day which I never got then I had to rich out and pack all my stuff to satisfy her and the manger and sign a no tresspess sign because if her for the police this never has happened to me and I will be taking to lawyer with civil suit this happened at the new remodeled super eight Oneida ny please don't stay not worth the hassle and the159 per night w out pool I will also talk to corporate winding amdcorporatedays inn
Worst hotel ive ever tried to stay at. My mother dies and i reserved multiple room online for out of state family to stay in. Manager called and confirmed and i explained the situation and she said it was fine. My family arrives and we go to check in and because 1 or us lives within 50 miles of the hotel they refused to let us stay there. No other rooms available in town so now i literally have family leaving town and not attending the funeral service because of the way mangement operates this hotel
Night shift employee working on 8/12/2022 have a very very nasty attitude and rude facial with no proper greeting. How can this company have an employee represent your company. I would not recommend any of my family or friends to spend their money here to be treated so rudely.
To who let me concern my name is Charles Steward I checked in to one of your locations in York PA on arsenal road on 8 8 2022 at 9:00 p.m. I was giving a room it was to room 220 I went to the room I opened the door there was paint chips and paint drippings all over the carpet the bed was not me the furniture was not up against the walls I reported this to your office at the front desk which I had to wait 20 minutes for your one of your employees to come to the desk they were nowhere to be found they issued me another room room 202 when I made my reservation it included a microwave and a refrigerator I have purchased food milk drinks and etc because I was under the understanding that I would have a refrigerator my room did not have one I notified the office they said that they would send one up it never happened an hour later I contact the office once again they said they would send one up it never happened that shift went home third shift arrived I called them the third shift employee spoken with me was a very nice guy told me that he has been having a lot of complaints since he's gotten here about the employees on second shift he told me that he was going to bring a refrigerator but it never happened I feel very disappointing in my stay at your establishment I usually try to come to your motel once a week I'm very disappointed I don't know if I'm going to come back again the motel is very dirty drug needles laying around outside marijuana pipes I feel that my money was poorly spent I hope that there's a way that we could fix this problem so it doesn't happen to another person I feel that I should be reimbursed in one way or another for the inconvenience the aggravation and disrespect that I had from your employees about the whole situation I feel that if we cannot come to an agreement on the situation I have to let the community know so that they are aware of the situation because of children and they do not have the same experience that I have sincerely yours Charles Steward
Flies all over our room. Not clean. No shower curtain. Disgusting towels. Dirty room. I have never stayed in such a place as this. Outside dirty with chairs around. Very bad. This was in Luverne MN. Asked to get refund and leave and would not do. I have anxiety and was not good for me.
Wyndham
A long story but I feel we were wronged by Wyndham and their procedures.
We made reservations on July 28th morning through Wyndham reservations phone for July 29th through August 1st at the Super 8 by Wyndham Lacey Olympia area. We arrived after a 7 hour drive at 9 pm. Was told at that time didn’t I read the sign on the door that said no rooms available. I said I had reservations and was told to bad, 1st come 1st served, reservations didn’t mean anything. Went out to the car which standing next to me was a person with a gun and a person sleeping on the lawn in front of us. Called Wyndham and only part was open was reservations, I went through and told my story to that person. Sorry we can’t do nothing for you then hung up. Called back and told my story again, this time asked about another place, that person supposedly called around and said the that the only option was Days Inn which the reviews for 2 years have been that it was a crack house and homeless shelter with rats running everywhere. I would have to pay more for this location. I refused to this option then told to bad. I asked for a manager at that time. Waited for another 15 minutes to get a manager and again told my story. He supposedly called the motel and said the manager would call me in the morning and customer service would call me at 5 in the morning. This conversation was recorded and would be turned over to the conflict resolution team. Total call was 45 minutes and no action. Ending up calling around for a room got one for twice as much as the one reserved. We are retirees on a fixed income that this put an unnecessary burden on us but Wyndham personal didn’t seem to care.
The next day waited till 9 am for a call, never received any calls from the Super 8 manager or from Wyndham. Called Wyndham customer server and told my story again and asked what to do for the next 2 days reservations. Asked for any help and was told they have a process that I have to follow. Again asked them what to do for the next 2 nights that I had a supposed reservation. They hung up on me. Called back then asked for a manager and told they didn’t have one. Once again told my story then asked what to do over the next 2 nights. Told that they had a procedure to follow and that there would be a conflict resolution in 7 to 10 days. I said that does me lots of good for the next 2 nights at that time and where was I supposed to stay during that time, in our car and get killed. He told me that it wasn’t my time and I would know when it would be, I asked who made him God and then he hung up.
