The song pack for Rocksmith 2014 is called Bon Jovi song pack and cost me $15.95. I would still like to have the song pack but have tried everything I can as far as trying to download it several times over the past couple of days. As far as the other packs I have downloaded, they have come through, this is the only one that hasn't and because this has never happened to me before I don't know what to do. If necessary I do have the billing information here from Microsoft I can send for verification that I have purchased this song pack.
In 1995 Microsoft had the best customer service in the USA. Today it ranks below Comcast which is at the bottom of the list. I just bought a new computer with Windows 7 and they are now no longer supporting it. What a bunch of scum bags. I hope they all rot in HELL! I am going to Apple. I know from past experience they are high integrity people.
My VAIO was working perfectly until (I made the mistake of allowing “Automatic Updates”). Updates downloaded to my computer that caused it to be completely un-functional. I ran the restore program, which made it work again, but I lost my MS Office 2013 program, which now shows “empty” on the folder.
I have used your product for many years and I am so very “sick” of dealing with the continuous problems! Every OS you come out with is stricken with problems. Problems the average user cannot rectify on their own. Reliability is zero with your product line. There’s always something wrong with Microsoft, something that ends in the user losing functionality, losing a significant part of being able to use your products. I think it’s intentional and I think I can prove that in court.
I will file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on this matter because I’m absolutely sick of having to spend my time trying to fix my PC problems, which originate with Microsoft. This is simply pathetic. I am sitting here typing, and my cursor is jumping around so frantically, I have to stop, correct, then continue. Definitely a Windows 7 issue. Something I never experienced until I installed Windows 7. Pathetic! In fact, it took me thirty minutes, just to type these few lines. Come off of your money making horse and start providing quality! We shouldn’t have to renew our OS every two years. Pathetic!
I purchased the Entertainment Package (first mistake). My XBOX was stolen before I could begin using the XBOX live subscription because had to wait for current one to expire. Now that has happened no one can seem to start my Entertainment Package. I have to wait up to 5 days for the “advocacy” team to get back to me? I am paying $14.99 a month and right now I have no service. My cable company does a better job than this. I should be able to have it started regardless if you can find the information or not. The proof is the credit card charge every month that you seem to have no problem functioning. Also, little control over information re: stolen XBOX. I should be able to keep my stolen xbox serial number from being registered for XBOX live account. And it should be required to have a serial # to get a Live account. I will not be buying anymore Microsoft products. Too bad you bought the xbox business.
The Xbox Live service provided for the Xbox one is really poor. It is unreliable, inconsistent and often unusable. For a paid for service it is not good value and really shouldn’t be something Microsoft struggles to provide.
The control pads are just a poor. In 4 months I have had 4 faulty ones replaced. To be on number five in this amount of time is appalling for something that costs £50 a piece and again, shouldn’t be something Microsoft has an issue in producing high quality, durable hardware.
Lastly, it seems to me that they couldn’t give a flying f*** about their customers. Anyone that has tried complaining to them directly will know that it is impossible to find an email address. Any postal address you can find probably won’t be the right one and likely wouldn’t reply anyway. A very anti-customer company in my view. Your only options are to wait in line for a Live chat for 85 minutes in my case or speak to a site ambassador that can probably to little to help.
It has been several months since I have accessed my hotmail account, when I came back to it my account has been wiped out. There were very important emails and a lot that were sentimental. I tried to recover them. I need someone to help me get them back please and thank you.
I have a Nokia lumia 720 phone and since entering the two year contract last year I have had my Hotmail account hacked, can`t upload pics, no ability to download apps and now I have found out I can`t transfer my numbers due to them being transferred onto the Hotmail account. Not happy.
Hiya, I’ve been using my hotmail account for many years now which contains vital information and also a lot of important work. Today I tried to log in as normal and realised that my account had been hacked and that somebody else is accessing my account. Just bought my wife a new Desktop with windows 8.1 on it. You want a happy customer? If so send me a copy of windows 7 to over write 8.1 it is a complicated mumbo jumbo like a touch screen telephone. I and the wife wanted her to have a new computer. She has a phone. I heard from friends that 8 was a mess, and have several friends who simply loaded 7over it. One way or the other I’ll be next. At minimum you could have made a version for Desk and lap tops and added one for touch screen. Not real wise guys.
Me hot mail account has been blocked and I have provided the information that they requested including my phone number but no one has contacted me and all I am requested to do is give out private information. Lately I have noticed many people saying things like “that’s a ways away” or “we’ve got a ways to go” – even anchors on television are speaking this way. Obviously “a” is singular and “ways” is plural and, therefore, they should not be used together. Out of curiosity I typed “a ways” on a Word document, spell/grammar checked it and it was accepted. If Microsoft could correct the spell/grammar check you would be contributing to a better spoken population.
So I downloaded GTA five from the Xbox live store and I Played it with my friends and then like after a month I tried to play GTA online and it would not work no matter what!!! I WAS FURIOUS AND I STILL CANT PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS NOW… So I need you guys to give me a new copy if the game or give me my money back!
I have been trying to access my email for several days. The first day I had the problem I was sent an automated message with a code to enter. I listened to the code 5 times and only made out 4 numbers. When I entered those 4 numbers it told me I needed 5 numbers. The automated voice mail was pathetic and hard to understand. So I finally called the number for help. I talked to someone I could hardly understand, probably in a foreign country. He wanted remote access to my computer. I’m sorry but I do not let anyone have remote access to my computer. I think this stinks. I enter my login info correctly and I still cannot access my email. I have been irritated with outlook ever since it came on line. I do not appreciate people I don’t know wanting remote access to my computer and I think it stinks that it has to be done this way, especially when I enter the correct login info for my email and still can’t get access. Needless to say it has just prompted me to open another email account with some other service. I don’t know if I ever want to use outlook email again.
I just bought a Surface Rt from Best Buy. Microsoft is running a promotion whereby a free keypad s offered for this tablet. Best Buy claims to know nothing of this promotion and refuses to provide the keypad. I calld seeral MS numbers and was met with ignorance of the promotion.
How do I go about getting this keypad for my tablet??
hi i am a disabled person with 10 computers that all have xp on them i can not afford 10 new copy’s of windows 8 or 8.1 these are all my family’s computers all in one house we are all screwed when you end support for xp if you cant help you will lose me as a customer i will go to Linux it is free and it is not going to cost me $2000.00 two thousand dollars to fix all my computers what are you going to do about all the people that can not afford your software
I went to sign in to my email account and I cant because ‘someone else is using my account’. I use that email for pretty much everything, so that was annoying. So to verify my account, I had to type in the last 4 digits of the number that I had when I signed up for my account. Obviously I’ve changed my number since then, so I didn’t remember it. I had to then find a way of getting the last 4 digits of a number I had around 3 years ago. So when I eventually did, I typed it in, ready to receive the code to allow me back onto my email again. I didn’t get the code, and I’m getting extremely angry. I need it to be sorted asap. Thank you
On 3 February 2014 I posted a letter, similarly dated, to Microsoft U.K. Headquarters, Microsoft Campus, Thames Valley Park, Reading RG6 1WG on the subject of Attempted Fraud from my address in the U.K. namely 32 Auchmill Terrace, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, AB21 9LF. I am unable to attach this letter to this email but presume that Staff at Reading would be able to do so if requested so I will not repeat its content here. No reply has been received from Staff and Reading, which, at the very least is discourteous. I would be obliged if could arrange for me to obtain a response from Staff at Reading to the letter in question.
I am absolutely discussed with the service I have just received from Microsoft. I ordered a surface pro 2 – £1039.00 on Friday 21 March. After a mix up on your side you have taken payment for 3 – £3117 and shipped 3 out to me. I received an email stating this and telling me to reject 2 of the surfaces and keep one. It even told me the order number to keep. So I took a full day off work yesterday to wait in and nothing came. When I rang they said Microsoft had recalled all 3 and I had to ring Microsoft, which I did and was told they would refund the money, which would take 5-7 working days. I have been on the telephone for about 4 hours trying to sort this problem out and have just been told that I have to wait until the 3 surface pros get back to the warehouse and I have been refunded the money in 5-7 working days and then I have to re-order the Surface pro 2 then.
I really don’t think so. I was waiting for a supervisor to contact me for over an hour. When i spoke to the supervisor i said that Microsoft should arrange for a surface pro 2 to be delivered tomorrow as it was their fault. The supervisor spoke to an employee who said i could not have a surface pro 2 tomorrow and i would have to wait until the refunds reach my account in 5 -7 days and then ring up and re order the product in 5-7 days. I can not believe this is the way Microsoft treat their customers. I have never ever had such bad service in my life. Microsoft make the mistake and I have to just put up with it. Microsoft should have made sure a surface pro 2 was dispatched straight away, when UPS confirmed to Microsoft that all three products had been returned to the warehouse.
Absolutely discussing service, I still can not get my head round the fact that you have £3117 of my money and have not sent me 1 surface pro out straight away at £1039.00 its just unbelievable.
I bought Windows 8.1 Pro last night at Best Buy for my lap top. I bought the whole operating system since my husband accidently erased his Window’s 7 operating system. The system requirements matched our lap top’s, therefore, we decided to buy the Windows 8.1 pro. They were out of standard otherwise I would have bought that. However, my husband did open it, and he did install it. The problem is that the video card in the lap top does not support Window’s 8.1, and he cannot go into safe mode in order to install the updated driver manually. My only option that I have been given so far is to pay another 200.00 to let a technician fix it. I want to return your product that is technically considered defective because it does not do what it says it will do. If I have all the systems requirements that needs to support the product, than it should install without a problem. If I do not take the technical help, than I am stuck with a worthless software disk that I can do nothing with. My husband did research the problem, and found that there are numerous complaints about this particular video card, therefore, he is not the only one who has this problem. Please contact me on how to get a full refund. I will not except anything less. I am sick of hearing people tell me about federal laws stating that they cannot accept open software, when I cannot seem to find these federal laws online. Therefore, if there is such a thing, than at least send me a copy of one.

