The store does not slice the meats when ordered as advertised.
The store has a metal shield covering the meats so you cannot see them. If you order one sandwich that has 3 meats but you only want 2, they charge you extra for the third meat if you want it doubled . I.e. the sub has ham, pepperoni and salami but you want cappacola only. And they only put 6 slices on it. Very disappointing!!!

The complaint I am making is at the subway at at 3129 West Armitage Ave Chicago, Illinois my complaint is every time I go there they never want to give me what I want on my sandwich and noticed that other people will get what they need on their sandwich. And you do supposed to let them know what you want on your sandwich? then you’ve been refused to get it. I feel that I’m discrimination against because of my age and my color this happened every time I go there, but I refuse to let them make me not come to Subway, I just hope something happened to change is very sad

I ordered Subway using the Uber delivery App on my order I requested 50% more option on the Footlong Tuna Sandwich yum! But when my Order Arrived it was missing the 50% more .it was very disappointing so I decided to come in too the Subway Shop. and order again and the same employee did not want too make my simple order

I was trying to use the app and deal with the coupons, etc. when one of the people who worked there.
She was raising her voice at me and was becoming very rude and starting getting very belligerent with me. I asked her not to talk to me that way and told her I would just leave and she said, "Go ahead, leave, you need to go" and kicked me out and would not let me order. I had not done anything wrong and she was very nasty with me. I was not holding up any lines, etc. There was no one else in the store. She would not let me order at the regular price, she would not let me order at all. I felt discriminated against.

Went to 3 stores in the Gulfport Mississippi area last night, Friday 2/16/24. The canal road location did not have meatballs to make the boss sub OR ANY of the footlong sides. Creosote Rd location told me the same story. The Dedeaux Rd location barely had the making for my sub and also had no sides whatsoever. This was all between 630 and 7 on a FRIDAY!!! I've literally been trying to try a pretzel for 3 weeks. I believe next time I'm craving a meatball sub that I'll save time, effort and gas money if I just go to firehouse subs. The dedeaux road store only had half the items to make a sandwich. I understand being out here and there but I have literally been there every week for 3 weeks. Been a subway customer for 30 yrs, this is the straw that broke this camels back

Jose,manager, got my oder wrong. He said that my oder was wrong because I was looking on my phone. I tokd him my order was wrong because he got it wrong, not because I was looking down on my phone. Instead of trying to correct the problem, he escalated the situation by tellibg me infatically that I was at fought. The problem occurred because he asked me if I wanted “it” toasted. The last sandwich we talked about was the philly steak sandwich so when he said “it” I thought he was talkibg about the steak sandwich. He toasted both sandwiches…philly steak and cold cut trio. I told him that I didn’t want both sandwiches toasted and that “it” doesn’t refer to two sandwiches, only 1. He didn’t try to fix it, he shewed me out the door and told me he was refusing to serve me. I asked for the manager he yelled that he was the manager. I asked for corporate number and he said he wasnt giving me any thing bc hecwas refusing to serve me. I asked the cashier “Buddy” for corporate info or complaint info and he basically told me to get out too! Neither one tried to see my side..only blame me because I had my phone in my hand looking at it. I couldn’t see what he was doing bc they have a metal thing over the eindow so you can’t see what they are doing to the sanwiches anymore. I didn’t know Jose put both sandwiches in the oven. Jose never admitted to his mistake. He yelled at me so I yelled back. He called me a Karen as I left the store. I never called him any name. He didn’t want to give me his name. He was rude and I do not know why he is a manager. He did not try to rectify the situation nor apologize for his mistake. He refused to serve me so this store needs to be SHUT DOWN!! Please advise. He cannot treat customers like that, especially since it was his mistake, not mine. This subway was on Lake Meade Blvd, Summerlin Las Vegas suite #8, Nevada 89128

I bought a tuna sandwich from Sunway, and after getting to sit down and enjoy my sandwich, the bread was so hard it that was crumbing up and was not fresh at all, I had to remove the tune from the bread and use my bread my home, Also just enough tune on to cover the middle part of the bread. I notice now that they say fresh meat slice daily, but they have a cover-up so you can not see how much meat they are putting on the sandwich. I will not visit that Sudway again. The service is not great at all.

