As far as management. I’ve been here on three separate occasions within the last six months and it’s gotten worse. Management is too busy to monitor the lobby and seating area, I realize that fast food locations are understaffed, but older customers besides myself have complained. Young kids come in here and make this their recreation area, constantly laughing loudly, belching, running around, using profanity, with no concern or respect for others eating around them. I am military veteran, and some of the language that is used here, makes me blush. And some of the kids aren’t even buying product, they are just , goofing off and taking up seating! Also waiting for service for your food is Unacceptable! I waited 20 minutes to get my food that I was going to sit inside and eat. They have too many Uber orders, and they get to regular orders secondary. District manager or somebody needs to get a hold on this place. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I stopped on my way to this McDonald’s on the way to Georgia. You have the most rudest people working that in the evening. It was03/31/2024 @ 7:40 pm. I waited in line 20 minutes, when I got to the window she gave me a glass of tea no ice, didn’t give me my lg Coke. Knocked on the window for the young lady. She looked my way and turned her head!! I got out of my car and went I , no one at the register, so I got me a cup for my Coke. She said I couldn’t do that, I told her she ignored me for 15 minutes at the window.
Mistreatment and lack of respect from the store manager and delay of the party for more than 10 minutes and give me the wrong Order .
My order was 2 Filet o Fish with no Tartar sauce and she gives me with the Tartar sauce .
The manager when she gives the order , she asked me do not come again.

I've been to the new McDonald's on Caroline western Blvd, 2 times and every single time they get my order wrong. I order a double quarter pounder without cheese. The first time they scraped on piece of cheese off and left the other. This time the put 2 pieces of cheese after I asked for no cheese it's even on the special ticket they put on my hamburger box no cheese or onion. I don't live close to the McDonald's so going back and wasting my gas will not do. The first time there was an employee sitting in the dining room on her phone swearing out loud and burping out load with costumers in the dining room. I don't know if she was on brake or off of work ,but still the same it shouldn't be allowed for employees to act this way. I'm allergic to cheese, and if I didn't look at my food before I put it in my mouth I could have gotten very sick. This is not a good way to treat costumers when you're the new kid on the block
Spend more time with getting meals right and less time remaking orders you messaged up. Now I know I'm not going to be reimbursed for my gas, or the time waisted be pistoff at their incompetence.so this will be the last time I waist my time and money there, and if I could give them less then a one star I would, and the rating would be a quarter star, with out cheese!

I come to this same mcdonalds AT LEAST 4 times week. Location is 100 East Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA. After ordering my breakfast sandwiches, I ALWAYS have to ask for salt and pepper. Most of the employees at this location do not have a problem giving me some salt and pepper. There is one female employee who ALWAYS has an attitude when I politely ask for some salt and pepper. She ALWAYS comes back with 1 salt and 1 pepper. You would think she had to pay for them. She is the ONLY one who reluctantly gives me 1 salt and 1 pepper for my complete order. I really hate it when she is the one giving me my order. I usually just ignore her and ask someone else if I can get some more salt and pepper or I just go out to my car and get some. Today she did the same thing. Gave me 1 salt and 1 pepper. When I asked her politely if I could have some more,please, she became agitated and went and got 1 more salt and more pepper and threw them in my bag. As a loyal customer of mcdonalds in general and this location in particular, I believe I should not have to continually be treated like this by this individual. Very poor customer service. I ordered mckchicken on a biscuit and sausage McMuffin both with no butter, they were made with better, they refused to remake them, first the cashier said we will but it will take 5 minutes I said ok I will wait but then she came back later and said no we are not going to remake them and did not offer a refund, while I was sitting and eating my food I guy stepped on the counter with his fealty shoes to fill up the ice machine and after that he never wiped the counter where people sit their cups and food what a shame, I wanted to say something but I didn’t, this location needs some attention, I don’t want to be the bad guy and report them to the health department because I know McDonald corporation is better than this and they will not accept or tolerate this kind of behavior, this store needs all new staff,

Horrible food last night at midnight, fries cold and hamburger was old, this is ridiculous. Cook the food hot, what happen to customer satisfaction, do you care????
I order my food at 8:35 pm on 12/19/23. I waited at the 3rd window for almost 15 minutes. I had to call the store to let them know I have been waiting for my order. A guy answer and said is that quarter pound ready I need it. He also stated that someone order a big order and he was working on mine. He was the only one on the line. A girl brought part of my order and I said I am missing my double quarter pound. She stated it wasn’t ready yet and let me go check. Another girl brought my double quarter. My order was completed until 9:10 pm. I was not very happy that I had to wait that long for my food. No one said sorry ma’am for the wait or anything.
This is the 4th time in the last month I ordered a quarter pounder and it is raw in the center of my meat. I have complained and they remade my burger one time. I will not eat at this or any other location till the matter is fixed. That is so unsanitary and ridiculous. On top of they are slow and so unorganized that it is ridiculous.

I just left the McDonalds at 65 Goodman Rd West in Southaven,MS. While at the drive through, I provides my mobile app code. The girl says we are not seeing that code on our end. So I provided her the code again. She gets load and says we are not receiving the code on our end. So I ask here why didn't she say the system was down. She says, you don't tell me how to talk. I was flabbergasted. And told her she should have been clear and stated that when I pulled up. She was so nasty and said whatever place your order.. thw conversation gotvreL ugly with her stating highly unprofessional words and I gave it right back to her. Will not be visiting this place again. The chick should not be employed there. Because she will catch a case.
I ordered a crispy deluxe and my sandwich was too hard and the inside it was too messy so I went to the front desk and asked for a change and the girl was she was rude and I explained her that my bond was too hard and I need an exchange in the way she say you have to wait and it’s gonna be long. I’m not once but three times now I have visited Sheldon (Birmingham) McDonald’s , we have come across a male which seems to be a manager being very rude and shouting at his staff in a disgusting manner.
When visited yesterday about 9pm he shouted at a young member of staff for walking away from the Uber driver, which was not the case he simply just didn’t see him as was packing an order. And to do this in front of members of the public is disgusting behaviour. Surely shouldn’t be in a management role if that’s the way he can talk to staff In front of customers. As I said this is not the first time I have witnessed this man be rude. Makes you not want to visit again.