A customer for many years, who is about ready to give up on Microsoft all together and switch to Apple. At least their computers do not have this problem. I usually update my electronics once a year, and I am loyal to Microsoft. At this moment, I really am regretting that decision.
I will be filing a federal lawsuit agtainst you. First of all Mocrosoft 8 is hard to use. Second it downloades and does stuff on its own. I was unable to sign back in because I did not have my passwored. HOw dare you to shut my computer down without my ermnission. I should be the person who directs this. Then I had major problems with your company. Attempting to get help is a joke. Your voice recognition system suck, YOur staff do not speak good English, and do oftenhave no idea what they are doing. I had been unable to down load my attachments from work.
I called and the technician made it worse now I cant even open thee-mail, and yes they use Microsoft out look. My computer came equipped with Microsoft office 2007. Several months ago Microsoft downloaded MS Office 2010 on a ttrial basis. I didn’t want it, need it , or like it so Ididn’t renew. This evening I deleted that version of office. When I started the process I got a message that MS detected the earlier office version on my computer and the message said “that would stick around”. Now its gone. They’ve loaded a 2013 version on my machine that I don’t want either. Please restore my Office 2007 to my machine so I can use this older verstion again.
I have used Microsoft since I first using computers. I was content and happy with all your programs, until I bought 2 new laptops and both had windows 8. I would to ask someone did you people just decided to hate the way you had been doing business and decided to invent a program to prove your stupidity? I have thee two computers with the worse programs I have ever tried to use. What was wrong with Windows 7?
Would you please allow me to take my computers some where and have them both installed with windows 7, I will gladly give you windows 8 back. The person who invented windows 8 and the Executive who authorized it to be published and marketed both need to be fired. I am discusted that Microsoft will not support XP in the future, I operate a small business that employes 12 people. Each and every staff member hate with a passion Microsoft 7 and 8. I have been to three diffrent retail stores looking at lap tops including Dick Smith, Havery Norman and Bing Lee. Each sales person I spoke with informed me that no one like System 7 or 8 . I have two PCs in my business that have System 7 & 8 and all staff hate using it.
I will remove all Microsoft systems from my business and change to Apple if I have to. You push your product onto us then cut out the only operating system XP that is easy to use. I am at a loss why Microsoft destroy something so popular. Everyone loves XP . 99.9% of people hate system 7 & 8

Given the economy and many of us trying to hold things together, here’s Microsoft telling us support is ending for XP and therefore we would have to go to 8.1, which you say that perhaps older computers won’t work well with, so it means both buying the 8.1 and a new computer. After reading this “let’s make more money for Microsoft warning, I’ve decided if I have to change anything in the future, I’ll buy a MAC.
On March the 19th at 0530 AM I recieved a phone call from someone with an East Indian accent claiming to be working for windows and that someone is hacking into my internet through my computer. I had this same caller the prior week but they could not provide a way to verify who they were.
I called microsoft and spoke with a tech and explained what was asked of me concerning my computer. They went through the same procedure and were looking at events from two years ago saying that was a problem and someone could hack into my system but for $499.00 they could fix it and prevent it from happening for the next year. This I consider to be a scam because the things they were showing were on my old computer that is no longer in service.
Awaking me at 0530 AM is very annoying and the call was unsolicited. I do not what to receive anymore calls that claim to be an emergency coming from your company and then be told that the issue is only from my end and there was no hacking involved. Your employee said it was hacking that showed up on your end which I am assuming is your fault and show be taken care of from there not billing me for something that has not happened. If anyone whats to contact me use my email not my phone.
So since I’m a huge gamer I get a lot of games and recently I have been needing to delete many saves so I can play the games I have just gotten. So I started using the cloud to hold my games so I dot have to delete them the. I found out that it was a waste of time because I barley holds 1GB so now I come to the poit where I had just bought a new game for $60 and I can’t place things into my cloud to download it. And I recently just beat a game and I’m coming to having to delete all of that stuff just to play this game and I know I’ll want to play the other again. So having the cloud doesn’t do good if it can’t do what it seems like it is suppost to do.
I was scammed by a person using Microsoft information to verify that he was calling about a rebate for a previous charge that was to be refunded. He had my Microsoft ID for my computer and was allowed to access my computer. I got very suspicious after a while at what he was doing and shut my computer off. He called back and said if I did not send him $240 I would not get my computer back and would send all my computer files on the internet. I was charged $220 money transfer to one of my credit cards and another card denied the money transfer.
The money transfer is being dealt with by the credit card company . I had to Close and renew all my credit cards, checking and savings accounts. I could not get into my computer and had to have it repaired for over $113 Because this person put a password on my operating system and could not even bot to the windows log in. I would like to know how this person got my computer ID from Microsoft that is very long in order to verify he was from Microsoft. It has gotten to a point that nothing can be trusted no matter what they have for proof to access your computer. Also All these offers of money from all these crammers around the world is ridiculous. Why cant Microsoft do something about removing them from in internet.
I bought a Microsoft software product containing a defective scratch card that resulted in the PIN code being damaged when trying to reveal the code. I contacted the Microsoft helpline on 3 occasions: The first occasion they asked me to send the proof of identity and the receipt. 4 days later still no reply. I call them again, and they say that they have received nothing (and the call was associated with a problem number). The person sent an email to me and asked me to reply to the message to re-send the information.
This I did 5 times (including the images in different ways (not at all, in-line, zipped, etc.) and was told that they were not being received. I was told to wait 2 days, during which still no reply from Microsoft. I call again and explain that I think my email addreess may be on a a black list because they don’t appear to be receiving my messages (the images in the first email were quite large and I was made to believe that they had not arrived). I’m told that I must be a fraudster. Then, on verification they find that they had received my original message after all, even though they didn’t bother to reply to it.
My son has an Xbox live account. As I renew yearly with automatic renewal my bank details are stored on the system. Over the course of a day payments of £31.99 x2, £11.99 and £1.99 x2 have been taken from my Bank account. As the email address the notifications are sent to is my ex husband I am having huge difficulties removing automatic renewal and therefore my bank details. I have spoken to my son regarding the purchases and he believed he was using his coins won and not any monetary value. I would like to understand
What the purchases are for? What message is displayed at the time of purchasing? How to remove my Bank details to prevent any further payments being made? All the websites to obtain this information are not helpful and I need this addressed as a matter of urgency. As I am unable to log into the account as my ex husband details and as I can not provide details on this forum I would like to escalate this and obtain a response on how I can make this a formal complaint.
I purchases a laptop from currys on 18/8/2013 with it Microsoft office home and student 2013 when installing the program the key code came apart off the card when scratching and I applied very little preasure. Never the less the pieces were able to be put together and the software was able to be installed. Then my laptop was faulty and had to be returned after ten days . In the courrys store (Coleraine Branch Northern Ireland) on 28/8/2013 the manager chriss informed me that they could not give me another software card that I had to redeam my original one off Microsoft. I have made several attempts at this over the phone in the actual store and at home but was unsucsesful because I could not put my original keycode in because it came apart.
I was then informed through another phone call that a new key code could be given that to receive this proof of purchase and a photo of the key card was need this has been sent several times to mirosoft and Suraj Shetty who dealt with the call without a reply they were sent 13, 16, 18th of September from me and one a week previous from the currys store. I am getting stressed out with all the constant emails and getting no reply as I really need the software for university wich I started a week ago and I pais 120 pound for a program that I could barely afford and I cannot use. If you could please get back to me with urgency it would be much appreciated.
Three days ago I went to look at e-mails, but I was denied access because I did not have the password. I also did not pass the first animal test. I do not know the password, and I assure I am not a security risk. Who gave some one the authority to rule my life. MSN was also blocked until just a few minites ago. My could not receive a test password because I cannot access e-mails. The test e-mail was sent to someone with a live.com account. I do not know anyone with a live mail account. It has been 3 days without any assistance. I was supposed to receive completed legal forms, but I cannot get. I collect recipes. gardening, and baking. In fact I could not go to a fund raiser because I could not access my recipes.
I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 8. I have never been so frustrated with Window Mail until now. My vista mail just went smoothly and quickly without problems. With this one, it constantly going blank, synchronising fo rI don’t know what. The end result is that it takes forever to use the email. I have spent 10 hours with the Telephone company just to be told that it was not their problem. Spent 2 hours with HP support to tell me the only way is to refresh the whole system. Spent $ 300 for a tech support person to fix it . At this point, the Miail is still limping along. I have had people using my mail and said that they would never never get the Windows 8 now that they have tried it. Does Mr. Gates know how bad this OS is. If you stand by your product, could you connect with one of your people who may have the real solution. At this point, I am at the end of my rope.
I am extremely dissapointed with the service I received when attempting to recover my accounts details after my hotmail account was hacked. I was unable to access my Windows Live account as my password had been changed. I completed the account recovery steps and 10 minutes later was pleased to receive an email to my back up gmail account advising I had successfully completed the security information was given the link to reset my password on my hotmail account (address for hotmail account is firstname.lastname@example.org) I immediately clicked on the link only to be advised by on screen warning that the service was temporarily unavailable and to try again in a “few moments”.
When I clicked on the link a second time I was advised that the link had already been used and I needed to complete the account recovery security questions again. This I did but was sent an email (to my gmail account) advising that too many attempts had been made and I could not attempt recovery for 24 hours. The next day I completed the procedure once again, only to receive a “final” account recovery email from your team advising that I did not supply enough information and perhaps I should open another account. I am digusted. If your security measures were this adept, my account, which I have had for in excess of 15 years, should not have been hacked.
I would like my hotmail email reinstated and there require for you to respond to me with measures on how I can once again access my main email account. I await your response by return.