All the subways in the area I live in don't take coupons I don't think it's fair

The order I placed shows on the paper receipt as Trans ID: 1/XA-274453 but it shows on my email receipt as Order # 1CC15028-F3. CUSTOMER NAME LEE F.
My wife and I each placed an order via the app and she went to pick the order up. We ordered a total of 4 footlong sandwiches and we selected this location due to it's proximity to our house. We have had issues with this location in the past by the owner and his wife but we have finally had it after this experience and it is appalling they are able to still continue running this franchise. We paid extra $$ to order the Subway Series sandwiches and ordered 2 of the Titan Turkey, I Great Garlic and I Pickleball club. We order Subway from other locations regularly and avoid this location at 1722 S Rutherford Blvd, STE A, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 as much as we can because normally they are rude, barely use any toppings on the sandwiches and refuse coupons or promotions. My wife called me as soon as she picked up our order and got back in the car and was shocked at how the owner spoke to her and what he said. When she gave the names on our orders, they were already made and when he went to get them, he immediately told her that they lost money on these orders and to go to another store if we were going to use a coupon. That was bad enough but when she arrived at home we were certainly shocked to unwrap the sandwiches and see that he made these with less than half the toppings of the basic sandwich (and yes I took photos but I don't have a way to upload it here). So not only did we pay extra for the Subway series with more meat, but we got less than normal that would be on a classic plus hardly any other toppings even though we had also ordered extra. It is beyond unprofessional and acceptable to not only say this to a customer but to basically take the toppings that would constitute a "classic" menu item and spread them over 2 sandwiches because you were upset that a customer used a coupon. We ordered 4 sandwiches but only received the equivalent of 2 with 2 extra bread loaves. I would like my complaint escalated and addressed and I would like to be contacted about this. This experience is one of the worst we have ever encountered at any food establishment in decades.

Everytime my husband and me have gone there, they are out of bread!! How do you run out of bread !!! This store is in Circleville Ohio, not sure what the manager does with ordering. I have done ordering before in jobs and this is very frustrating. Also the other store inside of Walmart here usually only has one person working. That is not good for business and would recommend you all do something about these stores, not that I will ever go back to any.

Employees at Goldsboro NC subway was very rude. Violent cussing me out there video in store don't lie #48605-0 phone 919 330 5628. Ash st. Wayne County over a coupon. The needs firing for his actions and the Lady his so called mommy . I've never had any problems with this subway until I met them today 12/9/2023. 3:18 pm .

App order# 5F9ADBB1-AF Ordered online. Came to pick up curbside. App said it was ready and to stay in car and someone would be out. After 10 mins my wife thought it would be nice to go inside and get it. Found out it hadn't been started. My wife said it was ok and she would sit down and wait. Next customer came in the door and the only employee started making the customers food. She still hadn't started our order! My wife said something to her and the employee said she was going to make this order first!? The employee then apologized to the other customer and continued with her order. Never apologized to my wife. We were so upset we left. I went back to Subway the next day to get a refund. The employee (Liz) took down all my information and the order number. She said she will contact "District" to get me a refund. Never happened. I contacted her back and she said she would call again. Heard nothing and no response. I finally emailed the Regional Manager Shayna Vandenheuvel. She apologized and asked for the order number... I replied back with the requested info and have heard nothing. It's been a month! I've sent over 5 emails to Shayna now and no response. It's only $20 dollars but I got nothing... No sandwiches.... My family has been going there almost every week and sometimes more. Since this experience I have not been back nor anyone in my family. So very disappointed! Loved the food but can't stomach it now.

Today about 1215pm I was 100 w 87 Kedzie location I placed a order online to get the buy one get 50%off deal which I ordered 2 number 10…. The cashier goes to say no order Ben placed once they changed the paper so now I’m pissed n showing them the order n payment that came off my card…they say the order didn’t come up so it’s no charge but my money is off my card 18 n some change now I get home now the app telling me my order is ready I just work in that area I don’t live over there n won’t return to that area til Friday dec8…. I just want my money back n this point….this is unfair n unprofessional please refund my money back on my card…I’m done with subway app….