McDonald’s in Weston West Virginia is absolutely disgusting from the customer service, the cold food , conditions of the restrooms. This has been going on for along time at this store, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt BUT today did me in!!
The restrooms were so bad another man wouldn’t let his son use them. The food was burnt and cold. I sat in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes. I dont mind paying for what I get but to pay $25 and get cold nasty food is simply not acceptable! I will also be calling the health department and anyone else who will listen.
Bought 2 quarter pounders with cheese, med fry and happy meal for my granddaughter. The fries were soggy, cold and tiny. The happy meals sliced apples were brownish indicating too me they were old and she refused them. None of use ate the fries. Very disappointing to spend $18 for a subpar meal that was cold.
Horrible customer experience I have had in the past 2 months going to McDonald’s. New management and staff are surprisingly rude when you ask for additional sauces. If you order extra sauce during your order they do not tell you are being charged even if you’re ordering chicken nuggets. Every time I have asked at the window I have gotten a laugh in my face and a “sorry we charge now” or “you know that’s an extra 25 cents right” insinuating I don’t have the money. At which I pulled out change and handed it to them and watched him pocket it. No receipt was written up there are simply being nasty to be nasty to people. This is my 6th time experiencing this behavior once by the manager herself. I work in customer service so it does take a lot for me to write a review/complaint but after giving it multiple tries to see if it was someone having a bad day I’m very disappointed in the McDonald’s chain. Parents trying to bring food home to their busy families getting greeted with this sort of petty remarks and behavior I sadly won’t be returning.

On Tuesday, 11/14/2023 I stopped at the McDonalds #11795 located on Boydton Plank Rd., Petersburg VA. I ordered a Qtr Lb Cheese Deluxe meal to go. As I had a few stops to make I was about 10 miles away before I stopped to eat. Much to my disappointment I had only received a standard Qtr Lb Cheesburger, NOT DELUXE which I paid for. I have attempted to attached a picture of the sandwich but received an error that the file was too big.

The manager is extremely rude and lacks any customer service skills. Everytime I go there, she gives me attitude and gets irritated and short when I ask for anything like a straw or condiments… she always has a stank attitude and it reflects with her facial expressions. She once asked me to pull fwd, so I did. Then I asked for ketchup and she asked me to back my car up to the window so she wouldn’t have to come back out to hand me ketchup.
Rude staff at north Sioux city which most were sitting in the dining area. I came back 3 days later to get the sandwich that they forgot and they said they would throw in a fry but the lady did not want to comp me a fry and only give me the sandwich that I originally paid for 3 days earlier. I thought it rude because it wasn't my mistake 3 days ago it was theirs and said so . She said she didn't have to give me anything. I said fine and left but now I'm going back in to get my money back for the sandwich.

On November 10 I attempted to purchase a medium cup of coffee using my McDonald's app at the Bloomfield CT restaurant on Cottage Grove. I received a code a told the clerk on the speaker. She told me to proceed to window 1. When I got there the clerk told me that my payment did not go through and they could not explain why. I was referred to a supervisor who told me I had to pay because the payment did not go through and she didn’t know why. I asked if I would be billed twice if I paid again. I was assured that I would not be billed twice. I used one card for my mcDonalds app, and paid with another card. Both are American Express. To day I see that I was charged twice for the same cup of coffee and at different prices. I need a refund of the higher amount. What do I need to do?
I went to apopka Florida McDonalds off 441 I ordered 4 McDoubles 2 with ketchup and cheese only 2 without pickle. My son is allergic to onions and we waited one hour in line the customer service was horrible and the burgers came back with onions on them we went back through the line as their doors were locked and still got the order wrong on top of that there was so much grease the bread was soggy and gross. We waited 2 hours total no exaggeration for food that still came back gross and wrong if my son was to have eaten those burgers he could have gotten very sick. I have been going to McDonald’s in New Boston Texas for over 20 years. The store changed ownership not to long ago. Since then , service has been very poor at this location. Product quality is down as well, that is from French fries that’s not hot and seems like cooked twice , to buns tasting old or dried out. A big problem is speed of service, this evening it was 25 minutes for our dine in order, and we heard several others say they had even waiting longer than that. We got our food, my 1/4 pounder had what tasted like old buns. This happened a few days ago in drive thru too. A few weeks ago during the lunch hour, we had been waiting about 20 minutes, another customer said she had been over 30 minutes and was complaining to the manager. Words were exchanged and manager told the customer she was kicked out and banned from the place. The lady said to give her money back and manager was dragging her feet with that. Manager even called the police, but lady already left. Anyway, the service we are receiving and poor food quality seems unacceptable for a fast food place like McDonald’s. Y’all need to do surprise random visits to see what the are doing. This is New Boston Texas location.

I went to the drive-thru for breakfast and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I had a coupon with a code number for a free hash brown I asked them to make the hash brown cooked to order so it was fresh when I received my order the hash brown was cold and the sausage egg and cheese was just a bacon egg biscuit the switch through the drive-thru

I've been to McDonalds many times and I appreciate the affordable fast foods. However, today I tried a new product at my McDonalds in MA.
A poster displayed a delicious picture of a wrap with chunks of chicken & roasted pepper. I love wraps & ordered the "new" chicken with roasted pepper wrap. However, I was extremely disappointed because it was nothing like the photo. It was a chicken salad (like tuna salad) with no roasted anything. How can you call it chicken wrap with neither ingredients in. Come on McDonalds. You can do better than this. I hope you will improve it so you get what you see. Thanks for letting me vent. What you see is Not what you get.

My family and I visited the McDonald's on IH 35 North interstate and and the experience was Horrible for one thing the Manager had and attitude problem. Another thing was the was a young lady inside screaming and yelling at everyone and no one told her anything and them my kids we were playing in the play area minding their own business and she just start yelling at them for no reason. We spent like 45 dollars just to have such an terrible time if it was up to me I say we would never return to that location again. My fiance and I were staying at a hotel during a visit to our hometown and it was near a McDonald's so after room service was closed we decided to get a mobile order and walk to pick it up. I ordered her a vanilla cone and me a shake. Now i paid by debit card via the app and walked.03 miles to pick up our order only to be told the ice cream machine was down so I asked for my refund and he said he couldn't do it but go back through the app. So I walked back and started the process only to be told I had to go through the restaurant. Well for the next month this is what i have done back and forth n back again. So i just sent my last email begging this billion dollar company to please help me they act like I am nobody and not important at all. However that $5 means everything to us right now. Shame on you McDonald's because we are truly going through it and either the food or the money would be great
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The staff never served me, and I was the only customer there. Another customer later came in and ordered three burgers and three fries. They served him. He helped me by translating in Spanish. My Spanish is ok, but I can't speak very fast. The staff laughed at me, I asked for a refund. They gave me cash. I asked for the manager and they all pointed at each other laughing calling each other the manager. The boss (I think) ended up grabbing fries, eating them, and then laughing at me. I am a teacher and have siblings that work at McDonalds and was appalled by this behavior.