I have 4 children. My 1st son got an xbox for xmas, my 2nd son got one for his birthday. I have 2 more kids who I was planning on buying each an xbox for their birthdays. And I was going to buy the xbox live family membership for all 4 to use for onlive. I tried to purchase it today & was informed that this product has been discontinued. I am very upset at this decision. There should be a discount for families with multiple children. Especially in todays economy. It’s the time for companies to provide families with deals not take them away. Needless to say I will not be buying xbox gold for any of my 4 children for $240.00 instead of $100.00. In addition, I will now not be buying 2 additional xbox consoles. I’m very disappointed in your company. That is not a very smart move on your behalf when there is other competition. For my other kids birthday I will now consider a Wii or Playstation instead. Which I would not have even considered prior to this decision of yours. I have now unsubscribed from your emails, products. I will not be buying your games, consoles and you have lost 5 customers including my husband. You’ve essentially given a customer to your competitors. I seriously encourage you to reconsider your business strategy as I am sure I am not the first and will not be the last of the many customers you will lose when your company has an attitude and disregard for families with multiple children and helping them financially. I am confident I will see your company name becoming obselete in the next few years with decisions like this. Which is very disappointing.
The service pack update for my computer was automatic, unsolicited and is taking forever. I have a 64 bit windows 7 home premium OS. I’m a transportation worker who spends a great deal of time offshore. I have few opportunites for internet connectivity and today is one of those few opportunites. My computer is completely useless to me and the vital information i have stored on it is unavailable to me because of a service pack update that is 7% complete after 90 minutes.
This update should be cancelable and differ-able to a different time. I have been a loyal microsoft user my entire life. I see apple as trendy and overpriced but this incident is enough to make me consider an alternative operating system for my machines. This is a crucial day of productivity that has been lost and has now become very costly to me as tax preparation and completion for my entire family hangs in the balance. The tens of hours of work spent gathering components and preparing returns, now has to be repeated if even possible, by a paid preparer.
The solution is not complicated. Update the OS with smaller more frequent and differable updates so that any particular computer can remain functional at any time if necessary. From the king of software companies, I expect better. I own three machines with windows operating systems but they will be phased out and replaced if Microsoft doesn’t show they care to keep my business.
Yesterday I paid $199 to one of your partners, Omni Tech, to reinstall Windows Internet Explorer on my computer. After four hours nothing was accomplished. The main reason that I used Omni Tech was that they were a Microsoft Company. I believed that since they were affiliated with Microsoft, Microsoft was guaranteeing this company. Therefore I believe that Microsoft owes me $199.
I purchased a new lap top along with a Microsoft card to set up on the lap top. I am having problems finding on my comupter so I called several times. I have 8 case numbers. (yes 8) When I call I am sent from one person to another. I have been on hold for more than 3 hours a a time. Calling everyother day looking to help. I finally was told that a perso from Tear 2 will be calling me to help with my situation. His name is Arshit Sood. He did call me, he did not have any patients with me at all. He ended up hanging up on me. He did shodow in on my lap top, I sent him a message and asked him if he just hung up on me. I did not recieve a respons. Go figure. I do not recamend anyone to purches anything from MICROSOFT. And were is this money back garantee. What a crock of bull. Microoft told me that I had to get a refund back from the store where I bought the card. I told them I tryed but the store said they do not refund any money because it is a microsft produce. I have to get the refund from MICROSOFT. Again BIG JOKE. A lesson well learned. A very expensive lesson at that.
I called about an e-mail problem and was on hold for 1 hour before I hung up. Then I called back and asked for a representative. He kept me waiting 5 mins. and sent to tech support again. I was disconnected. I called a 3rd time and got a woman from Panama. I insisted on talking to a supervisor and waited for 23 mins. and decided to do this. I’m still waiting. Why can’t we get someone in the States to talk to? I have trouble understanding foreign accents on the phone. I was told it was either Panama or India. That is disgraceful. You make changes through updates to our programs without our permission and then don’t even tell us what they are and what problems they may cause and when we try to get help there is none. ! When did we transfer to a place where we have no choices anymore? I really hope you will get someone (American) to help me with this problem before I die of old age.
For several years I have been happily using a Hotmail account which has provided all my internet needs perfectly. Now I appear to have been forced into using ‘Outlook’ , this to my mind is a very retrograde step, it is nowhere near as good as Hotmail, the contacts list is not as accessible, Hotmail In-box showed which e-mails I had replied to or forwarded.
I frequently need to print multipage e-mails which now seems impossible on Outlook
and so far I have not found one application which is an improvement on Hotmail, I would suggest if your backroom ‘experts’ are going to come up with these so called ‘improvements’ at least give users the opportunity to opt out.
I don’t claim to be a computer expert so I may be missing something but at least Hotmail was very intuitive and easy to use. I await your comments with interest.
Why did you change our email system to Outlook? Everyone I talk to that has the new system are having problems.! It takes too long to download, will not work most of the time, to review or forward an email is super slow and my contact list two thirds gone. Spent an hour reading the instructions and it does not work.
Without any warning or notification , I find my emails now arrive under Outlook !
The layout is a shambles , apart from being so different as to be confusing.
You should have had the courtesy ( look that word up in Thesaurus & acquaint your Management & staff with the meaning. Clearly , hitherto, any customer courtesy or loyaltyhas been dumped ! I am changing my emails to another source, thru no fault of mine I am faced with some considerable additional work in advising friends & contacts.

I am 66 years of age and most disgruntled that you have changed Hotmail. Now it is Outlook I do not have a top address bar that will allow me to forward, reply to emails and there is no icon to sign out of the problem. Currently I am using Google Chrome, I would be most grateful if you could resolve this issue or I will have to use another more simplistic email service.
I have been experiencing a phenomenon when it comes to forwarding mail to third parties. Recently and on quite a regular basis, messages with attachments have not been allowed to be sent. A typical example is today. I need to forward information with attached documents but they just won’t go.
I have made 5 attempts already but to no avail. The 5 copies are saved in the draft file which keeps adding the same email to the others. Frustrating is not the most appropriate word in this instance. This is part of my work and I need unencumbered communication.
Do you have any practical and useful suggestions on how to get rid of this gremlin. I am so mad that I have often felt like throwing the computer out of the window.
Having had to have windows installed on buying a lap top last December, I believed I was in for something better, wrong! Perhaps my memory is a little rose coloured, back in the 90s computers were faster. I purchased a i5-3210M with turbo boost, I like to work at the speed I think; but no, everything spools, slowly, very slowly!
So much open, no quick descriptive bubble to identify what is what. I had a problem with a printer queue, your Step By Step states its on the Devices and Sound Panel, go find the panel. Every thing just puts you out cost you time and above all irritates.
I was working towards MCP for MS Project, booked the exam, when my last laptop failed, desperate to pass brought this one, its been a nightmare since, Windows 8 isn’t something you glide into, consequently I have to resit the MCP at a time when I actually don’t want to open up the computer, because of how slow and cumbersome it is.
I have always used short cut keys, I find it faster, perhaps the younger generation don’t, with the underlines, the screen talked to you to provide the option. Now its extended clicks of the mouse to achieve anything, an alteration to the operating system where your literature omits crucial information to identify paths.
Overall, Windows 8 appears to be regressive, having spoken to IT experts, they would not recommend it. I am after a programme that is slick, if that means that half the junk that appears from the start, then I would like to know which I can get rid of with out affecting the operating system.

I bought a new computer 3 weeks ago. With my new computer, l also bought office 365, when I was setting up office 365 I accidentally typed in my email address wrong so I have not been able to activate it. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with technical support.
They told me that I needed to speak with the level 2 security team, so I set up a return call. That call was supposed to happen 2 weeks ago and it never did. I have called numerous times since then, still with no resolution.
Wait times are so long. Technicians have told me everything from I have received a refund to the case has been resolved, which neither has happened.

i opened an account using my Asylum in 2010. i have lost my Asylum and my card has expired and there is still money in the card and it is declined to buy anything in shops. When i go to the bank they say they cannot give me a new card since i do have a copy of my Asylum. what do i do now since i need to withdraw all my cash and use my card to buy swiping in shops?

My computer has been working just fine and was faster than it had been in a long time. I tried to down load the 2010 version of Streete & Trips that I had purchased. I went through the process and it said that the installation was a success. When I tried to use the applicaton I got a message that said that my registry settings were not copied correctly. I repeated the process several tims and got the same results each time. I finally went to your help program. I spent a considerable amount of time with one of your techs and even allowed them to control my computer. at first every thing seemed to be “OK”.
They finally said that my computer was in a terrible state of repair and that only they could fix it for an exorbatant fee. When i reported that I carried repair insurance on my computer they reduced the repair amount by $200.00. I then said that I could get the repairs done at no cost to me. Their response was that only they could resolve the problem and that any one that was part of the repair program that I have with my computer was not a certified repair person and that my computer would crash if I didn’t allow your people to repair it right away. I said that I did not wish to proceed with them doing the work.
They then said that they would stay on line with me until I changed my mind and they didn’t care how long it took. They again repeated that if I didn’t allow them to proceed, my computer would crash. No thank you. NO good bye. No go to—-. Nothing. I don’t like being threatened and or being conned. After repeated refusals to o.k. that they be allowed to proceed, they simply closed the session. I don’t know if this is standered proceedure with microsoft. I found it disgracefull and not becoming of a major corporation. All that I want is to install the program that I purchased from you. Hopefully this problem can be quickly and easily resolved. I eagerly await your response.
I filed a compaint against Microsoft with the Better Business Bureau regarding their Technical Support Department on an issue I initially called in on 10/08/2012. It never was fixed and it wasted two months of my time and there is a lot more to it with mis-information, no information, no communication etc. We did agree to resolve the complaint (I thought). I have an emal with the resolution. I was to receive a check for $99.00 and a disc for Home Office. The disc was sent in a flimsy plastic holder and placed inside a Fed Ex envelope and when I received it there was a scratch on it. it was out of it’s sleeve and the envelope was bent/creased, plus I didn’t have a clue what product code to use. Really didn’t matter though as the disc is no good. I reported it and never heard a word since early last week. Never received the check as well. Again I have it on paper what was agreed to. I have never been put through a nightmare like Microsoft put me through. Over two months with almost daily calls all of which lasted hours and each technician with a different diagnosis and crticiism of the previous technician and what do I have to show for it, a desktop which is unuseable. All I ask is they adhere to their resoltion and send the check along with a properly packed Home Office disc ansd product code. If there was ever a case of customer dis-service, this is the one.
I was advised to uninstall windows by Norton & then reinstall. I asked microsoft support if I would lose my updates made to my programs by doing so. Simple question . They told me I didn’t need to uninstall windows they would help me. I gave them control of my computer to fix the problem . After some time working on this the tech asked if my computer was” optimized”. Not knowing what they were talking about , they told me this was the reason I was having the problem I was having . “my computer wasn’t optimized, not to worry they would help me fix this.” After some time working on my computer I was told this would cost me $199 to optimize my computer . All along I thought I was working with microsoft .I submitted payment to Omnitech then was told for avery “affordable price” I could resolve this totally. “Just $100 more I could solve this for a year.” I became mad at this point . I was told not to worry they would fix my problem today. I then watched them remove System Mechanics,a program I’ve been using the last 3 years & just renewed for another year . I was then switched to another person who added ccleaner “free version”to clean out my computer. I lost some of my data from their help plus $199. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company and will not use microsoft help again . This is the 2nd time since August these techs have screwed up my computer “helping me”.
I recently purchased a version of Windows Pro 8 so that I can activate a new hard drive. I checked all the writing on the package and no where did it say that this package was for uprgrading only. When I installed the software and attempted to activate it stated that this was for upgrading only. the first indication of it. No where on the packaging does it say upgrading only. I believe this is misleading and upon further investigation I was informed there is no full version of Wondows * and that the company recalled all versions of Windows & to force you to Windows *. this is in my opinion an obuse of their size and is exceptionally misleading./ I will be seaking legal advise on this as well merely out of principal that someone has to push back on these people.

