Used it for many years.

Used it for many years. Reliable and trustworthy. Awful customer service and user experience. Wish there was more alternatives. Google isn't much better.

It's ok.

It's ok. I want to give it 1-star, but it's AWS, it doesn't exactly "go down" often. But the UX, the billing, the permissions, everything about AWS is insanely frustrating. Their identity management is terrible, the navigation, nested permissions, it takes 30 minutes just to change a permission for a hosting environment. What a joke.

"We used to pay AWS close to $8,000 a month. Today, our entire company runs on 3 rented bare metal servers at Hetzner. That's 4 SaaS products with more than 50,000 users (apps, databases, background jobs and monitoring included). The bill is around $300 a month."

Was paying $96,000 / year · saves $92,400 a year