I have been going to the Nipomo California McDonald’s for 12 years. I have never had any problems with him. I’ve always behaved in a great manner in the other day a woman mentioned to me that she wanted to go to a certain movie. I said well if you’d like to go as friends, we can go to a movie if you’d like to go strictly as friends, she took my phone number down four days later a manager banned me from the restaurant for that, I was so offended. I’m disappointed with McDonald’s 1450 Lyell Ave Rochester, NY 14606 service was awful 9/18/2023. First of all, I entered MsDonalds and got on line. I waited waited about 20 minutes. Second, finally, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, small chocolate shake and onion rings. The employee handed small chocolate fast. I waited for food about 30 minutes. Another employee I paid for meal didn’t hand me order number with receipt. I asked how soon food ready? I don’t have receipt with order number. The employee gave me dirty look and sour attitude said I DON’T KNOW! He walked away. Someone was on line with me pointed the bag. I took a look only chicken nuggets no ONION RINGS and shake straw! I was just at the McDonald's on Santa Barbara boulevard in Cape Coral Florida I have been going to that restaurant for over 20 years and it has done nothing but gone downhill.I waited in line for the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get my order in I landed up backing up my car going in standing there in front of the register for another 20 minutes before I ask if someone was taking orders. There was a bunch of teenage boys in there from the school next door which is Cape high cussing and screaming. There was water all over the place and not one person came out from the back to clean it up or put a sign out. It was very dirty. I asked a worker where was the manager and he stated that the manager will not do anything about it which blew my mind to know that I could not even speak to the manager I will not go back to that restaurant they really need to have someone come in and clean up the crew the manager won't do nothing about those teenagers and my food is always coming out cold. Until something is done about it I will not go back.

Ordered 2 Happy Meals and tha ice cream sundae. The guy gave me the sundae first and ask me to pull to the end of the building to wait for the food. So I did. Five or Six vehicles who came behind me pulled up but all got their food and we just sat there. About 20 minutes, I finally ask one of the people who brought food out to another vehicle if we were ever going to get our food and showed him the receipt. He finally went in and got our meals. Of course the ice cream was melted by now. Sorry way to treat customers.
This McDonalds has machines that take your order in the store. The machine was having issues with the order and would not complete the credit card payment. So I had to wait and talk to a person behind the counter. She did not smile, was rude - not happy to see me as a customer, and she got the order wrong. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong, the other two times I was in the drive-thru and got home to find my order was filled incorrectly. McDonalds is becoming too costly because they are not filling the orders correctly and people are having to go back if they want want they ordered and paid for.
This time, I checked my sandwich before leaving and it was wrong, so I had to wait again to get the right sandwich. Another woman standing next to me was also a little upset because of the same non-customer service given. I see this McDonalds is trying to go out of business, otherwise they would take customer service seriously. I mentioned to the lady that maybe if she smiled while serving, it may be nicer? She was not interested.
So if you have had a similar experience at this McDonalds, say something. You cannot effect change if you do nothing. We should not have to pay for poor customer service and for something less than what you paid for.
Order hot cakes ask them for 4 straps of bacon total. The order was filled full of bacon. I counted over 20 straps of bacon. This is bull shit and it keeps happening to me. This is the worst store I've ever seen. The manager need to be fired along with a largenumber or the personal. Big waste! Iam pissed!
you really need to improve your chocolate milkshakes, there is NO repeat NO chocolate in them what so ever you advertise them as chocolate, but this is wrong lets see what you can do about it, disappointed customer again

I went to the dive thru at McDonald’s in Broadview on Cermak, and 17th Ave and I ordered a daily double and when I looked at the burger, they had rotten tomatoes on my burger that’s not professional is not the way I want my food I go to this McDonald’s on a regular basis, and I am very upset
My fiance has a disability called autistic and he is on social security and they told him that he had no choice but to work their hours even though he don't have a guarantee like transportation all the time due to a death in the family and they told me cuz I miss fiance that he's getting automatic wrote up because he don't have a way back I'm sorry but I'm speaking my mind on how I feel about McDonald's employees and how they don't even care about their workers and their disability problem and I will be the first one to you know say that's not right just because somebody is not normal and they have a disability doesn't mean they have to be treated like a working dog I promise you this that is wrong because that is taking your personal American rights away and that is why they get a one star so I think you honestly need to care more about your employees knowing that they have a disability instead of caring about the ones that are normal and can have a transportation and everything that is why you got a bad interview and I will make sure that the world knows about it too

I go every Friday. Same order, cheeseburger w/extra pickles. Yesterday I went at 10 pm..LITERALLY 13 PICKLES on a cold burger..fries were cold. Store/Manager that I commented to hung up on me twice, then either stopped answering or blocked my calls. Not the first of 3/4 BAD service at this McDonald's. Only go there because it's close..NOT ANYMORE

I telephone to be greeted by a person who says she was the manager I asked for a refund to my card or a delivery
The manager said I can not give you a code for next Thursday me I explained there won’t be a next time and I don’t want a code .

I went with a very good friend to the MacDonalds in Suffern N.Y. And we both had a terrible experience. All the employees spoke Spanish and broken English except for the young man washing the floor. The time was about 1:00 PM EST. The young man was told repeatedly to stop cleaning the floor but kept right on. My friend and I are both seniors and walk with canes. We gave our order to the young lady and told her no salt on the French fries. I ordered a small chicken sandwich that was very spicy and was never told it was spicy. I can’t eat spicy food. My friend ordered a fish sandwich and French fries but never got her French fries and I was told to pay additional $5.00.When the French fries finally came they were both very salty. Why were there only Spanish speaking employees in the store? By the way I was on my way to my cardiologist a short distance, away from this store. Hoping to hear from you soon with regard to the above complaint.
I asked for a quarter pounder without mustard. It came with mustard. It also came without any napkins, and the fries were almost cold, cold.