After all of this I was so fed up with Wyndhams answers that I gave up before I totally lost it.
The second day I finally got hold of the Super 8 manager after calling 6 times. Her answer was that the booking agencies doubled booked the rooms and she couldn’t do anything about it, 1st come 1st served the rest of the people were just out of luck.
I never cussed or yelled at these people even though I don’t know how I didn’t tell them how I really felt.
We ended up cutting our family visit short because of the extra costs.
If I don’t cancel my reservations I would get charged for the room but the reverse has no penalties, something is wrong with that.
As far as I’m concerned I would be happy to never deal with these people after years of being a happy customer, this left a bitter taste in my mouth that I won’t recover from their treatment of me.
I stayed in Ashland Wi this weekend the room was in my boyfriend name. We were driving to this location when we called to make a reservation. We were quoted $191.00 for 2 nights. We asked if we needed anymore money when we arrived we were told no. We checked in late because we drove 5 hours to get there. When we checked in we did not have anything to sign they just gave us our room key. The next day his card was declined at a gas station. He looked at his account and Super 8 took out $428.60 not once but twice. We called the hotel and we were told the manager was not there. We asked to have the manager called and have her come in so we could have this explained to us. We arrived at the hotel the guy behind the desk( someone that should be fired) he showed us paperwork we never saw or signed said something about a security deposit. We asked again to see the manager. He said she was on her way. This was told to us 4 times in 2 hours that we waited for the manager to show up. (Also someone that should be fired) we were in town for a family reunion and ended up at the hotel for 2 hours waiting for your manager. Me and my boyfriend were beyond mad at this point. There is much to this I cant even type what those 2 employees did to us. I would like a phone call since I tried calling twice today with a wait time that took forever. His account they took one payment of $428.60 cleared his account. We checked out on Saturday so we only stayed one night. I demand a full refund and i would appreciate a call today. There is mold in my room. I have had to change rooms twice because of mold on the walls, ceiling. And the room I am in there is mold on the walls, ceiling, beds, and the pillows smell moldy. There is no exhaust system for the bathroom. When I told the front desk, he told me to open up the door. The humidity in Georgia is very high in the summer.
Reservation were made thru the Expedia bundle for my trip on 7/11-13 to stay at the above hotel. On website the hotel looks clean and great. Upon arriving to check, their were homeless people in the front of hotel. This made me uneasy. I went and reserved a room for two nights at Le Ritz. The front desk attendant Ashley that works the late night shift in Danville , VA is drunk or high every night and has several different men who look like drug dealers come in and out of the employee office. I witnessed one gentle man enter the restroom with her. She was very loud. I find this to be very unprofessional and trashy of her and Super 8 as a result.
On 7/10/2022 I visited the Super 8 location at 4600 east Morgan avenue in Evansville, Indiana around 10 pm looking for a room for the night. There were 2 gentlemen working at that moment- The older employee was sitting outside the entrance in a folding chair facing the parking lot, possibly smoking ( it was dark out, so I don’t know for sure) - he was watching me approach. As I entered the building, the 2 were talking and the younger worker held open the door without acknowledging me as he carried on his conversation. The older worker then got up, followed me inside and asked “what can we do for you.” I explained that I found his hotel on booking.com but that I just wanted to check out the location in person before booking a room. This is when he got upset and asked “what do you mean?” In a sharp tone of voice. I reiterated that I was just there to check out the facility in person first. He snapped back “you wanna see a room, is that what you mean?” while looking at me with an impatient facial expression. I responded that I would have been interested but not at this point as I didn’t like how I was being spoken to. He threw his hands up and just said “well” . During this time, to the best of my knowledge , the other worker was behind the counter overhearing us. Feeling intimidated, I left the premises and booked a room at the nearby quality inn. Under normal circumstances, I could overlook this treatment, but after having been on the road for several hours that day, I was tired and counting on the hotel to take into account the fact that it was late, I had been driving for a long time and was just looking for a peaceful nights rest

A program reserved a hotel for me and when I went up there I recognized the lady as someone my ex cheated on me with and she harassed e over the phone and tried to run me n him off the road at one point. I didn’t know who she was but me n him broke up so she had an attitude when I was there and purposely turned me away even though my hotel pay was paid for. Then I called back to speak to the manager and at first she refused and ask idk I can’t speak with her and I told her I didn’t want to cause it’s issues between us and she continues to argue with me over the phone telling me the manager will tell u what I said and she got loud so I hung up. It’s the super 8 by the Waffle House in Jonesboro. She was very unprofessional arguing with me a customer when she could’ve simply gave the manager my number and hang up but she continue to argue with me. Her name is Desi Oliver. She needs to be fired and I will never go there again cause she was VERY unprofessional
July 4th around 8:30-9am I returned dirty towels and set them on the counter, the receptionist with long orange nails, ask me rudely to get them off, I apologize and put them in the dirty laundry. She blew her nose twice, got up retrieved my towels and I was telling Faye, friend on speaker phone that she didn't even wash her hands and I had cov19 already, twice. The receptionist came walking fast behind me threatening me to pack out cause her co-workers told her I said was taking about her. I said I was, you have no mask on your blowing out mucus and hand me towels like I ain't worth you sanitizing or washing your hands and spreading germs. Inconsiderate, disrespect and abuse of authority. She followed me all the way to the back we're my room is 246 threatening and harassing me saying get out now and how she's going to get my truck towed.