I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a back up DVD for my Windows 8 which was downloaded on November 16, 2012. I have tried 4 times to resolve this problem with various departments of Microsoft, including the Electronic Software Support section, The Microsoft Stores and the Tech support. Each department assured me that they would contact Arvato and have the suspension removed. I tried the order again today 01/10/13 and it is still in place.
I have a Reference # 1190777051 which I always have to refer to when I talk to the support people.

I have bought a MultiPointSvr2012_64Bit_Licence and five User CAL’s and have received no CD with the program and no Product key number. Actually, no real information that enables me to load the program. Is this standard working procedure?

I have an email address that i have created a very long time ago and just recently when i try to access my Hotmail, it tells me that my account has been blocked because it appears that someone else might be using my account. I am then asked to fill out a form to verify that it is my account but every time I get an answer from them, it is the same thing. “Your details couldn’t be recognized”. I have very important emails and contacts that I need to retrieve as soon as possible and I cannot do that if Hotmail won’t let me back in into my account. The account that I am trying to get back into is email@example.com Unfortunately I did not have an alternative email at the time.
why haven’t you fixed the bug that causes the performance color scheme popup to appear after you’ve already selected to – Keep the current color scheme, and don’t show this message again.

Microsoft needs to tighten up the inspection of rechargeable batteries that are shipped with products. I purchased the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 in December as a gift and the battery supplied would not take a charge. Instead of paying shipping charges to return the item I purchased($5.99) a new rechargeable battery and all is well. Still, pretty disgusting to think a small overlooked item makes the mouse totally unuseable.
Adobe Flashplayer is not working with Windows 8 – EXTREMELY frustrating! I’ve tried to update Flashplayer but it won’t update! I’m starting to wish I’d bought a Mac despite them being much higher priced. Windows 8 came with my new laptop. (Had to replace my old HP because it was 6 yrs old and was conking out.) Otherwise I would have waited at least a year to buy Windows 8 in order for Microsoft to hopefully have had the bugs worked out by then (unlikely given Microsoft’s track record). I cannot believe that Microsoft is not more user-friendly given how many years they’ve been in business. Seriously! What the heck?! I’m reluctant to call Microsoft support because I figure I’ll get one of those rude, snotty reps who talk to customers as if they are idiots.
I recentely purchased the game Dead island for the xbox 360, it clearly states on the back of the back of the box that it is co-operative play between 1-4 players, system link and multiplayer online. You can only play the game mulitiplayer online as there is no co=operative play. Isn’t this false advertising as this was a main reason for me buying this game. I think that its microsoft’s way of attracting more xbox live customers. If you search the internet there are lots of people who bought this game for the same reason, we feel cheated and some have returned the game and r switching to PS3 even though they have been with microsoft for years. I think this is terrible.
I just upgraded to Windows 8. I have purchased Microsoft operating systems since Microsoft for close to 20 years, I have never badmouth any of your products. I loved XP, Vista was okay, and I love 7. But today is the first day I wish I bought Apple. I have a hard time believing. You did not think it was important for me to have access to media player from the get-go. If there’s an app out there I can’t find it.
I am fortunate I have three computers. In order to work these three computers I have purchased five operating systems from you. 2 Vistas to Windows 7, and this Windows 8. I do get the feeling that you are going to make it easy to add my Bluetooth headphones, contact my media player, and a multitude of other things. For a price. I did just buy a used Mac.
What I didn’t like about it was I’m already use to Windows. There is no learning curve for Windows. What I did like about it. I hooked up my headphones without even trying, I played movies by pushing one-button. The Mac I bought is over 10 years old with a brand-new operating system and I am more of these on that machine than I am on this Windows 8 machine.
This is my question to you. Should I reinstall 7 and put this 8 away in hopes that you care about customers like me. Or are you satisfied with what you did for Windows 8.
I was recently given a new laptop with Windows 8 pre-installed. At first I was intrigued at the novelty of it, but now it is frustrating beyond belief. It is difficult to navigate and find what I am looking for. The settings are not easily understood. My computer has been in “High Contrast” and I can not figure out how to disable it, or how it got like that in the first place. Everything is unnecessarily complicated. Google does not always open and when it does it takes a long time. My old computer is missing 7 different keys, but I would rather use that one instead because it has the old Windows. I am seriously considering returning the new laptop solely because of how much I do not like Windows 8. I am extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated with this product.
I purchased a new computer in 7/2012 and became eligible for a Windows 8 upgrade. I sent in the necessary information for promo key BG-924Y-QTKB-48CF-KWM and received an e-mail so as to upgrade to Windows 8. I download the information and then the install wanted me to restart the computer which I did. After the restart the computer, nothing came up to continue the installation. I called the Windows Support number at 800-604-4899 and got a person that I think was from India who was very hard to understand. I gave him control of my computer as he directed me. He went to the event viewer screen on my computer and told me that I had too many events (125) on my computer.
He went on to state that for about $190 a year a computer tech would make my computer run better and that then I could install Windows 8. I have had computers since Atari came out with computers years ago and I have never had to pay for anything like that just so I could run the operating system. He kept insisting that I need to do this. I asked him if he paid $190 a year to run his computer. At that point he said, “That’s the problem with you Americans… ,” at which time I abruptly hung up on him. I really did not appreciate that comment. Is this your rendition of giving service to your customers? Thanks for the depression I don’t need and that Windows Support is anti American.
Windos 8 is the biggest mistake Microsoft has made. I and We loved Windos 7, all they had to do is make it better not like a childish toy. It is confusing and for Me as a 63 year old it is stupid to act like I’m on a cell phone. Please return to Win 7, I’m watching and will most likely go to Mc Kintosh soon if this is your best answer.
I bought a laptop from Toshiba and now it has issues with software. I purchased recovery disks from Toshiba and still have issues F3-F200-0002. I was told that I need to hard load windows 7 premium first and then the Toshiba driver stuff. However I just got off phone with Toshiba again and they tell me that I cannot get a stand alone copy of Win7HP I can only get it along with recovery disks and the want to send me another copy for 29.95 on top of the 49.95 that I paid for tech., support on top of 65.00 for a new hard drive which Toshiba said that I needed. Is there a dvd that I can get that has win7 home premium on it without reinventing the wheel. I’m $100 bucks into this now and not very happy. This is the second time that I had to use recovery disk ans this time it won’t recognize what I am doing. PLEASE HELP!!!!
i am trying to get back into my knobsalong account, i have refilled otu the form so many times it is starting to get to the point where i am getting annoyed with hotmail. i need to get back into the account as it is linked to my xbox live acount and i am also an ambassador for xbox.
but not being able to do so i am stumped. they keep saying that they have sent me a code to my live account to unblock it but that is a lie as i have never recieved any code of any sort to use to unblock my hotmail account.

With the help of my IT, I bought 2new computers from PLE Computers PO BOX 1445 Wangara WA 6065 online as Christmas gifts for my 5 and 7 year olds. They arrived and all was great. As my 7yr old’s computer hard-drive was not working any longer he was not playing on it so I decided to set up the computer at his desk and hide it with posters. A week later I asked my IT guy to come back and set up both computers for me then I would secretly hide the second one. All this took place on the 21 December after 9pm when the kids were asleep. When the IT guy tried to find the Windows8/64 Product Key it was no where to be found so he unwrapped the second computer as they were not on the Windows8/64 disk covers where they usually are kept. We cound the second computer’s Product Key had been carelessly stuck on with half of it curled up coming off and sticking to the packaging. We came to the general conclusion that the other one must have come off with the other packaging but was now in the lost to the bin/ rubbish tip. My IT guy checked the packaging and he thought it strange that the stickers were taken off the disc. ANyhow he said if I just rang PLE Computers they should have the number somewhere to give me. Unfortunately PLE Computers refused to help me and said I had to buy a new Windows8/64 disc which was very frustrating as it is Christmas and I am very busy. So under pressure I bought another one. I have not opened it as I still disagree with their excuse for carelessly removing and not sticking them on properly. So I am now complaining to you. I have had to pay an extra $99 to buy the same product through no fault of my own. I wan to be reimbursed and if possible the Product Key number should still be available for the third disc I have sitting here doing nothing.
Your Operating System merely applies updates without warning me that it is about to shut down my PC. The result is I lose work I have not saved. I am against an operating system taking over my PC without my permission to do so. I trust you shall amend this, as I wish to apply updates when convenient to me, not when my operating systems deems it time to do so.
This new system has been imposed on me – there are many problems for me – cannot print incoming mail – inbox does not have enough messages on the page, forcing me to browse through pages to find messages, it does not highlight incoming mail, yellow marker until opened – I cannot find the services that were easily available, now not clearly marked.
I am a ‘silver surfer’ and do not wish to have to learn from scratch how to use outlook – please can I have the old system back – outlook is for young impatient minds….

I bought an XBOX because I thought if i was paying to play they would set up a way to stop the cheating. Boy was I wrong I could have bought a PS with Blue Ray and saved some money they have cheats also but at least I would not be paying to be an easy target. I have really stopped playing multiplayer games because of that and if some company would step up and stop the cheating they would get my business hands down. XBOX Sucks. Thanks for reading.
Hello, I just ended a phone conversation with someone from California by the name of Brian who called saying he was from Microsoft service department and to tell me my computer was infected and that they were going to fix it free because I was a Window’s user. Because my computer was a little slow I believed he was from Microsoft.
After getting all the information and with a tech names Sarah they were fixing and found over 7 hundred infected files…but as the conversation developed I started suspecting they were not really from Microsoft. Then he wanted to know if I had “software maintenance warranty” on my computer and if I didn’t I had to pay $130 for a two-year…then I asked him if he really was from microsoft and he said “no, we are from microsoft service department”. When I what his company was he said, “Tech Care Department” and that his email was “feeback@msn”
So that was enough for me to tell him that he was lying and I would repport him.