I had gone through the drive thru in late afternoon. Suddenly, I had gotten an emergency phone call and pulled to side in parking lot. (photo of space attached.) I had my receipt. My car windows were up. I wasn’t bothering anyone. Suddenly an employee (says his name was Chris claiming to be the manager) came to knock on my window. I was already on the phone with the hospital and was motioning to the employee just one moment. He walks away which seemed to be screaming at me. Then he proceeds to come back to my drivers side window. I immediately rolled my window down and asked what the problem was. He tells me that I need to F-ing leave! I was so incredibly shocked / appalled that anyone would speak to someone like that. Let alone a customer. This is when I asked for his name. There were no signs that read NO PARKING. I was not bothering anyone. I was not there long. I even pointed out that others were eating in their car close by. Why does McDonald’s condone treating paying customers this way? Might I add that there are homeless vagrants that camp out in the parking lot and nobody says anything. I want to add that I called the store from my car to ask who was in charge and it turned out it was a "Misty" as she answered the phone. She said SHE was the manager. I tried explaining my issue but she didn't seem to care too much. This employee Chris had anger managment problems. Who does this? Just terrible.
It was Friday evening at your McDonald's in Brooklyn Park Minnesota on the 700 Broadway I came in to make a purchase cuz I'm a disabled vet in my 60s a black gentleman in the front was rude very very much so rude for no apparent reason and every time I try to make an order he cuss me off without even trying to acknowledge all what I wanted to get for my two little boys and when I told him that I have over 2 million followers on Google I'm going to let corporate know and I'm going to let my viewers know and hurried up and gave me my food I don't know if my kids burgers was warm I know the fries was cold I am so disappointed why should people be mistreated because a manager or employee had a hard day they signed up for the job they have to have patience to deal with the public and it's not fair I am going to post this I am very discouraged at McDonald's

The mMcDonalds on Rolling Rd Springfield Va 22153 just delivered the worst service. The order was far from satisfactory and the service was deplorable% she short me my change and when I contorted her of the shortage she gave me attitude and said I have to I’m.n the back to.o get change%. If I didn’t have enough money for my order, she wouldn’t have given it to me. I had to substitute my drink for something else because what I wanted wasn’t available and what I got was some nasty drinks. How do you run a business without milk shakes. I noticed how nice she was to a Spanish speaking customer but she was very rude to me. Would u mind explaining this treatment to me. Order number 80 from 9/2/2023. Food was awful, undercooked fries, melted ice in drinks was disgusting. Chicken sandwiches had no mayo and the mcdouble had no onions or ketchup. When Anna the store manager was presented with the receipt and the issue with the food and drink quality. She yelled at my son telling him to forget about it, she wasn’t going to refund or redo the order. Worst customer service of any McDonald’s I have ever been to, horrible food quality and customer service. Worst management I have ever seen of a store. This McDonald’s is a quarter of a mile from my house and we would like to eat at it more often but the food quality and service is terrible every time we visit. Anna has been an issue for the last two visits of acting this way and refusing to make an order, right after they made the order incorrectly, or the food quality was so poor that it was not edible.
We just ordered a cheeseburger and noticed the bun was different. We saw that you changed to different buns online…. it was rubbery and just aweful!!

For over 40 years McDonald’s cheeseburger was our favorite and now we are so sad that this is no longer true. Please go back to the original cheeseburger, or at least give the option.

Went inside an ordered. When Got the ordered person was rude threw the drink cups at daughter which landed on the floor. Ask for new cup was very rude. They were out of sprite, worker was rude and said they didn’t have time to fix it. Then was out of milk and water so we ask for a bottle water andI would pay for it they said no. It was horrible and will not go back to the McDonald’s in Opelika.
Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel and when I got to work it had a thin piece of sausage instead of steak. I also believe it usually has onion which also it did not. Since I was already at work and hadn’t eaten I consumed it however when you pay 6 dollars for a sandwich that’s what one should receive. Also it wasn’t busy so I’m kinda confused about such a mistake since it took a couple minutes of sitting there to get my order which is usually the case when I order the steak sandwich. I’ve always had stellar service here but was a little disappointed with this order.
I want to file a complaint in the way I was treated by a certain manager by the name of Katerine at the McDonald located at the Calle ocho in little Havana Miami, FL. I needed to use the restroom urgently as a frequent customer I also agreed to buy something after I used the restroom but the manager kept insisting that I buy something of the menu first in order to let me in the restroom so she denied me access to the restroom after I agreed to buy something after using the toilet. I feel I was treated unfairly and discriminately since I live in the neighborhood and am a frequent visitor.
I do not understand why you have such a rude manager inside your establishment. Her first name is Lisa she works at the McDonald's inside Walmart in Poplar Bluff, Mo 63953. She is not only rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and down right mean, she should not be a manager she has no people skills. I have witnessed first hand her being rude and mean to us customers but to her co workers as well. She lies and I will not be back as long as she works there. She has made me repay for drinks because she says I had stepped over some line. My food has been wrong on many of occasions when she is on duty. I have complained and she always blames it on her workers. She has offered to replace my order and she claims she will write my name down but when I come back to have it replaced I'm always told my name is not in a book and they have talked to Lisa and she says she has never heard anyone by my name. She never smiles. She has no compassion she should not be working with people.
I ordered a cheeseburger for lunch today and it was disgusting! Only our drive thru is open currently so I could not go in to complain. It was awful, I had to toss it out. The cost has gone from $1.49 to $3.59 which to me is extreme. But at $3.59 it should be VERY GOOD in my opinion! It was not even edible.
Having driven with my family from Gatwick Airport to our home we decided to go to Hedge End for breakfast.
We arrived at 6-50 am expecting opening at 7 am
After waiting until 7-15am a member of staff came out I asked her if they were opening at which she replied NO. In asked if she would be open soon she completely ignored me. After waiting another 15 minutes we decided to leave and proceeded to travel back to Fareham. Can I ask you to train your staff with some sort of manners as let us not forget we the paying public keep your business going and keep your staff in employment.
The hamburger was terrible and salty and my friends quarter pounder had nothing on it and a small flat meat. She took it back and they said that's how they are. It's on starnes and Davis in North Richland hills Texas
We'll never go back to McDonald's if that's how they all are. The checkers were very rude.
Just left the McDonalds in Madison, GA (2010 Eatonton Rd) and just WOW. Never had an experience this bad at McDonalds. Bathrooms dirty, out of paper towels, roll on counter, trash spilled out all over the floor. They were out of ICE and tea. We asked if we could get an icee in the large cups we’d received. She told us she couldn’t, and gave us a smaller cup with icee (we appreciated the cold drink as it is 100 degrees) by the way this McDonalds is located walking distance from gas stations with ice machines.. We sat down, had to first clean our booth, noticing trash, napkins and food on the floor. A ROACH crawled down the wall inches from my husband and his food. We saw a second small bug scurrying across the floor nearby. The food was actually good, so no complaints there.
My partner and I ordered food for dinner from McDonald's the big meal and sharing size and none of our food was correct and was cold and we were already almost home and didn't have time to go back and no one would answer the phone all we want is our food back the right way
I am a courier and only person standing at mobile pickup,no acknowledgement for 15 min. I had to speak up for what I was there for then I was ignored for another 10 min. I hate going to this mcdonalds in the afternoons, do not get out of the store for at least 20 min. Crew just walk all around and say nothing.
About 2 weeks ago I had a situation happen which I called and made a complaint the lady who helped me was awesome as I was very upset she did a wonderful job. Fast forward to today I went into the same McDonald's which Ive been going to this McDonald's about 4-5 times a week. All of the employees greet me by my first name and know what I want to eat. I just had this one bad situation. I went in this morning and the cashier said "they told me not to serve you anymore." I'm not quite sure who they were I just said thank you and left. I'm just wondering am I being retaliated against? I've never had any problems before and the situation that happened I didn't use profanity or cause a scene I went and called corporate. I've been in the restaurant business for 20+ years so I'm perplexed as to why I'm being banished when I've done nothing wrong. Thank you for your time. I live in Hawkinsville and wouldn’t go to this restaurant however I have a granddaughter who likes the happy meals.
May I suggest you offer training for your workers in manners? The majority of your workers have no manners. 3/4 of the time they are out of the items that go in the meals. My main complaint is the lack of manners. 95 percent of the Hawkinsville Ga McDonalds workers are rude.
The McDonald's on 23and MacDonald Ave the manager is really rude doesn't want to sell me any breakfast and she said that the doors don't open until 9am online it says 6am . Now you need to either retrain this person or get someone else that is not rude to the customers I went at 700 and the manager said that they are not open and that they won't sell me any food that is disrespectful and discrimination I have never done anything to any of the employees at McDonald's I wanted pancakes and a coffee but got kicked out for no reason I don't know what I did wrong to get kicked out when I asked the manager she told me that if I didn't get out she was going to call 911 she doesn't deserve to be a manager at this restaurant she is very rude yelling at the customers. I use to work for mcdonalds in north carolina in andrews and at first it was a great job up untill after christmas then it really sucked i had a owner that owned mc donalds in andrews n.c. i think her namewas sharon stone any way when i was doing my job i took care of the lobby cleanning tables and trys and washing the floors sweaping the floors and outside in the parking lot and cleaning the restrooms my boss wanted me to clean the inside of the dumpster after the trash was empty out i said thats not my job that is sanitation job ware the dumpsters come from they clean them out not me i would smell like trash and i work around people that are trying to eat their food i didnt want to get people mad at me smelling bad becouse i lived 30 mintues away from town to come to work. and i had a disabity sharon stone was the rudes owner of all your training videos say i had to clean out the dumpster thats so stuiped i wasint going to do it i told her no way so i got fired from my job and i worked for mc donalds for 6 months and ifeel that this manger should be fired from ever working for any fastfood place ever is was rideing me everyday rude hates me never nice this is not right
We waited over 20 minutes for our order finally got it and fries were even cooked and when I asked 5he manager at the Homosassa fl store for one's that were cooked she snached it out of my hands with a Big Attitude what is wrong with people every one there that day had an issue we were in a rush this place is horrible