The web site says coplamentry breakfast and well there was only stale funny buns orange juice minus the orange and the house keeping took half our dirty towels and left the other half on our counter yukk when we called the front office was so rude we use to stay here year's ago and now we remember why we no loner do. Would really appreciate our money back

When my husband and I were stablish in #14 room suddenly about 8:50 PM the manager decided to move us to the #12. My husband was already in bed watching TV and I was ready for a shower. We were unhappy but we moved. The room was filthy, carpets and chairs full of spots and stains, tv didn't work! When I complained the manager invited to leave the hotel and give us our money. I didn't accepted. He send another chair and vacuum the room. Next day the housekeeper clean the room as best as she could. Today he called the police pretending that we didn't want to paid for today's day just because they didn't charge the 3th day during the reservation
The front desk need a 100 deposit. I was told I'm the only one who can pick up the deposit when check out. The front desk made it very clear I'm the ONLY ONE who can pick up my deposit. No WRONG they lie.They give it to who ever they want. I want my 100 . Not my problem they gave it to someone else. Super 8 guaranteed me that I was the only one who can pick up deposit . I don't understand why they think it's okay to give my 100 dollar deposit to anyone but me. They were really rude . I was following the rules it's super 8 who did not follow there policies.

I checked into a super 8 in davrnport iowa! Stayed one week! EEvery single morning i was harassed to check out, pay a early check in fee plus deposit. EEvery day i was there and i think i paid late fee check out twice! There is no such thing as a extended stay at the super 8 hotel in davenport !! II went through a 3rd party to get a good rate and the manager there was rude, unprofession, and down right mean to myself and my partner about using a 3rd party so she felt she needed to charge us $130 a day to get back the money she lost from the 3rd party rate! ! She is the worst person you could put at the front desk! She even smokes outside the front door but yet its a non smoking hotel! MMakes no sense at all to me ! Hello, my fiance and I have been staying at your motel on 58th and Broadway in Denver, Colorado. There is a employee that works for you in the front office. Two days ago I could hear yelling and cussing going on outside. I can hear this employee cussing and arguing with a contractor that was remodeling one of your rooms. Yesterday I was peacefully replacing the front seats in my Infiniti and he walked up and asked what I was doing. I explained I was replacing my front seats. He told me I cant be working on my car in the parking lot and to make sure I clean up my mess. I apologized and was already being clean leaving no mess. Today I was adding antifreeze to my car when he walked up and said I was leaking oil and messing up the lot. I explained my radiator has a small leak but I use a eco friendly antifreeze that evaporates on asphalt or concrete but I don't mean to leave a mess and I'm fixing it later. He said I can't park here if my car is leaking and he is notifying everyone. At the moment we are homeless and trying to get by. I can't help my car is leaking but I'm trying to do what I can to fix it asap and not make a mess. I felt disrespected by his remarks and feel like he is harassing me. I was polite and respectful but I feel like he is not the same way and judging by his behavior with the contractors he seems to not be professional at all. I'd appreciate if he was talked to about his actions n behavior. Never have I been to a super 8 anywhere in the usa that they charged me a $100 deposit per room. I've spent thousands of dollars with super 8. I will never use another one anywhere in the world again. Super 8 has just lost a valuable customer.
We arrived with 2 small children to be told to wait because there was a fight in the second floor. While waiting we observed people / employees smoking in the lobby area. The police came and actually told us it’s not safe for kids. We had to leave because of the issues. So far we have not been refunded the money. There was no way to stay there.