I received 3 emails from hotmail team asking me to give my details of registration for some security reasons, to avoid spams and fishings, I did not reply to these 3 mails, when a 4th came saying me that if I was not doing it hotmail will suspend my account under 24hours, so I did, since,my family and friends and lients receives mails from me saying I had been rapped in Mali where I went for 3 days suddenly with a friend, that my friend had been hit by knife and were both in hospital so please send 3500 euro on my name to an adress they give,mail signed like if it was me.Y can not access my mail account anymore.

Bought new computer from Noel Leeming NZ late August 2 years ago.Computer loaded with Vista HP. Purchased Acer computer on proviso that free upgrade to windows 7 would be guaranteed when it came on the market. Wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. Did a course with seniornet to upgrade my computer skills before getting that which was promised. Went back to Noel Leeming first week in Feb only to be told that offer finished 31st Jan. Sorry not our responsibility ring Acer. Had witnesses with me when I bought programme in computer and no mention made of expiry date of offer.

Hi, I want to tell Microsoft in their face that somebody screwed up big time in the background high white bright white colours and the thin border lines in Windows Live Mail. So YES, it appears that this is a problem with Windows 7, not just with the standard version, but also it is with the ULTIMATE version as well. I also see problems with the ICON super bright squares on my desktop, I have a LCD View Sonic monitor that works very well at the moment, I hope the LEDs are NOT BEING OVER DRIVEN which will shorten their life.
Microsoft, I paid good money for W7 Ultimate, and you sent me a crappy bit of software, in Windows Live Mail, FIX THE PROBLEM before we all go and get some other email software that is much more easier to use and not so dam hard on the eyes.

Sir,I am working in Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, HQ Office, New Delhi and using Hotmail account for my personal and official use. My Hotmail Account has been temporarily blocked. I have opened the account today morning at about 6.00 am (14.10.2011). Subsequently when I want to open at office around 11.00 am I could not open and it was blocked. As such I am writing this to you to take immediately action to enable me to operate the email account. Today I got a phone call for a men and he said that he was from Microsoft and there was a big problem with my computer. They get from my computer the message that I had many viruses. But he was willing to help me, and step by step we went trough my computer. After a long time he said that they can help me but it cost me $ 459,00. I did not fall for that, and than he said, Microsoft is coming over to take my computer away, because my computer give Windows 7 to mats problem for them. Its OK, I said. I also can not buy a new computer, because Window 7 never aloud me till the problem is clear up. He became nasty. This is a big scam, and I thought to let you know about this. I have been using the same e-mail since 1991 and charged $19.95 since inception. I went to change my password Friday and got distracted. I did noitm write the new password down attemtpted to log in and entered the woirng passwiord so got shut down. A few hours later remembered it and asked for reset. Four days later all of my biz documents still lost as MSN has blocked me. Case number 1160252934 case number 1160347554. Since 1991 American express bill reflects they charged my credit card. MSN has the wrong last 4 digits on my credit card so gave them preceding last four digits.

My secret questions changed and have spoken to support staff at MSN since Friday afternoon 9 times. Great people but unyielding as I can’t send them a copy of my E.E bill as all they can do is talk by phoine and this is a billion dollar co. and I have been a cleint since 1991 and peoploe are robots. Ok public since a billion dollar compnay can’t help me reset a password, I see some of you have had this problem.

i have had my acct for years and all i did was try to change my password and now my acct is blocked and has been for over a month now. i am a minister and involved with the color guards and all my corespondence is through my hotmail acct. i want my old hotmail acct back and i can’t seem to find any one who will help me with this. there is no number to call and if i want to chat live with someone who might help i have to pay for it. this is not my fault hotmail is the one who blocked my acct and i feel i should not have to pay to get it back
I love the game of Hearts. What a disappointment to try playing against the computer with this game. The cards are all stacked against you. It does not matter what you do. I have made the dumbest moves to prove this to myself with this game on the computer. The same patterns occur over and over again allowing one to win about 25% of the time. It would be a real pleasure for me to match my wits against the computer. How many random options can there be for dealing the cards to each player? I would think this number would be unlimited. I would rather win with the odds being one million to one for me to win, than to play a game that isn’t actually a game at all.
Please consider making it so my time isn’t a waste when I decide to sit down and play a game of hearts on the computer. I realize that the computer is always going to know what it does. Which cards I choose to discard to another player, along with how I determine to try and control who has the lead, can make a great difference in the outcome of each game. Come on Microsoft Technicians!! All that brain power in one place, and you can’t come up with a card game that is a real challenge for it’s palyers on the computer.
ok ill make this as esy as possible to understand. at about 10pm UK standard time i joined a game (Stargazer Delta) being hosted by a hacker calling him self ZombiE and for some reason i could not place an avoide or complaint onto his gamertag becouse every time i tried it came up with my gamertag and it did not do the same as the other players, reason for suspected hack players chracture was a engenire on Team Fortrass 2 (Orange Box) was moving at 3x normal speed and could not be killed and on top of that he had 1 hit kill and could jump almost anywhere, the gamertag could not even be found on my previous players list
This morning as I was working at my brand-new computer it suddenly shut down and re-started for a Windows 7 update. I cannot find any kind of options on this computer or online to prevent this sort of thing from happening again. When I went to the Microsoft website for answers, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops merely to ask the question “Windows updates automatically shut down and re-start my computer.” Then the Web page dropped out! When I went back to MS, it was a different page that referred me to a Microsoft email site where I could get the answer I needed — for “only” $49.95!
I am beyond words to state how displeased I am with Microsoft! This is NOT acceptable to me!!! This is a brand-new computer and I just established it online a few days ago. For the record, I am going to take this computer to the Apple Store in Columbus Ohio next time I’m there and ask if they can install a Mac OS on it. A great deal of my time and effort were lost forever. An entire morning from 8:30 AM past noon were shot! Isn’t MY time worth anything to Microsoft? It would seem to me that it isn’t; I would venture to guess that Windows updates are more valuable to MS than what _I_ am doing on my computer.
I purchased a computer 9 months ago from a store and purchased microsoft office 2010 to load on. The computer developed a fault and we had to return it to the shop where they exchanged it for a new one. I tried to reload microsoft office put in the key code and it would not work. I phoned up microsoft and they informed me that you can only use the code once on the same computer and they informed me i would have to pay again. I think that this is unfair due to the fact that my computer stopped working and microsoft will now get money from me again.

The web page disappears for no reason- then 5 blank pages appear. What to do about a problem?_To download the internet safety scanner_HA!HA!HA! DOWNLOAD FAILED! They can’t download anything right; make up answers to problems. Windows pop up saying stupid things Ex. You are disconected from chat because you are online-Inever go on chat. They know beter than me? My computer is not the problem. I couldn”t use my computer for a month= The 3 reasons they gave me-it wasn’t one of them_Somehow I figured out what to do.
In other words they aren’ qualified for__!
I phoned the Microsoft free-phone number to activate my Win 7 Enterprise volume license installation (we’re Microsoft Gold Partners). A guy calling himself Rueben and barely able to speak English answered and I couldn’t understand at least half of what he was saying. I asked him to spell what he wanted and he hung up! I phoned back and was on hold for bloody ages until I was cut off! I phoned back yet again and got through to another (this time female Bangalorian) and understood 70% of what she said and was finally able to activate the product.
I asked her if anyone calling themselves Reuben was working there because I wanted to speak to his supervisor to lodge a formal complaint but she said she couldn’t tell me anything nor pass me to a supervisor! When are businesses going to learn that people hate them because of their outsourced ‘help’ desks?! I am seriously going to use cracks in the future, even though my software is fully legal, because I am totally sick-to my-stomach of dealing with Bangalorian or Pilipino ‘help’ desks!!
Dear Sirs, Here is the following history of my problem with GEOTRUST and SYMANTEC.COM with regard to submitting ALL THE PROPER identification and none of the information found on your websites stated anything based on why I have been declined. I have given this group too much information, and while one group asks for more another part of this group is ‘sh****g’ all over me…So I am taking steps to issue a complaint to all and any authorities and your company to rectify this problem. I must say, that this action by Veronica Maria @ Symantec.com is a serious problem.
She is showing racism, her lack of knowledge to tell me that “Hong Kong”, “Taiwan” are allowed, while China is not… Unless you haven’t read the news(MSN news), you will find that these countries are part of China, and they claim to be a part of mainland China… So your reasonings(are really wrong)… if someone from Alaska or Hawaii, wanted to join in the educational program, you will decline them because you didn’t make support for “Hawaii, Alaska”? Everyone would say this is absurd! But if you go to these places, and you ask the local citizens, which country do you belong to, Taiwan or China, they would say “Taiwan China”… not just Taiwan, not just Hong Kong.
Now this is prejudice in its most political form… you are not a gov’t agency, you are a company, a mom and pop start up, you have values.. you had a great leader… now it seems you are struggling with your WP7, soon your OS’s that is modeling itself after Apple, Google… The leader is not the leader anymore…but the copier… While that is not a bad thing, but it can be the bad thing is you don’t cooperate with the ones who made you successful in the first place.

