I wish to notify you about a staff of your Bank. I went along with my relative, who wants the details of facilities available with your Bank. One of your staff newly recruited , named ADRIJA BOSE, just simply misbehaved and just left the place, because she was talking to her friend during duty hours, saying she was busy.
I believe it is not monitored at your end properly that during duty hours, how a staff just carry on talking to her friends over phone for long time or even on a video call with her friend, without attending the approached person.
I also request you please cross check the same with her and initiate suitable action or show cause notice after monitoring the same personally by you or your representatives.

In 2011, I was offered by Ms. Belinda Lau an HSBC Premier account. I did not have to submit any requirements at all. I just needed to sign a form " for formalities." I accepted the offer as I was unemployed so getting a credit card was not easy. I applied for one at HSBC before and I got rejected for being unemployed.
I noticed after that I was being charged $380 every month. This was not mentioned to me when I got the card. I contacted Customer Relations and I have been passed from one representative to the other. The frustration in explaining the same things over and over again to different people was endless. A Betsy Leung even threatened me on the phone regarding this Premier account.
After years of desperation, I contacted HSBC Head Office in London and was referred back to HSBC HK. Jenny Cheng corresponded with me and after over a month, the issues remained unresolved. I have all the exchange of emails about this issue in case I have to explain again. I did not apply for this Premier account, Ms. Jenny Cheng said that this was a promo offer for unemployed people from HSBC Premier. How can a promotion cater to unemployed people offering them the highest credit card possible with a $380 fee every month?
Ms. Jenny Cheng offered to pay back fees that have been charged to my account. She said that I have to close the Premier account, pay the due in full and apply for another credit card using the money that will be paid back to me which is not even half of the due amount. I already have a joint Advance account with my husband with your bank but she said that I have to open another one as it is a joint account and so I cannot have a credit card on that account.
My husband has a credit card on that joint account, what difference does that make? Opening another account means accumulating fees again on an account that I do not use. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon as 5 years have been long. I have been paying you fees on an account that I do not use with the money that I do not have.