I places an order for 2 large teas. It took 21 mins to get from the speaker to the window. I did try to go inside , dinning room was closed . The young man at he window seemed to be the only one working. You are really loosing profit at this location . Just sad. Aug.7 2023 9:02pm KS# 15.
Went inside and placed a to go order. Got home and started eating the fries when I noticed the fries were not only stale but had ketchup on a few of them. I had not even unwrapped the burger so I know it did not come from that. I dumped the fries on the table and found more with ketchup. Everything went into the trash. I live too far away to deal with poor service. This was at the Mcdonald's in San Marcos, TX, IH35 and Center Point Rd.
on 11-15-12 I went thru the drive-thru for fruit and maple oatmeal. When i got to my office I found there was no fruit or maple in it, therefore I had to throw it away. Last week I went thru another drive-thru for 2 orders or oatmeal. I was asked to go to the specialty parking spot and they would bring it out. I waited for 15 minutes in the car, then had to get out to get my oatmeal. More times than I can count I've ordered food from McDonalds only to get home and find that items I had paid for are no where to be found in my bag. I have given McDonalds a great amount of money and haven't received 1/2 the items I've paid for.
I had applied for a job at mcdonalds on Coshocton road. mount Vernon ohio. They have a sign in the window that states they have positions available. However when I went in for my interview with Jessica she was very short with me. She asked me if there was anything about myself that I could change what would it be. I replied with nothing. I feel she will not give me a chance because a have a birth mark on my face that she could not quit starring at rudely. to me this is discrimination.
I have qualifications for the job. I have called out to that store on three different occasions since they still have their sign in the window. she will not return my calls. I am letting you know my complaint on her and I will be pursuing discrimination against me. If that store is not hiring then she should not have the sign up in the window.
I feel that the McDonald's corporate office should be a little more concerned about how their employees are treated by the management personnel you have as managers. I wanted to contact McDonald's directly but instead they put me on hold waiting on the phone for 32 minutes! My experience at the Robertsdale location was very disturbed. I have never been to a fast food restaurant and have heard or seen a manager speak about customers in such a way that it wanted me to get up and leave the store. I also didn't appreciate the way she talked to her co-workers. Corporate should also be doing random drug test on employees.
The conversations among your staff is also not appropriate. I over heard employees talking about the young female manager being a drug user. That would explain her outburst behaviors. I have worked jobs where customer service is very important. My complaint is about Sharon. I can honestly say if I had a friend or family member working at this location I would be ashamed. In all honesty I probably will not be returning to this location. This would be the reason why McDonald's is always needing help. Customer service and team work is greatly appreciated no matter where you work.
Years ago I started work at the McDonald's in Newport Washington where I worked for 7 years. I worked whenever I could If I saw a chance for extra hours I took it. In 2006 I was told no matter how much I wanted to move up to a higher position it would never happen cause I wasn't built for it. At the start of 2009 I started being treated very poorly I got wrote up every day I got blamed whenever anything went wrong. I was told when I started filing my unemployment I would be fired if I kept doing so. The last 6 months I was there I felt like I didn't exist. I never got promoted or was offered any opportunities because the owners did not like me. I can't find work now cause every time I apply some where I get a bad reference. I'm 34 and I wanna work. McDonald's is the worst franchise I have ever seen in my life the ceo should be ashamed of himself for the operation that he's running.
Purchased a two cheeseburger meal at the mcdonalds @ 5327 Cornhusker in Lincoln Nebraska. After getting several miles down the interstate I opened my meal only to find that neither of my cheeseburgers had a beef patty. Cheeseburgers require one (1) beef patty. Employees certainly do not deserve $15 per hour if they cannot count to ONE. Also purchased a double quarter pounder and it was cold with beef patties that tasted like hockey pucks.
I know people make mistakes, but its completely uncalled for when your order is messed up. I use to come thru the Salem (Indiana) Mcdonalds every night between 7 and 8pm. I dont know why I keep going back because just in the last two weeks it has gotten worse. Lazy worker who cant get the orders right and there so slow. I have better things to do than wait 10 minutes for my food. Its even worse when you go inside. The workers and management dont care. Its the same issue over and over again. Thats why I wont return anymore. I can spend my money elsewhere and get better service.
I drove up to McDonalds placed my order and drove up to first window. I handed over my credit card, and she passed a receipt to me. The person at the register then accused me of cutting in front of the car behind me. She then said she had charged me for the wrong order. I gave her my credit card once again so she charged me for my order. I was also expecting a reversal on first transaction would take place. I drove to the second window and spoke to the manager re: accusation. Manager said he would speak to her. The next day there was no reversal of first transaction so I drove to McDonalds and provided two receipts and bank statement. I was given a refund. This is unacceptable service.
This morning about 5:32am I visited the drive through at the McDonalds on 810 W. Grangeville, Hanford CA 93230. I made my order with no “Good Morning” no “Total Price” from the young lady taking the order. Once I arrived at the window, I stated my “Good Morning” to both the young lady and the shift manager and received nothing but a rolling of the eyes. To kick it even further, there was a young man taking out trash from a bin and I stated my “Good Morning” to him and received a positive “Good Morning Sir.” A “Good Morning” may not seem mush to some people but it strongly favors in my life, and with McDonald’s happy smile it would be nice to have a positive greeting no matter the time of day.
I'm sick and tired of paying for food that is hard as a rock. I was using the White Oak Texas store because I have been getting great fresh fish sandwiches there, unlike the Estes Parkway store in Longview. Tx and the Gladewater. Tx store who have served me old food that is ready for the trash. I work in Lake Port, Tx and live in Gladewater, Tx. I come through late at night around 10:00 pm. I love the fish sandwich but not when the are hard as rubber and cold and just trash. Got my husband and I two filet of rubber trash tonight. So now White Oak McDonalds sucks just like the others I mentioned.
I was in McDonald's at Wheelersburg, OH this morning and went in the restroom. A worker came out and walked right out without washing her hands. I didn't order anything after that I just left. It was 8:30 a.m. No name badge when I looked at her behind the counter but everyone else had blue shirts and hers was red,she was around 20 yrs old. This is 8/13/1916. We always drove over from Portsmouth, OH.
My daughter who started work for mcdonalds leckwith road Cardiff UK, she was nearly 17 she started her training she worked 4 hrs first day and she enjoyed it she was so exited to go back the next day,on the next day she went in where she met with a manager,who was covering for holidays, she was told,not to smile at customers, and just to take there orders, she took the order from a customer when the manager wiped the order from the till told her to give his change from her head my daughter was very nervous she gave him 10 pence to much,he them told her not to serve any more customers bearing in mind he was training her,he told her he would show her how there floors were mopped,after mopping he called all the other staff,laughed and said l had to train her on how to mop a floor,then said to her that she fancied him,also made her search through all the wasted food in the rubbish, so she would know what customers threw out,she was belittled all day In front off staff by this manager,l could go on, she was only 16 she lasted a few more days,then had the cheek to say,she was not good enough to work for them,is this how they train young people,she was made to look feel stupid,and degraded, lm going to flood facebook and Twitter then see how mcdonalds react
I worked for Mcdonalds in New Smyrna Beach Florida from 11/12-02/15 and was treated horrible. I was sexually harassed from the day I started till Feb, 2013 by a manager. I told a different manager but nothing got done until 4 months later. They allowed him to quit instead of firing him so he could get a job at a different restaurant. I was so uncomfortable working because they allowed him to come in and he would always stare at me. That is just not right!! Then I worked with a bf/gf and they would always fight. I would find the gf on the floor in the office crying cause they would be fighting all night.
Again nothing was done to separate the 2. I was never late for work in the nearly 3 years that I was there, would come in when asked, stay late when asked and when my Granddaughter was born took 10 days off but they called me in 3 times and I went. My GM Cody tatro told me I coudn't be employee of the month and never was. then last week I was sexually harassed again by another crew person and when I went to work three days later there was the same man who had done that to me. i walked out on my job and the owner blames me.
I often visit the Landen oh location, but will not return. If I am not mistaken, we are in America. So why then do I have to deal with Mexicans every time I go to this location. Now, my problem is, they don't speak English!!!! This is the mangers! I have seen the looks on the faces of the other employees and couldn't imagine what they must go thru! I had an order messed up, and not only was the little short lady rude, but I couldn't even understand her! I will no longer visit this location!
I went to McDonalds on Navarro Street in front of Mall in Victoria, Texas and ordered a Fish Sandwich combo. When I opened it up there was a small piece of melted cheese about 1" x 2 1/2" and the amount of tarter sauce was about the size of a pencil eraser on the other side. The rest was dry bread and the bread was not all that soft when I picked it up it crumbled. It cost $6.48 for a dry fish sandwich on stale bread and cold fries. This happened a little after 12 noon so you would have thought food would have been hot. The service was good. Employee was friendly and thanked me. I was just on lunch so I could not run back over there to show them. It will be a long time before I go back.
I was short changed $10 in the drive through at the McDonalds in Stafford, VA. 22554 on the morning of 5/6/15 at 8:55 am. This one is located at the intersection of Sheldon Shop Rd. and Garrisonville Rd. I ordered a chicken sandwich, small sprite, and sausage and egg English muffin meal with a orange juice. The bill came to $10.46, (within a few cents; I was NOT given the receipt). I had two one dollar bills in my cup holder but only 5 twenties in my wallet. I pulled out one of the $20, but not wanting 5's and 1's for change, I gave the cashier $21.