So everytime I go to subway in herkimer ny they make the worst subs.First they only add one container of rotisserie chicken to my footlong so it taste likes I'm eating bread.Then there south west sauce is so watered down its pathetic.Honestly if I'm in herkimer and I want subway I'll drive to ilion they know how to make a sub never had a problem over there.Thats how I knew they were cheating me out of a portion because ilion gives double of what they do.If you would like to see a pic of this monstrosity letme know I have one.i wasn't able to upload it for some reason

Placed phone order on Thursday 11/9/23 for pick up on 11/10 23. Order placed at 11:00am for pick up at 3:00 pm on 11/10/23. Order for 15 servings sandwich tray. When I arrived at the pick up time I I was rudely embarrassed and order not ready they said I never ordered and they didn’t do phone orders. No one there even offered to prepare an order The manager was the order taker on 11/9

I walked in to subway at around 14th November 2023 to buy menu 4 and as I was about to pay, I said “including tax?” And she goes what? I had to spell out TAX so she could understand and then she proceeds to say, “your English is not good” That was a shocking comment coming from an Indian lady. She was so rude afterwards even after I expressed my displeasure. She repeated it several times and started speaking in her language. I believe the only languages allowed at Subway Canada should be English and French. Why do you guys have employees that interact in Indian language whilst on duty. This is highly unprofessional and the most terrible service that I have ever received. I don’t know her name but she is Indian and the store is on Yonge street , Toronto. Please look into this and the right reprimanding should be applied.

Ordered six sandwiches today from Subway and Canal Fulton Ohio on Locust Street. This poor lady was working from 8 AM to 11 AM by her self with tons of orders doing the best she can you could see she was stressed out, sweating on her forehead wiping it with her gloves on the back of her gloves and then touching all the meat making the sandwiches I can’t blame her for having no help I believe your company is failing and the store is just awful and something should be addressed. If not, I will go to the Board of Health.

We ordered 5 subs over the phone =$60+.
3- 12in steak and cheese, 1-ham and cheese and 1- 6in steak and cheese. All topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers. What we received were toppings with a tiny bit of steak and cheese! One was so light I thought it was empty. When opened I noticed they even forgot some of the requested toppings. WORST SUBS I'VE EVER HAD. This was the second time I went there and was dissatisfied. But their portions are a joke. Don't waste your money. They are not worth it. Disgusting. Plus they don't take coupons! And have a reputation for bad attitudes. NEVER AGAIN! I'd give 0 stars if I could!

I recieved Subway coupons in the mail, so I stopped off at my local Subway in Brandenburg,KY. After waiting to get my sandwhiches, I stepped up to pay, coupon in hand, only to be told they do NOT honor coupons!! Why does Subway send me coupons if their locations won't take them? Instead of my order being the coupon price of 17.99 , I ended up paying35.05. I WANT SUBWAY CORPORATE ,CEO, TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.IF I CANT USE THE COUPONS, DON'T SEND THEM..AND I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I was just threatened by a subway employee in hornlake MS

Ordered from my local subway a few months ago. I got charged for extra meat but they didn't put extra and they gave me expired chips. Usually I had no issues until that day.
Subway has lost me as a customer. Manager of the place didn't care to refund me. I also reached out to subway customer service multiple times just to get ignored. Instead of them ignoring me they could of simply apologized and gave me my refund as I did upload the receipt. I still have the pic of it too.

On 10/30/23 I went to the Subway located at 12290 FM 969, there was a black heavy set female, later identified as the manager and a while make with dyed yellow, not blond, hair. There was one customer being served when I arrived, this is a branch inside a Valero gas station, the chitchat with that customer went on for more than ten minutes without a single acknowledgement of my presence by either employee. After the customer departed the male serve came to the counter directly in front of me and did not even look or acknowledge me. I sat there for a few minutes and finally asked him if that is where I place the order since I have been waiting for some time . He stuttered and said oh my manager said for me not to serve you and for me to take care of online orders instead, he then proceeded to show me a list of a few orders . I asked him if she meaning the only other person there was the manager he acknowledged that she was. I asked so you are going to take care of online orders before you take care of a customer that has been waiting more than 15 minutes? She satiated that the online orders are a priority. BS blatant lie and screamed of racism on both employees part, I am Hispanic. This Subway location needs to have a talk with their so called racist manager and her sidekick server, this is bad for business and will definitely lose a customer in me at all Subway locations. I will report this to corporate and the franchise owner, not that anything will be done but this needed to be said. I walked out and ordered nothing a complete waste of time and encounter with ugly nasty individuals!