I have taken my time to write, giving your franchise owner time to try to make sense of his behavior and the treatment of customers as he represents your name. On Saturday night, July 8th, my two companions and I came to Your Super 8 to get a room for the night as we traveled on motorcycles from Rapid City, SD, to Minneapolis, Minnesota. When we got in the room, one of the ladies stated a used towel was hanging over the shower rod in the bathroom. So I said I'd go to the front desk because I was going to my motorcycle to get something. I advised the owner there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom that we did not put there over the shower rod. He said I'd come to get it. Puzzlement I asked how do I know the room was clean. He started yelling and screaming at me about it being clean. I need you to get out. I said if I get out, you must give me my money back. He said yes, I'll refund your money. I never said I was leaving, so I didn't want to leave. I want you to come check out the room. So he came down to the room, and now he's irate, yelling, screaming, waving his arms, and pointing his finger at me, saying you made me lose a customer by saying the room needed to be clean. I said I didn't make the customer leave by saying the room wasn't clean; if the customer heard me say there was a dirty towel in the room, the customer would assume that room was not clean, and by you yelling and screaming at me, that would make the customer leave. Then he looked at the room and said there was nothing wrong with this room. That's a human error, and you told me there were only going to we in the room.
Now I see three. I advised the owner that it was three when the question was asked how many would be in the room. He kept saying you said us; I said I do not speak that way. I said three. You misunderstood. Because he knew he was wrong, he wanted me to sign a paper saying I would not make a formal complaint. I said I would, but then he changed his mind and said I want you out because I know that all you want to do is make a complaint. I promised you I had not thought about that until he said it. So he says I'm calling the police I said you go ahead and call the police. I want them to see what's going on. One of my associates went to the front desk to speak with the owner to try and resolve the matter. His response was you two ladies can stay, but she has to go; she thinks I can't do anything. The police arrived and told us we had to leave because it was private property, and we did so. I stopped at the front desk to get my refund.
This was clearly sexist, cultural, and a language barrier. He needs sensitivity training on how to deal with different nationalities and genders. I am a strong African American woman, and I am not the kind to be humbled down in a situation where I'm right. Apparently, he did not like this by telling my associate that she thought I could not do anything. I have stayed in many hotels as a woman traveling on a motorcycle, and I never felt so insulted or degraded by putting me in the position of being escorted from a motel by the police because I questioned the cleanliness of a place in the middle of the night. I felt in danger of being out at 11 pm on the streets to look for another place to stay in an unfamiliar town. All I wanted him to do was come check out the room and either give us another room or have someone come and clean that room.
I rented a room for someone who was in my employee. My employee called me two days later and said they, the housekeeper and the Manager named Kim, said she smoked in the room. My employee has not smoked in over 20 yrs. Also, she said the manager told her that the housekeeper whom she has never meant said that they called her lady bug. Neither my employee nor I know who that is.

When we arrived at the super 8 in Colorado Springs, 1790 Aeroplaza Drive, walking up to the entry door, there we’re homeless people standing by the door. When we entered our room, we noticed there was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door . From the previous guest.The toilet was stopped up as soon as we arrived and used it. I asked for two day at the front desk to be fixed. The curtain hooks were broken and the curtain hanging down. Stains on the carpet, like kool-Aid stains, black tar stains. The bed spreads had holes from cigarettes and this room was supposed to be a non smoking room. The knob on the air conditioner was gone. The fan cover in the bathroom was missing. No coffee pot in the room. No ice bucket in the room. I had to ask for more towels during our stay there. Had to ask for more toilet paper as well. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and they said if we wanted coffee we had to go over to the next door hotel and get some. The cleaning staff we’re smoking cigarettes at the main entrance of the hotel. There were other people in the lobby that were complaining about the same things that we experienced.Overall we think this facility needs a lot of attention, because it is nasty and filthy and we will never stay there again. We stayed at your super 8 in St Louis at your 6200 n. Broadway location room 218 we was supposed to stay from June 28-July 3rd and there was an outage Saturday July 1 due to the outage the manager said he would give us a refund because the outage would be out for 3 days at least we didn't get a chance to stay in our room none of the day July 1 which is when we left.

We stayed 1 night at Super 8 in Be ton Harbor Michigan. So many things wrong. Front desk staff was very nice. When we got to our room, the room smelled like someone was smoking weed and the window was left open. Later, I attempted to turn on the lamp at bedside only to find it was u plugged. I plugged it in and the lamp didn't work. When I reached behind the nightstand, it looked as if the floor had not been swept for a long time !! Next morning, while in the bathroom, I told my husband the lighting was very bad as I was trying to put my .ake up on and get ready for the day. He said he also had trouble seeing to shave. I accidentally bumped the switch and the lights became brighter ! Obviously a short in the switch and a fire Hazzard !!!! Needless to say, along with other smaller issues, we were not happy at all with our stay at Super 8. Needs so.e major help.