China is developing, and if you put them down, they will hate you, and they will kick you like they did Google… Now, Google, Apple, will team up and destroy your line of products… they intend to do that… so right now, is your most critical moments.. Google has come to good terms with the C-gov’t as of late… because they have made a lot of noise and because they have had their bad times here, it’s turning around for them… The C-gov’t still controls all the commerce and as corrupt as it is, it still can promote the right company and it will out run you…. 1.3 billion is a lot to have in your pocket, then 300,000,000… even if you got ½, its still more…

As a support engineer, it is their job to seek ways to support the customer. It is not their job just to keep asking for information, that is totally useless and is outside of what you post on your website as the requirements. They are bordering on the line of ‘invasion of privacy’ and because I am a US citizen, I can pursue and file legal charges.
My friend who is a Silicon Valley law firm and represents these kinds of legal matters has told me that 1) that given the past problems of MS and its associates, it is a valid claim 2) getting support from other software developers(there are so many forums on the lack of support and settling of support cases, all I need to do is list these forums, and to add more, get their support, 3) Racism is being shown because of location, especially when there is no explanation given for these decisions… which only proves more that there is bigotry displayed by the Maria, and the Geotrust group… Next I will ask my univ buddy whose father is a gov’t official to submit documents to the main gov’t in Beijing to investigate and determine if Microsoft is demonstrating cooperation with the people of China and will investigate its business policies…
My Univ buddy is helping me to form a group with other university people to help develop apps, so his creativity is now in jeopardy… I also teach in Guangzhou, an official who is part of the anti-corruption, anti-bias department of the government… I told him of my situation, and he is ready to go over to your offices in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, as they are under the Guangdong provincial control. Now unless MS is or will become a very corrupted company and pay money under the table to prevent these problems and from getting out in the newspapers and media, then I don’t see any prevention, which in turn will destroy its credibility in China… With Google, Apple already the leaders in this industry, I don’t think MS should take these chances… Then we have the other factor..
You provide an educational ability to all the students around the world. You want to see their creativity and their dreams released using your products… So thus you created Dream Spark. Com… So now, why are you preventing me? I am a creative person, I am learning here in China, and I am teaching in China… How is I cannot be the most perfect candidate for this program? I am probably the most sought at, desired person for your program.. that is why, I not only want to create apps, but I am inspiring others to do along with me, we want to do our best, give our best, in what I thought is a good product… but how can I think this is a good product now, when it’s development is ran by a bunch of morons with no brains… and why another company that is in direct competition with Microsoft making Microsoft decisions?

I have submitted all the proper documents to MS to have an Educational account. I’ve submitted everything that they request. I am in China, and of course their website when I applied didn’t have China on its list(www.dreamspark.com) and their other website where you submit your process for approval (http://create.msdn.com) which has doesn’t have and going through all the process, giving passports info, visa info, student id info, picture from my camera info… then to tell me I can’t qualify because China isn’t supported! Steps: open account on www.dreamspark.com, got to http://create.msdn.com to make an account so as to submit your app that you will develop for MS Win 7 Phone, the educational submission is linked to dream spark, then after proof, then you proceed and finalize all your work.
Then it gets submitted to a group called “Geotrust” CS-ORDERS@GEOTRUST.COM… who, looks at your all your information and then ask you to provide more… in my case: Student ID, Passport, Visa as I am an American student attending a university on a exchange program. They say it shouldn’t take more than 3 days, it has taken me almost 1 month and 1/2… I get a chick from Symantic.com to come on to tell me I don’t qualify because I live in China.. Hong Kong is only 30 miles away from me, Hong Kong is a part of China as Hawaii and Alaska are…
I’ve spent hours up at night to submit my applications to them so that I can start developing with my other chinese friends. Today, I got my cancelled email from Geotrust, Veronica Gonzales Maria conchita at symantic.com… yet in a few days, they will ask me for more information… yet i give all my personal data, which i shouldn’t have to give to a company, unless I am going to work for them, and that is limited to the rules of US privacy and invasion laws… Microsoft has been in trouble for this before… when will they ever learn? And when will they ever quit hiring imbeciles who can’t really step up to the plate and look at things on a case by case basis… I worked for MS as an intern on the Xp platform..
I was supporting people who were testing and helping to improve the process… back then, MS told us to give personal attention to the cases we had so as to solve them. If we didn’t do like that, then where would MS be today in all their lines of “OS’s” without people out there to test their products and help THEM TO MAKE LOADS OF MONEY, all we ask is to enjoy their product and find ways where we can do something beneficial as with the App/game development on their new generation of the Smartphone and coming soon Windows 8!
Right now, their smartphone is so bad, I can’t understand how they were able to release it without any abilities to control it, save our data, its like it is so broken software wise, that while it looks good and has potential, never should have been released on the market without something in place for people, SW developers to be able to create fixes for this broken product.
I am so pissed off at this company, and yet i really love this company, and wonder why after all my years of supporting them, and yes even telling them my personal support for their product, why do they step on me like i am a piece of “s**t” and scrape it off on the sidewalk? Why do they have some “f*****g” person from Symantec telling me that MS don’t approve me? Its like the American govt not approving imports to China and not allowing them to have… (how long would that last?)
SO MS! Get your feet on the ground, you are not on your way to heaven, but more like hell if you don’t shape up… Bill Gates will have to return, kick out Ballmer and all the support teams and rebuild again as he did in 1975 or around that time.. Because all these promises, big talks, impressive shows, are nothing but an empty shell, and to kick the people who are making you better, is seriously bad…You will fail as a company if you continue like this… SO many numerous forums talk about the same problems I have… So this is not a singular complaint… a huge one I believe.
As you can see, I have made a valid complaint… I have exposed flaws in your support system. I am also speaking my example for all of those who face the continuing and worsening of the problems in your program that is to help you… I really cant figure out why, you must charge people who are just helping you to improve your product. Or why you are putting down people because they live in the other part of the world. Is it because you have become so big that your feet are running the whole company because, there is no thinking or anykind of feeling being shown to anyone, it’s a cold, caveman like approach to dealing with people… We remember the downfall of the roman empire, it was because the system became so political, that they demoralized the family, the society.. thus, it destroyed itself than Apple, Google, came in to clean up the mess.
SO food for thought and for forwarding to the right persons… I will continue to look for the right person to reach in this regard, because I am tired of thoughtless engineers who are not intelligent enough to respond appropriately.
I can’t even believe the details of this myself, and I’m living it. On February 8th, 2011 my less that 2 month old Halo Reach Limited Edition console started making a ton of noise and the drive was scratching discs. It took over 2 weeks to get the label to send it back. On March 16th I received a standard black 4GB model. I immediately called to report the problem. NOW here it is May the 24th and I’m STILL trying to get my console back. The incorrect unit was sent back and tracking shows they received it on April 8th. The 800-4MY-XBOX number is no help.
I’m constantly being told to check back, or that I will receive a call. When they do call they just tell me that the situation is being monitored and that there are no updates. So almost 2 months now, with NOTHING happening. I have never been this frustrated in my life. And the only thing I want to know is, when am I getting my Halo console back! They’ve had it longer than I have at this point.