On 10/28/23 I went to the Subway#50357-0 at12:15 pm. I order two foot Longs Roast Beef sub. I had a coupon from Subway that I can order the two footlong sandwich at the coupon price which was 12.45. The person who waited on me when I went to pay for the Subs would not honor the coupon. This is to let you know that I will never go back to subway as they do not honor your coupons.

I go everyday I just attached 2 photos other people I know Have also witnessed this but this is the most DISTURBING DISGUSTING subway I have ever witnessed no food should ever be sold here I attached 2 photos and I can tell u I no longer order food here ITS SO DAMN FILTHY look at the 2 attached photos this floor hasn't been mopped in months and the tables NEVER GET WASHED !!! GROSS !! I now have to travel to another subway to eat .

I visited the Subway at 7451 103rd street Jacksonville, Florida Suite15 at 5:11pm. When I walked in wasn't greeted by any of the young ladies. As I waited to place my order I observed a young lady putting her hand in her hair twice. As I watched her put on gloves to fix my order I said sweetie you need to wash your hands. I seen you put your hand in your hair. With a very bad attitude she says I did I said to her no you did not. She walked off mumbling something smart. I said I'm a General Manger for McDonald's 29 year's I know everything about food safety and customer service. I said but it starts at home. I said to another young lady she had her mouth all pocked out. I said smile someone didn't live to see today and it's others that are less fortunate than we are. I said you really don't need to be waiting on customers. The older lady said you should smile. The older lady asked was all of them new because she always goes to this location and she never seen them. So the older lady got ready to pay for her sub but her card was locked. So I said mam I'll pay for your sub it was like $4 and some change. So she gave me two coupons one was buy two footlongs for $12 and the other was a footlongs for $6. So I asked one of the ladies to do a refund she said she didn't know how because she had only been working six days. She was on the phone trying to call a Manger to see how to do the refund for me but she couldn't reach her. I asked the young lady to ask the other two ladies did they know how they responded no. I couldn't believe that it was no Manger or a team lead in the store that couldn't do a refund. So I said it's no problem. As I got ready to leave the very rude young lady came out mouthing at me saying I came in starting stuff. I said no I only wanted to let you know you were wrong for not washing your hand's she got loud saying smart and nasty word's towards me. I told the young lady it's fine I'm going to leave because I don't eat out at all because of how rude and unprofessional people are I came for my husband. I will never ever, ever. Go to any Subway again in my life. And I will be contacting the health inspector. Rude,Unprofessionalisam, and poor customer service I don't do.

I walked into your Subway store on Federal Way by albertsons site there were 4 employees in their no customers I was the only one when I was ready to order I was told by the girl that they could not take my order for a few minutes as they had 9 sandwiches to make on a call in order I asked her you can't make my sandwich until after you have made show the sandwiches for someone that's not here she said yes i'm sorry and i said me too and i left.
I had spent all day in doctors offices and I live forty miles out of town all I wanted to do was get a subway sandwich and go home and I was denied service.

!. I really don't understand why corporate sends out coupons to help Franciees build a customer return base and yet this
location does not accept them why ??
2. We placed our last order 1 of the products was not what we ordered we called the store and they said to return it is hard to
turn around when you are 20 miles down the road.

Hello:
I stopped into the Subway on Charles Street I was addressed by a young man behind the counter who could use some professional training on friendly customer service. I asked for a chopped salad and he abruptly said mam we don't have chopped salad today just regular salad, I have never been to a subway that didn't offer chopped salad. He pretty much threw my salad together, I purchased a salad that was just thrown together. I am not use to this level of customer service, usually when I go to Subway, I get friendly, great customer service. I was not satisfied with the customer service and especially with the salad I purchased. I will not be returning to that location. I don't have the exact address but it is the
location just before Dave and Dads on Charles Street.