I had gotten a room at the super 8 motel located at 200 Tuttle creek blvd, Manhattan ks for the 18th of June for the price of $85.14 for myself as well as my girlfriend Jessica at about 2:45 am. At this time I had came to greet the gentleman at the desk named Muni. I had informed Muni that I did have a dog that is a 'USA SERVICE DOG' registration # 1322750933 and at the time I had provided the correct documentation which he informed me that he had logged in this information and had waived the initial $25.00 fee for pet deposits. My dog is also ESA certified for the help of mental illnesses that was Registered by an professional psychologist and or a person that is licensed in the medical field and/or a person that is entitled to study mental illnesses. My dog is serviced for the following conditions, Anxiety Disorder, Bi-Polar, Depression Disorder, Emotional Issues, Mental disorder, Mood Disorder, Seperation Anxiety disorder, as well as Social Anxiety disorder. My dog has also has passed E.S.A basic training for the 3 full courses. The next morning around 9am I had wanted to purchase another day and they had charged me the same $85.14 for another day at the super 8 motel. When I was returning from the store There was a female that had stopped me and stated that she was the General Manager and that she stated that I needed to pay $50.00 in the amt for two days of pet fees. I had told her that I had a service dog with me and began to show her the credentials that i currently have on me and she wanted nothing to do with that and then became irrate saying that if i didnt have the $50.00 then she would have me removed from the premises and my room would be locked which she had already cancelled my keys out. I than began to try to respectfully tell her that this is the law that I can have my Service Animal with me at all costs as a actual human should be able to go and in all public places that I should be myself. I currently didnt have no where to go at the moment and to try and to defuse the situation I had paid the $50.00 for the fee. I had told her that I will be making a report of this because they had went against my rights and had refused me of the rights i had. after that I didnt feel safe because of the little comments she would make when I would walk outside to take my dog to the restroom. I felt like i was getting harrased at every level. From this I am demanding that I get reimbursed the $50.00 pet fee which was uncalled for me to pay in the first place and again against my rights. There should be no way that the staff here should treat people like they dont have rights theirselves and how she was so ignorant to me. My husband made reservations back 8n March this spring. Then called the hotel directly requesting a ground floor room because I use?a walker to get around. And he told who he talked to I used one. When we checked in on June 9th there was no ground floor rooms or that was what they said. So we were put on the 2nd floor and the house keeping staff made it difficult to get down the hall. Then on Saturday night there was a drunk person spinning their tires waking people up and another person staying there with a large dog that barked waking people up and the staff did nothing about it. When I called to talk to the manager , her name is Katie. She told me they didn't get complaints about the dog and she was very rude to me about the dog and about our reservation.. We won't be staying at another of your hotels because of the rude was we were treated. And we refuse to suggest anyone else stay there. We have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and have never been treated the way this hotel treated us!

I stayed at the Super 8 in Boise ID. After a few weeks I notice a charge on my CC for $75. I called the Super 8 they said I took the comforter from the room. First of all I didn't take anything from the room. I was traveling with a buddy on our motorcycles. I wouldn't even have any place to pack something like that. I called told the person that picked up the phone i didn't take anything. She told me she would get hold of the GM. I called back later the GM wouldn't talked to me. They claim to have a video. Super 8 in Sterling Co was the most disgusting motel I have ever been in. It should be knocked down and closed!!!!! There was mold in the shower, disgusting furniture and a bad TV. It smelled . Went to get breakfast in tje morning and a dog pooped and peed all over the eating area and they wouldn't clean it up.... waiting for the owner of the dog to return to clean it up. Had 2 day reservation in Galva, Il. Went to wash up no soap in room. Sign in room states, forgot something get it at the office. I forgot toothpaste. Got the soap but was told we don’t have toothpaste. Tissue box in room empty just like the vending machine in hall, totally empty. Coffee pot in room but no sugar or cream. Asked for cream but was told we don’t have any. Then went to take a shower and the tub is dirty. So no shower. It was disgusting. I left a very polite note asking to clean the tube. Light on phone flashing I had a message but there wasn’t one. Clock in room not working. Came back the second day and found room exactly how I left it. Bed not made tub not cleaned nothing was done. No one was ever at the front counter. Always had to use the phone and dial O. Never again using Super 8.
I have been here about a week and a half. I have thus far been accused of setting stuff on fire when I don't even smoke cigarettes and that's what set the fire because he'd showed me. And everybody here seems to be smoking but they triggered me. I'm a priest I don't even smoke cigarettes when 2 people address this with me then yesterday and day before yesterday I was accused of doing something to. I rented a room for my daughter for a week. Well over $700. They were rude and demanded my daughter had to come up with $100 cash before she got the key. Then to her she cannot have visitors there period and told her friends that they have to get off the property and were not allowed back. They have never been there before. First I'd like to say this is not the usual experience. I had made a reservation on line a few hours before showing up we had ot planned on stopping however, my disability was becoming a problem and I needed to rest. I was traveling with my wife and daughter and my service dog. Apon stopping I informed the front desk that I had him with me. At this point the lady at the front desk demanded I state my disability or she would deny me a room. I easily shocked that she was unaware of the law.what my disability is should and is mone of her business as far as I am aware she could only ask two questions
1 Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2 What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?