Of course she is taking the next order etc. while making my change. She gave me back the change and I told her it was $10 short. She immediately took offense and said I think you gave me a $10. I said no, I did not have a $10 so I had to give a $20. At that point she told me she would "check on it" and continued with the next customer.
When I got my food I told the food person I was waiting for change and she told me to pull up and wait. 15 minutes later I was still sitting there so went inside and tried to speak to a manager. There was none, so I left to get my grandkids to school. I called back and asked for update and they said there was no extra $10 ??? I asked for next level supervisor and they said Jo Anne was in a class but would return on Monday.
I know if this is not resolved by a supervisor sometime today it will not happen. After a few more calls I was given Jo Anne's number but only got her answer message. I was also given a number for Lamar Brown but no one answers that number either.
I don't appreciate being ripped off for $10, especially with the attitude and no one giving a crap about it. I stop by this McDonalds a few times a week, and the food orders are messed up half the time but I put up with that with no complaint. But I am not going to let the short change go by with no action.
Regarding this particular cashier, I don't think she would pocket $10, but when she finds the extra $10 I am convinced she would trash it before letting it show she made an error. But with no supervisor to monitor what she is doing maybe she has nothing to worry about.
This will be my last trip to McDonalds. I don't have this happen at Chick-fil-a or Hardees a little farther down the road so that is where I will be going from now on. If this is not resolved as I now don't expect it to be, I will leave negative reviews for McDonalds wherever such opportunity exists to warn others about the lack of oversight of employee actions.
I have an employee complaint about McDonald's. I have been an employee since August 2015 at store #1226, dereen. Location in Savannah g.a the I witness the owner Brad totally Disrespect his general managers as well as his workers he has no respect for his employee time after time again no good morning no good job. No encouragement he calls is workers stupid dump he yells and he constantly talks down to his employees and make the feel worthless I don't feel that this is acceptable. He is to represent McDonald's corporate name and held accountable.
I was stuck in the drive thru at the McDonald's located at 4800 Almaden Expressway, San Jose, CA 95118 for 25 minutes. There was no way to get out of line. My experience at other McDonald's is that if your food is not ready they have you pull into a parking spot and an employee will bring out your order to speed up the line. When I got to the window the employee had no idea what I ordered. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told she was busy. I said no problem I have waited 25 minutes what is a couple more. The manager, Griselda, then appeared but refused to talk with me. She was not doing anything but said she would not come to the window. It was not until I waited there 7 minutes that she finally came to the window. She was so unprofessional and this is enough that I will never go back to that McDonald's and will be sharing my complaint with everyone I know.
So now the McDonalds commercials show breakfast 24 hours a day. If you show a biscuit sandwich on television you should serve it. Letting customers down is not what I expected out of a so called leader of the industry. 53rd and meridian Wichita Kansas is not serving breakfast and I am calling everyone to tell them about my story. I posted this on Facebook and will be complaining on Twitter to McDonald's later.
On Saturday, May 16, 2015 I was in the drive-thru at the Salt Lake McDonalds located at 848 Ala Lilikoi Street, Honolulu, HI 96818. I got there at 12:45pm and sat in the drive-thru for over 1/2 hour. I was the 4th vehicle to the cashier window and was in the position for the duration until I got my food. I called from my car to the manager inside and was told that they were filling orders.
For one, the parking lot was not busy with walk-in customers....the drive-thru was! I called again after not moving for 15 minutes and the staff did not know what to say but sorry. By the time I got to the cashier, I asked him what was going on and he mentioned he just got on shift and they have a new manager, Ashley. I told him we should not pay for our food or be given coupons for the inconvenience of a 40 minute wait in the drive-thru. The traffic in the drive-thru was long!
When I got my food I told them the service and management is very poorly run and that I will be reporting this to the corporate headquarters. No apology at the window and the manager was there looking all stressed. This should not be happening and if the manager is not trained to handle orders or the drive-thru, it's a problem! I was looking for an apology from the manager who should have been by the drive-thru window as we exited and passed out coupons or something!
On April 29 2015 I went to McDonalds at 416 west 6th ST in Junction City KS. I ordered a 20 piece McNugget and one double cheese burger to go through the drive-in window. Very slow service. Now it is midnight and I got my order and my order was wrong. I told the employee it was wrong, he then called his manager. They got my correct order and gave me a refund receipt for $7.10. OK? this charge was never refunded to me at this time.
I also went into my overdraft with this transaction costing me $29. I was late for my shift at work also. The things with one visit. $29 charge (overdraft) $7.10 charge I never got back. I was late for work. This is ashame I will never go back to McDonalds ever again Amen. Cost me $36.10 for a $7,43 meal, and got into a problem at work to. I still have my receipts for this ordeal.
Last week, I went into the McDonalds on Woodside in Redwood City, Ca. I usually go through the Drive-Thru. My concern was one last week the woman forgot to give me a receipt or change. I didn't have the heart to say anything as she may be new since they have had a sign looking for help.
Yes I know I should have said something as that helps with there training, I let it slide, that was my error. BUT 3 days later I went again, a different young lady was at the window, she gave me the receipt but not the change and it was over $4.00,
I did remind her of the change she didn't look to happy, but they do have some who work the window who look unhappy especially if they error. I hope you can understand my concern, I have found myself when someone wants to go to McDonalds is to say don't go to the one on Woodside, they will not give you your change. At this time, I usually suggest going to different hamburger place other than McDonalds.
Placed order for two sausage and biscuit and two senior coffee in drive up-there was a sign that there was free coffee with any breakfast sandwich, got to the window to pay the lady charged me for two senior coffee, I ask why she said there was a charge for the coffee. I usually buy at a McDonalds on Goodman Rd in Southaven, Ms but the last two times I visited there; there has been a line all the way to the street and one time after placing the order they told me I would have to come in to place the order they were having technical difficulties- The difficulty they were having was no one to wait on people. I usually get free senior coffee at local McDonalds-is there different policies with different stores??
I live in Crown Heights Brooklyn and the McDonald's on Utica and Eastern Parkway is disgusting. This McDonald's has homeless people come and hang out in the restaurant for hours. Some even sit on the floor by the door! The tables are sticky and filthy and cleaned so sporadically that they smell awful. I have never seen so much garbage on a floor in a McDonald's in my life. It overflowed from the garbage bin and nobody bothered to pick it up. This is literally the most disgusting place that served food that I have ever walked into in my life. I'm very surprised the Department of Health hasn't shut it down. I was so hungry that I ordered my food anyway and left as quickly as possible. Than on the way home I threw the food in the trash. Just looking at it made me sick and I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Shame on McDonald's for allowing such a disgusting place to stay open. Shame on you McDonald's!
Ordered a meal but did not the the fries ask the cashier they said they did not charge me for fries i said okay then i will buy went to hand my credit card now cash only after they took my card 3 min before to pay for the meal this Is BS they told me can't do anything sorry sir how can a company mess up an order then not make it right even when i said i would pay. I went to Mcdonalds in Sand Springs Oklahoma yesterday morning 2-9-2015. It was 4:30 am. When I pulled up to the drive thru order speaker I was told "We can't take your order right now because of "technical difficulties" . So I said "I have a $1.07, the price of a sausage biscuit. Can't you just microwave one and take my money". I was answered with" We can't take your order now because of "technical difficulties", please drive away!" What kind of business is Mcdonalds running? People aren't smart enough to take someones money and give the a f-in sausage biscuit.
I am complaining about the McDonald’s located in Burlington Wisconsin. I hardly can express my true words. This place is out of control. As far as management. I’ve been here on three separate occasions within the last six months and it’s gotten worse. Management is too busy to monitor the lobby and seating area, I realize that fast food locations are understaffed, but older customers besides myself have complained. Young kids come in here and make this their recreation area, constantly laughing loudly, belching, running around, using profanity, with no concern or respect for others eating around them. I am military veteran, and some of the language that is used here, makes me blush. And some of the kids aren’t even buying product, they are just , goofing off and taking up seating! Also waiting for service for your food is Unacceptable! I waited 20 minutes to get my food that I was going to sit inside and eat. They have too many Uber orders, and they get to regular orders secondary. District manager or somebody needs to get a hold on this place. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I stopped on my way to this McDonald’s on the way to Georgia. You have the most rudest people working that in the evening. It was03/31/2024 @ 7:40 pm. I waited in line 20 minutes, when I got to the window she gave me a glass of tea no ice, didn’t give me my lg Coke. Knocked on the window for the young lady. She looked my way and turned her head!! I got out of my car and went I , no one at the register, so I got me a cup for my Coke. She said I couldn’t do that, I told her she ignored me for 15 minutes at the window.
Mistreatment and lack of respect from the store manager and delay of the party for more than 10 minutes and give me the wrong Order .
My order was 2 Filet o Fish with no Tartar sauce and she gives me with the Tartar sauce .
The manager when she gives the order , she asked me do not come again.