The restaurant is dirty food covers cross contamination of foods meats and veggies counters are dirty. Counter was left unattended had to wait at least 15 min for service. They said they were out taking care of cardboard. Music was way to loud. The servers in general don’t act like they want to be there send someone to check it out like around 8 pm that’s when I was there on a Monday night

When I visited the subway on 132 Carondelet st in New Orleans to place a order for my son and I respectfully I was dissatisfied with the overall customer service. While I was trying to tell a couple of employees what all I wanted on both Sandwiches I felt rushed as they weren't giving me time to tell them what all I wanted on my sandwich as well as on my son's sandwich. Not to mention they were putting the wrong toppings on both sandwiches mixing the toppings on my son's sandwich with my sandwich & vice versa. When I asked for a refund deciding to not take the sandwiches which were still wrapped up untouched, I was told that I couldn't get a refund that I could get new sandwiches made. However I didn't want new sandwiches since I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I had to get a manager involved since the employees weren't trying to refund me for the sandwiches. The supervisor of this particular store told me that he could make me another sandwich but couldn't issue me a refund even though the sandwiches weren't touched by me and my son. He was also very rude and unprofessional when I stated that I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich. He questioned me why I wanted a refund in a way that it was like he didn't want to give me a refund and was trying to force me to get another sandwich made by him even though that's not what I wanted. I explained in a respectful way that I wanted a refund because I was dissatisfied with the customer service because I felt rushed when placing my orders,which is not professionally ok. He then got upset and told me why would I waste their food and to not come back to this particular subway because I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich which I don't think that's ethical nor professional. He even threatened to call the police on me even though I did nothing to validate his reason for making such a statement. I felt discriminated against & wouldn't want anyone else to go through this again. Thank you for your patience

I visited the subway in Sunland, CA #16659-0 and the server named Sander M. was stocking some items than came to the food prep area. He did not wash his hands, not knowing where his hands have been I asked him to wash his hands. He exploded started arguing why he has to wash his hands. He started talking back saying, " You think my hands are contaminated?" He goes off raising his voice and acting very hostile. As I was asking the other employee to give me his bosses name and numbers he continues to use profanity and argue why he should wash his hands. Then, another customer comes in and first thing he says is, "Hi, would you like me to wash my hands?" And the other customers was very confused about that. I will report this subway to the Dept of Health. He is to no longer work there. I will take this complaint far as he needs to know his actions requires him to ve terminated.

So i placed an online order at the subway in Magna Utah, i waited almost 10 minutes past the pickup time before i even arrived, my sandwiches werent even started, no employees were at the counter, and i had to wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to even start my sandwiches, this is by far the WORST experience ive ever had at subway, and frankly im very disappointed with the quality of my sandwiches in general, something needs to be done.

On Tuesday July 11th, Subway was promoting a freshly sliced free 6-in sub. I went to a location in Pennsylvania, the owner said that they were not participating in this, because they were all independently owned. How can people go through come a promotion with subway, when several owners, will not participate because they are independently owned?

I went to the Subway in Dublin, Ca at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd with a valid coupon> I was told that they don't accept the coupons. This is the last time I will visit a Subway and I will make sure I let as many people as possible know about your coupons not being universally accepted. I understand that each location is allowed to set their own policies but what good is it to receive coupons in the mail when we don't know if they will be accepted or not. Yesterday me and my friends went into one of your store at 1741 nw 20st miami Florida when we walk in the lady said hi and we said hello as we was standing looking at the menu that's when she say they was close but it's too people making an order as we was leaving out we look at the door sign it say 8pm close it was 6:50 pm she say they close early so how you close early it's not 8:00 I was trying to get something to eat cause I'm a diabetic I was feeling weak we didn't like that at all I'm a retired from the military there is no need for lieing we fail disrespecting as paying customers thank you for takeing the time out to read my email