I took two bullets as a young man and came close to death as a result I have severe ptsd that manifest in the form of night terrors that can cause violent out burst along with other things ..Max is trained to help my through them before they become a problem. Anyway the next day we decided to Stay an extra day so at around 11 I went to the front desk and what I bel is the owner did the same thing again but he was much worse he was rude implying the I was not being truthful. Even he ran my card I had forgotten to unlock it. At which he told me I had to check out and come back after 3. I am a high-school history teacher and a veteran I am not asking for special treatment but I'm now some bum either. It embarrassed me in front of my family. Please not I'll never go to that place again and we did go down. The road and stayed at another of your places and not one problem. I never do this buy I will be posting o. Every media I can. About the location and his intentional discrimination.and hostility toward vets.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Red Wing MN on Friday may 12th, and it was terrible. First off, we couldn’t get to the motel because of construction, so after driving around for an hour in unfamiliar surroundings, we finally found the back route in. Someone should have emailed me and let me know about this so we had a clue. Then we get there and the guy tells us there is no complimentary breakfast because of.construction, that’s bullshit, that’s one of the reasons we picked this motel, so we had to make different plans for the morning. Then we get on our room and it was a dump. I have honestly stayed at better Motel 6s, and that isn’t saying much. From the loose toilet seat that my wife almost fell off of, and we had to hold handle down about 10 seconds for it to flush properly, to the ceiling in the bedroom that clearly had water damage and got vey poorly spackled over (see pics), to the paint splattered all over the towel bar (see pic). I think we deserve a free night or two stay at a Super 8 of our choice. I don’t think I could go back to that dump again.
On March 14, 2023 around 9:30 p.m. my hotel window has been broken into. The police were called and I filed a report. When I requested to move to another room the gentleman at the front desk. That the owner was mad that his window was broken and refused to switch to another room and requested that I just leave or that I would be held responsible for the $2500 window. I requested a refund multiple times with Priceline (through which the room was booked) and also through the super 8 in Norman Oklahoma where the incident occurred. Both sites refused because I had been there multiple nights had just renewed my room. Though I believe personally, it's due to the person breaking the window was my husband. My husband domestic violence from. My issues is that I had to leave because I wasn't safe in the room my attacker had broken into, was refused access to a new room and bullied into leaving on March 14th instead of March 15th as paid for. Because the police report was filed and that I was not criminally to blame, none of those things should have happened. It is hard enough to be on the run from a person that was supposed to protect you but to be treated so poorly by Super 8 by Wyndham was revolting and offensive. It left me surviving my attack but left out on the streets in the cold by no fault of my own. I believe that I am minimally owed for the one night I had been refused the ability to safety stay.

The staff is rude. The rooms are shitty. They try to over charge. One staff member yelled at my daughter for playing w her ball. He’s yelled at us because we didn’t check out yet even though we’ve paid day by day which is 73$
Hause keeper using drugs in my restroom I walked in I forgot some thing. When she was gonna make a a little cleaning and I see her smoking a glass object my restroom was smoking I don't smoke I told her what was going on she told me please don't say anything is not what you think. I thought about it I ask for her name. She said rosaura tremper. Not only desrespecting my room she dresses like she was. Berly weiking up. I believe she has year's working there how could you guys don't know. And for how long. I don't have children. But most believe I make not only a complaint a will be a lawsuit I hope. If I ever go and stay I won't see this woman thank you.
Super 8 Groton ct. nasty place. I do not recommend at all. Rooms are nasty. Staff is useless. Manager Amanda lives in the hotel and can barely ever be reached. Rebecca seems nice on the phone but is also useless. Asked her to save my monogrammed Yeti cup I left that my late father gave me so my wife can pick it up two weeks later and was promised it would be there. Well suddenly it’s now supposedly thrown away. Sorry but no one throws away a Yeti. Someone took it even though it was supposed to be held for me. Scumbags Amanda and Rebecca and whoever stole it should be fired. All they ever start the conversation with is (we are not responsible for stuff left behind). Even though I had about 15 phone calls to them over the two weeks reassuring that it stay put till a specific day which I was told not to worry about it. The place is also nasty. I highly do not recommend this sh!+hole.