I've been to the new McDonald's on Caroline western Blvd, 2 times and every single time they get my order wrong. I order a double quarter pounder without cheese. The first time they scraped on piece of cheese off and left the other. This time the put 2 pieces of cheese after I asked for no cheese it's even on the special ticket they put on my hamburger box no cheese or onion. I don't live close to the McDonald's so going back and wasting my gas will not do. The first time there was an employee sitting in the dining room on her phone swearing out loud and burping out load with costumers in the dining room. I don't know if she was on brake or off of work ,but still the same it shouldn't be allowed for employees to act this way. I'm allergic to cheese, and if I didn't look at my food before I put it in my mouth I could have gotten very sick. This is not a good way to treat costumers when you're the new kid on the block
Spend more time with getting meals right and less time remaking orders you messaged up. Now I know I'm not going to be reimbursed for my gas, or the time waisted be pistoff at their incompetence.so this will be the last time I waist my time and money there, and if I could give them less then a one star I would, and the rating would be a quarter star, with out cheese!

I come to this same mcdonalds AT LEAST 4 times week. Location is 100 East Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA. After ordering my breakfast sandwiches, I ALWAYS have to ask for salt and pepper. Most of the employees at this location do not have a problem giving me some salt and pepper. There is one female employee who ALWAYS has an attitude when I politely ask for some salt and pepper. She ALWAYS comes back with 1 salt and 1 pepper. You would think she had to pay for them. She is the ONLY one who reluctantly gives me 1 salt and 1 pepper for my complete order. I really hate it when she is the one giving me my order. I usually just ignore her and ask someone else if I can get some more salt and pepper or I just go out to my car and get some. Today she did the same thing. Gave me 1 salt and 1 pepper. When I asked her politely if I could have some more,please, she became agitated and went and got 1 more salt and more pepper and threw them in my bag. As a loyal customer of mcdonalds in general and this location in particular, I believe I should not have to continually be treated like this by this individual. Very poor customer service. I ordered mckchicken on a biscuit and sausage McMuffin both with no butter, they were made with better, they refused to remake them, first the cashier said we will but it will take 5 minutes I said ok I will wait but then she came back later and said no we are not going to remake them and did not offer a refund, while I was sitting and eating my food I guy stepped on the counter with his fealty shoes to fill up the ice machine and after that he never wiped the counter where people sit their cups and food what a shame, I wanted to say something but I didn’t, this location needs some attention, I don’t want to be the bad guy and report them to the health department because I know McDonald corporation is better than this and they will not accept or tolerate this kind of behavior, this store needs all new staff,