We encountered the rudest Subway employee we have ever met! We began our order advising of three sandwiches, but after the very first one was ordered I immediately let her know there would be a fourth one added. The elderly employee became irate slamming things huffing and puffing. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. When my roommate who had ordered the first sandwich ask for extra mayonnaise the woman again became very agitated and angry and when my roommate asked for her 6-in sub to be cut in half, which should be standard practice mind you, I thought the woman was going to cut her! I handled the ordering of the remaining three sandwiches, which I completed all at once, unfortunately the employee who made them confuse them. Upon straightening out the confusion when I also ask for extra mayonnaise I was met with the same ire, and when I went ahead and asked her to cut all three of the sandwiches in half after she made them was met with pure hatred. We did not ask for anything super special extra mayonnaise, sandwich cut in half, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, an extra sauce, salt and pepper, but even this seemed too much for the employee. We were extremely polite which I will tell you is not the norm for me. I usually address intolerably rude behavior as it is happening, however, today due to one of the women in my party being ill I did not do so. I did ask the cashier on the store side who I would file a complaint with but was told she didn't know. Upon arriving home we realized that the sandwiches had so much salt and pepper on them that they are completely inedible! When we tried contacting the store we were met with more attitude and ignorance. Never did anyone offer to replace our order, make it right, ...anything. When we ask for the managers information we were told that the manager's name was " t " And they would not be there until tomorrow! We did not have the money to replace our dinner therefore my entire family went without dinner because of this employees negligence, laziness, overt rudeness, and blatant destruction of our food! Once we asked for extra mayonnaise everything was applied to a comical level! When the sweet onion sauce was asked for on one sandwich so much was placed that it was running off the sandwich! So much salt and pepper was placed on the sandwiches that it can be visually seen caked on each sandwich. This needs to be addressed with the store which is the worst in the area, with the employee who needs to be fired, and with my family who went without food!

Im35 weeks pregnant and while "working" for subway, I ended up getting let go 2 weeks before my maternity leave. I was to become manager (due to my experience at Dominos) after maternity leave and was training to be become manager and was doing very well. I received a text message on Wednesday from the manager saying that I was let go due to business being slow. I was scheduled that whole week for 4 hours a day. Manager and I had discussed that I had got put on payroll so that I can get maternity leave. When I first started I did no paperwork and was getting paid under the table. I never got a uniform the whole time I worked and right before I was let go we were discussing getting me shirts. I feel the actions by my manager is not fair and I feel discriminated against. 1st I ordered a foot long tuna. The worker put one scoop of tuna on a ft. long. She added a small amount extra with her spreading knife. When I mentioned it ,she claimed she put 2 scoops. Then I asked for lettuce and pickles on one side and jalapenos only on the other side. I could tell she was angry because I mentioned the one scoop. She dressed my sandwich with lettuce and jalapenos on one side and pickles only on the other side. Not what I asked for. In my opinion she did it opposite on purpose because I mentioned the fact that she only put one scoop on a ft. long. Most of the worker's in this store have ugly attitudes. This is the Boutte, La. location. This customer has had enough of the ugliness of your worker's. U r close to losing this customer. I don't need anyone who should be serving me with a smile to be treating me like it's my fault they have to work for a living. I have never been treated this way at any other fast food restaurant.

Recently purchased 5 foot long subs. We have purchased these subs many times. Our company purchased multiple subs each week on Fridays. This past time the buns were small and there were 1/2 the ingredients of what we were used to . The employees were extremely disappointed !

I came in on 3/21 around 6:30 pm and an employee that I'm used to seeing in here was making orders but as usual was complaining about her coworkers like always and I usually don't say anything. But I had one customer in front of me and waited 20 minutes for her to even start my order cause she was doing more talking and complaining than anything else. At the subway 2600 S IH 35 Round Rock Texas. Placed an order in the app, after 20 minutes past it’s ready time without the order being made I went into the store and requested a refund. The employee informed me that he couldn’t do it and that he would not contact a manager to help me. When I said my card had already been charged he slammed his fist on the counter and said very loudly “I don’t care”. And then ignored me. It was the absolutely rudest experience I’ve ever had in any establishment. I will be reporting it to the credit card company and to the corporate office.

I am just wandering why is it that your company send out Cupons in the mail and your franchise located in Siler City, NC said that that don't take the coupons. I went there on 3/20/23 and the waiter there was not very friendly at all and said that we had to go to another store because they dont take coupons. My question is if certain franchise don't take them then it should be noted when you send out the coupons. I was trying to feed my family and couldn't because your franchise in Siler City NC wouldn't honor the coupon that was mailed out. So misleading. It's a shame. You should make that franchise make it right.