We checked into your hotel in Chillicothe, MO on April 14th. After checking in we discovered the room door would not lock. The person behind yhe desk said they had no other room available and asked what we wanted to do. We went to another hotel and got a room. Our credit was charged for the room anyway, now we have not heard from the manager after several calls about a refund and wanto know why.
The worst hotel ever. I was in town for my son’s basketball game and selected this hotel because it was close to the Raleigh Convention Center. I called around 4 pm to schedule a late check in. Upon arriving around 10:30pm to check into my room I was greeted with a smoke filled room with drug addicts in the parking lot, cigarettes holes in the blanket. The room was disgusting. I made reservations at another hotel and checked out of there immediately. I didn’t even sit down. The guy at the front desk didn’t even bother to ask me why I was checking out 15 min later after I had just checked in. This place is awful.
We paid a $100 cash deposit when we checked into super 8 in Middletown New upon check out the room was reviewed for any damages and one of the maids found a coffee cup with cigarette butt in it and said that was grounds for a smoking in the room when we're telling them that they can watch the cameras and see game go outside and smoke and put the cigarette butt in the cup and bring it in the room and throw it in the garbage there's no other proof they wouldn't hear us they wouldn't last management the contract they have for the cash deposit was never signed or offered to us and we were refused management refuse to speak to management and refuse to have cameras with you to see go outside to smoke they were rude and neglected to negotiate the return of our deposit at all
Stayed at your Super 8 on 2nd St. in Williamsburg and was very disappointed at the communication level after I left my phone this went on for over a month. Nobody seem to know what the other was doing. They didn’t seem to know when maids returning stuff in.
I was told they had it and sent my son and they didn’t so, so I called they took my name and address and said they would it. It has been 2 weeks and today I went by there and now can’t find it .
I would like to be reimbursed for having to purchase a new one.
Every time I called I got a different person who said they had to wait on maids or other front desk person.
72537732128041 is my artillery number and I like to file a complaint on super 8 for charging me and not allowing me to stay there cuz I did not have a major credit card and they will not reimburse my cancellation I think that is bull and that's the way you guys are making yourself money that's not right and that's not right at all so if you please can do whatever you can to get my $87 back $88 back I would appreciate it and fire the front desk lady cuz that lady was very very rude and disrespectful and prejudice the way she went at me and judge me by the way I looked it's the first thing she greeted me with do you even have a major credit card I already have a reservation okay but you need one or you can't stay here that's exactly what she said so that's the way you guys greet your customers that already paid for a room yeah I wish you guys to say that before you have people pay for rooms and then denying when they get there. Very upset the rooms are no where near what they promised. Clean and safe. Roach infested, broken smoke detector no batteries in the remote or smoke detector no cords to watch any tv broken doors missing coffee pot so no morning coffee missing blow dryer no phone and they told sorry there is nothing we can do about it then to top it off the price is ridiculous almost 100 bucks for this crazy very upset plus the hotel environment is horrible I don't feel safe at all people every smoking and hanging out all hours broken windows next door to our room this is so sad I can't believe there not shut down. This needs to be fixed I'm going to do whatever it takes to be heard and get them to change this im here to relax and get a break and I can't even watch tv plus I heard security is checking all rooms tonight because of the broken windows so who ever is not on the list there calling the cops. Great invasion of my privacy to wow they fail to mention that to us before I rented the room. Not enough space to list all the problems at the super 8 in Batesville Ark. It needs to be closed down. From nasty bedding, doors that won't shut and lock, bugs, no cleaning service, the smell is aweful, the floors are nasty, I could go on with more complaints.
This place was absolutely horrible! Bedding was stained and had cigarette burns in them. Carpets were stained and gross! The smell in the rooms was horrible! Mold on the bathroom walls, the faucets and the ceiling! The chairs were filthy and black! The smoke detectors were ripped from the ceiling! Liquor bottles were found in our "clean" room. Was told they could not make a key for our door so staff had to come unlock it for us or we were told to "prop it open" when we leave. We were given 1 towel for 3 people to share. Staff said "we might have another clean towel but you will have to come get it." The floor in the bathroom had a hole around the toilet! Overall, we could have stayed in a tent outside and it would have been cleaner than the garbage can they called our room.
I had planned on stay at the Super 8 hotel in Mokena Illinois for 2 days. After 3 hours I receive a phone call that there was a family emergency and had to check out. I asked the girl at the front desk for a refund for the second day. I was told that a manager would call me. Didn’t receive a call. Went back the following day and was told the manager was gone for the day. Went back again the next day and was told the manager was out sick. I called again today and was told she won’t be back until next week. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I’am being charged for 2 full days. I don’t mind paying for 1 full day but I would like a refund for the second day. I really think that this is good customer service. I also called the customer care service which was a complete waste of my time. I would like a refund for $86.00 for the second day. That would be fair and good customer service.
