Webflow Pricing Changes 2026 Explained
By HissingKitty · November 5, 2026
5%Webflow holds 5% of the Software Hate Index, #7 on the board, down 6 this week. Live, updates as buyers report.
Webflow changed its Site plans on May 13, 2026. The Basic plan now costs more, the CMS and Business plans merged into one Premium plan, and AI credits arrived on every Workspace with limits starting June 29, 2026.
For most existing sites, the new prices apply at the next renewal on or after June 29, 2026. Sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, and sites on legacy pricing, get until November 16, 2026.
Key Facts
- Basic Site plan: $15 a month billed yearly (from $14), $25 a month billed monthly
- Premium Site plan: new, replaces CMS and Business, $25 a month yearly or $39 a month monthly
- Basic static page limit: doubled from 150 to 300
- Most existing sites: new pricing at renewal on or after June 29, 2026
- Freelancer, Agency and legacy sites: new pricing at renewal on or after November 16, 2026
- AI credit limits: enforced from June 29, 2026, with add-ons for sale from that date
What Changed in the Site Plans
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $15 a month (was $14) | $25 a month | Static pages up from 150 to 300 |
| Premium (new) | $25 a month | $39 a month | Replaces CMS and Business |
The Basic yearly rise is $1 a month, about 7% by our math (($15 - $14) / $14). The bigger gap is between yearly and monthly billing: on Basic, paying monthly costs $10 more each month than paying yearly.
Premium combines what used to be two plans. Whether it is cheaper or more expensive for you depends on which plan you were on and how you were billed, so check your current invoice against the table above.
The New Team Plan and AI Credits
Webflow also introduced a Team plan for Workspaces and added AI credits to every new and existing Workspace plan. Credits reset monthly on self-serve plans and yearly on Team and Enterprise. Webflow says limits will not be enforced until June 29, 2026, and that extra credits will be sold as add-ons after that.
Usage-based AI pricing is new territory for many site teams. If your designers lean on Webflow AI features, watch the usage dashboard before limits kick in.
How To Lock In Your Current Price
Webflow says site owners can switch to yearly billing before their change date to keep their current Site plan for another year. That is the single most useful step in the announcement:
- Check whether your site falls under the June 29 or the November 16 date.
- If you bill monthly, compare a year of your current plan against the new monthly price.
- Switch to yearly before your date if you plan to keep the site at least a year.
Where This Does Not Apply
Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately and may not follow these list prices. Agencies that manage client sites have until November 16, 2026, so client conversations can wait until closer to that date, but not past it.
Is It Time To Look Elsewhere?
Some teams have already moved simple marketing sites off Webflow to sites they own outright. See what buyers say, plus listed alternatives and custom builders, on the Webflow company page. Track this and other increases on Price Radar, and see where Webflow sits on the Hate Index.
Does This Apply to You?
- Do you pay for Webflow monthly instead of yearly?
- Were you on the CMS or Business plan?
- Does your team use Webflow AI features every week?
- Do you manage client sites in an Agency or Freelancer Workspace?
If you pay for Webflow, write a review so other buyers know what teams really pay, or run a spend audit across your whole stack.