Dear Hotmail, This is the second time I have received a bloody security message blocking my account. My first email I have deleted and stopped using and my new one set up 2 months ago is now getting these stupid messages. No one uses my email but me and I do not send spam or use my email for malicious means. I am getting really pissed off with this situation and I realize you are a big company but you should not be treating us this way!!!!!! Microsoft sucks …I have been a customer for the last 8 years I have over 200 games, three consoles, lots of accessorys. I have sent my consoles in 15 times, yet Microsoft wants to charge me $127 to fix the console that I have already sent in numerous times because it is out of warranty. They don’t know ho to make reliable products for their customers but sure want to charge you for there mistakes. The XBox 360 is such a fun console but Microsoft its ruining it by not having a good product. It’s amazing you spend 45 minutes with a person who works for Microsoft that doesn’t care or want to help you. It is more frustrating than anything.
Not even a supervisor wants to help you. For being a customer for so long its amazing how they won’t compensate you at all. What’s the point to be a Microsoft customer? They are pushing all their customers towards sony. If that’s the business plan… they are doing a great job
My son and some of his local friends were enjoying a game on xbox Live today. A boy that we did not know decided to join the party. With a nasty gamer tag- “NippleSpasm” He was asked to leave because of his filthy mouth and poor behavior and did not so my son booted him. The next thing we get is one of the most vile, foul mouthed audio messages from this NippleSpasm. I personally reported him as one should have. It would be helpful if Microsoft could find a way to actually hear what we have reported on xbox live. Better yet, it would be helpful if parents would actually notice what their kids are doing!
Who in their right mind would allow a young child to use such a gamer tag on xbox live??!!! Step up! It is a video gaming system, not a babysitter!!
Hi, when i was login my hotmail account it showing the “Your account has been temporarily blocked”. after that i changed my password, still it showing above same status on my hotmail account. i try to contact hotmail live team they didn’t give any information still. it was asking the verification code before login. i enter my mobile no and click on send code but i haven’t received any code from live team. it’s not showing the india country and particular mobile operator. please help me anybody, i really need to get my email account back for use as soon as possible now.
I recieved an email under Hotmail Windows Live Customer Care Dept that stated my email account will be shut down in 24hrs unless i sent all info including password. This is the 2nd such scam just 2 weeks a go I guess they call it spoofing someone got hold of a lot of my hotmail email addresses and sent everyone something as if it was me but with nothing in the subject box. I was going to cancel my email account but a few friends who also experienced the same said to change password and to do it often to avoid this in the future. It is very hard to verify info that looks like it came from windows and hotmail.
There sould be a better way to find out if these things are scams or not. I’ really am ready to leave hotmail.
I just downloaded Microsoft IE9 yesterday for Windows 7 and while, I haven’t really had time to investigate what’s supposed to be new, I did find that my favorites list was gone! Do you have ANY idea how long it too me to find all the websites I use regularly and to find them wiped out in one simple download. You would think that such computer intelligence would seek the fix problems and not undo what’s not a problem, but with Microsoft I guess IE9 is just another inconvenient high tech gadget. Can anyone tell me how to get my favorites list back with IE9? I’m desperate and it will take months to recover all these on my own. Thanks!
My experience so far is not good. Can you please email me the Microsoft endorsed solution for activating the power button to shut down and restart button for Windows 10? Having spent hours trying to pin down the correct process from all the experts, I'm quite upset.
I have used Excel many times to create data sets. When I imported data in Excel from other programs, the choices for delimited columns always popped up. Setting the columns by tabs, spaces or commas, or manually setting the columns were the options. Now, what in the world did you do with the delimited width function for cutting and pasting data into Excel? I have attempted numerous times, to cut and paste hundreds of data points into the new Excel and the delimited width function never comes up for more than one data point!
Whose brilliant idea was it to get rid of the function to open automatically when pasting in more than one data point. Now, I have to manually enter hundreds of data points in order to create a spreadsheet with more than one column! Why is it that every time you decide to "update" the programs, you change it so they are no longer user friendly. Brilliance is not the word that comes to mind!
I had a perfectly good computer running Windows 7. I kept getting offers for free upgrades to Windows 10 which I refused. One night they upgraded me without my permission and now nothing works right. I am very upset. I just want my windows 7 back. Can't even buy a new computer without Windows 10.
Windows 10 is absolutely the worst system you have ever released and I have used every system with my favorite being windows 7. 10 is a jumbled mess with no organization qualities. I can see where you are trying to emulate smart phones with all the tiles but surely you have noticed there is not even a search box for the system. I just got thru using windows 8 and didn't really like this but 10 actually takes the cake.
It is ugly and jumbled. I have spent hours just trying to organize this mess and when I reboot, all my organization seems to disappear. I just can't believe there is no run nor start button. I have restrained from going to Lenox but I think you leave me no choice now. 10 looks and acts like something a ten year old put together. On my other laptop, I had 8.1 with the option to go to 10 which I did about four times thinking I just needed to learn the system. I always wound up going back to 8.1. Now I have the frigging dilemma of either buying a 7 disk or just using Lenox.
10's graphics is also the worst that has been put out. It is so blah, there is no option of raised windows. They are just plain flat and butt ugly. Too bad everyone thought you were advancing when really it is like getting a pancake with no syrup. Get you a few more heads working on this instead of the 50 year olds who obviously put this piece of crap together. I am not the only one who feels this way. Everyone at works hates it and even my family hate it. It did do one thing though. It got the kids off the computer and are not learning Lenox.
Microsoft's system can't seem to add my card information for automatic payment. It was fine until I got a chip card. Their system can't process it and keeps suspending my account. I call every month and it doesn't get fixed. This month I had a smart ass that couldn't except the possibility it could be their system. She canceled my subscription with escalation. She did this on purpose. Why does american companies have call centers else where. Shouldn't the companies go elsewhere so they have to deal with the incompetence.
Since the anniversary update my computer crashes frequently. Worked fine before the update, now not so much. The crash happens while using a browser or game and is a complete shut down, no blue screen just a sudden and complete shut down. There is no recovery after I restart it just has a normal restart.
What isn't my complaint taken seriously? Microsoft customer service is like a tangled ball of twine, and you always seem to have a slippery way of promoting themselves. We shall go to Linux, but meanwhile, I do not personally know of one person who is satisfied with Windows 10, especially. What a waste of money you are - but why would you care? Bill Gates and MSFT are all worth more than a small Caribbean country (where no doubt you've stashed funds). I had an escalation to level 2 tech appointment scheduled for 8 to 10 am central time US, they call at 7:39 leave a message, since your not available for this call, call back when your available. I would be available at my appointment time not 21 minutes early. I tried to call back your not open, When I go on line at 8 I'm told I have to wait for my call back between 8 and 10. get your crap together. I like office, but you sure know how to tick people off.
I did not agree to have Windows 10 downloaded and saw that Microsoft had downloaded it during the night. I refused the installation and lost all of my documents, photos and my Microsoft Office Suite. I did not have the original office suite CD and could not afford to purchases a new one so I was forced to subscribe to monthly $9.99 service from Microsoft. I am a Realtor with a home office and have spent hours trying to recreate documents and photos. Why should be be able to force your upgrade for 10 when I wished to remain on 8?
I was on Facebook yesterday, hit on a pic. of a tiger when my screen locked. Today I called the "tech support" got a young lady named mithlesh sharma. for an hour she controlled my lap top and showed me everything wrong with it. Amazingly, she did unlock the lap top but continued to show me how to get support, for a price. 429.99 for 3 yrs, 349.99 for 2yrs, and 299.99 for one yr. I explained that I am a senior cit. living on a limited income. then guess what, the laptop went back to the locked position and is unable to be used. She tried to tell me that all my devices were infected. well, I am on my desk top and my new galaxy phone still work, but no yahoo information is showing up on the phone. it is a d--- shame that Microsoft has to lock a computer cause I cannot afford their security system
I have just bought Microsoft Lumia 640 XL 2 Sim and succeeded in transferring part of my info to it from my old Nokia Lumia 1320. Many of my old apps will not download fully even though I have updated my new phone automatically. I cannot open my mail boxes again and all attempts to uninstall and reinstall my email accounts have proven abortive. Its really frustrating that I cannot check my mails with this phone and cannot install the apps I need from the app store.
I was operating windows viewer on my photo images. The computer took me out of viewing and is installing windows 10 which do not want as it can wipe out other programs. I don't want it. I never want it. I buy a computer with an operating system, load my programs, and never change after I was burnt. I still have an XP with all its photoshop; programs and it still works fine. I don't see how you can just take over my computer and do whatever you want? I want an explanation. I have no control of my computer. This is being sent via my Apple Internet computer because I can't use my Windows computer.
We have Windows in my office network of 3 desktops and a laptop. My desktop and laptop computers are not private. My Hotmail account is supposed to be PRIVATE BUT; Every time I change my password on my Hotmail, Windows grabs it and updates it as the password for all my computers without my authority. This means that people who have legitimate access to my computers also have access to my private emails. I like my Hotmail address and don't want to change it but I need my privacy.
I purchased the Microsoft Assure Support Software Plan on 4/18/16 for $149. The technician tried for 1hr. 50 minutes help but couldn't. He said a Level 2 Technician would call to help that evening. He didn't call that evening or the next day. I called 4/19, 4/21, and 5/6 to request the plan be canceled since I didn't get any help. I registered a dispute on my credit card for $149 charge. I am also filing complaints with the BBB of Northwest US and the Bureau of Consumer Protection since you will not refund my $149 to my credit card. I don't want to have to spend a one year trying to get service for this plan if it is so poor to begin with.
I am Using Microsoft Visual Studio since 6 days. I make my project in C++ language. Any Project I debug I get Either of the two errors: 1) Error spawning 'C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe'. 2) 1>LINK : fatal error LNK1561: entry point must be defined. I have heard that these two errors indicate a bug in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Please sent me a solution for it.
The download of windows 10 has ruined my computer. It is now slow and takes forever for anything to come up. Even the cursor is delayed when moving around the screen. Thanks for nothing. I have a Hewlett Packard machine probably 5 years old. This download destroyed my computer.
We tried to eradicate the pop ups from our computer. We contacted your company to find out what the process was for doing this. The woman we talked to gave us the procedure. We followed the procedure as it was given to us. Then everything went berserk. Our old password didn't work anymore. We tried to establish a new password, but that didn't work either. We were informed that our account number would be sent to us via e-mail. We went to Hotmail and found a message from your company, however the account number that was supposed to be there was not there.
We apparently needed this account number to establish a new password. However, we are at a loss to find this account number. We have been on this project for one hour and are further confused than we were before we started. Will you please see if you can return us to our original password and we will put up with the pop ups. Thank you for any assistance you can give us on this problem. If we are beyond help, please send us some papers for the nearest insane asylum.
You keep put windows 10 in my computer. I tried it when you first started sending the upgrade. It is terrible! I went back to windows 7. I was signing into my Microsoft account and it asked for a verification code. It wanted to send it to a phone number I didn't have. So I changed my phone number and now I can only access certain things on my account. I have to wait until 5/22/2016 to do things on my account. I am very pissed. I can only see my email on this account. Everything I do is connected to that account. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. My account and I cant do it now. I'm beyond pissed. Y'all need to figure out another way to do this so I can get into my account. You think I have a month to wait cause y'all cant think of another way to verify my identity? Do something better so your people can use your equipment.
I was using my HP laptop,never a problem with it, and the ads kept popping up all the time to upgrade to windows 10, fine print, you do have to pay eventually to even use it?, but I thought it must be good, they keep interrupting my start up. I hate that, but I decided to try it. Not only did my computer slow down, it crashed and is totally worthless to me now. what a bunch of garbage. And they interfere with your start up and your slammed with ads not only about the windows 10, but all kinds of other ads. Just so annoying.
I bought a new Windows version 10 computer because you effectively made my previous Windows XP computer, which was quite satisfactory, obsolete. Why does outlook.com take 10-15 minutes to load and then take a similar time to log in once the ID and password is entered? This started about 8 weeks after I had transferred my account to it. There are very few emails stored there at any time, maybe 2-3 pages. Appreciate your solution to this problem.
I returned two products to Microsoft and they said they only received one, that was on March 21, 2016. I used there there drop off package label. I call microsoft support many times they could tell me nothing. They said they would investigate as of today I have not heard anything. UPS Tracking will not do anything. My money is tied up. I have witnesses that watched the products being packed and sealed. Please help.
I had a 100GB OneDrive subscription. Due to a credit card fraud I was forced to replace my credit card. This happened in February 2016. I received a warning email form Mircrosoft about some payment issue (not making reference to OneDrive) which I considered suspicious since it looked very similar to the previous fraud email. On 17 March my subscription was canceled and further use of OneDrive was disabled immediately due to exceeding storage. (No notice on OneDrive was received in up to then).
I updated my credit card information and spoke with Microsoft support staff for several hours today. Instead of reinstating my 100GB submission I was told to either subscribe to 50 GB (to small for me) or 1 TB which I have no need for. The outstanding payment for my 100 GB subscription was booked from my new credit card, but my 100GB subscription has not been (and will not be) re-instated. I would consider it normal to suspend the account if it isn't paid rather than cancelling it. I now can only look for other providers and hope my data will not be deleted in the meanwhile. An extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience.
Please ask Microsoft to stop putting adverts on my laptop for windows 10. I do not want Windows 10, I do not even want it for free.