Staff is lazy and manager is down right rude.
I have to ring a door bell for anyone to acknowledge me and even then staff stands in the doorway doing nothing.
My sandwich was made wrong and when I brought it back to have it fixed she called my stupid for entering it wrong on subway app. Same doesn't make mistakes. She continued to yell at me. At one point I asked her for my original sandwich back that I didn't need this. She refused and continued to complain the whole time after finally agreeing to make the right sandwich. This is not customer service but Subway in Berlin Wisconsin needs new management and staff that values customers.

I am very disappointed in the locations near me. I went to the subway by my house (vista Chino and date palm in cathedral city, California ) and right-wing I drove up they said we don't except coupons. So I left. I then later went to the one in palm springs, California. Walked in began to order my 2 footlongs for my kids and was told I can't use a coupon on turkey sandwiches. And if i still wanted them. I said i already promised my kids. What is the point of sending out coupons in the mail if u can't use them?? My kids love subway and the only way I can afford to get them it is if I use a coupon. I'm just very disappointed with what's going on.

Made me wait to order, took my order 5 times, still got it wrong. Then when I got to pickup window I sat there and watched them wait on others until I knocked on the drive through window and asked what was the problem. I was told my food was being prepared and I needed to check my attitude. When I got home with my food I found the food was not what I ordered and the bot bacon looked raw. I took it back and just got my money back. I tried going back again today, weeks later, and nothing has changed.

I am reaching out because of several situations at store 28105. I was the manager of this store for 3 years and recently I was let go because Tamera Dexter said I had to many complaints. I asked for proof of these complaints and she told me I couldn't have them. Tamera was going to cut my pay 5 dollars. So I just left and I was in walmart doing some shopping and came into subway to purchase a fountain drink and was surrounded by security saying I was band from there. I wasn't informed of this nor do I have documents saying this. Thus was very embarrassing to me. Also Tamera has a employee that is on social security and can only work 20 hours a week. I went to Subway Logan Village last Friday and ordered a wrap. I have had many wraps but not from here. I would usually eat this as I am driving but when ai unwrapped it the whole wrap fell apartwith just a mushy mess of salad. I ordered 2pizza subs 1 turkey salad 1 chicken bacon ranch and 1 spicy Italian the food was to be ready by 7:15 pm which it was. The three subs crammed into one bag were flat when I pulled them out I ordered extra pepperoni on both pizza subs, there might have been one layer altogether, the bacon chicken ranch had half of the ingredients in the wrapper not even in the sandwich and the turkey salad didn’t even have lettuce in it. Overall very dissatisfied with the food and poor display of pride in their job. Will not be spending another $60 at this store anytime soon.

I downloaded the app, but cannot use it for a FLBOGO at participating Subway’s, because they tell me the store is owned locally. Furthermore, they informed me they could not honor the reward points for an item on the menu for the same reason. I called two separate stores in two cities and am told the same! We ordered 2 footlongs on Jan 23rd 2023 through the subway app for subway location at 2831 North Road Orangeburg SC, order# 32777F46-83 and we received notification that the food was ready for pickup 20 mins later. Once we were at the subway drive through, they took more than 10 mins to acknowledge us and then we were informed their drive through was closed. However their drive through showed that it's open, and had no indications at all that they are closed for service. Maybe the drive through is closed to Asians, but that's just how we felt. Moving along, we were told further that they never received our order, and we showed them our receipt through the app. Then they informed us they were out of paper, therefore they didn't get our order, period. They told us to cancel the order on the app to get our money back, instead of offering to just make the order on the spot, which was infuriating. Now we are sure, they did not want to service Asians there. That's about an hour of our lives wasted there and they never gave back the money to our card.