Horrible food last night at midnight, fries cold and hamburger was old, this is ridiculous. Cook the food hot, what happen to customer satisfaction, do you care????
I order my food at 8:35 pm on 12/19/23. I waited at the 3rd window for almost 15 minutes. I had to call the store to let them know I have been waiting for my order. A guy answer and said is that quarter pound ready I need it. He also stated that someone order a big order and he was working on mine. He was the only one on the line. A girl brought part of my order and I said I am missing my double quarter pound. She stated it wasn’t ready yet and let me go check. Another girl brought my double quarter. My order was completed until 9:10 pm. I was not very happy that I had to wait that long for my food. No one said sorry ma’am for the wait or anything.
This is the 4th time in the last month I ordered a quarter pounder and it is raw in the center of my meat. I have complained and they remade my burger one time. I will not eat at this or any other location till the matter is fixed. That is so unsanitary and ridiculous. On top of they are slow and so unorganized that it is ridiculous.
I still have not received, my full order of 10 chicken nuggets, which I paid for but only received seven or eight...
today is 12/11/23 and I have not revisited that store. I still want my order or money back, for two or three chicken nuggets, that I paid for!!!
I just left the McDonalds at 65 Goodman Rd West in Southaven,MS. While at the drive through, I provides my mobile app code. The girl says we are not seeing that code on our end. So I provided her the code again. She gets load and says we are not receiving the code on our end. So I ask here why didn't she say the system was down. She says, you don't tell me how to talk. I was flabbergasted. And told her she should have been clear and stated that when I pulled up. She was so nasty and said whatever place your order.. thw conversation gotvreL ugly with her stating highly unprofessional words and I gave it right back to her. Will not be visiting this place again. The chick should not be employed there. Because she will catch a case.
I ordered a crispy deluxe and my sandwich was too hard and the inside it was too messy so I went to the front desk and asked for a change and the girl was she was rude and I explained her that my bond was too hard and I need an exchange in the way she say you have to wait and it’s gonna be long. We are busy I was polite and tell her I will wait and then I wait for a while and go back to my table and it takes a little more longer and I went back to her and she forgot to remake my sandwich. Yes I'd like to make a complaint about a manager being very rude and don't understand their own menu also giving me incorrect change back just terrible service and cold cold food that was very old I eat at McDonald's quite a bit and this is some of the worst service that I've had from McDonald's or any other restaurant
I’m not once but three times now I have visited Sheldon (Birmingham) McDonald’s , we have come across a male which seems to be a manager being very rude and shouting at his staff in a disgusting manner.
When visited yesterday about 9pm he shouted at a young member of staff for walking away from the Uber driver, which was not the case he simply just didn’t see him as was packing an order. And to do this in front of members of the public is disgusting behaviour. Surely shouldn’t be in a management role if that’s the way he can talk to staff In front of customers. As I said this is not the first time I have witnessed this man be rude. Makes you not want to visit again.

I visit the Troy ohio location at least 3 x a week and my service has been terrible and they don't make it right when you are missing items I'm so tired of spending my money with this company and not getting what I pay for plus the customer service is just terrible please some one make it right
McDonald’s in bossier city Louisiana on Texas street and swan lake road. Very slow, rude staff. They forget you’re waiting then they are rude when you remind them you’re there.