We booked a one night stay January 4-5 at Super8 white river Junction,Vermont. The room was arranges so no night stand on one side. Got out of bed hit my head on rack. Tv was on side so couldn’t watch it without sitting up to watch over husband. Tried to sit to read,but chairis next to tv. Heater kept blowing cold air . Was cold during the night so used the bedspread. About 12:30am ,woke up sneezing,eyes watering and itching. Got up to put a facecloth on my eyes. My husband joked if I had snuck a cat in our room .I’m allergic. Next morning,went to leave and my husband brought it to my attention,a note on the next neighbor door,please don’t let our cat out. I believe they had the room before us,no one washed the bedspread. The pictures on the site is nothing like the actual Super 8. I tried lodging a complaint,but needed the reservation number, Called down last month to get the number. Was told they did not have that information any longer. I have pictures but it won’t let me down load them. We have stayed twice since and chose another place. I want to bring this to your attention.So others will not experience this. The pictures will tell how bad it is if I could get them to down load.
Wow what a long day. The AC in my room #128 did not work. The lady from the front desk came to check it put its not cooling at all. Good thing I had a box fan. It's was over 88 out side. Then my non smoking room smelt of smoke. I have a lung disease & smoke makes it where I can't breath.
Doesnt help when the room next door sits outside to smoke and it was also coming from the fan in the bathroom. This cost me nearly a $100 for this..I. very upset. I work hard for my $$. When I made the reservation your web site said tax and such was includedin the price! Then a $50 hold on my debit card what in the world! Not suŕe if i will stay with you guys again. Very disappointed.
I stayed at super 8 and Madison / man over Indiana. The room was disgusting. The room had mold above the sink. The hot tub had dirt and filth on it. The mirror above the hot tub was just so bad it was hard to look through it and angle. The toilet was disgusting and never been cleaned after many uses you could tell. There was holes in the wall. There was sprinkler head hanging which I'm sure was a violation of local code because of safety. I have many pictures but I am only allowed download one. It's a shame I can't show you the full pictures. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Was the must dirty trash filled place I've been to the first room was flooded from the toilet over flowing when we walked in (not there fault I guess ) are 2nd room smelled so awful trash behind the bed dirty and stains on sheets worst of all junkie out front working on there car until 2am was the worst stay I would never come back there and would not recommend it

Front desk claims room smells like weed. We informed them as soon as we checked into the room it smell and our deposit was not given back to us.
Found front desk unoccupied. Rang bell at least 10 times, shouted for help 3 times, called motel 2 times. After 15 minutes, Ria (employee's name) finally showed up, smoking. Said she was "cleaning the stairs" and "phone went dead". Said she would probably "go down for this one". I assured her I would report it.
I asked her if she was having trouble at the motel or something crazy going on. She assured me everything was fine.
Also, our room was not very clean. Stains on carpet and toilet needed cleaned.
My family was in Prattville for a base ball tournament. We decided to stay at super 8 because location to field. we were asleep between the hours of 4 am-6 am someone tried to break in our room twice . The only reason they didn’t come in is we had safety lock in place. my children were terrified we call the front desk the receptionist to see if she accidentally gave a room key to another guest she was rude and said no I didn’t I said well someone came I to our room she said if you feel like your in Danger call 911 well I asked her name she said she wasn’t giving me her name I asked for manager name she hung up. I tried to call back for an hour the phone was disconnected I call police they went and got managers number for me. I will never stay at this HOTEL again it’s not safe
On March 26th, 2023 we stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The following day, we exited the hotel at approximately 10:45 am. At approximately 2:00 pm, my wife realized that she had left both rings on top of the bed at the hotel. I called the hotel and spoke with front staff Roo and informed her about our situation. Minutes later, Roo called me back stating that nothing was found by the cleaning staff.
At approximately 3:30 pm, we arrived back at the hotel and spoke with front staff
Shiraz. He was very kind and allowed us to check the room we had stayed at, Room 215. Unfortunately the room was already cleaned by the cleaning staff, and had left for the day. Shiraz feels that hotel policy states if anything is found in the rooms, normally the items are brought to the front desk and logged in a Lost and Found binder. We left the site around 430 pm, very displeased with the situation.
I can only ask one more time to have your cleaning staff check the bedding sheets, and the washer machine in hopes it can be located.
These rings are my wife's wedding ring and the engagement ring both of great sentimental value. My wife was extremely upset and had tears all the way home last night. Please check every possible possibility that these rings are probably stuck inside a bedding sheet and can finally be returned to its rightful owner.