This was totally embarrassing as the lobby was fairly full. I really this was done to me because I'm African American. This is totally unacceptable!!!! I would like to know why they send out coupons for subway, and when you go to Subway do use them, they refuse to use them. I think that’s very wrong of the stores to be able to get away with that. It’s misleading and very wrong to a person that shops at Subway. I think people should just boycott subways stores completely and I will be posting that on the Internet till this problem is resolved. On 1/23/23 I went to Subway (747 W Cherry St Sunbury, OH 43074) as I have on multiple occasions around noon. Previous visits have been poor when ordering inside with staff, but I decided to go back for a quick lunch. While waiting to order a female was making a sandwich and a male came to take my order. Before I said anything, the female said "oh sh**" and I laughed and said we all have a rough day. The male then took my order, but seemed very confused and kept looking at a ticket just placed to his left and asked me again what I needed. My perception was: he did not change his gloves after wiping counter and got my footlong out and sliced it as I was ordering two six inch subs; he told the female to take the ticket to his left and she also did not change her gloves. As I started to tell the male what I wanted on my turkey / chicken sandwiches and he was doing, the female kept reaching across him (literally over his whole front side) and grabbing stuff (mostly cheese) and said something to the effect of " I don't understand why more people don't come in to this store and order online". I said wait a minute, that isn't cool what you are doing reaching across him like that while he is reaching for stuff for my sandwich. The male kept making my sandwich and she again reached across him to get get meats and I said please stop, that's not cool. They both stopped and looked at me like I was some type of ignorant person, and I just said "screw it, i'm not ordering here" and walked out of the store. My complaint and point is; I eat Subway alot and have gone to a variety of stores, but this location (747 cherry street) has been the worst I have ever gone to and have never been treated so disrespectful and seen un-sanitized as this visit. Never have soup or chili. Young manger don’t make it in the am. She gives out free food to people in Walmart. Says don’t sell enough soup so she don’t make it or chili. Others around the area have soup and chili. Makes no sense to me. I suggest you get people who want to work and do they job. You have cameras check them.

My complaint is that on December 25, 2022, I used the subway app to order 3 sandwiches. When the app signaled that the food was ready I went to pick it up but the store was closed. I called the store number and no answer. So I waited until the next day to either get my money back or get my sandwiches. The manager was not there when I called and the assistant manager said there was nothing they could do because it was done on the app. I need my money back or I need my sandwiches. Went in to order a meal like I've done hundreds of times in the past and the service at the beginning was ok but not until it was time for my ingredients to get put on my sandwich I first had a delay with the server an angry black women or woman of color it doesn't matter because I am also black and the first server was I think maybe Hispanic or white but the rude black lady first took her time finishing up her conversation with the customer before me in which it didn't upset me until it was my time she seemed in such a rush and just started throwing the items on my sandwich even before I got to tell her what all was expected on the sandwich and I had to literally stop her twice and tell her that she was being very nonchalant and ignorant about the fact that lots of people have food allergies and she continued to disrespect me by trying to rush me because I basically had to correct her behavior one and to make sure that my meal was how I wanted it. So in all of the process the unprofessionalism of the 2 servers was apparently not common because no one seemed to care that at a very disrespect when I told her I didn't want that sandwich anymore and asked the young Hispanic or white guy if he can make the sandwich he blatantly told me no only she can make the sandwiches and then upon asking for a manager pointed me in the direction of the gas station clerk because it's located inside of a service station all to be turned around and around for requesting the store number or someone that was in charge so the store clerk went and got me a receipt with the information I needed to leave the premises like they both demanded like I wasn't coming to just spend my money and my lunch time that was only half an hour to be basically thrown out for unsatisfiable service with my food that they wanted me to purchase it was HORRIBLE. I've had subway in different countries dating back to 1999 and this has been my second bad experience with this enterprise only in Phoenix AZ different locations but unfortunately I didn't have the knowledge I have now to make a rightful complaint just horrible how they made my customer experience will not go there again when I look because I work not to far away and I see any of the 2 disrespectful employees there and I will be making another formal complaint because now I'm really in fear or relation on both they're part very ghetto behavior from both employees I'm truly disappointed.

Went to my regular subway and on this occasion I was informed no cracker for my soup. asked if the served any other thong for the soup like a roll. The girl informed they did but I HAD to pay for a veggies sub. No sub was given just the bun. $5.89 CHARGED. Not impressed at all;I left very upset because the soup was not to the normal standard. It was so thick one had to chew it.

Rude server and terrible attitude towards customers. Sign said closing at 8 but got there at 7:15 and door locked. Open sign was lit up. Claimed that they closed at 8 but she needed to do her inventory early so she could leave at 8. Very, very rude person. Will not be back.