My phone won't let me do anything even tho an sd card is inserted. If nobody phones me back within 60 mins then it will be reported to trading standards and Watchdog so everybody knows how sub-standard you're technology is. I've been having issues with my laptop. I called " know how" who said it was an issue with aol my service provider. I called aol who informed me it was an issue with Windows and with adobe. All were helpful but couldn't resolve the issue form. It was suggested by all that I contact Microsoft as this was a well known issue with Windows 10. I have wasted 2 days trying to get support from Microsoft. They call you and when you present the problem the agent promptly hangs up despite the call being recorded. This happened to us 7 times today.
One agent said he would call back at a specific time and did not. Only one agent followed the correct procedure, giving us a case number so the other agents would know the problem if you have to call back. It is a useless service, Bill Gates ought to spend his money servicing his customers not pretending to to benevolent with our money. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was promptly cut off again. If anyone in Microsoft reads this complaint I'd be happy to discuss my complaint with them and supply them with names and times of calls if that would help sort out the very obvious issues they have with their help desk and poor service. The agents need a rocket if this service is to improve, it is apparent that currently there is no quality control in the call centre. Poor, really poor service. Shame on you.
Someone keeps telephoning me as a Microsoft Employee trying to sell me support service. Every time I receive this call it is from a blocked phone number and the voice is from the same person. I have told them I am not interested and to stop calling me. On 2-27-2016 I again received one of these calls, and again told them to stop calling. This time, I was told that the only way to stop the calls is to pay $19.95 as it is federal law. I hung up but within 20 minutes I received 3 calls from this blocked number which I did not answer. I cannot believe that this is truly from Microsoft but if it is, it must stop or I will be forced to start a campaign about how Microsoft is in the business of harassing people which will also involve the US Legal System. Your help in resolving this problem would be appreciated or we will meet in court.
I purchased "Omar Sharif Bridge" from the Microsoft apps store and purchase was charged to my Visa. But, game will not download. When I tried to get technical help, I was told I had to pay $149.00 for Subscription to fix problem. I can't find anyone to give me my money back. Please refund the purchase money. In my opinion your support service is worst in the world.
Microsoft has done a dump and run on product support for loyal customers. They no longer supply critical replacement parts for surface pro 2. I needed to replace the power supply (brick) for a surface pro 2. Went to Microsoft store and was told MS no longer has parts and to try amazon. Called MS support phone line and was told that they never heard of going to amazon and to call the MS online parts store. Called on line part store and was told to use the surface.com/power cord website. No help there, the person obviously didn't understand. I've never had this experience with any other laptop manufacturer so soon in the product cycle or even years later. Don't ever buy a MS hardware product if this is the type of support we can expect. They clearly don't understand how long products are kept in service.
My computer crashed, I reinstalled windows 7, everything going great till I uploaded a mandatory critical file required by Microsoft. During installation, got message retracting all installs due to an installation error. Now nothing is working correctly, its taken me an entire weekend plus two days to get my system back to what I call normal and not nothing is working, something is running in the background, programs are locking up. Without running anything and computer is idle, my CPU usage is at 32% and if I run any programs it increased up to 90%. It is NOT due to a spy, virus or anything else. This was created by Microsoft during a mandatory install.
I have had my Microsoft Windows phone (640) for 3 months and the whole time I have been disappointed, when I purchased this phone I had no idea that I was not gonna be able to get the same apps as others, I think it's unfair, windows users should be able to have the same apps as any other phone. I just hope they know they are loosing customers and nothing but bad reports, if something is not fixed and soon I will have to switch phones and never come back to windows. I placed a Nextbook tablet in the hands of Roy Rimmer about 4 months ago to add windows ten to my android table. He was to keep both operating systems on the tablet. He assured me this could be done. It took about 2 months to communicate to me that it was done but forget to bring it with him. Then that is when he told me he took the android system off the table and that windows ten was to big and I needed a new processor. I was very upset that he didn't follow my instructions and no call to verify that by putting windows on the tablet I would need additional work. I told him that it is his responsibility to notify me that what I requested could not be done. I asked him to please put the tablet in the condition I gave him and he said he would.
I have reached out to him many many times and he does not return my calls and I still do not have my tablet which has been about 4 months now. This is unacceptable and and I have been very upset that a I would have my tablet stolen from me. I want my tablet back operating and at no charge. He didn't do what I requested, nor asked me what he should do when windows ten would not operate properly. If he no longer has my table then Microsoft needs to give me a new tablet asap. 4 months is not acceptable and with no communication I'm afraid something has happened to my tablet. He is an experienced tech and before he started the work should have been confident it would work. He will not return my tablet or calls. I have no means to get on the internet from my home cause my tablet is all I had. Im very upset and Microsoft needs to fix this problem asap.
I bought The Island Castaway 2 game. I have been charge 3 times for this game. I already complained once already and you did nothing. One charge was on American Express Card and the other two was on Direct Express Card. I have not heard anything from you. Nor has there been a refund. I will never buy anything from the Microsoft store ever again. I think you are a big rip off.
On 04.12.15, I purchased item (MS Office Home and Student) for £99.00 from amazon order # 026-6410323-2226742. On 20.01.16, my IT adviser and MS Solutions Provider, Jamie Seviour of Frometech Ltd (contact details below). advised me to buy the MS O365 Business Premium to include MS Exchange so that my business could put up and host a website, could run email and share contacts/ calendars. I started a free trial and am looking to purchase this when the trial comes to an end.
The consequence of the purchase of the MSO365 is that I no longer need any of the apps from the original student license. I contacted MS (mid Jan), explained the situation in its totality and asked for a refund. MS advised me that I would receive a call to discuss and progress the refund. I received a call from MS (a re-seller) who couldn’t help me. He advised me that MS would be in touch. Had I known that I should have contacted Amazon, I would have done. Legally, having been advised by MS that I would receive refund, there has been consequential loss when these funds have not come through.
I didn’t receive any further call. In spite of me trying to contact MS on a number of occasions over 4 weeks, either online chat with Office 365 or ringing MS support in Uk, no-one was able to help. I contacted Amazon on 30th January who informed me that the cooling off period had essentially come to an end and I couldn’t receive any refund from them.
I spoke to MS again today but unable to help. I am seeking full compensation in the form of 24 months free O365 Business Premium Service.
Why am I unable to single space mail merge labels in printout. Preview of listing shows name and address as single spaced but "not so". I am using Word 2013 as 2016 lacks or deleted certain features which I use and like in 2013, i.e. tab (icon) in top ribbon which allows selection of Outlook addresses for labels option selection fill-in for one.
Unable to open Hyperlink - when I attempt, the pop up says, "Your Organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you..." Kindly fix this for me. I am 79 years - not so familiar with complex manipulations in the system. I will be very grateful.

I am receiving phone calls from 724-422-9755 a few times each day. They are saying that they are windows and your computer has a problem. I told them to stop calling and they continue. This is a scam, you would not call my wifes phone number. The Microsoft corporate headquarters needs to look into this matter, so that other customers will not get scammed. This needs immediate attention. thank you
Windows 10 downloaded on my laptop with out my permission and now my laptop is useless. It has slowed way down and I cant access all the programs that came with my computer! Nothing works right. I want windows 8 back and my laptop restored to its original working order! Without loosing all my pictures and programs I had before this unwanted program from Microsoft took over.
I was browsing YouTube, as I often do, and my internet was disconnected. I called Microsoft and asked them to fix the problem. The solution was for one employee (whom I shall not mention) to scan my computer, abort mid-way, and then point out all my security problems and NOT fix them and tell me to buy security when I specified that I had no means to do so.
I have recently bought a Microsoft Lumia Mobile Phone and cannot access most features on this phone, so it would appear that I have wasted my money. Although it allows me to generate a code to confirm my email address it does not allow me to use this 4 digits code to verify this email address. What will you do to fix problem? Problem must be resolved asap for confidence in Microsoft products.
I bought office home and student 2010 in march 2013 I used the product key to install this on my laptop but this laptop has broken the screen is shattered so I cant see anything. I contacted 5 of your advisers 2 on Monday 4th jan. the service has been appalling and I am very very upset you really need to look at your team. adviser I kept writing the product key down wrong, took ages to answer each question, it was hard to understand him, told me he couldn't download this and I would have to by another one, my partner talked to him and said this is not correct and he was very unhelpful.
Monday evening still 19.00 pm: adviser 2 was unable to write the product key down correctly, my partner who is a computer wizard was unable to understand the lady and she took over my computer to download X16-32007.exe though this lady was polite and did do what we asked, it was hard to understand her, sadly my internet connection was awful last night and the computer crashed, we were given a case no 1320646446. Tuesday morning around 11.00am: 3rd Adviser, couldn't write the product key down correctly, was stalling and turned his microphone off without telling me what he was doing, said my product key was wrong though I pointed out I had a case no from last night, was very unhelpful, It was hard to understand him, this is awful service, so decided to re phone.
For the leading software company I think this service is awful all I'm asking for is a DVD that I can install an old package onto my computer due to im doing a college course and need Microsoft word. I have wasted hours talking to people from other countries that are unable to write a stupid code down in English.
I like windows 7 instead windows 8. Because windows 8 hides websites,pages or any work that you have on the scream. It is not friendly windows. This is the windows I do not like at all. I rather windows xp! And windows 10? I do not know. I think every time that windows improved, it is more difficult to the user to understand what windows is about. I hate the adds to try windows 10. I am not going to waste my time testing an other windows that is going to give me a hard time to work.

I would need days to tell you how I feel about my Lumia 735 phone. Also ms account in computer uses password one time then it will say you entered it wrong and you have to go through all the bull of setting up a new one. I can't wait to get rid of my phone. I call it useless friendly. Can't even get phone number for customer service.
I have recently purchased a laptop with Windows 10 and trial 365; it is almost dysfunctional! It is the same old Windows made more difficult to navigate. You are about to see me go to Apple if Microsoft cannot get it right.
I have a Microsoft Lumia phone & it is a piece of crap. The apps are bad -- specifically the camera which I uninstalled because it never worked. Never been more unimpressed with a so-called smartphone in my entire life. Highly unrecommended pile of steaming bs. Whomever designed this phone should do themselves a service & quit their day job because they're a clueless fraud.
Microsoft is the worlds (almost worst) invader of personal computers. Everyone in this company believes Microsoft is now under foreign ownership. Americans would not invade our privacy (and adds) like you are doing at this time. If I could, I would get rid of all five of our Microsoft machines (some of our internet customers agree) and find another that would let me use the machine for purposes I designed. NOT TO "hawk" PRODUCTS as Microsoft. does. And all the while, offering less with your machines---ie. I let Microsoft put Windows 10 on my personal machine and found you had removed the games that were on the machine.
I am unable to print envelopes any more due to the new Microsoft Windows version that was "dumped" on us with the latest upgrade. Thought you might want to know. Maybe next year we will be able to get Christmas letters out in less than two weeks of fighting with it. Back to hand addressing.
